Abstract

Pinza para la ropa formada por una sola pieza, de plástico. Tiene un gancho en su parte superior y un trinquete sobre el que apoya una pieza de apoyo (6) situada lateralmente para abertura o cierre de la ranura para prendas (3) situada en la parte inferior de la pinza y en la cual se sitúa una mordaza (2) para agarre dichas prendas. En los laterales de la pinza de definen unas zonas de agarre (5) de la pinza.

PINZAS PARA TENDER ROPA
DESCRIPCIÓN OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN
El objeto de esta invención es brindarle un producto de mejor calidad, más posibilidades de uso, una larga vida y a un menor precio, al brindar una pinza de una sola pieza, por lo cual no se desarma u oxida por no contener elementos metálicos como un resorte.
ANTECEDENTES
En la actualidad todas las pinzas en el mercado mundial para tender ropa, son de dos piezas y un resorte metálico. Esta innovación es una pinza para ropa de una sola pieza sin resorte. Las pinzas que existen en la actualidad presentan varios problemas. Es muy común que el resorte se oxide y tiende a manchar la prenda (ropa) si la pinza es de madera esta absorbe la humedad y esto limita mucho la vida de esta pinza. Otro problema que presentan las pinzas con resorte es su tendencia a desarmarse. Existen en el mercado una pieza llamada horquilla que no tiene resorte y es de una sola pieza, pero presenta la dificultad que las prendas a tender tienen que estar colgadas sobre el cordón y sobre estas se coloca dicha horquilla, con la desventaja que pueden marcar la prenda y no tiene suficiente fuerza para soportar el viento. BREVE DESCRIPCIÓN DE LAS FIGURAS
La figura 1 es una vista en perspectiva superior de las pinzas para tender ropa. La figura 2 es una vista una vista en perspectiva superior de las pinzas para tender ropa.

Como se observa en la figura 3, la pinza esta compuesta por los siguientes partes: 1. Gancho para Cordón
2, Mordaza para cordón y prenda
3 Ranura para prendas (sin cordón)
4 Trinquete
5 Zona de agarre y cierre
6 Apoyo para destrabar o abrir pinza VENTAJAS DE LA PINZA EN UNA SOLA PIEZA SIN RESORTE
Por ser una pinza de una sola pieza, no se desarma.
Al no tener partes metálicas no se oxida.
La vida útil es muy superior a las que se encuentran actualmente en el mercado. Puede ser usada, poniendo la prenda de ropa sobre el cordón y sobre esta pinza. También puede ser usado colgando la pinza en el cordón ya que cuenta con un gancho para esto y la prenda de ropa en la ranura diseñada para este fin. Esto no lo hace ninguna pinza para colgar ropa de las que existen en el mercado.
Otra ventaja muy importante para mí, al ser la pinza de plástico ayuda a conservar un mundo más verde, esto es mucho más importante, ya que la madera usada para las pinzas que se consumen en América latina equivale a un bosque talado con área superior al estado de Nuevo León, esto anualmente.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
Habiendo descrito suficiente mi invención, considero como una novedad y por lo tanto reclamo como de mi exclusiva propiedad, lo contenido en las siguientes cláusulas:
1 Pinzas para tender ropa, como las utilizadas para colgar en el tendedero ropa para su secado caracterizado porque esta pinza es fabricada de una sola pieza, no requiere de resorte por lo tanto no se desarma, ni oxida las prendas de ropa, tiene además muchas ventajas comparadas con las pinzas convencionales que actualmente se encuentran en el mercado, se puede colgar la pinza del tendedero, y de esta la prenda, se puede poner la prenda en el tendedero y sobre esta la pinza, no tiene resorte metálico que la oxide, puede soportar prendas gruesas, así como delgadas (finas) por ejemplo pantimedias. Además tiene una vida útil mayor ya que no se desarma, oxida, ni absorbe humedad.
