Abstract

Dans l'intérêt des domaines du drainage agricole, de la construction, de la protection contre les inondations et la contamination du sous-sol, du remplissage des aquifères, l'invention porte sur une barrière sous-terraine préfabriquée pour le drainage de terrains inondables ou sursaturés comprenant une série de panneaux préfabriqués qui servent de conduits à travers lesquels peut s'écouler l'eau phréatique, propre ou contaminée, que l'on souhaite drainer. Les panneaux sont assemblés entre eux par leurs bords latéraux, de manière que l'écoulement continu est maintenu entre des panneaux contigus jusqu'au bout de la barrière, à savoir, jusqu'à l'endroit où le drainage est déchargé par le bord libre du dernier panneau. Les panneaux peuvent être installés dans le sous-sol de diverses manières ou combinaisons de celles-ci : enfoncement, pression, vibration, jets d'eau sous pression par la base etc. ou dans des tranchées creusées à cet effet. La barrière est conçue et construite pour les conditions et les nécessités spécifiques de chaque site et les panneaux qui la forment peuvent être utilisés pour surveiller aussi bien son comportement que celui du sol dans lequel ils sont installés.
