Abstract

Disclosed are a speed dialing configuration method and device for a mobile terminal, and a mobile terminal. The speed dialing configuration method for a mobile terminal of the present invention comprises: receiving a first instruction, the first instruction being used to extract a contact information and generate a new identification; receiving a second instruction associating the new identification with the number keys on a dialing interface, updating the display corresponding to the number keys, and configuring as the speed dialing. The present invention overcomes the traditional complex operation steps for configuring a speed dialing number and for displaying the contact corresponding to the speed dialing key by providing a new method, device, and mobile terminal for configuring speed dialing and for displaying contacts corresponding to speed dialing keys, and enhancing user experience on terminals.
