Abstract

The invention relates to a mechanical device for catching insects, characterised by a handle (MA) connected to the frame (GH) by means of three parts (p1), (p2) and (p3) which are used to divide the device into two sections, to allow access for mounting, dismounting and replacing parts, in addition to allowing the device to fold (FG-5), and wherein a very important section of said mechanical device is the carriage (c) which consists of different parts allowing the force transmitted by the spring (m), once released, to move a rod (V) which, in turn, slides three crossbars (T-1 ), (T-2) and (T-3) which, together with an elastic breathable rebound fabric (11), close the trap, which opens manually, the spring (m) being retracted by means of the grip (12).

This mechanical contraption aims at greater well-being for people and for nature.

DESCRIPTION:

Mechanical gadget to catch insects.

It mainly serves to catch live insects, which are within reach of the user, making a precise movement with the arm, trapping and then closing.

It does not need electricity, insecticides, or the need to crush the insect, making this device very hygienic and ecological.

It has several important objectives and applications such as:

-When we are eating, or at any other time, and an insect bothers us (mainly flies).

-If we find a bee that has strained at home or anywhere else, we must not kill it, we must return it to the street, so that it reaches the field. And continue developing such an important and essential mission;

help the pollination of flowers, stabilizing the ecosystem, in addition to making honey.

Research and pharmaceutical; helping to prevent diseases that transmit insects, because thanks to this gadget we can capture both expected and unexpectedly, any suspicious insects, to study it and thus preventing the spread of diseases, such as the tiger mosquito, for example.

This gadget can focus on sports plan, since the user's ability, plays a very important role, to catch insects and has its point of emotion.

It can be adapted to catch other evil species such as cockroaches, rodents, etc.

This device, in particular, to which the present invention refers, is foldable, mountable and detachable and all its parts

replaceable and recyclable, although it can be manufactured more simply; suppressing the folding parts of the gadget and some removable parts by fixed. To my knowledge, the devices or gadgets known until today, to perform this work (possibility of catching the insect alive and intact), is a butterfly hunt that closes by the

deformation of its sides, when a force is made on the handle, but which in my opinion is less effective, less accurate and more bulky, which in this case is not the most appropriate.

I also know the electric racket and the typical swatter that hits, although very effective they do not accompany in this case, since they are not so hygienic. The operation of this new mechanical device is based mainly on; the force exerted by the user is stored in a spring and when it is released, closes a trap

(FG-6) that being the most influential part of the invention, together with the folding system (FG-5), provides that in addition to closing very quickly, at the end of the course, the force that comes from a spring is absorbed by an elastic fabric, for the most part,

What is new about the present invention is the ability and precision, with which it is able to catch an insect

(mainly flies) due to this combination of

mechanisms One of the reasons for this device to be foldable, and to be able to transport it easily, is to be able to use it at any time, in addition to; in the moment less expected.

This gadget can also be manufactured without being foldable, (it is more economical), of different models and sizes, but it must be made with quality materials, qualified for this purpose, that do not break shortly, since it is difficult to prevent when you will receive a ^" bad blow ^" at the peak of the table, for example. That is why, he has decided to design it this way, by pieces, since in this way, it is not necessary to discard the device by a blow or breakage, thus collaborating with the environment and it has more industrial variety.

This mechanical gadget is shaped like a racket, but it can have many shapes and sizes.
