Abstract
Ein Verfahren zum Betrieb eines Nockenwellenverstellers einer Brennkraftmaschine sieht vor, dass in einer Anlaufphase des Nockenwellenverstellers eine Verstellung der Nockenwelle in einer ersten Verstellrichtung erfolgt, die von zum Zeitpunkt (T0) des Anlaufens vorliegenden Betriebsdaten des Nockenwellenverstellers und/oder der Brennkraftmaschine abhängig ist, und dass in einer an die Anlaufphase anschließenden Einstellphase ein Zielwert (ZP) des Phasenwinkels (φ) der Nockenwelle eingestellt wird. Der Übergang zwischen der Anlaufphase und der Einstellphase kann vor Erreichen eines Endanschlages des Nockenwellenverstellers erfolgen.
