一种送光装置(1)、安防设备及智能交通系统。该送光装置(1)包括具有敞口端(12)和缩口端(13)的反光杯(10)以及设于该缩口端(13)的光源(11)。该反光杯(10)的内表面为用以调整光源(11)发出的光、使之成小角度出射的自由曲面。其中,该小角度为10°以下。该安防设备以及该智能交通系统均包括该送光装置(1)和摄像装置,其中送光装置(1)的送光角度与摄像装置的视角相匹配。送光装置(1)的单个反光杯(10)调整光源(11)发出的光成小角度出射至监测区域,从而提高远距探测光能利用率。

Description

一种送光装置、安防设备及智能交通系统 技术领域
本发明属于安防监控及智能交通领域,尤其涉及 一种送光装置、安防设备及智能交通系统。
背景技术
目前,安防设备已广泛应用于各行各业。然而现有安防设备中送光装置送光角度过大,光能损耗严重,相应地降低了光能利用率,同时影响摄像装置所摄图像质量。例如, 交通部门需要对每个行车道进行监控,与送光角度对应的光照范围往往大于相应车道的宽度,这样不仅浪费了光能,而且还影响相邻车道行车安全。
技术问题
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种送光装置,旨在解决现有送光装置送光角度过大,光能利用率低的问题。
技术解决方案
本发明实施例是这样实现的, 一种送光装置,包括具有敞口端和缩口端的反光杯以及设于所述缩口端的光源,所述反光杯的内表面为用以调整光源发出的光、使之成小角度出射的自由曲面,所述小角度为 10 °以下。
有益效果
本发明实施例由单个反光杯对光源发出的光进行调整,使之成小角度出射至监测区域,以此提高远距探测 光能利用率,而且结构极其简单,易于制作。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明实施例由单个反光杯对光源发出的光进行调整,使之成小角度出射至监测区域,以此提高远距探测 光能利用率,而且结构极其简单,易于制作。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的实现进行详细说明。
如图 1 、 2 所示,本发明实施例提供的 送光装置 1 包括 具有敞口端 12 和缩口端 13 的反光杯 10 以及设于所述缩口端 13 的光源 11 ,所述反光杯 10 的内表面为用以调整光源 11 发出的光、使之成小角度出射的自由曲面,所述小角度为 10 °以下。这样可使光线收缩至监测区域,由此提高了安防设备远距探测 光能利用率,而且结构极其简单,易于制作。
本发明实施例中所述光源 11 系功率为 10W 以上的白光 LED ,其发光角为 120~160 °,如此大发光角的 LED 可视为点光源,并利于配光。前述敞口端 12 的口径优选为 60~130mm ,并使所述缩口端 13 距敞口端 12 70~140mm 。这样使反光杯 10 更多内表面参与配光(即提高收光率),又保证了小尺寸。为使本送光装置 1 出光均匀,于所述敞口端 12 设起匀光作用的扩散镜片(未示出)。
其中,所述反光杯 10 的内表面附有一层纯铝膜,以提高本送光装置 1 的出光效率。为使本送光装置 1 适应各种摄像视角,此处增设用以调整反光杯 10 位置、使之沿光源 11 的光轴移动的调整机构。
本发明实施例还提供一种 安防设备,其包括用以向监测区域发送光信号的送光装置 1 和用以接收来自所述监测区域光信号的摄像装置,所述光信号经处理后于监控屏幕(未图示)上形成监控画面。其中,所述送光装置 1 为前述送光装置,所述送光装置 1 的送光角度与摄像装置的视角相匹配。此处可以通过调整机构调整所述反光杯 10 的位置,使所述送光装置 1 的送光角度与摄像装置的视角匹配,如此即可根据安装现场情况,对所述反光杯 10 的位置进行微调,使之达到最佳效果。另外,此设计尤适用于对不同宽度的车道进行监控,经由控制中心操控后,即可实现智能交通系统。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种送光装置, 其特征在于,所述送光装置 包括具有敞口端和缩口端的反光杯以及设于所述缩口端的光源,所述反光杯的内表面为用以调整光源发出的光、使之成小角度出射的自由曲面,所述小角度为 10 °以下。
  2. 如权利要求 1 所述的送光装置,其特征在于,所述敞口端的口径为 60~130mm ,所述缩口端距敞口端 70~140mm 。
  3. 如权利要求 1 或 2 所述的送光装置,其特征在于,所述敞口端设起匀光作用的扩散镜片。
  4. 如权利要求 3 所述的送光装置,其特征在于,所述反光杯的内表面附有一层纯铝膜。
  5. 如权利要求 4 所述的送光装置,其特征在于,所述光源系功率为 10W 以上的白光 LED 。
  6. 如权利要求 5 所述的送光装置,其特征在于,所述白光 LED 的发光角为 120~160 °。
  7. 如权利要求 4 、 5 或 6 所述的送光装置,其特征在于,所述送光装置还包括用以调整反光杯位置、使之沿光源的光轴移动的调整机构。
  8. 一种安防设备,包括用以向监测区域发送光信号的送光装置和用以接收来自所述监测区域光信号的摄像装置,其特征在于,所述送光装置为如权利要求 1~7 中任一项所述的送光装置,所述送光装置的送光角度与摄像装置的视角相匹配。
  9. 一种智能交通系统,包括用以向监测区域发送光信号的送光装置和用以接收来自所述监测区域光信号的摄像装置,其特征在于,所述送光装置为如权利要求 1~7 中任一项所述的送光装置,所述送光装置的送光角度与摄像装置的视角相匹配。
