Abstract

一种电容式感应开关美甲灯,包括灯罩(1)、安装在灯罩(2)内部的紫光或者紫外光LED(3)和感应装置。感应装置、LED(3)和驱动控制电路(2)电连接。感应装置可为单电极电容式触控按键、多电极电容式触控按键(41)或悬浮式触控按键(42)。使用时,手伸入灯罩(1)内,感应装置自动感应或者人为触动,点亮相应的LED。由此减小辐射,提高LED的寿命,感应装置受到光源的影响也较小,工作状态稳定。

电容式感应开关美甲灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种美甲用品领域,具体涉及一种光固化指甲油的灯具。
背景技术
美甲灯,又称为美甲光疗灯,是专门用于美甲工序中烘烤指甲油的装置。如公开号为CN201919973U的专利,公开了一种美甲用UV光疗灯。底板上设有内罩,UV灯管安装在内罩的内侧,内罩上面装有控制线路板和主线路板,内罩上面装有上壳,上壳的一边设有手指伸入的操作口,控制按钮安装在上壳的一侧,上壳内还设有感应装置,所述UV灯管、控制按钮、感应装置与控制线路板和主线路板电连接。当手指伸入操作口,感应器检测到,UV灯管点亮;当干燥结束后,手指离开操作口,UV灯管熄灭。以上专利的不足是所述UV灯管为单根炉栅形结构,其点亮时,紫外光会照射在除指甲以外的部位,将会有不必要的辐射,这样灯管寿命也会受到影响。并且现在市场上美甲灯使用的感应装置皆为单个红外线感应器,容易受灯具本身灯光的影响,工作状态不稳定,且成本也较高。
发明内容
本发明目的是:提供一种电容式感应开关美甲灯,其目的是美甲灯在烘烤指甲油时,能够照射特定的位置,减小额外辐射,延长光源的寿命;改进感应装置,提升使用感受,使其工作时受外界干扰较小,工作更加稳定。
本发明的技术方案是:一种电容式感应开关美甲灯,包括灯罩、安装在所述灯罩内部的光源和感应装置,所述感应装置、所述光源和驱动控制电路电连接,所述感应装置为电容式感应开关。
更进一步的,所述电容式感应开关为电容式触控按键,具体为单电极电容式触控按键或多电极电容式触控按键,其电极和人体由绝缘体隔离;人体碰触电极上方的绝缘体后,触动按键动作;所述电容式触控按键安装在所述灯罩的底座上。
所述电容式感应开关还可以为悬浮式触控按键,所述悬浮式触控按键至少有一个电极,所述悬浮式触控按键安装在所述灯罩内的上方。
当所述电容式感应开关为电容式触控按键时,其还可以安装在灯罩外部。
优选的,所述光源为一个或多个紫光或者紫外光LED。
本发明的优点是:通过上述技术方案,本发明所述的电容式感应开关美甲灯,当感应装置为单电极电容触控按键,并安装在底座上时,手指伸入,与电极上方的感应区域接触,驱动控制电路即可点亮光源,并持续照射适当的时间,感应装置的感应灵敏,操作方便。
当感应装置为多电极电容触控按键,并安装在底座上时,手指接触到不同的按键,其通过驱动控制电路来控制不同电极使得位置相对应的LED亮起,这样减小光源不必要的辐射,LED光源的寿命也会增长。
当使用的是悬浮式触控按键时,手指伸入内罩后,引起悬浮式触控按键的电容变化,通过驱动控制电路开启LED,工作状态稳定,不容易受到外界因素干扰;进一步地,通过适当的机构及电气设计,悬浮式触控按键也可以设置为多电极式,可以根据用户放置手指的不同位置来点亮不同的LED,以及通过触控感应,调节亮度。
当感应装置为电容式触控按键,并安装在灯罩外部时,启动时只要操作电容触控按键,就可调节LED的亮度,设定照射时间,切换不同波长的LED光源等,操作直观便捷,方便机构设计。

具体实施方式
实施例1:
由图1结合图2所示,灯罩1上方装设有驱动控制电路2,光源3与驱动控制电路2电连接,光源3为三行排列的二十个紫外光LED,多电极电容式触控按键41安装在底座11上,并且与驱动控制电路2电连接,多电极电容式触控按键41上装设有与紫外光LED位置相对应的二十个触控电极411。
使用时,手伸入灯罩1内,对应的触控电极411感应到每个手指的碰触,多电极电容式触控按键41通过电连接的驱动控制电路2使相对应位置的紫外光LED亮起,紫外光只是照射到每个手指甲的相对应的位置,这样就减小了不必要的辐射,延长了紫外光LED的工作寿命。并且,进一步地,多电极电容式触控按键41还可以进行手势控制,调节LED的点亮时间,LED的亮度等。
实施例2:
图3提供了另外一种电容式感应开关美甲灯的剖视图,与实施例1相比,其感应装置采用了多电极悬浮式触控按键42,其含有多个电极,其安装在灯罩1内的顶部,光源3的下方。
使用时,手伸入灯罩1内,多电极悬浮式触控按键42感应到手指伸入的位置,触发驱动控制电路2,点亮每个指甲对应的LED。采用多电极悬浮式触控按键42不易受到光源3等因素的影响,使其工作稳定;多电极悬浮式触控按键42放置在灯罩1内的顶部,可以简化电路设计和节省连接的导线。
实施例3:
图4提供了另一种电容式感应开关美甲灯的剖视图,与实施例1相比,其感应装置仍为多电极电容式触控按键41,但是其安装在灯罩1的外部,多电极电容式触控按键41、光源3与驱动控制电路2电连接。
使用时,手伸入灯罩1内,通过操作外部的多电极电容式触控按键41点亮不同的光源3,以及调节光源3的强度,设定光源3的点亮时间。电容式触控按键电路设计比较简单,简化机构设计难度,节省物料,寿命长,使用可靠,使用触控感应技术的美甲灯可以克服一些产品缺陷,避免不必要的辐射,提升产品易用程度。

  1. 1 .一种电容式感应开关美甲灯,包括灯罩、安装在所述灯罩内部的光源和感应装置,所述感应装置、所述光源和驱动控制电路电连接,其特征在于:所述感应装置为电容式感应开关。
  2. 2 .根据权利要求 1 所述的电容式感应开关美甲灯,其特征在于:所述电容式感应开关为电容式触控按键,并且其安装在所述灯罩的底座上。
  3. 3 .根据权利要求 2 所述的电容式感应开关美甲灯,其特征在于:所述电容式触控按键为单电极电容式触控按键。
  4. 4 .根据权利要求 2 所述的电容式感应开关美甲灯,其特征在于:所述电容式触控按键为多电极电容式触控按键。
  5. 5 .根据权利要求 1 所述的电容式感应开关美甲灯,其特征在于:所述电容式感应开关为悬浮式触控按键。
  6. 6 .根据权利要求 5 所述的电容式感应开关美甲灯,其特征在于:所述悬浮式触控按键至少有一个电极。
  7. 7. 根据权利要求 1 所述的电容式感应开关美甲灯,其特征在于:所述电容式感应开关为电容式触控按键,并且其安装在灯罩外部。
  8. 8.根据权利要求1~7中任意一项所述的电容式感应开关美甲灯,其特征在于:所述光源为一个或多个紫光或者紫外光LED。
