技术领域
本发明概括而言涉及一种医疗信息解析咨询系统。
背景技术
在当今医疗资源相对匮乏的情况下,由于医生每天的门诊量很大、医生和患者交流时间相对较短、患者医学知识缺失,医患之间很难形成有效的沟通。要让患者完全理解并配合治疗,医生需要花费大量的时间、精力,并且要有足够的耐心。
医生希望降低每位患者的就诊时间,提高诊疗效率;而患者则希望多了解所患疾病的病因、病程发展过程、治疗方案、用药、治疗过程中注意事项以及预后应注意的问题等等。回答这些问题,虽然可以增加患者对医生的信任度,使患者配合医生进行治疗,但是这也降低了诊疗效率。这种矛盾在现实中很难调和,个别极端的情况下,直接导致了医患纠纷的发生。如何既能提高医生诊疗效率,又不降低患者对医生的信任度,一直是医院经营中探索的问题。
一些医院也在这方面做出了很多努力。例如在医院的信息化系统中加入患者咨询系统。患者可以在线与医生进行沟通,也可通过留言板、电子邮件等离线方式咨询不清楚的问题。
现有的医院信息化系统中的咨询系统,在医患沟通上也存在一定的缺陷。首先,门诊医生在坐诊期间没有时间回答这些咨询的问题,影响医患沟通的时效性;其次,如果门诊医生利用非工作时间回答这些咨询的问题,增加了医生的负担,医生的积极性下降;再次,如果医院聘请专门人员从事这项工作,一方面增加了医院的开支,另一方面由于患者倾向于咨询专家或为自己看病的医生,很难在患者和咨询人员间建立信任感。
分析医患交流的细节可以发现,医患交流的内容多集中在一个比较窄的范围内,这些问题完全可以通过计算机软件系统的辅助,患者可以自行获取这些问题的答案。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为医院提供一套高时效、客观、可靠的医疗信息咨询解决方案,辅助患者了解所患疾病,理解医生对疾病的诊断和治疗方案。为此,本发明设计了一套计算机软件系统,辅助患者了解所患疾病,理解医生对疾病的诊断和治疗方案。在该系统中,集成了医学知识数据库和临床药物数据库,通过这些数据库为患者理解病历或检测报告中的内容提供可靠且客观的解析。
本发明所提供的技术方案为一种医疗信息解析咨询系统,其包括:
数据库模块,包括患者数据库模块、医学知识数据库模块、临床用药数据库模块以及患者病历、报告数据库模块;

通过网络与服务器互相通信的客户机;

此处,系统可以根据返回的查询结果通过辅助阅读模块在客户机上生成对应该词汇的解释页面,同时以树型缩略图的形式在首个页面中生成所有页面的关系图。用户能够关闭不需要的页面,系统同时更新在首个页面中生成所有页面的关系图。
可选地,对于词汇查询请求,用户在辅助阅读模块生成的页面中利用划词发出词汇查询请求,服务器在医学知识数据库模块和临床用药数据库模块中进行查询,并将查询结果发给辅助阅读模块,采用直接生成新窗口或弹出tip窗口的模式为用户提供解释信息。
本系统可以采用浏览器/服务器端或者客户端/服务器端模式构建。本系统中的客户机包括PC、智能手机、PDA和平板电脑。
本系统中的医学知识数据库模块包含SQL数据库,其数据包括医学名词/术语的解析、疾病知识和检查指标,其中疾病知识包括该疾病的名称、概述、患病的状态体征、诊断检查、治疗方案、预防及预后、注意事项,检查指标包括检查项目的名称、检测方法、参考值、引起异常的病因。临床药物数据库模块包含SQL数据库,其数据包括药品的名称、主要成分、剂型、性状、适用症、储藏条件、不良反应、禁忌、注意事项、价格以及常见问题。
其中,为保证客户能得到最新的药物价格信息,本系统的临床用药数据库模块还包括实时、定期或者不定期更新的药物价格数据库子模块。
本发明在现今优质医疗资源匮乏的情况下,辅助患者了解所患疾病,理解医生对疾病的诊断和治疗方案,增强医患之间的交流,提高患者对医生的信任度,以使患者更好的配合医生的治疗。同时也提高了医生的工作效率,节省医生时间,使医生可以尽可能多的多看病。具体上说,该系统具有以下优点:
(1)时效性高
系统采用B/S或C/S模式构建,系统与用户交互几乎是实时进行。该系统不存在传统医患交流中思维延迟、信息传递不及时、人为的拖延等问题。
(2)客观可靠
系统中集成的医学知识数据库和临床用药数据库,包含的是一些客观数据。在给患者提供解析过程中,系统知识像查字典一样,将找到的内容生成用户可阅读的页面供患者阅读,以辅助患者理解医学术语等。
(3)高效的交互模式
在患者阅读过程中,其阅读资料可能存在一个或多个不能理解的医学词汇,患者只需逐个选择这些词,可以逐个得到这些词的解析页面。同时以树型缩略图的形式在首个页面中生成所有页面的关系图,以方便在页面间跳转。

具体实施方式
本发明提供的系统所涉及的模块及其中的信息流如图1所示,该系统包括用于验证用户(即本发明中的患者)身份信息的验证模块以及在用户通过验证后生成用户可阅读的页面的辅助阅读模块,其中验证模块与患者数据库模块相连接以获取其中的患者身份信息,而辅助阅读模块与医学知识数据库模块、临床用药数据库模块以及病历、报告数据库模块相连接以获取其中的知识数据。
本发明所提出系统的交互流程如图2所示,具体步骤如下:
首先进行患者验证,在客户机上系统通过验证模块要求患者提供登录名和密码,并根据患者所提供的登录名和密码在患者数据库模块中的数据库中进行查询验证,如果验证不通过(此种情况通常为登录名不存在或密码不正确),系统则转向步骤8,显示提示注册;如果验证通过,系统继续下一步骤3在病历、报告数据库中根据患者的登录名或者患者提供的其它查询条件查询患者病历或检测报告。如果不存在病历或检测报告,转向步骤7,此次查询结束;如果存在病历或检测报告,系统则继续下一步骤5,读取患者选中的病历或检测报告,然后进入辅助阅读模块,辅助患者阅读病历或检测报告中内容。
其中,辅助阅读模块的具体组成和流程如图3所示,具体步骤如下:
系统首先通过辅助阅读模块生成病历或检测报告的可阅读页面。患者通过选择不能理解的词汇(类似电子词典的划词功能),发送查询请求。系统在医学知识数据库和临床用药数据库中查询该词汇,如果该词汇不存在,生成提示信息;如果该词汇存在,则生成该词汇的解释页面,同时以树型缩略图的形式在首个页面中生成所有页面的关系图。患者可以在先前的任何页面中继续进行划词,直至理解了病历或检测报告的所有内容为止。期间患者也可关闭不需要的页面,系统同时更新缩略图。
在本发明的一个实施例中,医学知识数据库为SQL数据库,其资料数据通过网络数据库、医学书籍、专家录入等途径收集。该医学知识数据库包括医学名词/术语的解析、疾病知识、检查指标等。其中疾病知识包括该疾病的名称、概述、患病的状态体征、诊断检查、治疗方案、预防及预后、注意事项。检查指标包括检查项目的名称、检测方法、参考值、引起异常的病因。
临床药物数据库同样为SQL数据库,其资料数据从公开资料中收集。收集的内容包括药品的名称、主要成分、剂型、性状、适用症、储藏条件、不良反应、禁忌、注意事项、价格、常见问题等。
其中,为保证客户能得到最新的药物价格信息,本系统的临床用药数据库模块还包括实时、定期或者不定期更新的药物价格数据库子模块,其数据库可与外部的或者额外的价格数据库相连接,比如与药物供应商的价格数据库相连接,实现实时、定期或者不定期的更新。
当然,对于为客户提供词汇解释信息的方式,除以上实施例外,在辅助阅读过程中也可以直接采用划词,直接生成新窗口或者动态弹出tip窗口的模式对患者不理解的词汇进行解释。如患者对解释仍有不明之处,可进一步对不明之处进行二次查询,直至全部明了。另外,除以上采用的文本交互方式外,还可以采用语音识别、语音合成和自然语言识别来与患者交互,更加直接地回答患者的疑惑。
在本发明的一个实施例中,本发明所提出的系统采用浏览器/服务器端(B/S)模式实现,架构如图4所示,其中客户机包括PC、智能手机、平板电脑、PDA等终端设备,通过互联网与由防火墙所隔离的服务器相通信。患者通过PC、智能手机、平板电脑、PDA等终端设备中的浏览器,可直接连接服务器。在此实施例中,服务器包括Web服务器以及运行有本系统所需的各个数据库的数据库服务器。在通过用户验证后,读取病历或检测报告。用户选中不理解的词语,浏览器端将该词语发送到系统的服务器端,服务器端向数据库查询该词语,将查询的结果发送到客户机上的浏览器端,同时生成页面和页面间关系缩略图,以方便用户在页面间跳转。患者可以在先前的任何页面中继续进行划词,直至理解了病历或报告的所有内容为止。期间患者也可关闭不需要的页面,系统同时更新缩略图。
在本发明的另外一个实施例中,系统采用客户端/服务器端(C/S)模式实现,架构如图5所示,与上一实施例类似的是,其中客户机包括PC、智能手机、平板电脑、PDA等终端设备,通过互联网与由防火墙所隔离的服务器相通信,而服务器包括Web服务器以及运行有本系统所需的各个数据库的数据库服务器。不同的是,在此实施例中,需要编写针对PC、智能手机、平板电脑、PDA等终端设备的客户端程序,并将其安装在客户机上。患者根据需求安装相应的客户端程序,客户端通过服务器的IP地址,连接服务器。在通过用户验证后,读取病历或检测报告。患者在客户端界面中选中不理解的词语,客户端将该词语发送到服务器端,服务器端向数据库查询该词语,将查询的结果发送到浏览客户,同时生成页面和页面间关系缩略图,以方便用户在页面间跳转。患者可以在先前的任何页面中继续进行划词,直至理解了病历或报告的所有内容为止。期间患者也可关闭不需要的页面,系统同时更新缩略图。
由上可见,本发明所提供的辅助患者阅读病历和检测报告的系统,在设计上采用B/S或C/S模式,用户可以通过PC、智能手机、PDA或平板电脑等终端登录服务器,在通过验证后,可以读取存储在数据库模块中的病历或检测报告。用户在阅读这些材料时,系统利用集成的医学知识数据库和临床用药数据库为用户提供医学词汇解析、疾病知识说明、检测报告解读和治疗所用药物信息(包括价格)解析等,辅助用户了解所患疾病,理解医生对疾病的诊断和治疗方案制定。用户在与系统交互时,用户选中不理解的词语,浏览器端/客户端将该词语发送到服务器端,服务器端向数据库查询该词语,将查询的结果发送到浏览器端/客户端,同时生成页面和页面间关系缩略图,以方便用户在页面间跳转。
本发明在现今优质医疗资源匮乏的情况下,辅助患者了解所患疾病,理解医生对疾病的诊断和治疗方案,增强医患之间的交流,提高患者对医生的信任度,以使患者更好的配合医生的治疗。同时也提高了医生的工作效率,节省医生时间,使医生可以尽可能多的多看病。具体上说,该系统具有以下优点:
(1)时效性高
系统采用B/S或C/S模式构建,系统与用户交互几乎是实时进行。该系统不存在传统医患交流中思维延迟、信息传递不及时、人为的拖延等问题。
(2)客观可靠
系统中集成的医学知识数据库和临床用药数据库,包含的是一些客观数据。在给患者提供解析过程中,系统知识像查字典一样,将找到的内容生成用户可阅读的页面供患者阅读,以辅助患者理解医学术语等。
(3)高效的交互模式
在患者阅读过程中,其阅读资料可能存在一个或多个不能理解的医学词汇,患者只需逐个选择这些词,可以逐个得到这些词的解析页面。同时以树型缩略图的形式在首个页面中生成所有页面的关系图,以方便在页面间跳转。
以上所述只是本发明优选的实施方式,其并不构成对本发明保护范围的限制,只要是以基本相同的手段实现本发明的目的都应属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种医疗信息解析咨询系统,其特征在于,其包括:
    数据库模块,包括患者数据库模块、医学知识数据库模块、临床用药数据库模块以及患者病历、报告数据库模块;
    与所述数据库关联的服务器;
    通过网络与服务器互相通信的客户机;
    验证模块,与患者数据库模块相连接;
    辅助阅读模块;
    其中,用户在客户机上通过验证模块登录服务器,服务器根据用户请求读取病历、报告模块中的相应用户病历、检测报告信息,并通过辅助阅读模块在客户机上生成病历或检测报告的可阅读页面;用户在辅助阅读模块生成的页面中发出词汇和/或药物价格查询请求,服务器在医学知识数据库模块和临床用药数据库模块中进行查询,并将查询结果发给辅助阅读模块在客户机上为客户提供对应该词汇的解释和/或药物价格比较信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的医疗信息解析咨询系统,其特征在于,辅助阅读模块根据服务器的查询结果在客户机上生成对应该词汇的解释和/或药物价格比较信息页面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的医疗信息解析咨询系统,其特征在于,辅助阅读模块同时以树型缩略图的形式在首个页面中生成所有页面的关系图,用户能够关闭不需要的页面,系统同时更新在首个页面中生成所有页面的关系图。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的医疗信息解析咨询系统,其特征在于,辅助阅读模块根据服务器返回的查询结果采用直接生成新窗口或动态弹出tip窗口的模式为用户提供解释信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1~4任一所述的医疗信息解析咨询系统,其特征在于,其采用浏览器/服务器端模式构建。
  6. 根据权利要求1~4任一所述的医疗信息解析咨询系统,其特征在于,其采用客户端/服务器端模式构建。
  7. 根据以上权利要求任一所述的医疗信息解析咨询系统,其特征在于,客户机包括PC、智能手机、PDA和平板电脑。
  8. 根据以上权利要求任一所述的医疗信息解析咨询系统,其特征在于,医学知识数据库模块包含SQL数据库,其数据包括医学名词/术语的解析、疾病知识和检查指标,其中疾病知识包括该疾病的名称、概述、患病的状态体征、诊断检查、治疗方案、预防及预后、注意事项,检查指标包括检查项目的名称、检测方法、参考值、引起异常的病因。
  9. 根据以上权利要求任一所述的医疗信息解析咨询系统,其特征在于,临床药物数据库模块包含SQL数据库,其数据包括药品的名称、主要成分、剂型、性状、适用症、储藏条件、不良反应、禁忌、注意事项、价格以及常见问题。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的医疗信息解析咨询系统,其特征在于,所述临床用药数据库模块还包括实时、定期或者不定期更新的药物价格数据库子模块。
