Abstract

Le procédé de réalisation d'un empilement de couches munies d'au moins un motif structuré en 3D, comporte les étapes suivantes : - prévoir un premier moule (2) muni d'une face avant (2a) texturée comportant un premier motif 3D (3); - déposer une première couche (4) de l'empilement sur la face avant (2a) texturée de manière à recouvrir le premier motif 3D (3) au moyen d'une couche continue (4), la première couche ayant une première face (4a) en contact avec la face avant (2a) du moule (2); - retirer le premier moule (2) de manière à libérer la première face (4a) de la première couche (4) présentant un deuxième motif 3D (3a) complémentaire du premier motif 3D (3); - déposer une deuxième couche (9) de l'empilement sur la première face (4a) de la première couche (4), de manière à recouvrir le deuxième motif 3D (3a) au moyen d'une couche continue.
