[0080] 基于上述内容, 本发明提出了一种实现嵌入式金融 IC卡的智能终端, 利 用本发明的智能终端, 能够有效提高金融 IC卡的便携性和易用性。 例如, 本发 明的实现嵌入式金融 ic卡的智能终端还可以在成本控制的基础上, 很好地将智 能终端与金融 IC卡结合起来。例如,可以在金融 IC卡上实现个人理财等等功能, 因为该金融 IC卡是可以由银行自行发卡与控制的, 所以内容上是可以根据银行 业务进行个性化定制, 更有利于银行扩大用户范围增加业务量。
[0081] 而且, 通过在智能终端中设置这样的金融 IC卡, 能够很好地应对目前运 营商对 SIM卡产业链的强控制力, 更便于国内一些较大的银行、第三方机构等在 智能终端上控制自己的移动支付应用, 也更利于推动移动支付产业的发展。
[0082] 其次, 相比于目前移动支付 SD卡, 由于此金融 IC卡是采用类 PLUG-IN 卡设计, 则其在实现上可以继续沿用现有 PLUG-IN卡制造工艺, 将可以更好的 降低移动支付的成本, 提高银行乃至用户的积极性与参与性。

1. 一种可嵌入金融 ic卡的智能终端, 其特征在于, 所述智能终端包括: 设置在所述智能终端内并用于插入金融 IC卡的金融 IC卡卡槽;
与所述金融 IC卡耦接的非接天线; 以及
所述金融 IC卡为 PLUG-I 卡样式的金融 IC卡。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的可嵌入金融 IC卡的智能终端, 其特征在于,
所述金融 ic卡为支持非接功能的安全芯片。
3. 如权利要求 2所述的可嵌入金融 IC卡的智能终端, 其特征在于,
所述非接天线布置在所述智能终端的后盖内,
所述非接天线具有第一天线触点, 所述金融 IC卡卡槽具有第二天线触点, 将所述非接天线设置为在所述智能终端的后盖盖上的情况下所述第一天线触点 与所述第二天线触点电连接。
4. 如权利要求 2所述的可嵌入金融 IC卡的智能终端, 其特征在于,
所述非接天线集成在所述金融 IC卡内,
所述非接天线具有第一天线触点, 所述金融 IC卡卡槽具有第二天线触点, 将所述非接天线集成为在所述金融 IC卡插入所述金融 IC卡卡槽内时所述第一天 线触点与所述第二天线触点电连接。
5. 如权利要求 1所述的可嵌入金融 IC卡的智能终端, 其特征在于,
所述金融卡 IC包括支持非接功能的 NFC芯片、 安全芯片以及天线接口。
6. 如权利要求 5所述的可嵌入金融 IC卡的智能终端, 其特征在于,
所述智能终端还具备对智能终端进行应用、 操作控制的操作系统,
所述安全芯片至少具有与所述操作系统连接的第一通信接口; 以及与所述 NFC 芯片连接的第二通信接口。
7. 如权利要求 6所述的可嵌入金融 IC卡的智能终端, 其特征在于,
所述第二通信接口是 SWP接口。
8. 如权利要求 7所述的可嵌入金融 IC卡的智能终端, 其特征在于, 所述第一通信接口是 7816接口、 SPI接口、 MMC接口、 IC-USB接口中的任意一 种。
9. 如权利要求 8所述的可嵌入金融 IC卡的智能终端, 其特征在于,
所述非接天线布置在所述智能终端的后盖内,
所述非接天线具有第一天线触点, 所述金融 IC卡卡槽具有第二天线触点, 将所述非接天线设置为在所述智能终端的后盖盖上的情况下所述第一天线触点 与所述第二天线触点电连接。
10. 如权利要求 8所述的可嵌入金融 IC卡的智能终端, 其特征在于,
所述非接天线集成在所述金融 IC卡内,
所述非接天线具有第一天线触点, 所述金融 IC卡卡槽具有第二天线触点, 将所述非接天线集成为在所述金融 ic卡插入所述金融 IC卡卡槽内时所述第一天 线触点与所述第二天线触点电连接。
11. 如权利要求 1所述的可嵌入金融 ic卡的智能终端, 其特征在于, 所述智能终端还具备: 对智能终端进行应用 /操作控制操作系统; 以及与所述操作 系统连接并且能够实现非接功能的 NFC芯片,
所述金融 IC卡是具备 SWP接口的安全芯片。
12. 如权利要求 11所述的可嵌入金融 IC卡的智能终端, 其特征在于,
所述安全芯片通过所述 SWP接口与所述智能终端的 NFC芯片连接, 所述操作系统通过所述 NFC模块对所述安全芯片进行访问。
13. 如权利要求 12所述的可嵌入金融 IC卡的智能终端, 其特征在于, 所述非接天线布置在所述智能终端的后盖内,
所述非接天线具有第一天线触点, 所述金融 IC卡卡槽具有第二天线触点, 将所述非接天线设置为在所述智能终端的后盖盖上的情况下所述第一天线触点 与所述第二天线触点电连接。
14. 如权利要求 13所述的可嵌入金融 IC卡的智能终端, 其特征在于,
所述金融 IC卡与所述应用 /操作控制操作系统直接连接。
15. 如权利要求 1〜14所述的可嵌入金融 IC卡的智能终端, 其特征在于, 所述智能终端还具备设置在所述智能终端内并用于插入 SIM卡的 SIM卡卡槽, 所述金融 IC卡卡槽的尺寸与所述 SIM卡卡槽的尺寸相同,
所述金融 IC卡的尺寸与所述 SIM卡的尺寸相同。
16. 如权利要求 15所述的可嵌入金融 IC卡的智能终端, 其特征在于, 所述金融 IC卡卡槽和所述 SIM卡卡槽分别独立设置。
