另一方面, 通过与会议云平台进行交互, 该终端对比更新记录的其它终端数据信息, 即更新其地 址薄信息, 实现终端数据的同步更新。 现有的会议电视系统中, 在会议召开前和会议中新增终端时, 需要进行大量的沟 通来确认与会终端的地址和状态信息, 这样势必会增加额外的工作量和会议时长, 为 了保障会议顺利召开, 提高会议时效, 本较佳实施方式提供会议电视系统中快速呼叫 和数据同步更新方法, 以实现视频会议的快速呼叫和与会终端数据信息的同步更新。 本较佳实施方式结合利用了会议云平台, 旨在通过后台处理的方式, 实现与会终 端的数据同步更新, 可以很好地解决网络环境中当终端地址和状态信息发生变化时, 会议不能预期召开的问题, 及时的数据更新, 也能够保障视频会议的快速呼叫, 大大 提升了用户的业务体验。 下面将结合图 4及图 5, 对本较佳实施方式的技术方案进行进一步清楚、 完整地 描述。 图 4表示本发明实施例的较佳实施方式的会议发起方通过与会议云平台交互获取 与会终端信息后发起快速呼叫的示意图, 参照图 4, 该发起快速呼叫的流程包括如下 步骤: 步骤 401, 会议发起方通过查询会议云平台, 获取到与会终端最新的地址和状态 信息;
