It is designed in an upright position with a close-ended top and an adapted lower end. The top end has a press-on/off button switch to turn-on energy-saving spot-lights (or they could be strip lights) on the edges of each facet and batteries are inside cylinder. This keeps the remote control area facet reasonably lit whilst the hub is in operation.
  • the hub shell (cylinder) 16 For vertically extending the hub shell (cylinder) 16, this is divided into upper and lower parts 161 and 162 respectively, interconnected (1) by screw means so that they can be adjusted to be moved together or apart, or (2) by sliding means, e.g. telescopic so that one part slides in and out of the other to an extent controlled by a central axial screw in the lower part working in a nut fixed in the upper part, or (3) by a sprung button on one of the parts 161 or 162 that can be engaged in any one of a vertical series of notches in the other part 162 or 161 , but in each of these three cases with only limited travel so that the two parts 161 and 162 do not come apart completely.
  • the illumination can be for decorative purposes, to aid location of the remote control devices onto the hub cylinder and/or to provide illumination to a use of the remote control devices.

Abstract

Cette invention concerne un concentrateur portable, partiellement ou entièrement assemblé ou désassemblé, éventuellement un kit de pièces, comprenant une pluralité de dispositifs de commande à distance portables et un support, et comprenant des moyens de fixation pour fixer directement ou indirectement les dispositifs les uns par rapport aux autres de manière stable, éventuellement libérable, et pouvant fixer les dispositifs en place sur le support. Selon un mode de réalisation, ledit support présente une pluralité de faces orientées dans des directions différentes, chacune desdites faces étant dotées de moyens de fixation pour un dispositif respectif. Le support peut en outre comprendre des moyens lumineux sous tension, conçus pour faciliter le positionnement desdits dispositifs sur ledit support et cernant le contour de chacune desdites faces, ainsi que des moyens de charge pour lesdits dispositifs. Ledit support comprend des moyens de prise latéraux et il peut présenter des protections latérales en caoutchouc ou autre matériau ou un matériau d'amortissement aux bords, un élément cylindrique vertical comprenant lesdites faces, éventuellement supporté par un élément de base, et un compartiment batterie raccordé à des moyens d'alimentation du support, ainsi que des moyens assurant la retenue desdits dispositifs sur le support quand lesdits moyens de fixation sont libérés. Selon un mode de réalisation, ledit concentrateur comprend une pluralité de dispositifs portables de commande à distance et des moyens pour fixer lesdits dispositifs fermement et de manière libérale les uns aux autres pour former le concentrateur, éventuellement avec l'ajout d'une base. Un dispositif de commande à distance comprend des moyens de fixation lui assurant une mise en place fixe et libérable dans n'importe quel concentrateur de ce type, comprenant de préférence un premier et un second élément de fixation complémentaires conçus pour fixer ledit dispositif dos à dos ou côte à côte de manière annulaire, à un ou plusieurs autres dispositifs de ce type.
