步骤 S104, 检测该一个或连续多个帧画面中是否包括预定特征; 步骤 S106, 在检测结果为是的情况下, 限制摄像头对待拍摄场景的拍摄。 通过上述步骤, 对预览图像的特征进行比对, 限制具有预定特征的待拍摄场景的 拍摄, 从而可以避免了具有预定特征的图像中的内容被泄漏。在一个优选的实施例中, 上述的预定特征是与显示器有关的特征, 即该预定特征可以用于指示在待拍摄场景中 存在正在工作的显示器(例如显示器的形状、显示屏的亮度等特征), 则上述步骤可以 解决相关技术中显示器显示的内容容易被拍摄所导致的问题, 避免了显示器所显示的 资料被拍照或摄像, 提升了对数据的保护作用。 优选地, 在步骤 S104中判断结果为否的情况下, 可以进行正常的拍摄。 在上述步骤 S102中,待拍摄场景的预览图像是指通过电子取景框或者取景显示屏 显示的预览图像, 该预览图像一般由显存或者内存获取并实时显示在电子取景框或取 景显示屏上。 在获取该预览图像时, 可以直接从显存或者内存中读取。 优选地, 在上述步骤中的预定特征可以根据实际需要限制拍摄的场景进行设置, 在本实施例应用在显示器屏幕的限制拍摄的应用场景的情况下, 预定特征可以是显示 器特征, 例如, 显示器的形状特征, 和 /或, 显示器的显示屏特征。 其中, 显示器的形 状特征可以是显示器的外观、 显示器的显示屏亮度、 显示器的显示屏与其他部分的对 比度情况等等能够识别该显示器的特征; 显示器的显示屏特征可以是: 工作中的显示 屏在使用阵列式的数字感光元件构成的摄像头中形所成的特殊的图像的特征。 例如, 在阴极射线管(Cathode Ray Tube, 简称为 CRT)显示器中采用预定频率的隔行扫描或 逐行扫描刷新屏幕, 在通过一定频率获取画面的阵列式数字感光元件构成的摄像头中 将形成间隔条纹的干涉图样, 该间隔条纹则可以作为一种显示器的显示屏特征用于识 别该显示器; 又例如, 液晶显示器(Liquid Crystal Display, 简称为 LCD)或者发光二 极管 (Light Emitting Diode, 简称为 LED) 显示器在数字感光元件构成的摄像头中将 形成摩尔纹状的干涉图像, 该摩尔纹也可以作为一种显示器的显示屏特征用于识别该 显示器。 优选地, 除了可以通过一帧画面来检测该画面中是否具有静态的预定特征之外, 还可以通过检测连续获取的多个帧画面中是否存在动态的预定特征。 例如, 在上述的 优选实施例中, 可以检测摩尔纹或者间隔条纹这些静态特征, 同时, 每一帧画面选取 的时间不同, 摩尔纹或者间隔条纹的形状或者位置有可能发生一定的变化, 如果连续 取多帧画面, 就能够发现间隔条纹或者摩尔纹会根据显示器刷新频率的变化、 摄像头 与显示器的距离的改变等发生形状和位置的连续变化。 因此, 在一定情况下, 检测连 续多个帧画面中是否均包括预定特征, 且连续多个帧画面中的预定特征以预定规律变 化能够进一步准确检测待拍摄场景中是否存在显示器。 优选地, 在实施过程中, 在预定特征为显示器的特征的情况下, 检测连续多个帧 画面中是否包括预定特征可以采用下列的方式: 提取一个或连续多个帧画面的特征; 判断一个或连续多个帧画面的至少一部分特征与显示器的特征是否相符。 若相符, 则 可以确定该一个或连续多个画面中包括预定的显示器的特征。 优选地, 在实施过程中, 提取一个或连续多个帧画面中的每个帧画面可以采用下 列的方式: 分别对帧画面进行归一化处理, 得到帧画面的灰度图片; 根据该灰度图片, 确定该帧画面的特征。 优选地, 限制摄像头对待拍摄场景的拍摄包括以下至少之一: 禁止摄像头对待拍 摄场景的拍摄功能; 模糊化处理摄像头对待拍摄场景所拍摄的图像 /视频。 其中, 模糊 化处理摄像头对待拍摄场景所拍摄的图像 /视频可以是:模糊化处理图像 /视频中具有预 定特征的部分。 即可以只对拍摄得到的图像 /视频中显示器对应的位置进行模糊化处 理, 以保护该区域的信息不被泄漏。 优选地, 在本实施例的上述方案中, 在预览图像的画面也可以进行类似的模糊化 处理, 从而提示用户该部分的拍摄结果。 本实施例还提供了一种拍摄装置, 该拍摄装置可以是上述提及的具有拍摄功能的 设备。 该拍摄装置用于实现上述的拍摄方法, 装置实施例中描述的装置具体的实现过 程在方法实施例中已经进行过详细说明, 在此不再赘述。 图 2是根据本发明实施例的拍摄装置的结构示意图, 如图 2所示, 该装置包括: 获取模块 22、 检测模块 24和限制模块 26, 其中, 获取模块 22, 设置为获取待拍摄场 景的预览图像的一个或连续多个帧画面; 检测模块 24耦合至获取模块 22, 设置为检 测一个或连续多个帧画面中是否包括预定特征; 限制模块 26耦合至检测模块 24, 设 置为在检测结果为是的情况下, 限制摄像头对待拍摄场景的拍摄。 需要说明的是, 本发明的实施例中所涉及到的模块、 单元可以通过软件的方式实 现, 也可以通过硬件的方式来实现。 本实施例中的所描述的模块、 单元也可以设置在 处理器中, 例如, 可以描述为: 一种处理器包括获取模块 22、 检测模块 24和限制模 块 26。 其中, 这些模块的名称在某种情况下并不构成对该模块本身的限定, 例如, 获 取模块还可以被描述为"设置为获取待拍摄场景的预览图像的一个或连续多个帧画面 的模块"。 优选地, 预定特征包括显示器特征, 其中, 显示器特征包括以下至少之一: 显示 器的形状特征、 显示器的显示屏特征。 优选地, 显示器的显示屏特征包括以下之一: 间隔条纹、 摩尔纹。 优选地, 该检测模块 24还设置为: 在获取待拍摄场景的预览图像的连续多个帧画 面的情况下, 检测连续多个帧画面中是否均包括预定特征, 且连续多个帧画面中的预 定特征以预定规律变化。 优选地, 检测模块 24还设置为: 在预定特征为显示器的特征的情况下, 提取一个 或连续多个帧画面的特征; 判断一个或连续多个帧画面的至少一部分特征与显示器的 特征是否相符。 优选地, 提取帧画面的特征包括: 分别对帧画面进行归一化处理, 得到帧画面的 灰度图片; 根据灰度图片, 确定帧画面的特征。 优选地, 限制模块 26设置为实现以下至少之一的功能: 禁止摄像头对待拍摄场景 的拍摄功能; 模糊化处理摄像头对待拍摄场景所拍摄的图像 /视频。 优选地, 限制模块 26还设置为模糊化处理图像 /视频中具有预定特征的部分。 下面结合优选实施例进行描述和说明。 本发明优选实施例提供了一种防止移动设备拍摄显示器的方法, 该方法用于解决 移动设备摄像头拍照引发的信息安全问题, 例如, 防止显示器上的信息被移动设备拍 摄而导致泄漏。 为了防止移动设备对电脑显示器进行拍摄, 本优选实施例采用下列的构思: 在移 动设备打开摄像头时, 如果检测到被拍摄物体为电脑的显示器, 则禁止移动设备的拍 摄功能, 从而达到了防止电脑中的保密信息通过移动设备的拍摄功能而泄露的目的。 本优选实施例提供的防止移动设备对电脑显示器进行拍摄的方法, 包括: 当移动 设备打开拍摄功能时, 检测被拍摄物体, 如果发现被拍摄物体是显示器则禁止拍摄。 优选地, 打开的移动设备的拍摄功能包括: 拍照功能和摄像功能。 优选地, 检测被拍摄物体, 是指从打开移动设备的拍摄功能开始直到关闭此功能 的整个过程中不间断地进行。 优选地, 被拍摄物体包括显示器, 其中, 该显示器包括 CRT显示器和 LCD显示 器。 优选地,检测被拍摄物体的方法可以是:针对 CRT显示器拍摄时会有间隔条纹(显 示器刷新机制决定) 可以检测被拍摄物体是否是 CRT显示器; 针对 LCD显示器拍摄 时会产生摩尔纹来检测被拍摄物体是否是 LCD显示器,只要是上述两种情况之一便可 以禁止拍照。 优选地, 禁止拍摄包括: 禁止移动设备的拍摄功能按钮, 或者使拍摄出的画面模 糊化的手段,以及一切包含但不限于以上方法的任何能够防止画面被清晰记录的方法。 下面以被拍摄物体为目前常用的液晶显示器为例进行说明。 图 3是根据本发明优选实施例的摩尔纹产生原理的示意图, 如图 3所示, 当使用 移动设备对液晶显示器进行拍摄时, 由于相机感光元件拥有一个空间频率, 而被拍摄 的对象 (液晶屏显示的图像) 是由液晶屏的液晶像素点所呈现出来的, 液晶屏幕的像 素点同样拥有一个空间分布规律。 图 4是根据本发明优选实施例的摩尔纹的示意图, 当移动设备感光元件的空间频率与液晶屏呈现图像的空间分布规律接近时, 差拍现象 就会产生, 图 4所示的摩尔纹也就出现了。 简单来说, 当移动设备传感器像素点与显 示器像素点相近并重合后, 人的肉眼会对这种重合相当敏感, 所以就能够看到了摩尔 纹。 本优选实施例正是利用这种特性, 在移动设备打开拍摄功能时, 启动软件进行实 时监测。 识别摩尔纹的方法如下: 对图像显存中的图像先进行归一化处理, 生成一副 灰度图片, 将灰度图片与摩尔纹进行特征值比对, 当匹配摩尔纹的特征值就表明当前 所显示的图片为拍摄电脑显示器的情况。 此时就禁止移动设备拍摄功能的使用, 以此 来避免移动设备对电脑显示器的拍摄而造成的信息泄露。 下面结合附图对本优选实施例进行说明。 图 5是根据本发明优选实施例的拍摄方法的流程示意图, 如图 5所示, 当用户开 启移动设备的拍摄功能时, 可以进行如下步骤的处理: 步骤 S501, 首先打开移动设备的拍摄功能; 步骤 S502, 检测被拍摄物体是否含有显示器, 若含有显示器则进入步骤 S503, 否则进入步骤 S504; 步骤 S503, 禁止拍摄功能的使用, 进入步骤 S506; 步骤 S504, 是否进行拍摄, 是则进入步骤 S505, 否则转到步骤 S502; 步骤 S505, 拍摄照片或影像后转到步骤 S506; 步骤 S506, 是否退出拍摄功能, 是则转到步骤 S507, 否则转到步骤 S502; 步骤 S507, 退出拍摄功能, 整个流程结束。 可见, 采用上述的技术方案, 至少具有下列优点: 通过移动设备在拍摄的过程中, 判断被拍摄物体, 当发现被拍摄物体为电脑的显 示器时, 便禁止拍摄。 此方法简单有效, 且不影响移动设备的正常使用, 特别是移动 设备的拍摄功能, 即便是具有本实施例或者优选实施例功能的移动设备, 在使用拍摄 日常画面时, 仍然可以正常使用, 不会有丝毫影响。 这样既保证了企业内部信息的安 全, 又不妨碍个人正常使用移动设备, 达到两全其美的目的。 工业实用性 本发明实施例提供的拍摄方法和拍摄装置, 可以避免了显示器所显示的资料被摄 取和泄露, 提升了对数据的保护作用。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可以用通用 的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布在多个计算装置所 组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程序代码来实现, 从而, 可以 将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模 块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明 不限制于任何特定的硬件和软件结合。 以上上述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领域的技 术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和原则之内, 所作的 任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种拍摄方法, 包括:
获取待拍摄场景的预览图像的一个或连续多个帧画面;
检测所述一个或连续多个帧画面中是否包括预定特征;
在检测结果为是的情况下, 限制摄像头对所述待拍摄场景的拍摄。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述预定特征包括显示器特征, 其中, 所 述显示器特征包括以下至少之一:
所述显示器的形状特征、 所述显示器的显示屏特征。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述显示器的显示屏特征包括以下之一: 间隔条纹、 摩尔纹。
4. 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 在获取所述待拍摄场景的所述预览图像的 连续多个帧画面的情况下, 检测所述连续多个帧画面中是否包括所述预定特征 包括:
检测所述连续多个帧画面中是否均包括所述预定特征, 且所述连续多个帧 画面中的预定特征以预定规律变化。
5. 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 限制所述摄像头对所述待拍摄场景的拍摄 包括以下至少之一:
禁止所述摄像头对所述待拍摄场景的拍摄功能;
模糊化处理所述摄像头对所述待拍摄场景所拍摄的图像 /视频。
6. 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其中, 模糊化处理所述摄像头对所述待拍摄场景 所拍摄的图像 /视频包括:
模糊化处理所述图像 /视频中具有所述预定特征的部分。
7. 根据权利要求 1至 6中任一项所述的方法, 其中, 检测所述一个或连续多个帧 画面中是否包括所述预定特征包括:
提取所述一个或连续多个帧画面的特征; 判断所述一个或连续多个帧画面的至少一部分特征与所述预定特征是否相 符。 根据权利要求 7所述的方法, 其中, 提取所述一个或连续多个帧画面中的帧画 面的特征包括:
分别对所述帧画面进行归一化处理, 得到所述帧画面的灰度图片; 根据所述灰度图片, 确定所述帧画面的特征。 一种拍摄装置, 包括:
获取模块, 设置为获取待拍摄场景的预览图像的一个或连续多个帧画面; 检测模块, 设置为检测所述一个或连续多个帧画面中是否包括预定特征; 限制模块, 设置为在检测结果为是的情况下, 限制摄像头对所述待拍摄场 景的拍摄。 根据权利要求 9所述的装置, 其中, 所述限制模块还设置为: 禁止所述摄像头 对所述待拍摄场景的拍摄功能, 和 /或, 模糊化处理所述摄像头对所述待拍摄场 景所拍摄的图像 /视频。
