Abstract

Des modes de réalisation de la présente invention se rapportent à un procédé, à un dispositif et à un système permettant de traiter une notification d'une fonction de réseau. Le procédé consiste à : recevoir un message de notification qui comprend des informations d'indication et qui a été envoyé par un contrôleur de station de base (BSC), les informations d'indication étant utilisées pour indiquer des états d'activation de fonction de réseau de différents réseaux PLMN; et déterminer les états d'activation de fonction de réseau de différents réseaux PLMN selon les informations d'indication. Un équipement d'utilisateur peut accéder sélectivement à un réseau PLMN selon les états d'activation de fonction de réseau de différents réseaux PLMN; par conséquent, les performances du réseau et l'utilisation des ressources du réseau sont améliorées.
