入 WLAN网络的第一接入设备并通过 3GPP接入网附着到 3GPP核心网络上, 当用户设备确定 3GPP签约比非 3GPP签约接入 WLAN网络接入设备具有更高 的优先时, 改用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN, 避免用户设备根据 ANDSF策略重选的 WLAN网络的接入设备可能会与用户设备当前釆用非 3GPP签约接入的 WLAN 的接入设备发生冲突, 以及用户设备接入 WLAN网络的方式由非 3GPP签约改 变到 3GPP签约, 可能与用户设备期望的以非 3GPP签约接入 WLAN的方式发 生冲突。 另夕卜, 本实施例中用户设备自主的判断 3GPP签约与非 3GPP签约的优 先级, 只有在确定出 3GPP签约具有更高的优先级后以 3GPP签约方式接入 WLAN时, 才需要执行 3GPP核心网发送的 ANDSF策略, 从而不需要周期性的 频繁检查 ANDSF策略 , 避免不必要的重选 WLAN的接入设备而造成的用户设 备耗电量的增加。

图 1为本发明网络选择方法实施例一的流程图。 本实施例适用于用户设备 以非 3GPP签约接入到 WLAN的第一接入设备且通过 3GPP接入网附着到 3GPP 网络, 需要进行 WLAN接入设备的重新选择或改变当前接入设备的接入方式的 场景, 本实施例的执行主体为用户设备, 具体的, 本实施例包括如下步骤: 步骤 101 : 釆用非第三代移动通信 3GPP签约接入无线局域网 WLAN第一 接入设备, 通过 3GPP接入网附着到 3GPP核心网。
用户设备可通过两种方式接入 WLAN网络。 第一种方式中, 用户设备可以 通过 WLAN提供的认证方 以非 3GPP签约如用户名加密码接入 WLAN网络 的第一接入设备, 第一接入设备例如为 WLAN网络的接入点设备(Access Point 以下简称 AP ) , 或称热点 ( Hotspot ), 可以釆用服务集群标识 ( Service Set Identifier, 以下简称 SSID )、 基本服务集群标识符( Basic Service Set Identifier, 以下简称 BSSID )和 /或同质扩展业务集标识( Homogenous Extended Service Set ID,以下简称 HESSID )等来标识。 第二种方式中, 用户设备可以依据 3GPP与 Wi-Fi (无线保真, Wireless Fidelity, 后指一种无线局域网 WLAN的技术)联盟 等标准组织规定的 3GPP网络与 WLAN网络的互通标准, 使用其在 3GPP网络 的签约, 即基于国际移动用户标识(International Mobile Subscriber Identity, 以 下简称 IMSI ) 的标识或其它可以在 3GPP网络中唯一指示该设备或用户的标识 或号码等接入 WLAN网络的接入设备进行通信。 本步骤中, 用户设备以非 3GPP 签约接入 WLAN网络的第一接入设备并通过 3GPP接入网附着到 3GPP核心网 络上。
步骤 102: 确定 3GPP签约是否比非 3GPP签约具有更高的优先级。
用户设备根据用户偏好信息, 或签约管理对象中的签约优先级, 或向用户 发送是否优先釆用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN的提示信息, 并接收所述用户根据所 述提示信息输入的选择信息等, 判断哪种 WLAN网络的接入方式有更高的优先 级, 即判断 3GPP签约和非 3GPP签约接入 WLAN网络接入设备的优先级。
步骤 103: 若 3GPP签约比非 3GPP签约具有更高的优先级, 则改用 3GPP 签约接入 WLAN„
当用户设备确定出 3GPP签约比 3GPP签约接入 WLAN网络具有更高的优 先级时, 则改用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN。 具体的, 用户设备根据 3GPP核心网 络的下发的 ANDSF的策略确定需要重新选择 WLAN网络的第二接入设备, 当 确定出 3GPP签约比 3GPP签约接入 WLAN网络接入设备具有更高的优先级 时,用户设备改用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN第二接入设备或者, 由于先以非 3GPP 签约方式接入 WLAN的第一接入设备后, 用户设备又附着在 3GPP核心网络, 当确定出 3GPP签约比 3GPP签约接入 WLAN网络接入设备具有更高的优先级 时, 用户设备改用 3GPP签约接入当前的第一接入设备。
本发明实施例提供的网络选择方法, 用户设备以非 3GPP签约接入 WLAN 网络的第一接入设备并通过 3GPP接入网附着到 3GPP核心网络上, 当用户设备 确定 3GPP签约比非 3GPP签约接入 WLAN网络接入设备具有更高的优先时, 改用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN网络的接入设备, 避免用户设备根据 ANDSF策略 重选的 WLAN网络的接入设备可能会与用户设备当前釆用非 3GPP签约接入的 WLAN的接入设备发生冲突, 以及用户设备接入 WLAN网络的方式由非 3GPP 签约改变到 3GPP签约, 可能与用户设备期望的以非 3GPP签约接入 WLAN的 方式发生冲突。 另夕卜, 本实施例中用户设备自主的判断 3GPP签约与非 3GPP签 约的优先级, 只有在确定出 3GPP签约具有更高的优先级后以 3GPP签约方式接 入 WLAN时, 才需要执行 3GPP核心网发送的 ANDSF策略, 从而不需要周期 性的频繁检查 ANDSF策略, 避免不必要的重选 WLAN的接入设备而造成的用 户设备耗电量的增加。
图 2A为本发明网络选择方法实施例二的信令流程图。 本实施例适用于用户 设备接收所述 3GPP核心网发送的第一接入网发现与选择 ANDSF策略, 根据所 述第一 ANDSF策略选择 WLAN第二接入设备, 当确定出 3GPP签约比非 3GPP 签约具有更高的优先级后, 需要进行 WLAN网络的接入设备重选的场景。 本实 施例中, API为第一接入设备, AP2为第二接入设备, UE以非 3GPP签约接入 API且通过 3GPP接入网附着到 3GPP核心网络上, 即用户设备接入 WLAN API 的同时、 之前或之后, 用户设备也通过 3GPP接入网附着到 3GPP核心网络上。 具体的, 本实施例包括如下步骤:
步骤 201: UE使用非 3GPP签约接入 WLAN API。
步骤 202: UE通过 3GPP接入网附着到 3GPP网络。
具体的, 本步骤包括:
步骤 2021: UE接入 3GPP接入网。
步骤 2022: UE通过 3GPP接入网附着到 3GPP核心网。
上述 UE通过 3GPP接入网附着到 3GPP网络的具体方式可参见现有技术 此处不再赘述。
步骤 203: UE接收第一 ANDSF策略。
具体的, 3GPP核心网络设置有 3GPP网络设备, 如 ANDSF服务器, 其中 保存有优选的 WLAN网络的网络信息以向 UE提供 WLAN网络的发现与选择策 略。 本步骤中, UE接收 3GPP核心网络的 ANDSF服务器发送的第一 ANDSF 策略。
步骤 204: 基于第一 ANDSF策略, UE确定选择接入 WLAN AP2。
具体的,在地点 A和 /或时间段 B第一 ANDSF策略中 WLAN AP2比 WLAN API具有更高的优先级, 于是, UE确定选择接入 WLAN AP2。
步骤 205: UE确定 3GPP签约与非 3GPP签约的优先级, 确定是否需要改 用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN AP2。 若需要, 则执行步骤 206; 若不需要, 则执行步 骤 207。
UE确定 3GPP签约与非 3GPP签约的优先级, 以确定是否需要改用 3GPP 签约接入 WLANAP2, 即改用 3GPP签约接入新的 WLAN网络接入设备。 具体 的, UE 可以获取用户预设的是否优先以 3GPP签约接入 WLAN的接入偏好信 息, 或者给用户发送是否优先以 3GPP签约接入 WLAN的提示信息, 例如以弹 出对话框的方式提示用户选择是否优先釆用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN AP2等, 然 后接收用户根据提示信息输入的选择信息确定是否需要以 3GPP签约进行
WLAN网络的接入设备的选择。
另外, 对于支持 Hotspot2.0的用户设备, UE还可以根据配置的设备管理对 象( Management Object, 以下简称 MO ) 中的签约优先级 ( subscription priority ) 确定是否需要以 3GPP签约进行 WLAN网络的接入设备的选择。 具体的, 本实 施例中, 第一 ANDSF策略决策出 AP2比 API具有更高的优先级, UE查询 MO 中的签约优先级, 当以 3GPP签约接入 WLAN网络的 API比以非 3GPP签约接 入 WLAN网络的 AP2的优先级高的时候, 则 UE改用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN AP2; 否则, 若 3GPP签约与非 GPP签约相比不具有更高的优先级, 则 UE继续 以非 3GPP签约接入 WLAN AP1。 此时, 由于用户的 WLAN的接入方式以及接 入的 WLAN网络的接入设备是根据 Hotspot2.0策略, 即根据运营商提供的
WLAN接入网选择策略选择的, 因此, 可以解决 Hotspot2.0策略与 ANDSF策 略之间冲突的问题。
步骤 206: UE确定需要改用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN AP2。
第一 ANDSF策略中 WLANAP2比 WLAN API具有更高的优先级, UE确 定 3GPP签约比非 3GPP签约具有更高的优先级, 则改用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN
AP2, 即执行步骤 2061〜步骤 2064。
步骤 2061 : UE断开与 WLAN API的连接。
UE断开与 WLAN API之间基于非 3GPP签约建立的连接 ( disassociation )。 步骤 2062: UE以 3GPP签约接入 WLAN AP2。
步骤 2063: UE使用 3GPP签约通过 WLAN AP2注册到 3GPP核心网络。 步骤 2062、 步骤 2063中, UE使用 3GPP签约接入到 WLAN AP2, 包括通 过 WLANAP2连接到 3GPP核心网以完成 UE对 3GPP核心网的鉴权与注册。 具体的, 3GPP签约包括基于 IMSI生成的标识, 例如: 网络接入标识 ( Network Access Identifier, 以下简称 NAI ); 或其它可以在 3GPP网络中唯一指示该设备 或用户的标识或号码等。 其中, IMSI由移动国家码(Mobile Country Code, 以 下简称 MCC )、 移动网络码(Mobile Network Code, 以下简称 MNC )及移动用 户识别号码( Mobile Subscriber Identification Number, 以下简称 MSIN )组成。 使用 3GPP签约通过 WLAN AP2进行 3GPP网络的鉴权与注册的方式包括: 可 扩展认证协议-用户身份识别卡 ( Extensible Authentication Protocol- Subscriber Identity Module, 以下简称 EAP-SIM ) 方式、 可扩展认证协议-密钥协商机制 ( Extensible Authentication Protocol -Authentication and Key Agreement, 以下简称 EAP-AKA ) 方式、 EAP-AKA, 等方式。
步骤 2064: UE通过 WLAN AP2进行数据传输。
具体的, UE可以基于第一 ANDSF策略中的系统间路由策略( Inter-System Routing Policy, 以下简称 ISRP ), 同时通过 WLAN AP2与 3GPP接入网传输不 同的互联网协议( Internet Protocol , 以下简称 IP )数据流, 即 UE根据 ISRP选 择使用 3GPP接入网或 WLAN AP2进行不同的 IP数据流的传输, 例如, 分别通 过 3GPP接入网和 WLAN AP2传输属于不同的接入点名称( Access Point Name, 以下简称 APN )或属于不同的应用的 IP数据流。
步骤 207: UE确定需要继续以非 3GPP签约接入 WLANAP1。
则不需要改用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN AP2而继续以非 3GPP签约接入 WLAN API , 并执行步骤 2071〜步骤 2073。
步骤 2071 : UE禁用第一 ANDSF策略。
具体的, UE不执行接收到的 ANDSF关于 WLAN接入设备发现与选择的策 略, 不再依据现有技术对第一 ANDSF中关于 WLAN接入设备发现与选择的策 略进行周期性评估, 不依据第一 ANDSF策略接入新的 WLAN接入设备, 以避 免不必要的 WLAN接入设备的重选及不必要的接入方式的改变。
步骤 2072: UE断开与 WLAN API的连接。
具体的, 当 UE移出 WLAN API的覆盖区域, 或是 WLAN API的信号减弱 到一定程度, 或由于其他原因, UE无法在通过 WLAN API进行通信业务时, UE断开与 WLAN API之间基于非 3GPP签约建立的连接。
步骤 2073: UE重启 ANDSF策略。
当 UE断开与 WLAN API基于非 3GPP签约建立的连接后, 由于 UE通过 3GPP接入网附着到 3GPP核心网, 因此, UE可以重新启动 ANDSF关于 WLAN 接入设备发现与选择的策略, 进行 WLAN接入网的发现与选择。 具体的, UE 重新启动 ANDSF关于 WLAN接入设备发现与选择的策略还可以包括从 3GPP 核心网重新接收 ANDSF策 以更新 UE中 ANDSF关于 WLAN接入设备发现 与选择的策略等。
需要说明的是, 上述步骤 201也可在步骤 202之后执行, 本发明并不以此 为限制。
本发明实施例提供的网络选择方法, 用户设备以非 3GPP签约接入 WLAN 网络的第一接入设备且通过 3GPP接入网附着到 3GPP核心网络上时, 当接收到 3GPP核心网络下发的第一 ANDSF策略需要进行 WLAN的接入设备的重选时, 可以确定 3GPP签约是否比非 3GPP签约具有更高的优先级, 即确定 WLAN网 络的接入方式的优先级, 根据优先级确定是否需要进行 WLAN网络的接入设备 重选, 避免了 ANDSF策略提供的 WLAN 网络的接入设备与用户当前正在使用 且不期望改变的 WLAN 网络的接入设备发生冲突的问题。 另夕卜, 若用户设备为 支持 Hotspot2.0的用户设备,根据配置的 MO的签约优先级确定 3GPP签约是否 比非 3GPP签约具有更高的优先级, 可以避免 Hotspot2.0策略与 ANDSF策略之 间冲突的问题。

策过程的进一步的说明, 从 UE如何决策的角度对本发明实施例进行详细阐述。 具体的, 请参照图 2B, 本实施例可以包括如下步骤:
步骤 301: UE通过 3GPP接入网附着到 3GPP核心网上。
步骤 302: UE基于第一 ANDSF策略, 选择是否以 3GPP签约接入 WLAN AP2, 若选择以 3GPP签约接入 WLANAP2, 则执行步骤 303; 否则, 结束该方 法。
步骤 303: 判断 UE是否已以非 3GPP签约接入 WLAN API , 若 UE是以非 3GPP签约接入 WLAN API , 则执行步骤 305; 否则, 若用户设备已以 3GPP签 约接入 WLAN API , 则执行步骤 304。
具体的, UE可以通过以下任一种方式判断其当前是否已接入、 且是以非
3GPP签约接入 WLANAP1。 UE可以设置一个变量, 例如接入网签约指示 ( subscription— ind— for— WL ), 用于指示 UE当前是否使用非 3GPP签约接入 WLAN„ 当 UE成功的以非 3GPP签约(如釆用用户名 +密码的方式)接入 WLAN 网络时, 则设置该指示值为 0, 即 subscription— ind— for— WL=0; 当 UE成功的以 3GPP签约(如 EA-SIM、 EAP-AKA或 ΕΑΡ-ΑΚΑ' 方式 )接入 WLAN网络时 , 则设置该指示值为 1, 即 subscription— ind— for— WL=1; 当 UE未连接到任何 WLAN 网络时, 则设置该指示值为 2, 即 subscription— ind— for— WL=2。 UE可将 subscription— ind— for— WL=2设置为默认值或初始值。 这样, UE就可以基于该接 入网签约指示, 判断当前是否已接入 WLAN网络的接入设备且是否以非 3GPP 签约接入的。
UE还可以直接根据其 WLAN的接入状态以及鉴权方式判断当前是否已以 非 3GPP签约接入 WLAN网络的接入设备。 具体的, 若 UE的 WLAN的接入状 态为已接入( associated )状态或数据传输状态, 且没有釆用基于 IMSI或基于其 它 3GPP标识的鉴权方式, 则 UE当前已接入 WLAN网络且是以非 3GPP签约 接入的。
步骤 304: 若 UE已以 3GPP签约接入 WLAN API , 则断开与 WLAN API 的连接, 以 3GPP签约接入 WLAN AP2。
步骤 305: UE确定 3GPP签约是否比非 3GPP签约具有更高的优先级。 步骤 306: UE依据 3GPP签约与非 3GPP签约相比的优先级高低, 确定是 否改用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN AP2。 若 3GPP签约比非 3GPP签约具有更高的优 先级, 则确定改用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN AP2 , 执行步骤 308; 否则, 若无需改
用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN AP2 , 则执行步骤 307。
步骤 307: UE禁用第一 ANDSF策 直至从 WLAN API断开基于非 3GPP 签约建立的连接。
步骤 308: UE断开与 WLAN API的连接, 以 3GPP签约接入 WLAN AP2。 本实施例中, 从 UE如何决策的角度对本发明进行详细阐述。 具体的, 用户 设备通过 3GPP接入网附着到 3GPP核心网络, 并且用户设备可以自主判断是否 以非 3GPP签约接入 WLAN网络的接入设备, 当接收到 3GPP核心网络下发的 第一 ANDSF策略需要进行 WLAN的接入设备的重选时, 可以先确定 3GPP签 约是否比非 3GPP签约具有更高的优先级, 即确定 WLAN网络接入设备的接入 方式优先级, 根据优先级确定是否需要进行 WLAN网络的接入设备重选, 避免 了 ANDSF策略提供的 WLAN 网络的接入设备与用户当前正在使用且不期望改 变的 WLAN 网络的接入设备发生冲突的问题。
图 3A为本发明网络选择方法实施例三的信令流程图。 本实施例适用于用户 设备确定 3GPP签约是否比非 3GPP签约具有更高的优先级, 即确定 WLAN网 络接入设备的接入方式的优先级, 根据优先级确定是否改变当前 WLAN网络接 入设备的接入方式的场景。 本实施例中, API为第一接入设备, UE以非 3GPP 签约接入 API后, 通过 3GPP接入网络附着到 3GPP核心网。 具体的, 本实施 例包括如下步骤:
步骤 401: UE使用非 3GPP签约接入 WLAN API。
步骤 402: UE通过 3GPP接入网附着到 3GPP核心网。
具体的, 本步骤包括:

步骤 404: UE确定 3GPP签约与非 3GPP签约的优先级, 以确定是否需要 改用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN API。 若需要改用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN API时, 则执行步骤 405; 否则, 若无需改用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN API, 则继续以当前 的非 3GPP签约接入 WLAN API进行通信, 即执行步骤 406。
由于 UE先以非 3GPP签约接入 WLAN API , 再通过 3GPP接入网附着到 3GPP核心网, 此时, 触发 UE改变接入 WLAN API的接入方式。 本实施例中,
UE先确定 3GPP签约与非 3GPP签约的优先级, 即确定 WLAN网络接入设备的 接入方式的优先级, 再确定是否改用 3GPP签约接入到 WLANAP1 , 即改变当 前 WLAN网络接入设备的接入方式。 如图 2A步骤 205, 本步骤中, UE也可通 过以下方式确定是否需要改用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN AP2: 获取用户预设的是 否优先以 3GPP签约接入 WLAN网络接入设备的接入偏好信息, 或给用户发送 是否优先以 3GPP签约接入 WLAN接入设备的提示信息并接收用户的选择信 息, 或当用户设备为支持 Hotspot2.0的用户设备时, 查询 MO的签约优先级以 判断是否需要改用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN API。
步骤 405: UE确定是否需要改用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN API。
具体的, 若 UE确定 3GPP签约比非 3GPP签约具有更高的优先级, 确定需 要改用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN API , 则执行步骤 4051〜步骤 4054。
步骤 4051 : UE断开与 WLAN API的连接。
UE断开与 WLAN API之间基于非 3GPP签约建立的连接 ( disassociation )。 步骤 4052: UE以 3GPP签约接入 WLAN API。
步骤 4053: UE使用 3GPP签约通过 WLAN API注册到 3GPP核心网络。 步骤 4054: UE通过 WLAN API进行数据传输。
步骤 4051、 步骤 4052、 步骤 4053及步骤 4054的执行过程, 具体可参见图 2A步骤 2061、 步骤 2062、 步骤 2063及步骤 2064的执行过程, 此处不再赘述。
步骤 406: UE确定继续以非 3GPP签约接入 WLAN API。
另夕卜, 可选的, 本实施例中, UE通过 3GPP接入网附着到 3GPP网络后, 还可以接收 3GPP网络的 ANDSF服务器发送的第二 ANDSF策略, 即还包括步 骤 403 , 如图中虚线箭头的步骤 403所示。 步骤 403具体为:
步骤 403: UE接收第二 ANDSF策略。
上述步骤中, 由于 UE是否需要改变当前 WLAN网络的接入方式是由于 UE 先以非 3GPP签约接入 WLAN API, 再通过 3GPP接入网附着到 3GPP核心网触 发的。 因此, 本步骤是个可选的步骤, 在实际的场景中, 可根据需要选择性的 执行该步骤。 若上述过程中执行该步骤, 则用户设备还可以通过根据接收到的 第二 ANDSF策略判断是否需要选择新的 WLAN网络的接入设备。 具体的, 可 参见图 2A及图 2B, 此处不再赘述。
可选的, 若本实施例中执行了上述步骤 403 , 即 UE接收了 3GPP核心网络 的网络设备发送的第二 ANDSF策略, 则当 UE确定不需要改用 3GPP签约接入
WLANAPl , 即不要改变当前 WLAN网络的接入方式时, 步骤 406具体包括: 步骤 4061 : UE禁用第二 ANDSF策略。
具体的, UE不执行接收到的第二 ANDSF关于 WLAN接入设备发现与选择 的策略, 不再依据现有技术对第二 ANDSF关于 WLAN接入设备发现与选择的 策略进行周期性评估, 不依据该第二 ANDSF策略接入新的 WLAN接入设备, 以避免不必要的 WLAN接入设备的重选及不必要的接入方式的改变。
步骤 4062: UE断开与 WLANAPl的连接。
具体的, 当 UE移出 WLAN APl的覆盖区域, 或是 WLAN API的信号减弱 到一定程度, 或由于其他原因, UE无法在通过 WLANAPl进行通信业务时, UE断开与 WLANAPl之间基于非 3GPP签约建立的连接。

具体的, 当 UE断开与 WLANAPl之间基于非 3GPP签约建立的连接后, 可以重新启动 ANDSF关于 WLAN接入设备发现与选择的策 进行 WLAN接 入设备的发现与选择。 具体的, UE重新启动 ANDSF关于 WLAN接入设备发现 与选择的策略, 还可以包括从 3GPP核心网重新接收 ANDSF策略, 以更新 UE 中 ANDSF关于 WLAN接入设备发现与选择的策略。
本发明实施例提供的网络选择方法,用户设备先以非 3GPP签约接入 WLAN API , 再通过 3GPP接入网附着到 3GPP核心网后, 可以确定 3GPP签约是否比 非 3GPP签约具有更高的优先级, 即确定 WLAN网络接入设备的接入方式的优 先级, 根据优先级确定是否需要改变当前 WLAN接入设备的接入方式, 避免了 用户设备被强制以改用 3GPP签约接入当前 WLAN网络的问题。
图 3B为图 3A中用户设备的决策流程图, 图 3B是对图 2A中用户设备的决 策过程的进一步的说明, 从 UE如何决策的角度对本发明实施例进行详细阐述。 具体的, 请参数图 3B, 本实施例可以包括如下步骤:
步骤 501: UE通过 3GPP接入网附着到 3GPP核心网上。
步骤 502: UE是否已以非 3GPP签约接入 WLANAPl, 若 UE是以非 3GPP 签约接入 WLAN API,则执行步骤 503 否则,若用户已以 3GPP签约接入 WLAN API或 UE没有连接到任何 WLAN网络接入设备, 则结束该方法。
步骤 503: 判断 UE是否可以以 3GPP签约接入到 WLAN API , 若 UE可以 以 3GPP签约接入到 WLANAPl, 则执行步骤 504; 否则, 若 UE不可以以 3GPP 签约接入到 WLAN API , 则结束该方法。
UE可以通过以下任一种方式判断其当前接入的 WLAN网络是否可以使用
3GPP签约接入。 例如, UE可以建立和维护一个 WLAN接入网及其对应签约的 表格, 该表格中包含具有签约的 WLAN网络以及该网络中可供 UE使用的签约 信息, 如鉴权方式、 密钥等。 表 1为本实施例提供的 WLAN的接入设备及其签 约对照表。

参照表 1 , WLAN网络的接入设备例如可以为 WLAN API , 用 SSID1来标 识, WLAN AP2, 用 SSID2来标识, WLAN AP3, 用 SSID3来标识。 其中, WLAN API有两种签约, 用户设备可以通过 3GPP签约接入 WLAN API , 即 3GPP签 约 1 , 用户设备还可以通过非 3GPP签约接入 WLAN API , 即非 3GPP签约 1。 同理, 对于 WLAN AP2, 用户设备可以通过非 3GPP签约 2接入, 对于 WLAMN AP3 , 用户设备可以通过 3GPP签约 3接入。 本步骤中, 用户设备通过建立和维 护的 WLAN的接入设备及其签约对照表, 来确定当前接入的 WLAN是否可以 以 3GPP签约接入。
另外, 可以为用户设备内部配置签约管理对象(Subscription MO ), 如 Hotspot2.0标准规定的签约管理对象, 其中包含了 UE可接入的 WLAN网络的 签约信息, 使得用户设备可以通过查询签约管理对象判断其是否可以以 3GPP 签约接入到 WLAN API。
用户设备还可以通过电气与电子工程师协会( Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers 以下简称 IEEE )802. l lu中规定的接入网络查询协议( Access Network Query Protocol 以下简称 ANQP )查询与 WLAN网络接入设备如 WLAN API互通的 3GPP网络信息 , 即 3GPP蜂窝网络信息 ( 3GPP Cellular Network information )、 网络接入标识区域列表( NAI Realm List )等, 若用户设备查询到 的互通的 3GPP网络信息中包含与用户设备的 3GPP签约 (例如 IMSI )相匹配 的信息, 例如与用户设备的 IMSI相匹配的陆上公用移动通信网 ( Public Land
Mobile Network, 以下简称 PLMN )或 NAI, 则说明用户设备可以以 3GPP签约 接入当前 WLAN网络。
步骤 504: UE确定 3GPP签约是否比非 3GPP签约具有更高的优先级。 步骤 505: UE依据 3GPP签约与非 3GPP签约相比的优先级高低, 确定是 否改用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN API。 若确定改用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN API , 则执行步骤 507; 否则, 若无需改用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN API , 则执行步骤
506。
步骤 506: UE禁用 ANDSF策略, 直至与 WLAN API断开基于非 3GPP签 约建立的连接。
步骤 507 UE断开与 WLAN API之间基于非 3GPP签约建立的连接以 3GPP 签约接入 WLAN API。
需要说明的是, 上述步骤 504也可以在步骤 503之前执行, 本发明并不以 此为限制。
本实施例中, 从 UE如何决策的角度对本发明进行详细阐述。 具体的, 用户 设备先以非 3GPP签约接入 WLAN API, 再通过 3GPP接入网附着到 3GPP核心 网后,可以确定 3GPP签约是否比非 3GPP签约具有更高的优先紙 即确定 WLAN 网络接入设备的接入方式的优先级, 根据优先级确定是否需要改变当前 WLAN 网络接入设备的接入方式, 避免了用户设备被强制改用 3GPP签约接入当前 WLAN网络接入设备的问题。
图 4为本发明用户设备实施例一的架构示意图。 如图 4所示, 本实施例的 用户设备可以包括:
第一连接模块 11 , 用于釆用非第三代移动通信 3GPP签约接入无线局域网 WLAN第一接入设备;
第二连接模块 12, 用于通过 3GPP接入网附着到 3GPP核心网;
确定模块 13, 用于确定 3GPP签约是否比非 3GPP签约具有更高的优先级; 第三连接模块 14, 用于若 3GPP签约比非 3GPP签约具有更高的优先级, 则改用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN。
本实施例的用户设备, 可用于执行图 1所示方法实施例的技术方案, 用户 设备通过第一连接模块以非 3GPP签约接入 WLAN网络的第一接入设备并通过 第二连接模块通过 3GPP接入网附着到 3GPP核心网络上, 当确定模块确定出 3GPP签约比非 3GPP签约接入 WLAN网络接入设备具有更高的优先时, 通过
第三连接模块改用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN网络的接入设备, 避免用户设备根据 ANDSF策略重选的 WLAN网络的接入设备可能会与用户设备当前釆用非 3GPP 签约接入的 WLAN的接入设备发生冲突, 以及用户设备接入 WLAN网络的方 式由非 3GPP签约改变到 3GPP签约, 可能与用户设备期望的以非 3GPP签约接 入 WLAN的方式发生冲突。 另外, 本实施例中用户设备的获取模块自主的获取 用户的网络接入需求信息, 不需要周期性的或是事件触发性的频繁检查 ANDSF 策略, 避免不必要的重选 WLAN的接入设备而造成的用户设备耗电量的增加。
图 5为本发明用户设备实施例二的架构示意图。 如图 5所示, 本实施例的 用户设备在图 4所示用户设备的基础上, 进一步的, 还包括:
第一接收模块 15, 用于接收 3GPP核心网发送的第一接入网发现与选择 ANDSF策略;
选择模块 16 , 用于根据第一 ANDSF策略选择 WLAN第二接入设备; 第三连接模块 14, 用于若确定模块 13确定出 3GPP签约比非 3GPP签约具 有更高的优先级, 则断开与 WLAN第一接入设备的连接, 釆用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN第二接入设备。
进一步的, 用户设备还可以包括:
第一禁用模块 17, 用于若 3GPP签约与非 3GPP签约相比不具有更高的优 先级, 则禁用或忽略第一 ANDSF策略。
第一重启模块 18, 用于若禁用或忽略第一 ANDSF策略, 在从 WLAN第一 接入设备断开连接之后, 重新启用第一 ANDSF策略。
进一步的, 第一连接模块 11 , 还用于先釆用非 3GPP签约接入 WLAN第一 接入设备;
第二连接模块 12用于当第一连接模块 11先釆用非 3GPP签约接入 WLAN 第一接入设备之后, 再通过 3GPP接入网附着到 3GPP核心网;
确定模块 13, 还用于确定是否能够釆用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN第一接入设 备;
第三连接模块 用于若确定模块 13确定能够釆用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN 第一接入设备, 则改用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN第一接入设备。
图 6为本发明用户设备实施例三的架构示意图。 如图 6所示, 本实施例的 用户设备在图 5所示用户设备的基础上, 进一步的, 还可以包括:
第二接收模块 19, 用于接收 3GPP核心网发送的第二接入网发现与选择
ANDSF策略;
第二禁用模块 20, 用于若 3GPP签约与比非 3GPP签约相比不具有更高的 优先级, 则禁用或忽略第二 ANDSF策略。
第二重启模块 21 , 用于若禁用或忽略第二 ANDSF策略, 在从 WLAN第一 接入设备断开连接之后, 启用第二 ANDSF策略。
进一步的, 确定模块 13 , 具体用于:
获取是否优先釆用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN的用户偏好信息; 或, 获取管理对象中是否优先釆用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN的签约优先级; 或, 向用户发送是否优先釆用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN的提示信息, 并接收用户 根据提示信息输入的选择信息。
图 7为本发明用户设备实施例四的架构示意图。 如图 7所示, 本实施例的 用户设备 700可以包括: 处理器 71、 存储器 72以及网络接口 73 , 存储器 72存 储执行指令, 当用户设备 700工作时, 处理器 71与存储器 72之间通信, 处理 器 71与网络接口 73连接, 网络接口 73包括与 WLAN网络、 3GPP网络等其它 网络进行通信的网络接口, 处理器 71执行执行指令使得用户设备 700执行以下 操作:
用户设备 700釆用非第三代移动通信 3GPP签约接入无线局域网 WLAN第 一接入设备, 通过 3GPP接入网附着到 3GPP核心网;
确定 3GPP签约是否比非 3GPP签约具有更高的优先级;
若 3GPP签约比非 3GPP签约具有更高的优先级, 则改用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN„
可选的,确定 3GPP签约是否比非 3GPP签约具有更高的优先级之前, 包括 用户设备 700通过网络接口 73接收 3GPP核心网发送的第一接入网发现与 选择 ANDSF策略, 根据第一 ANDSF策略选择 WLAN第二接入设备;
可选的, 若 3GPP签约比非 3GPP签约具有更高的优先级, 则改用 3GPP签 约接入 WLAN, 包括:
若 3GPP签约比非 3GPP签约具有更高的优先级, 则断开与 WLAN第一接 入设备的连接, 釆用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN第二接入设备。
可选的, 若 3GPP签约与非 3GPP签约相比不具有更高的优先级, 则禁用或 忽略第一 ANDSF策略。
可选的, 禁用或忽略第一 ANDSF策略之后, 还包括:
在从 WLAN第一接入设备断开连接之后, 重新启用第一 ANDSF策略。 可选的, 釆用非 3GPP签约接入 WLAN第一接入设备, 通过 3GPP接入网 附着到 3GPP核心网, 包括:
釆用非 3GPP签约接入 WLAN第一接入设备之后, 再通过 3GPP接入网附 着到 3GPP核心网;
若 3GPP签约比非 3GPP签约具有更高的优先级, 则改用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN, 包括:
确定是否能够釆用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN第一接入设备, 若能够, 则改用
3GPP签约接入 WLAN第一接入设备。
可选的, 接收 3GPP核心网发送的第二 ANDSF策略, 若 3GPP签约与比非
3GPP签约相比不具有更高的优先级, 则禁用或忽略第二 ANDSF策略。
可选的, 禁用或忽略第二 ANDSF策略之后, 还包括:
在从 WLAN第一接入设备断开连接之后, 启用第二 ANDSF策略。
可选的, 确定 3GPP签约是否比非 3GPP签约具有更高的优先级, 包括: 获取是否优先釆用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN的用户偏好信息; 或, 获取管理对象中是否优先釆用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN的签约优先级; 或, 向用户发送是否优先釆用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN的提示信息, 并接收用户 根据提示信息输入的选择信息。
最后应说明的是: 以上各实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案, 而非对其 限制; 尽管参照前述各实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明, 本领域的普通技术 人员应当理解: 其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改, 或者 对其中部分或者全部技术特征进行等同替换; 而这些修改或者替换, 并不使相 应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的范围。
Claims
1、 一种网络选择方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
釆用非第三代移动通信 3GPP签约接入无线局域网 WLAN第一接入设备, 通过 3GPP接入网附着到 3GPP核心网;
确定 3GPP签约是否比非 3GPP签约具有更高的优先级;
若 3GPP签约比非 3GPP签约具有更高的优先级, 则改用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN„
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述确定 3GPP签约是否比 非 3GPP签约具有更高的优先级之前, 包括:
接收所述 3GPP核心网发送的第一接入网发现与选择 ANDSF策略, 根据所 述第一 ANDSF策略选择 WLAN第二接入设备;
所述若 3GPP签约比非 3GPP签约具有更高的优先级, 则改用 3GPP签约接 入 WLAN, 包括:
若 3GPP签约比非 3GPP签约具有更高的优先级, 则断开与所述 WLAN第 一接入设备的连接, 釆用 3GPP签约接入所述 WLAN第二接入设备。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
若 3GPP签约与非 3GPP签约相比不具有更高的优先级, 则禁用或忽略所述 第一 ANDSF策略。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述禁用或忽略所述第一 ANDSF策略之后, 还包括:
在从所述 WLAN第一接入设备断开连接之后, 重新启用所述第一 ANDSF 策略。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述釆用非 3GPP签约接入 WLAN第一接入设备, 通过 3GPP接入网附着到 3GPP核心网, 包括:
釆用非 3GPP签约接入所述 WLAN第一接入设备之后, 再通过 3GPP接入 网附着到所述 3GPP核心网;
所述若 3GPP签约比非 3GPP签约具有更高的优先级, 则改用 3GPP签约接 入 WLAN, 包括:
确定是否能够釆用 3GPP签约接入所述 WLAN第一接入设备, 若能够, 则 改用 3GPP签约接入所述 WLAN第一接入设备。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
接收所述 3GPP核心网发送的第二 ANDSF策略若 3GPP签约与比非 3GPP 签约相比不具有更高的优先级, 则禁用或忽略所述第二 ANDSF策略。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述禁用或忽略所述第二 ANDSF策略之后, 还包括:
在从所述 WLAN第一接入设备断开连接之后,启用所述第二 ANDSF策略。
8、 根据权利要求 1~7任一所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述确定 3GPP签约 是否比非 3GPP签约具有更高的优先级, 包括:
获取是否优先釆用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN的用户偏好信息; 或,
获取管理对象中是否优先釆用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN的签约优先级; 或, 向用户发送是否优先釆用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN的提示信息, 并接收所述 用户根据所述提示信息输入的选择信息。
9、 一种用户设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一连接模块, 用于釆用非第三代移动通信 3GPP签约接入无线局域网 WLAN第一接入设备;
第二连接模块, 用于通过 3GPP接入网附着到 3GPP核心网; 第三连接模块, 用于若 3GPP签约比非 3GPP签约具有更高的优先级, 则改 用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第一接收模块, 用于接收所述 3GPP核心网发送的第一接入网发现与选择 ANDSF策略;
选择模块, 用于根据所述第一 ANDSF策略选择 WLAN第二接入设备; 所述第三连接模块, 用于若 3GPP签约比非 3GPP签约具有更高的优先级, 则断开与所述 WLAN第一接入设备的连接,釆用 3GPP签约接入所述 WLAN第 二接入设备。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第一禁用模块, 用于若 3GPP签约与非 3GPP签约相比不具有更高的优先 级, 则禁用或忽略所述第一 ANDSF策略。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第一重启模块, 用于若禁用或忽略所述第一 ANDSF策略, 在从所述 WLAN
第一接入设备断开连接之后, 重新启用所述第一 ANDSF策略。
13、 根据权利要求 9所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述第一连接模块, 还用于:
先釆用非 3GPP签约接入所述 WLAN第一接入设备;
所述第二连接模 用于当所述第一连接模块先釆用非 3GPP签约接入所述 WLAN第一接入设备之后, 再通过 3GPP接入网附着到所述 3GPP核心网; 所述确定模块, 还用于确定是否能够釆用 3GPP签约接入所述 WLAN第一 接入设备;
所述第三连接模 用于若所述确定模块确定能够釆用 3GPP签约接入所述 WLAN第一接入设备, 则改用 3GPP签约接入所述 WLAN第一接入设备。
14、 根据权利要求 13所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第二接收模块, 用于接收所述 3GPP核心网发送的第二接入网发现与选择 ANDSF策略;
第二禁用模块, 用于若 3GPP签约与比非 3GPP签约相比不具有更高的优先 级, 则禁用或忽略所述第二 ANDSF策略。
15、 根据权利要求 14所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 还包括:
第二重启模块, 用于若禁用或忽略所述第二 ANDSF策略, 在从所述 WLAN 第一接入设备断开连接之后, 启用所述第二 ANDSF策略。
16、根据权利要求 9~15任一所述的用户设备, 其特征在于, 所述确定模块, 具体用于:
获取是否优先釆用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN的用户偏好信息; 或,
获取管理对象中是否优先釆用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN的签约优先级; 或, 向用户发送是否优先釆用 3GPP签约接入 WLAN的提示信息, 并接收所述 用户根据所述提示信息输入的选择信息。
