实施例一
本发明专利一种无线适配器, 包括:
适配器线路板, 适配器面壳和适配器底壳, 外部设备插口和充电接口。 所述适配器面壳和适配器底壳可拼接成一个整体。
适配器面壳和适配器底壳拼接成一个整体的方式有很多, 例如, 与对 讲终端设备连接的无线适配器, 适配器面壳和适配器底壳通过适配器固定 螺釘固定, 拼接成一个整体。
适配器面罩和适配器底壳拼接后内部形成一个空间, 用于保护无线适 配器中的适配器线路板, 一般采用绝缘材料, 如塑料等。
所述适配器线路板固定于适配器面壳和适配器底壳之间。
适配器线路板设置于适配器面壳和适配器底壳拼接形成的空间内部, 适配器线路板中包括有适配器无线电路, 可以与无线耳机进行通讯。
所述外部设备插口和充电接口分别与适配器线路板的导线相连。
所述外部设备插口, 与外部终端设备接口匹配, 用于与外部终端设备 相连, 通过适配器线路板将外部终端设备输入的电能输出至充电接口。
外部终端设备指的是没有内置无线功能的终端设备, 可以是没有内置 无线功能的对讲终端设备等。
外部设备插口可以是多种与外部终端设备接口匹配的插口, 例如: 通 用串行总线( Universal Serial BUS , USB )插口、针触式插口和音频插口等。 当外部终端设备为对讲终端设备时, 外部终端设备插口是与对讲终端设备 接口匹配的针触式插口。
外部设备插口与外部终端设备相连, 外部终端设备接口与外部终端设 备的供电电源相连, 当外部设备插口与外部终端设备接口相连时, 外部终
端设备将供电电源的电能从外部终端设备接口输出到无线适配器上的外部 设备接口。 外部终端设备的供电电源可以是外部终端设备的电池, 也可以 是外部终端设备的外接电源。
所述充电接口, 与无线耳机的充电插口匹配, 通过适配器线路板与外 部设备插口相连, 用于将外部设备插口输入的电能输出至无线耳机的充电 插口, 以便无线耳机的充电插口为无线耳机的供电电源充电。
无线适配器上的充电接口与外部设备插口通过适配器线路板( Printed Circuit Board Assembly, PCBA ) 中的导线相连。 充电接口将外部设备插口 输入的电能输出到无线耳机上的充电插口。
充电接口可以是任意一种导电介质, 在与对讲终端设备相连的无线适 配器的充电接口为正负极磁铁。
所述无线适配器包括: 蓝牙适配器、 WIFI适配器、 2.4G无线适配器和 Zibee适配器中的任意 一种或多种。 由上述内容可知, 本发明专利有如下有益效果:

无线适配器包括:
适配器固定螺釘 101 , 用于固定适配器面壳 102, 适配器线路板 103和 适配器底壳 104。
适配器面壳 102和适配器线路板 103上各有一个上下贯通的孔, 适配 器固定螺釘 101依次通过两个孔后, 螺旋固定于适配器底壳 104上匹配的 螺孔。
适配器面壳 102设置有一个圓形凸起,充电接口 105嵌套进圓形凸起, 与适配器线路板相连。 充电接口 105为两个对称的正负极磁铁, 拼接后中 间形成一个与适配器面壳 102上圓形凸起匹配的圓。
所述无线适配器包括: 蓝牙适配器、 WIFI适配器、 2.4G无线适配器和 Zibee适配器中的任意 一种或多种。
无线耳机包括:
耳机塞 106, 耳机塞 106采用绝缘材料制成, 材质较软, 形状与无线 适配器上的充电接口 105吻合。
喇叭 107, 位于耳机塞 106和耳机壳体 108拼接形成的空间内, 与耳 机线路板 111相连, 用于将耳机线路板 111中接收到的音频信号放大。
耳机壳体 108, 采用绝缘材料制成, 用于保护内部的其他装置。
麦克风 109, 与一键通话触发电路相连, 用于当执行一键通话功能时, 接收音频信号。
充电插口 110, 与无线适配器的充电接口 105匹配,用于接收无线适配 器的充电接口 105输入的电能为无线耳机的供电电源 112充电。
无线耳机上的充电插口 110与无线适配器上的充电接口 105 匹配, 与 供电电源 112相连, 为一对正负极磁铁。 将充电接口 105输入的电流输出 到供电电源 112充电。
充电插口 110 可以是通过无线耳机上的线路板 111 ( Printed Circuit Board Assembly, PCBA ) 中的导线与充电电源 112相连。
耳机线路板 111和供电电源 112 ,图中耳机线路板 111和供电电源做成 一个整体, 位于耳机壳体 108和耳机罩 113拼装后形成的空间内。
所述耳机线路板 111进一步包括:
控制电路, 分别与充电插口 110和供电电源 112相连, 用于检测所述 供电电源 112的电量;
当供电电源 112的电量低于第一阈值时, 用于接收充电插口 110输入 的电能为所述供电电源 112充电;
当供电电源 112 的电量高于第二阈值时, 用于停止接收充电插口 110 输入的电能停止为所示供电电源 112充电。
优选的, 所述耳机线路板 111进一步包括:
所述一键通话触发电路与耳机线路板 111相连, 用于当触发一键通话 按钮时, 执行一键通话功能。
供电电源 112, 与喇叭 107 , 耳机线路板 111和充电插口 110相连, 用 于为喇叭 107和耳机线路板 111提供工作电源。
无线耳机中的供电电源 112具体可以为与无线耳机匹配的电池, 为无 线耳机中的耳机线路板 111和喇八 107等用电装置提供电能。
耳机罩 113 , 采用的材料为绝缘材料, 与耳机壳体 108匹配, 可以拼装 成一个整体。
优选的, 耳机罩 113表面进一步包括:。
一键通话触发按钮, 触发时可向耳机罩内部移动, 用于触发一键通话 电路执行一键通话功能。
所述无线耳机包括: 蓝牙耳机、 WIFI耳机、 2.4G无线耳机和 Zibee耳机中的任意一种或多
种。
图 2为本发明专利一种无线适配器和无线耳机与外部终端设备的装配 图, 包括:
图中, 外部终端设备为对讲终端设备。 无线耳机与无线适配器充电接 口 105匹配, 装配如图 2所示。 无线适配器通过外部设备插口 201与对讲 终端设备相连。
当无线适配器与对讲终端设备相连时, 外部设备接口 201将对讲终端 设备输入的电流通过适配器线路板 103输出至充电接口 105。
充电接口 105将输入的电流输出至无线耳机的充电插口 110,充电插口 110通过耳机线路板 111将输入的电流输出至供电电源 112,给供电电源 112 充电。

1、 一种无线适配器, 其特征在于, 所述适配器包括:
适配器线路板, 适配器面壳和适配器底壳, 外部设备插口和充电接口; 所述适配器面壳和适配器底壳可拼接成一个整体;
所述适配器线路板固定于适配器面壳和适配器底壳之间;
所述外部设备插口和充电接口分别与适配器线路板的导线相连; 所述外部设备插口, 与外部终端设备接口匹配, 用于与外部终端设备 相连, 通过适配器线路板将外部终端设备输入的电能输出至充电接口; 所述充电接口, 与无线耳机的充电插口匹配, 通过适配器线路板与外 部设备插口相连, 用于将外部设备插口输入的电能输出至无线耳机的充电 插口, 以便无线耳机的充电插口为无线耳机的供电电源充电。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的适配器,其特征在于,所述外部设备插口为: 通用串行总线插口、 针触式插口或音频插口中的任意一种。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的适配器,其特征在于,所述充电接口具体为: 任意一种导电介质。
4、 根据权利要求 1-3任意一项所述的适配器, 其特征在于, 所述适配 器面壳和适配器底壳可拼接成一个整体包括:
适配器面壳和适配器底壳可通过适配器固定螺釘拼接成一个整体。
5、 一种无线耳机, 其特征在于, 所述耳机包括:
耳机塞, 喇叭, 耳机外壳, 耳机线路板, 充电插口和供电电源; 所述耳机塞和耳机外壳匹配, 可以拼接成一个整体, 所述喇八、 耳机 线路板、 充电插口和供电电源位于耳机塞和耳机外壳之间;
所述充电插口, 与无线适配器的充电接口匹配, 用于接收无线适配器 的充电接口输入的电能为所述供电电源充电;
供电电源, 与喇叭, 耳机线路板和充电插口相连, 用于为喇叭和耳机 线路板提供工作电源。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的耳机, 其特征在于, 所述耳机线路板进一步 包括:
