The invention relates to a contacting or connecting terminal (1) for electrically connecting at least one conductor (26) and at least one electrical contact body - comprising a housing (2) in which the contact body is arranged - wherein the electrical contact body comprises a conductor-clamping connection for the at least one electrical conductor (26) - wherein the electrical contact body has at least one punched part (5) - wherein the punched part (5) has at least one perforation (34) - wherein the punched part (5) has at least one spring element (6) for the conductor-clamping connection, wherein the spring element (6) is arranged at least partially in the perforation (34), - wherein the conductor-clamping connection may be opened by operating the spring element (6).
