- a plurality of radial tabs (4) specifically six radial tabs (4) and taking into account that in Figures 2 to 4, the plurality of tabs (4) is represented as a single continuous flange (4) as a simplification of the proposed design; which are located in the outer contour of the open ring (3); configured all of them to prevent the total introduction of the open ring (3) in the bin (2) through the mouth (2a) of said bin (2), due to to the contact between a major face of each flange (4) and the mouth (2a); and where each radial flange (4) holds the garbage bag located between the mouth (2a) of the bin (2) and the major face of each radial flange (4); and six projections (5), in correspondence with the six radial tabs (4), which have removable coupling means (6) at the will of the user with respect to the perimeter of the open ring (3); so that the garbage bag is held by the pressure of said projections (5) towards the inner cavity (2b) of the wastebasket (2), after elastic deformation of said open ring
- removable coupling means (6) between each projection (5) and the open ring (3) have: - A deformable flange (5a) belonging to one end of each projection (5); which is observed in figures 5, 6, 7, 9 and 10; where said flange (5a) has a wedge-shaped prismatic geometry;

Dispositif modulaire (1) de fixation de sacs poubelles, comprenant un cercle (3) ouvert conçu pour être accouplé à l'ouverture (2a) d'une poubelle (2) par le biais d'une déformation périphérique et élastique dudit cercle (3); et une pluralité d'éléments en saillie (5) qui présentent des moyens d'accouplement avec le pourtour du cercle (3), lesdits éléments saillants (5) étant démontables à volonté par l'utilisateur, et configurés pour s'accoupler à la paroi intérieure (2b) de la poubelle (2) avant la déformation élastique dudit cercle (3) pour son accouplement avec l'ouverture (2a) de la poubelle (2), de sorte que le sac poubelle est fixé grâce à la pression desdits élément saillants (5) en direction de la paroi intérieure (2b) de la poubelle (2); ce dispositif empêchant le sac poubelle de se séparer de la poubelle (2) y compris de se retourner, notamment sous l'action du vent.
