Abstract

A process of overseeing a benefit-accruing-to-the-public (BAP) includes measure/calculate, using a computer, a change in a non-private sector (NPS) economy as a result of an undertaking, and to create a property interest therein, and measure/calculate, using the computer, a change in a PS economy as a result of an undertaking, as if the PS economy and NPS economies were separate and distinct economies and to create a property interest therein. The process further includes recording the property interest as fractionalized, tracking acceptance by an intermediary entity (SBX) a final value of BAP financial instruments evidencing a property interest and/or a reference to the property interest recorded in a registry so as to only become monetizable once, tracking issuance of Conditional Social Dividend (CSD) financial Instruments, tracking fundraising to fund the CSD, and tracking at least one vehicle to generate BAP or monetize BAP.
