Abstract

Así, miembros de la Unión Europea como Irlanda, Noruega, Suecia, Italia, Francia, Holanda, Dinamarca, Bélgica o España, estados pertenecientes a los Estados Unidos de América como California y Nueva York donde la legislación es aún más restrictiva que Europa, Australia o algunas áreas de Canadá, son algunos de los principales ejemplos donde la prohibición de fumar en espacios públicos ha adquirido notoriedad de ley. En cuanto al impacto económico, los actuales precios del mercado energético nos muestran que el coste del empleo de pellets para generar energía (€/KWh) representa la mitad del que muestran las energía gas de propano y butano, y casi cuatro veces más económico que el que presenta el empleo de electricidad.
