一种抽插式空气过滤器 技术领域
本实用新型属于空气净化领域,尤其涉及空气过滤装置。
背景技术
空气净化装置随着日益严重的空气污染已经越来越体现出其对于生活、医疗、生产等等方面的重要性,目前市场上比较流行的空气净化设备有些是使用高压电场配合空气过滤净化的,通常是将高压丝与放电网具有一定距离固定到外框上,使两者之间不接触,通过高压放电使放电网感应从而建立电场进行灭菌的作业,而现有技术中通常都是将所述高压丝或称为正电网与放电网固定在净化机中,清洗更换过滤器不便。
技术问题
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种抽插式空气过滤器,旨在解决现有技术中过滤器拆卸不便的问题。
技术解决方案
本实用新型是这样实现的,一种抽插式空气过滤器,包括固定于空气净化机出风口上的过滤器外框,可置于所述外框中的过滤器,所述过滤器中设有过滤纸,所述过滤纸上方设有放电网,所述外框内下部设有正电网,所述过滤器侧壁上设有与所述放电网电连接的导电片,所述外框内侧壁设有可与所述导电片相配合连接的导电弹片。
优选地, 所述正电网下方设有支撑架,所述支撑架下方设有支撑柱,所述支撑柱与所述外框底部连接固定。
优选地,所述过滤器一端设有可方便抽插所述过滤器的把手。
有益效果
依借上述技术方案,通过将所述正电网与放电网分别设置在所述外框内和所述过滤器上,在需要维护时将所述过滤器抽出即可,所述导电片在安装插入所述外框过程中经过所述导电弹片,对所述导电弹片施压,所述导电弹片与所述导电片密切连接导通,结构简单成本低廉,并且安全可靠,在所述过滤器抽插维护安装过程中不宜损坏。

参照图1-3所示,本实施例提供一种抽插式空气过滤器,包括固定于空气净化机出风口上的过滤器外框1,可置于所述外框1中的过滤器2,所述过滤器2中设有过滤纸21,所述过滤纸21上方设有放电网23,所述外框1内下部设有正电网3,所述过滤器2侧壁上设有与所述放电网23电连接的导电片22,所述外框1内侧壁设有可与所述导电片22相配合连接的导电弹片11,依借上述技术方案,通过将所述正电网3与放电网23分别设置在所述外框1内和所述过滤器2上,在需要维护时将所述过滤器2抽出即可,所述导电片22在安装插入所述外框1过程中经过所述导电弹片11,对所述导电弹片11施压,所述导电弹片11与所述导电片22密切连接导通,结构简单成本低廉,并且安全可靠,在所述过滤器2抽插维护安装过程中不宜损坏。
所述正电网3下方设有支撑架4,所述支撑架4下方设有支撑柱5,所述支撑柱5与所述外框1底部连接固定。
所述过滤器2一端设有可方便抽插所述过滤器2的把手6。

  1. 一种抽插式空气过滤器,包括固定于空气净化机出风口上的过滤器外框,可置于所述外框中的过滤器,所述过滤器中设有过滤纸,所述过滤纸上方设有放电网,所述外框内下部设有正电网,其特征在于,所述过滤器侧壁上设有与所述放电网电连接的导电片,所述外框内侧壁设有可与所述导电片相配合连接的导电弹片。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的抽插式空气过滤器,其特征在于, 所述正电网下方设有支撑架,所述支撑架下方设有支撑柱,所述支撑柱与所述外框底部连接固定。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的抽插式空气过滤器,其特征在于, 所述过滤器一端设有可方便抽插所述过滤器的把手。
