  • Further user may communicate with any of the members identified by the social recommendation service 102 (e.g., an individual and/or organization) in order to obtain additional information and knowledge they can trust pertaining to the information of interest regardless of the review being presented.
  • User may communicate the social recommendation service regarding any problems relating to a particular review/recommendation (e.g. Review violates guidelines, review is suspicious, review posted to wrong location) by using 'problem with the review button'
  • communication component as depicted in 560 may not be necessary presuming the social recommendation service 102 identifies members of the user's social network i.e. friends as already depicted in environment 450 in figure 4B and the user already being familiar with the friends can communicate them directly via telephone, an email, tax message or in person etc as per user's choice without the use of the social recommendation service 102.
