Abstract

L'invention a trait à une structure stratifiée qui comporte une pluralité de couches de résine thermodurcie renforcée de fibres, ces couches étant choisies parmi deux des matières suivantes ou plus : i) une première matière à mouler qui comprend une couche de résine durcissable et une matière fibreuse sur au moins un côté d'une matrice de résine durcissable, ainsi qu'une couche encore plus fibreuse fixée à une matière de renfort fibreux ; ii) une deuxième matière à mouler incluant une matière fibreuse qui présente deux épaisseurs de fibres à liaisons croisées, chaque épaisseur comportant des étoupes orientées à différents angles, et la matière fibreuse comportant également une matrice de résine durcissable ; iii) une troisième matière à mouler qui comprend au moins deux couches de renfort ayant des étoupes unidirectionnelles et une matrice de résine durcissable qui relie les couches ; iv) une quatrième matière à mouler qui comprend une couche de renfort fibreux et une résine liquide durcissable, le renfort fibreux incluant une pluralité d'étoupes qui possèdent chacune une pluralité de filaments et la résine remplissant au moins partiellement les interstices entre les étoupes du renfort fibreux pour créer une voie d'évacuation d'air au moins à l'intérieur desdites étoupes ; et v) une couche fibreuse imprégnée de résine.
