本发明实施例提供一种智能电视的交互系统及方法,所有交互操作以悬浮的方式叠加于应用之上,以解决切换应用内容过程中存在视听空隙,体验不连贯,操作时间长,操作复杂等问题。

图7所示的搜索显示装置显示了圆环搜索器,所述圆环搜索器用于接收输入汉字或者字母,根据输入汉字或者字母产生联想确定关键词,搜索的结果是一个集合,包括关键词归属的类别和关键词对应的搜索结果的数量。
图8示出了本发明另一实施例提供的状态栏控制装置和推送装置显示的页面,具体包括:
图8所示页面中的313展示了推送的信息类型和信息数量,314为用户通过长按菜单、飞梭、方向键、语音或者鼠标来查看推送信息详情的实例;图8中310显示显示当前页面所在的路径,表明当前页面是从主页链接到“设置”页,“设置”页面链接到“图像设置”,311显示后台播放音乐的信息,312显示智能电视状态变更的信息。
需要说明的是,飞梭为操作所述智能电视的遥控器上的工具,具体如图9所示,在确定键外的大圆圈区域可以顺时针旋转也可以逆时针旋转,通过旋转来实现图标的选择、切换和上下移动。
图10示出了本发明另一实施例提供的详细信息显示单元显示的页面,具体包括:
将焦点悬停在预览区的影片1对应的图片上,当悬停时间达到1.5-2s时,在预设的详情区域内显示影片1的详情介绍。
图11示出了本发明另一实施例提供的筛选单元显示的页面,具体包括:
筛选条件包括电影的年代、地区和类型,通过筛选条件从预览区中选取符合条件的电影,此处仅仅为筛选单元的一个具体实施例,不同场景中使用不同的筛选条件。
本发明实施例通过将所有页面以悬浮的方式实现了切换节目内容过程中不对现有用户构成打扰,并且页面根据内容的分类进行链接,实现了节目切换的便利性,解决了现有技术切换节目内容过程中需要打扰现有用户,并且分类不清晰的问题,极大的提升了用户体验。
图12示出了本发明另一实施例提供的智能电视的显示方法的实现流程,所述方法包括:
S31、以悬浮的方式显示分类并根据所述分类链接键链接到预览显示装置和列表显示装置。
S32、以悬浮的方式在预览区显示分类对应内容的简略信息及图片。
S33、以悬浮的方式通过列表显示分类对应内容和所述内容对应的时间。
可选的,所述方法还包括:
以悬浮的方式显示搜索入口,并根据关键词搜索关键词对应的内容。
可选的,所述方法还包括:
根据搜索分类的链接键链接到搜索显示装置。
可选的,所述方法还包括:
根据预设的时间间隔,当主页显示器没有接收任何操作命令,隐藏正在显示的主页。
可选的,所述方法还包括:
当智能电视接收调用主页的命令后弹出状态栏,在接收播放音乐、电影和图片的命令时隐藏状态栏,接收关闭主页的命令后关闭状态栏,以及在状态栏上显示当前的页面路径、智能电视的状态和后台播放音乐的名称。
可选的,所述方法还包括:
任何显示窗口上,展示后台推送的信息和应用程序状态变更的信息的类型和数量,以及接收查看所述推送的信息和应用程序状态变更的信息的命令,并根据所述命令将推送的消息和应用程序状态变更详细信息显示在显示窗口上。
可选的,在所述步骤S32之后还包括:
将焦点悬停在预览区的图片上达到预设的时间,在预设的详情区域显示预览的图片对应内容的详细信息。
调用筛选条件选项,根据选择的筛选条件,搜索到符合筛选条件的内容。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解为上述实施例所包括的各个单元和模块只是按照功能逻辑进行划分的,但并不局限于上述的划分,只要能够实现相应的功能即可;另外,各功能单元和模块的具体名称也只是为了便于相互区分,并不用于限制本发明的保护范围。
本领域普通技术人员还可以理解,实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分步骤是可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可以在存储于智能电视可读取存储介质中,所述的存储介质,包括ROM/RAM、磁盘、光盘等。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种智能电视的交互系统,其特征在于,所述系统包括:
    主页显示装置,用于以悬浮的方式显示分类并根据所述分类链接键链接到预览显示装置和列表显示装置;
    预览显示装置,用于以悬浮的方式在预览区显示分类对应内容的简略信息及图片;
    列表显示装置,用于以悬浮的方式通过列表显示分类对应内容和所述内容对应的时间。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的智能电视的交互系统,其特征在于,所述预览显示装置具体还包括:
    详细信息显示单元,用于将焦点悬停在预览区的图片上达到预设的时间,在预设的详情区域显示预览的图片对应内容的详细信息;
    筛选单元,用于调用筛选条件选项,根据选择的筛选条件,搜索到符合筛选条件的内容。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的智能电视的交互系统,其特征在于,所述系统还包括:
    搜索显示装置,用于以悬浮的方式显示搜索入口,并根据关键词搜索关键词对应的内容;
    主页隐藏装置,用于根据预设的时间间隔,当主页显示装置没有接收任何操作命令,隐藏正在显示的主页;
    状态栏控制装置,用于当智能电视接收调用主页的命令后弹出状态栏,在接收播放音乐、电影和图片的命令时隐藏状态栏,接收关闭主页的命令后关闭状态栏,以及在状态栏上显示当前的页面路径、消息通知、智能电视的状态和后台播放音乐的名称;
    推送装置,用于在任何显示窗口上,展示后台推送的信息和应用程序状态变更的信息的类型和数量,以及接收查看所述推送的信息和应用程序状态变更的信息的命令,并根据所述命令将推送的消息和应用程序状态变更详细信息显示在显示窗口上。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的智能电视的交互系统,其特征在于,所述主页显示装置还用于:
    根据搜索分类的链接键链接到搜索显示装置。
  5. 一种智能电视的显示方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    以悬浮的方式显示分类并根据所述分类链接键链接到预览显示器和列表显示器;
    以悬浮的方式在预览区显示分类对应内容的简略信息及图片;
    以悬浮的方式通过列表显示分类对应内容和所述内容对应的时间。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    根据搜索分类的链接键链接到搜索显示装置;
    根据预设的时间间隔,当主页显示器没有接收任何操作命令,隐藏正在显示的主页;
    当智能电视接收调用主页的命令后弹出状态栏,在接收播放音乐、电影和图片的命令时隐藏状态栏,接收关闭主页的命令后关闭状态栏,以及在状态栏上显示当前的页面路径、消息通知、智能电视的状态和后台播放音乐的名称;
    在任何显示窗口上,展示后台推送的信息和应用程序状态变更的信息的类型和数量,以及接收查看所述推送的信息和应用程序状态变更的信息的命令,并根据所述命令将推送的消息和应用程序状态变更详细信息显示在显示窗口上。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述以悬浮的方式在预览区显示分类对应内容的简略信息图片之后还包括:
    将焦点悬停在预览区的图片上达到预设的时间,在预设的详情区域显示预览的图片对应内容的详细信息;
    调用筛选条件选项,根据选择的筛选条件,搜索到符合筛选条件的内容。
