Abstract

A terminal battery activation method, a device and a terminal, wherein a control switch (101) is provided between a terminal battery (102) positive terminal and the first end of a terminal charging input end. The method comprises: detecting whether the terminal charging input end is connected to an external charging device (104) and obtaining a first detection result; when the first detection result indicates that the terminal charging input end is connected to an external charging device (104), detecting whether the terminal battery (102) requires activation, and obtaining a second detection result; when the second detection result indicates that the terminal battery (102) requires activation, causing closing of the control switch (101), thus creating a conductive connection between the terminal battery positive terminal and the first end of the terminal charging input end, whereupon the external charging device (104) directly provides a first voltage to the terminal battery, thus activating the terminal battery (102). The present invention allows for completing the activation process for a battery needing activation without requiring removal of the battery, while also controlling costs.
