  • the maximum amount of the HARQ process can be 3, this is because the maximum amount of the synchronization HARQ process which the TDD uplink/downlink configuration 3 needs is 3.
  • the UE determines whether it is able to send the new data or retransmit the data to a synchronization HARQ process.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de transmission PUSCH. Dans le procédé, un UE reçoit des informations de configuration d'une station de base, les informations de configuration configurant l'UE pour fonctionner dans un mode de fonctionnement de reconfiguration TDD. Dans le mode de fonctionnement de reconfiguration TDD, l'UE change la configuration en liaison montante/descendante TDD en fonction d'une indication de la station de base. L'UE détermine une relation de synchronisation depuis une autorisation UL au PUSCH, une relation de synchronisation d'un PHICH au PUSCH et une relation de synchronisation du PUSCH au PHICH et détecte l'autorisation UL et/ou le PHICH en fonction des relations de synchronisation déterminées. L'UE envoie des données de PUSCH sur la base des relations de synchronisation déterminées en fonction de l'autorisation UL et/ou du PHICH détecté(e). La présente invention concerne aussi un équipement utilisateur. Au moyen de cette application, l'UE peut effectuer une transmission sur le PUSCH normalement dans le mode de fonctionnement de reconfiguration TDD, transmettre autant de données que possible sur le PUSCH de sous-trames en liaison montante dans le cas où la configuration en liaison montante/descendante TDD change fréquemment, et continuer autant de processus HARQ de synchronisation des sous-trames en liaison montante que possible avant et après le changement de la configuration en liaison montante/descendante TDD.
