本发明提供的技术方案涉及 LTE系统,进一步涉及接入网中引入了 NCT 小区或 NCT频率的 LTE系统, NCT小区或 NCT频率无法独立工作,也就是 说必须依托于现有的非 NCT的 LCT小区或 LCT频率,一个 LCT小区或 LCT 频率可以配置多个 NCT小区或 NCT频率, 本发明适用的场景为 LCT小区对 应的基站向 UE发送包含有支持 MBMS的 NCT频率信息以及 NCT频率信息 对应的多媒体广播组播业务服务区域标识 ( MBMS Service Area Identities , 简 称 MBMS SAI )信息,以使 UE根据系统消息,对正在接收或感兴趣的 MBMS 服务进行指示处理, 进而保证接收 NCT小区的 MBMS业务的连续性。
图 1为本发明提供的业务指示处理方法实施例一的流程图,如图 1所示, 本实施例的业务指示处理方法, 包括:
S101、 UE接收 LCT小区对应的基站发送的系统消息, 系统消息中包含 NCT频率信息和 NCT频率信息对应的 MBMS SAI信息。

本实施例中, 由于 NCT小区不存在 PDCCH, 所以由 LCT小区对应的基 站向发送 NCT小区的 MCCH信息改变通知, 可以实现 NCT小区对 MBMS 业务计数过程的支持。
本实施例提供的新载波类型小区业务计数方法, 通过 UE接收 LCT小区 对应的基站发送的 NCT小区的 MCCH信息改变通知, 再根据 NCT小区的 MCCH信息改变通知, 接收 LCT小区对应的基站或者 NCT小区对应的基站 发送的 NCT小区的计数请求信息, 并向 LCT小区对应的基站或 NCT小区对 应的基站发送计数反馈信息, 可以实现 NCT小区对 MBMS业务计数过程的 支持, 扩展了 MBMS的应用场景。
