在进行防丢监测的工作状态下, 防丢设备 100中的通信模块 102与移动设备 1 10 的带有同样无线连接协议的通信模块 114进行无线配对, 配对后移动设备 110内的通 信模块 114可以与防丢设备 100内的通信模块 102相互交换相关控制信息和无线连接 状态。 当移动设备 110发生被盗或丢失时, 移动设备 1 10与防丢设备 100相距会超过 一定的距离, 使得移动设备 110的通信模块 114与防丢设备 100的通信模块 102之间 的无线通信连接断开, 或无线连接状态 (例如连接强度等)低于某一预设值时, 或当 所述通信模块 102接收到特定指令时, 会触发防丢设备 100内的通信模块 102发送用 于提醒用户移动设备 110可能丢失或被盗的控制指令。 在本实施例中, 控制指令通过 无线网络 120发送回移动设备 11 0的通信模块 114 , 激活移动设备 1 10的报警功能用 于提示用户。 该报警功能可以通过移动设备 1 10 自带的软件或应用程序 (app ) 来实 现。
可选地, 防丢设备 100还可以包括供电模块 1 05。 供电模块 105用于为通信模块 102进行供电。 可选地, 供电模块 105还可用于为处理器 101、 功能模块 104进行供 电。为了保证防丢设备 100可以持续地对移动设备 110进行安保监测,为防丢设备 100 配备供电模块 105以提供持续的供电。 可选地, 供电模块 105可以是电池, 例如可充 电式电池、 可更换电池或其他类型的能够供电的器件。
由于单独为移动设备 110配备一个防丢设备 1 00很可能会造成用户使用上的不 便, 例如用户只习惯于出门携带移动设备 110而忘记携带防丢设备 100 , 造成防丢功 能无法启用。 因此优选地, 防丢设备 100可以包括功能模块 104来实现防丢设备 100 的某种特定功能, 即配合移动设备 1 10的特定功能, 例如有线耳机、 大容量电池、 移 动电源、 大容量背板电池、 电池座、 无线路由器 (Mi F i ) 、 充电器、 车载充电器、 数 据线、 充电线、 移动支付刷卡器、 优盾、 u盘、 移动硬盘、 文具、 无线鼠标、 钥匙、 电子点烟器中的至少一种。 例如, 目前的移动设备因为屏幕和处理能力的提高而面临 高功耗问题, 在正常使用情况下通常仅能维持一天的使用, 因此一般用户会经常携带 两块电池、 大容量备用电池或充电器以备及时为移动设备进行充电。 当功能模块 104 实现为大容量电池时, 不仅可以解决用户随身携带防丢设备 100的功能, 还可作为防 丢设备 100的电源供应, 以保证安全长效地为防丢设备 1 00供电, 提高了用户的使用 便利性。根据本发明的防丢设备 100还可以集成在 U盘、钥匙(包括但不限于车钥匙、 门钥匙等) 、 文具 (例如笔) 中, 以为用户的随身携带提供便利。

提醒模块 1 03例如可以包括声音模块 1031、 震动模块 1032和发光模块 1 033中 的至少一种, 用于单独地或组合地发出声音、 震动和光信号中的至少一种。 例如, 提 醒模块 103可以只包括声音模块, 在移动设备 110发生被盗或丢失的情况下向用户及 时发出声音提醒信号。 或者, 提醒模块 103可以包括声音模块和震动模块, 在移动设 备 110发生被盗或丢失的情况下向用户同时发出声音和震动提醒信号, 以防止用户在 户外环境嘈杂的情况下听不见声音提醒而未能及时发现被盗或丢失的情况。 图中示出 的三种提醒模块仅仅是示意性的, 除了此处示出的, 还可以包括其他类型的能实现提 醒功能的任意模块。 实施例一

在进行防丢监测的工作状态下,移动电源 200中的无线模块 202与移动设备 210 的带有同样无线连接协议的模块进行无线配对,配对后移动设备 210内的通信模块 214 可以与移动电源 200内的无线模块 202相互交换相关控制信息和无线连接状态。 当移 动设备 210发生被盗或丢失时, 移动设备 210与移动电源 200相距超过一定的距离, 使得移动设备 210的通信模块 214与移动电源 200的无线模块 202之间的无线通信连 接断开, 或无线连接状态低于某一预设值时, 触发移动电源 200内的无线模块 202发 送控制指令给提醒模块 203。 提醒模块 203再根据设定分别或以组合的方式触发其所 控制的声音模块 2031、震动模块 2032和发光模块 2033中的至少一个,发出例如声音、 震动和 /或光线提醒的提醒信号给用户, 以提示用户移动设备 21 0 已经超出用户的特 定距离之外, 可能已经发生了被盗或丢失的情况。 优选地, 移动设备 210也可根据无 线连接状态发出预设提醒, 或对移动设备 210内的数据进行保护和 /或加 /解密操作保 护移动设备 210端的数据。 移动设备 210内的通信模块 214也可以发出控制指令给移 动电源 200内的无线模块 202 ,由无线模块 202控制充放电控制模块 2042或者提醒模 块 203执行对应操作。
图 2b所示为根据图 2 a的实施方案实现的防丢设备的具体产品实现图。提醒模块 203与充放电控制模块 2042和无线模块 202分别连接在电池移动电源 200内部的电路 板 221上, 充放电控制模块 2042分别与电池移动电源 200内的电池 2041、 无线模块 202、 移动电源充电端口 222和电压输出端口 223进行电路连接, 无线模块 202与充 放电控制模块 2042和提醒模块 203进行电路连接。 实施例二
作为本发明的一个优选实施例,图 3a和图 3b示出了将防丢设备实现为用于为移 动设备进行充电的充电器的示例性实现方式。 如图 3a 所示, 防丢设备在本实施例中 实现为充电器 300 , 无线模块实现为蓝牙模块 302。 根据本实施例的充电器 300 中的 功能模块实现为充放电控制模块 3042和交直流电压转换模块 3043。 当移动设备 310 的电量不足时, 移动设备 310可连接到充电器 300 , 通过充放电控制模块 3042和交直 流电压转换模块 3043为其充电。 可选地, 充电器 300也可配备有单独的电池座以便 为移动设备 300的可拆卸电池进行单独充电。在需要为移动设备的可拆卸电池充电时, 将电池放入充电器 300后连接其中的充放电控制模块 3042 , 由充放电控制模块 3042 对电池的充电和电压转换进行管理。 优选地, 为保证可持续性地监测移动设备 31 0的 状态以提供防丢监测功能, 充电器 300还配备内置电池 3041从而为蓝牙模块 302持 续供电。 充放电控制模块 3042 和交直流电压转换模块 3043也可以为内置电池 3041 进行充电并传递内置电池 3041的状态信息。 内置电池 3041优选为可充电电池或可更 换的电池。
在进行防丢监测的工作状态下, 充电器 300 中的蓝牙模块 302 与移动设备 31 0 的带有同样蓝牙连接协议的模块进行蓝牙配对,配对后移动设备 310内的通信模块 314 可以与充电器 300内的蓝牙模块 302相互交换相关控制信息和蓝牙连接状态。 当移动 设备 31 0发生被盗或丢失时, 移动设备 31 0与充电器 300相距超过一定的距离, 使得 移动设备 31 0的通信模块 314与充电器 300的蓝牙模块 302之间的蓝牙通信连接断开, 或蓝牙连接状态低于某一预设值时, 触发充电器 300内的蓝牙模块 302发送控制指令 给提醒模块 303。 提醒模块 303再根据设定分别或以组合的方式触发其所控制的声音 模块 3031、 震动模块 3032和发光模块 3033中的至少一个, 发出例如声音、 震动和 / 或光线提醒的提醒信号给用户, 以提示用户移动设备 310已经超出用户的特定距离之 夕卜, 可能已经发生了被盗或丢失的情况。 优选地, 移动设备 310也可根据蓝牙连接状 态发出预设提醒, 或对移动设备 310内的数据进行保护和 /或加 /解密操作保护移动设 备 310端的数据。 移动设备 310内的通信模块 314也可以发出控制指令给充电器 300 内的蓝牙模块 302 ,由蓝牙模块 302控制充放电控制模块 3042或者提醒模块 303执行 对应操作。
图 3b所示为根据图 3a的实施方案实现的防丢设备的具体产品实现图。提醒模块 303与充放电控制模块 3042和蓝牙模块 302分别连接在电池充电器 300内部的电路板 321上, 充放电控制模块 3042分别与电池充电器 300 内的交直流电压转换模块 3043 和电池 3041进行电路连接, 蓝牙模块 302与电池 3041、 和提醒模块 303进行电路连 接, 电压输出端口 323分别与交直流电压转换模块 3043和充放电控制模块 3042进行 连接, 输出转换后的电压。 实施例三
作为本发明的一个优选实施例,图 4a和图 4b示出了将防丢设备实现为移动设备 的线缆功能的示例性实现方式。如图 4a所示,防丢设备在本实施例中实现为线缆 400 , 功能模块实现为线缆模块 4042。线缆 400通常用于移动设备 410在与其他电子设备(如 PC机、 笔记本电脑)连接时进行数据传输或连接至充电设备时进行充电。 根据实施例 的线缆 400配备有无线模块 402用于监测移动设备 410是否丢失或被盗。 因此, 线缆 400配备有内置电池 4041与线缆中的无线模块 402连接, 为无线模块 402提供电力。 优选地, 所述内置电池 4041 为可充电式电池或可更换电池。 当为可充电式电池时, 可以在移动设备 410通过线缆 400连接至充电器进行充电时,同时也为内置电池 4041 进行充电。
无线模块 402 与外部的带有同样无线连接协议模块的移动设备 410进行无线配 对, 配对后移动设备 410内的无线模块 414可以与线缆 400内的无线模块 402相互交 换相关控制信息和无线连接状态, 无线连接断开或连接状态低于预设值时, 线缆 400 中的无线模块 402发送控制指令给提醒模块 403 , 提醒模块 403再根据设定分别或者 组合开启声音模块 4031、 震动模块 4032、 发光模块 4033发出声音震动和光线提醒, 移动设备 410 也根据无线连接状态发出预设提醒或对数码设备内数据进行保护和 /或 加 /解密操作保护数码设备端数据。 移动设备 410 内的通信模块 414也可以发出控制 指令给线缆 400内的无线模块 402 , 由无线模块 402控制充放电模块或者提醒模块执 行对应操作。
如附图 4b 所示, 为本实用新型的结构连接图, 无线模块 402 分别与电池 4041 和提醒模块 403连接在线缆 400上的线缆连接头 4021 内部的电路板 4024上, 无线模 块 402另外和安装在电路板 4024上的充电数据端口 4023进行电路连接, 线缆连接头 4021 内的数据充电线 4025连接在内部电路板 4024上,无线模块 402也与数据充电线 4025通过内部电路板 4024进行电路连接,无线模块 402与安装在内部电路板 4024上 的按键 4022进行电路连接。 如前面实施例所述,在根据本发明的防丢设备对移动设备进行防丢监测的工作状 态下, 防丢设备中的无线模块与移动设备中带有同样无线连接协议的模块进行无线配 对, 配对后相互交换相关控制信息和无线连接状态。 当移动设备被盗或丢失时, 会导 致移动设备与防丢设备之间的距离超过一定的阈值, 通过设定该阈值的大小可以判定 移动设备是否已经离开超过所设定的距离, 即发生被盗或丢失的可能。 当监测到这一 距离超过该阈值时, 移动设备的通信模块与防丢设备的无线模块之间的无线通信连接 或者断开, 或者无线连接状态, 如信号强度或接通率低于某一预设值时, 判定为移动 设备已经被盗或丢失, 触发相应的后续信号。 该触发还可以通过为防丢设备的通信模 块发送特定指令来实现。 除了上文所述的激发防丢设备中的提醒模块以发出相应的提 醒信号或报警信号之外, 后续的操作还可以有如下几种方式。
对移动设备中的数据进行保护, 例如对数据进行擦除、 锁定等操作。 当移动设备 的通信模块与防丢设备的无线模块之间的无线通信状况已被判定为失去连接或达到 某一设定阈值情况从而判定为被盗或丢失发生时, 可以通过防丢设备向移动设备发出 控制信号, 使得移动设备直接进入系统自带的或用户预设的安保模式。 在该安保模式 下, 可以设定为通过该控制信号将移动设备自动锁定, 例如通过用户预先设定的密码 进行锁定。 优选的, 可以设定为当输入密码错误达到预定次数后, 将移动设备内的数 据全部擦除, 以防止盗窃方恶意获取移动设备中的数据。
根据本发明, 对移动设备的防盗或丢失判定主要是通过防丢设备中的无线模块与 移动设备中带有同样无线连接协议的模块进行无线配对后相互交换相关控制信息和 无线连接状态。 可选地, 还可以附加额外的判定规则以便更为精确地对移动设备的丢 失或盗窃状态进行更为精准的判定。 比如当防丢设备与移动设备的无线连接状态脱离 或改变后, 通过监测移动设备的加速度传感器的工作状态, 如果监测到移动设备正在 快速远离防丢设备, 则可能说明移动设备已经被盗, 此时移动设备可以发出类似上述 的控制信号使得移动设备直接进入系统自带的或用户预设的安保模式, 或者同时向防 丢设备发出报警信号以提醒用户。
可选地, 该额外的判定规则还包括当防丢设备与移动设备的无线连接状态脱离或 改变后, 移动设备可以监测对移动设备当前的某些特定操作方式为何种指令, 例如, 此时对移动设备的操作为立刻进入系统选项进行重要数据的修改、 或者企图关机等。 若发生如上操作, 则可判定为移动设备已经被盗, 此时移动设备可以发出类似上述的 控制信号使得移动设备直接进入系统自带的或用户预设的安保模式, 或者同时向防丢 设备发出报警信号以提醒用户。
可选地, 根据本发明的防丢设备还可以通过发送控制信号来实现找回丢失的移动 设备的功能。 例如, 当通过移动设备的通信模块与防丢设备的无线模块之间的无线通 信状况判定出移动设备被盗后, 防丢设备可以发出控制信号到移动设备, 启动移动设 备的定位功能, 例如开启移动设备的 GPS模块对移动设备的当前位置进行定位, 然后 可以通过移动设备的无线网络将该位置信息发送短消息、 即时消息、 电子邮件、 或发 送至云服务器端、 其他同步的终端 (如用户个人电脑或其他移动设备)或者发送回防 丢设备进行存储或转发。 利用该位置信息, 用户可以方便地跟踪并找回丢失的移动设 备, 或者利用该信息协助定位偷盗者, 以保护移动设备的安全。
可选地, 根据本发明的防丢设备还兼具场景识别的功能。 例如, 为了防止不必要 的对用户的骚扰用户, 如用户回到家中将移动设备带到另一个房间, 此时离防丢设备 之间的距离可能会超过设定的阈值造成防丢设备误认为移动设备已经被盗的情况, 显 然, 在这种情况下不需要报警。 根据本发明, 用户可以对移动设备的防丢报警功能进 行自行设定, 例如可以根据特定场景自行启动或关闭。 场景的识别可以通过如下方式 进行:
a) 由于移动设备通常带有无线模块, 因此可检测 WiFi 网络。 当用户进入特定场 合, 如家中时, 移动设备可自动检测到该特定场合中的无线网络, 例如特定范 围内的基站信号, 或者特定的 WiFi 网络等, 并对该无线网络进行标记。 可以 通过将特定的无线网络加入到白名单中,一旦移动设备检测到该白名单中所设 定的无线网络时, 可自动发出控制信号到防丢设备, 将该防丢设备的防丢功能 自动关闭。 当移动设备断开该特定的无线网络时, 可以自动发出控制信号到防 丢设备, 将该防丢设备的防丢功能重新开启。
b) 由于移动设备通常带有定位模块进行地理位置的定位和识别, 例如 GPS芯片, 因此当用户进入特定场合, 如家中时, 移动设备可通过定位模块对当前位置进 行判定, 并对该位置进行标记。 可以通过将特定的某个或某些位置加入到白名 单中,一旦移动设备判定出进入到该白名单中所设定的位置时, 可自动发出控 制信号到防丢设备, 将该防丢设备的防丢功能自动关闭。 当移动设备断开该特 定的地理位置时, 可以自动发出控制信号到防丢设备, 将该防丢设备的防丢功 能重新开启。
c) 除了通过移动设备发出控制信号来自动关闭和启动防丢设备的防丢功能外,用 户还可以设置防丢设备在特殊的时间段内自动开启或关闭的功能。 例如, 可以 设定防丢设备在每日特定的时间段, 如晚上 11 : 00-早上 7 : 00之间自动关闭 防丢功能, 以防止防丢设备在夜间开启防丢功能对用户的打扰。 可选地, 用户 还可以通过设定特殊的日程表, 比如与移动设备的日历功能或者日程提醒、 邮 件提醒等功能绑定,在日程表显示的会议或其他需要时段期间, 自动发送控制 信号到防丢设备, 将该防丢设备的防丢功能关闭, 以及在日程结束后重新开启 防丢设备。 根据本发明, 移动设备还可以与防丢设备进行双向交互以实现双向寻找功能。 例 如, 当用户找不到移动设备或防丢设备时, 仅需操作移动设备上的软件 (如 app ) 或 按下防丢设备上的某一特定按键, 则另一方将发出声响提示, 以便帮助用户快速定位 移动设备或防丢设备。
根据本发明, 在防丢设备和移动设备位于特定距离范围内时, 由于防丢设备已为 移动设备提供了可靠的安全保障, 因此可以设置将移动设备自动解密, 即用户无需每 次打开移动设备时输入锁屏密码, 方便用户使用。 优选地, 可以设定为在防丢设备和 移动设备分离开一定距离时才将移动设备的加密功能开启。 可选地, 用户可以通过防 丢设备来控制移动设备端特定信息数据的保护、 加密和 /或解密, 例如通过按动防丢 设备上配备的特殊按键启动对移动设备端特定信息数据的保护、 加密和 /或解密。 这 样即使用户的移动设备被盗, 如果没有防丢设备所发出的解密信息, 移动设备内的特 定数据仍然是安全而无法被第三方看到的。
可选地, 根据本发明的防丢设备还可以额外的扩展配合移动设备的其他功能, 例 如对移动设备进行远程遥控功能, 该远程遥控功能可以通过启动和 /或运行移动设备 中的应用程序来实现。 除了上述的定位移动设备的功能外, 可以为用户提供随时通过 防丢设备遥控开启移动设备上的指定应用程序或 app的功能。 例如, 防丢设备可以发 出特定指令, 由移动设备端的配套应用程序或 app接收, 根据程序预设, 开启移动设 备上的特定程序。 比如可以让配套程序开启手机上的录音或者照相程序。
可选地, 上述监测所述移动设备可能丢失或被盗的功能可以通过在移动设备上安 装相应的应用程序或 app来实现。

1 1、 如权利要求 1所述的防丢设备, 其中当所述移动设备与所述防丢设备进行无 线配对后之间的无线连接状态断开或者低于某一预设值时, 或当所述通信模块接收到 特定指令时, 所述移动设备或防丢设备触发信号以对所述移动设备中的数据进行保 护。
12、 如权利要求 1所述的防丢设备, 其中当所述移动设备与所述防丢设备进行无 线配对后之间的无线连接状态断开或者低于某一预设值时, 或当所述通信模块接收到 特定指令时, 且在所述通信模块发送和 /或接收用于提醒用户所述移动设备可能丢失 或被盗的控制指令之前, 监测是否对所述移动设备进行某些特定操作指令, 若是, 则 判定所述移动设备已经被盗或丢失。
1 3、 如权利要求 1所述的防丢设备, 其中当所述无线连接状态断开或者低于某一 预设值时, 或当所述通信模块接收到特定指令时, 启动所述移动设备的定位功能以判 定所述移动设备的当前位置。
14、 如权利要求 1 3 所述的防丢设备, 其中在启动所述移动设备的定位功能以判 定所述移动设备的当前位置后, 通过所述移动设备发送关于所述位置的信息。
15、 如权利要求 1所述的防丢设备, 其中用户可以根据特定场景自行设定所述防 丢设备的防丢提醒功能。
16、 如权利要求 15 所述的防丢设备, 其中用户根据所述移动设备是否检测到所 述特定场景中的无线网络来进行设定。
17、 如权利要求 1 5 所述的防丢设备, 其中用户根据所述移动设备是否处于特定 的地理位置来进行设定。
18、 如权利要求 15 所述的防丢设备, 其中用户根据特定时间段来自行设定所述 防丢设备的防丢提醒功能。
19、 如权利要求 1所述的防丢设备, 其中所述移动设备或防丢设备配备有触发所 述防丢设备或移动设备发出提示的功能, 以帮助用户快速定位所述防丢设备或移动设 备。
20、 如权利要求 1所述的防丢设备, 其中当所述移动设备与所述防丢设备进行无 线配对后之间的无线连接状态断开或者低于某一预设值时, 或当所述通信模块接收到 特定指令时, 开启移动设备的数据保护功能。
21、 如权利要求 1所述的防丢设备, 其中用户可以通过所述防丢设备控制所述移 动设备上特定信息数据的保护、 加密和 /或解密。
11、如权利要求 1所述的防丢设备, 其中所述防丢设备可以对移动设备进行远程 遥控功能。
2 3、如权利要求 11所述的防丢设备, 所述的远程遥控功能是通过启动和 /或运行 移动设备中的应用程序来实现的。
24、如权利要求 1所述的防丢设备,监测所述移动设备可能丢失或被盗的功能是 通过在所述移动设备上安装应用程序来实现的。
