DESCRIPCIÓN  DESCRIPTION
OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The object of the present invention relates to a hearing aid, in the form of an earring or decorative accessory that improves the hearing of people who have it in a reduced way (hearing loss) so that the aesthetic does not present a visual impact on the wearer.
Therefore, the hearing aid object of the present invention comprises a digital device that is placed in the earlobe by its anterior part, and that is connected to a battery located at the back of the lobe, through the battery holder, which in turn has a connector that crosses the hole of said lobe also serving as a fastener to the device.

PROBLEMA TÉCNICO A RESOLVER Y ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN TECHNICAL PROBLEM TO BE RESOLVED AND BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
At present, to improve the hearing of people who have diminished this sense, the "retro-auricular" hearing aid that is placed on the auditory pavilion is usually used, and that through a hollow tube transmits the sound to the ear. These hearing aids have the disadvantage that the battery is inserted into the device itself, and to provide the output power and extend the battery life, the devices become larger. Currently, smaller hearing aids have been achieved by placing the earpiece directly in the ear canal, but they do not have enough power or have high battery consumption. In both cases, the aesthetic appearance of the hearing aid makes it unattractive.
Another solution in the field of hearing aids, are those that are housed directly within the ear canal or in its outermost area. These hearing aids have all their means inside the same housing, and are defined as "intra-ear" headphones. These types of hearing aids are more discreet than "retro-headphones", however, they have to be custom-made, and they show greater deterioration due to direct contact with earwax and sweat, in turn, they usually occlude the ear canal external, which provides a plug sensation in the ear. There are, in turn, other hearing aids, already in disuse, such as the pouch hearing aid, which includes headphones with cables, which have been gradually disappearing from the market, due to their lack of practicality, their excessive weight and their few aesthetic qualities
An example of a similar technical solution is the Spanish patent ES 2 287 975T3 which describes a hearing aid, which comprises an electronic part, in which the sound is amplified, and an air conduction channel having an inlet end and an end of exit and that is adapted to be surgically implanted in the skull bone, so that the exit end opens in the middle ear towards the inside of the eardrum, characterized in that the electronic part is acoustically connected to the entrance end of the channel of air conduction for the purpose of transporting amplified sound vibrations through said channel to the middle ear to stimulate vibration of the eardrum from the inside.

Additionally, said second housing (5) comprises a plurality of small holes (1 1) for sound input. It can be seen in Figure 4A.
The second housing (5) is anchored by pressure to the first housing (4), so that the electronic means (2) can be easily accessed. Said second housing (5) could also be anchored to the first housing (4) by means of a threaded closure, pin closure, elastic jump closure or any other method known to a person skilled in the art.
In a second embodiment, the external and visible part of the hearing aid (1) is formed by a bezel (12) that is anchored to the second housing (5), as seen in Figures 2A, 2B and 8.
The bezel (12) allows the external appearance of the hearing aid (1) to be exchanged with different shapes and colors, allowing the use of the same materials used for jewelry, and in turn protects the hearing aid (1) against inclement weather (air, water, sun ...). Figures 2A and 2B show how the bezel (12), which looks like a pearl earring, is on the second housing (5).
The inner part of the bezel (12) is preferably made of foam (interchangeable in case of deterioration) where the density of the foam is such that it allows the bezel (12) to be perfectly anchored to the second housing (5), without damaging it. The anchoring of the trim (12) to the second housing (5) can be done with different anchoring systems already known.
The bezel (12) allows the user to easily exchange the external appearance of the hearing aid (1) without the help of an audiologist or electronic technician, and in turn, protecting the first (4) and the second housing (5).
The first housing (4) comprises a specific shape and size to be able to be located in the front part of the earlobe (13) and serves as protection for the electronic means (2), as can be seen in Figure 4B. However, the first housing (4) can comprise any geometric shape.
In Figures 1 B and 2B it can be seen how the connection hole (6) is located in the lower area of the first housing (4) to decrease the distance of the hearing aid (1) to the ear canal and, therefore, that the ear tube (7) is shorter, so that the ear tube (7) is more discreet.
There is the possibility of incorporating a reinforcing element (3) which is a structure that is placed between the first housing (4) and the second housing (5) to increase the protection of the electronic means (2). In addition, the reinforcement element (3) separates the button (24) and the data transmission plug for PC (20) from other electronic means (2) to facilitate its use, and that the pressure exerted on them in its use does not compromise the proper functioning of other electronic means (2), as shown in figure 12.
In Figure 4D a design is observed in which the first housing (4) and the second housing (5) form an integral piece (34), so that the electronic means (2) are comprised inside in a removable base (33) as a drawer. The microphone (16) comprised inside the first housing (4) is directed forward, in the direction of the patient's gaze, without any occlusion element, so that thanks to the plurality of holes of the second housing ( 1 1) and the plurality of holes in the bezel (28), perfectly captures the sounds from the outside.
The microcontroller (15) transforms the sound captured from the outside by the microphone (16) and by the second microphone (25) and modulates it to adapt it to the needs of the patient's hearing loss.
In the event that the micro-controller (15) uses a space inside the first housing (4) such that it is not possible to install all electronic means (2) correctly, or that a second microphone (25) needs to be used , said microcontroller (15) or said second microphone (25) will be placed in such a way that they use the usual earpiece space (17), and said earpiece (17) will be installed directly in the ear canal.
In the case of needing two hearing aids (1), one for the right ear and one for the left ear, interconnection between them and the combined use of both are possible to improve hearing, as shown in Figure 11.
The second microphone (25) serves to capture the sounds coming from the back of the patient, and is placed either inside the first housing (4) next to the electronic means (2) and directed backwards as observed in Figure 3C, or located outside the first housing (4) and separated from the electronic means (2).
