Abstract

一种防盗螺钉及扳手，该螺钉包括头部（10）和连接在头部底面上的杆部（11）。头部开有缺口（12），头部侧壁包含对应缺口的直线形部和与直线形部首尾相连的圆弧形部。该扳手包括用来与螺钉头部配合的套筒（20）以及连接在套筒顶部的手柄（21）。该套筒底部开口，顶部封闭。该套筒内壁上设有与螺钉头部缺口相配合的突起（22）。该防盗螺钉具有结构简单、防盗性能好的优点。

一种防盗螺钉及扳手 技术领域
本发明涉及紧固件和开启该紧固件的工具， 尤其涉及一种防盗螺钉和 扳手。 背景技术
在移动通信领域， 室外机拒和 RRU在基站设备中占有很大比重， 由于 大部分基站防护措施较差， 其实际工作环境的安全性很难保障， 很容易造 成设备人为拆卸和破坏， 威胁基站运行安全。 目前各类设备所釆用的防盗 螺钉， 防盗性能较差， 并且同一设备上防盗螺钉数目较多， 给工程拆装带 来很大工作量。 发明内容
本发明实施例的期望克服上述现有技术存在的问题， 提供一种防盗螺 钉， 防盗性能可靠， 结构设计简单。
为实现本上述目的， 本发明实施例提供一下技术方案：
本发明实施例一方面提供一种防盗螺钉， 包括螺钉头部和连接在螺钉 头部底面上的螺钉杆部， 所述螺钉头部开有缺口， 所述螺钉头部的侧壁包 含对应所述缺口的直线形部和与所述直线形部首尾相连的圓弧形部。
优选地， 直线形部与圓弧形部光滑连接。
优选地， 螺钉头部的顶面为平面。
优选地， 螺钉头部的顶面为圓弧面。
本发明实施例另一方面还提供一种扳手， 包括用来与螺钉头部相配合 的套筒， 其底部开口， 顶部封闭； 连接在套筒顶部的手柄， 所述套筒的内 壁上设置有与螺钉头部缺口相配合的突起。
优选地， 突起的底部与所述套筒的底部之间形成间隙。
本发明实施例的有益效果体现在以下方面：
本发明实施例通过在螺钉头部开设缺口， 在扳手的套筒内壁设置与之 相配合的突起， 使得螺钉防盗性能高， 操作简单； 结构简单， 易加工和设 计， 成本低廉， 满足户外设备的防盗要求， 提高了设备安装效率。 附图说明

图 1是本发明实施例所述的防盗螺钉的立体效果图； 图 2是图 1所述 防盗螺钉的螺钉杆部垂直地面放置时的俯视图； 如图 1、 2所示， 本发明实 施例所述的防盗螺钉 1具有螺钉头部 10和螺钉杆部 11， 螺钉杆部 11连接 在螺钉头部 10的底面上， 螺钉头部 10上开有缺口 12 (如图 2所示）， 并且 螺钉头部 10的侧壁包含对应缺口 12的直线形部 12a和与直线形部首尾相 连的圓弧形部 10a， 直线形部 12a与圓弧形部 10a光滑连接（如图 1所示）， 以便增强螺钉的防盗性能。
其中， 本发明实施例所述的螺钉头部 10的横截面形状为圓形， 螺钉头 部 10的顶面为平面。 图 1中示出的本发明实施例所述的防盗螺钉的螺钉头 部 10的顶面为水平面， 本发明实施例所述的螺钉头部 10的顶面还可以为 斜面或圓弧面 （如图 3、 4所示）。
图 5是本发明实施例所述的扳手的立体效果图； 图 6是本发明实施例 所述的扳手的局部剖视示意图。 如图 5、 6所示， 本发明实施例所的扳手 2 包括： 用来与螺钉头部相配合的套筒 20， 其底部开口， 顶部封闭； 连接在 套筒顶部的手柄 21， 套筒 20的内壁上设置有与螺钉头部缺口 12相配合的 突起 22。 当使用本发明实施例所述的扳手 2安装或拆卸本发明实施例所述 的防盗螺钉时， 将套筒 20的底部开口与螺钉头部 10的顶面对齐， 并使得 突起 22与缺口 12相对应， 向下推动手柄 21， 使得套筒 20套住螺钉头部 10， 并且突起 22插入缺口 12内与之配合， 这时转动手柄 21便可以拧动螺 钉， 从而实现螺钉的安装或拆卸。 本发明实施例所述的防盗螺钉 1 必须使 用本发明实施例所述的专用的扳手 2 才能实现拆卸， 从而起到的防盗的作 用。
如图 5、 6所示， 本发明实施例所述的突起 22的底部与套筒 20的底部 之间形成间隙 23， 以便当将螺钉头部 10套入套筒 20内时， 能够避开套装 在螺钉杆部 11上的弹簧垫片 3， 使得弹簧垫片 3进入套筒 20并位于间隙 23内， 从而确保套筒 20套住螺钉头部 10的深度。
另外， 本发明实施例所述的手柄 21的横截面形状为六角形， 以方便利 用电批等工具安装拆卸防盗螺钉。

1、 一种防盗螺钉， 包括螺钉头部（ 10)和连接在螺钉头部底面上的螺 钉杆部 （11)， 所述螺钉头部 （10)开有缺口 （12)， 所述螺钉头部的侧壁 包括对应所述缺口的直线形部和所述直线形部收尾相连的圓弧形部。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的防盗螺钉， 其中， 所述直线形部与所述圓弧形 部光滑连接。
3、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的防盗螺钉， 其中， 所述螺钉头部（10) 的 顶面为平面。
4、 如权利要求 1或 2所述的防盗螺钉， 其中， 所述螺钉头部（10) 的 顶面为圓瓜面。
5、 一种扳手， 包括用来与螺钉头部相配合的套筒 （20)， 其底部开口， 顶部封闭； 连接在套筒 （20)顶部的手柄（21)， 所述套筒 （20) 的内壁上 设置有与螺钉头部 （10)缺口 （12)相配合的突起（22)。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的扳手， 其中， 所述突起（22) 的底部与所述套 筒 （20) 的底部之间形成间隙 （23)。
