Description

Embodiment of this invention is related with a refrigerator.
The refrigerator has a pocket portion on the back side of the refrigerator compartment door, that is, the inside of the refrigerator, and a relatively small storage item or a long and narrow storage item can be stored in the pocket portion.
However, the stored items stored in the pockets have only to be taken in and out one by one, which is not easy to use.
On the other hand, in recent years, there is an idea of installing a small case in a pocket portion so that it can be taken in and out (see, for example, Patent Document 1). According to this, by storing several stored items in the accessory case, the stored items can be put in and out collectively, and the usability can be improved.

The lid 9b opens and closes the entrance / exit 10 of the container 9a by rotating in the vertical direction.
On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 in addition to FIGS. 3 and 4, a hand suspension 13 is provided at the front edge of the lid 9b. The hand strap 13 projects forward in the central portion on the front side of the lid 9b. The hand strap 13 is provided integrally with the lid 9b. A claw portion 14 is provided at the front edge portion of the lid 9b. The claw part 14 is an example of an engaged part, and is provided over the entire rear side of the lid 9b. On the other hand, the nail | claw part 15 is provided in the container 9a. The claw portion 15 is an example of an engaging portion, and is provided at the front edge portion of the doorway 10. By engaging the claw portion 14 with the claw portion 15, the lid 9 b is restrained by the container 9 a in a closed state. That is, these claw portions 14 and 15 function as an example of a closing restraining means for restraining the lid 9b to the container 9a in a closed state. 4, 7, 9, and 10 show the entire accessory case 9 in a state where the lid 9 b is constrained to the container 9 a in a closed state. Further, in FIGS. 7 and 9 show a plurality of legs 9a 1 provided outside the lower surface of the container 9a.
The handle 9c has an inverted U shape. As shown in FIGS. 9 and 11, the handle 9 c has a short cylindrical shaft portion 16 inside each of the left and right proximal ends. Further, the handle 9 c has a non-circular retaining portion 17 at each tip portion of both shaft portions 16. In this case, the stopper 17 is a so-called oval shape. On the other hand, the container 9a has a bearing hole 18 at each upper part of the left and right side surfaces. The bearing hole 18 is a hole having a shape corresponding to the removal preventing portion 17 of the handle 9c. In this case, the bearing hole 18 is a so-called oval hole. The shaft portion 16 is inserted into the shaft bearing hole 18 from the removal preventing portion 17 from the outside to the inside. Thereby, the handle 9c is attached to the container 9a so as to be rotatable in the vertical direction around the shaft portion 16. As shown in FIG. 10 and FIG. 12, the handle 9c is raised and lowered by its vertical rotation.
As shown in FIG. 3, insertion of the retaining portion 17 and the shaft portion 16 into the shaft bearing hole 18 is performed in a state where the handle 9c is positioned at a predetermined angle α within an undulating angle range. In a state in which the handle 9c is positioned at an angle other than that, the stopper portion 17 is locked to the inner side surface of the container 9a, whereby the stopper portion 17 and the shaft portion 16 are prevented from falling off.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 9, FIG. 12, FIG. 13 and FIG. 14, the handle 9c is provided with protrusions 19 at the middle portions on both the left and right sides thereof. As shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, the lid 9 b is opened to a position beyond the protrusion 19 with the handle 9 c raised. Then, the lid 9 b is locked to the projection 19 so that the return of the lid 9 b is stopped by the projection 19. As a result, the lid 9b is held open. In FIG. 1, the opened lid 9 b is indicated by a two-dot chain line. That is, the protrusion 19 of the handle 9c functions as an example of an open holding unit that holds the lid 9b in an open state.
As shown in FIG. 1, the accessory case 9 has a size in which the lid 9 b is positioned above the upper edge portion 4 a 1 of the surrounding wall 4 a of the pocket portion 4 in the state of being accommodated in the pocket portion 4. Yes. Further, the pocket portion 6 shown in FIG. 2 is a pocket portion in which the accessory case 9 can be taken in and out like the pocket portion 4. And, the pocket portion 6, the height of the surrounding wall 6a is different between the right portion 6a 1 and the left portion 6a 2. Of the right side part 6 a 1 and the left side part 6 a 2 , the lower side part 6 a 1 has a lower height than the surrounding wall 4 a of the pocket part 4. On the other hand, the height of the left side portion 6 a 2 , which is the higher one, is equal to the height of the surrounding wall 4 a of the pocket portion 4. That is, these pocket parts 4 and 6 have the enclosure walls 4a and 6a having different heights. In other words, these pocket portions 4 and 6 have a plurality of surrounding walls 4a and 6a having different heights. The lid 9b is located above the upper edge of the left side portion 6a 2 of the upper portion and the surrounding wall 6a of the highest surrounding wall 4a.
In addition, the container 9a of the accessory case 9 is more flexible than the pocket portions 4 and 6, in other words, the inner surface portion of the refrigerator compartment door 2 and the surrounding walls 4a and 6a that form the peripheral wall portions of the pocket portions 4 and 6. It is made of a simple material. Thereby, it is prevented that the container 9a of the accessory case 9 damages the pocket parts 4 and 6.
Further, as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 1, the lid 9 b of the accessory case 9 has a maximum length protruding in the interior direction when the lid 9 b is in a substantially horizontal rotation position. The lid 9b is a shelf for placing stored items in the warehouse when the lid 9b is in a substantially horizontal rotation position where the length protruding in the warehouse direction, that is, the projection length in the warehouse direction is the maximum projection length. A distance G 1 from 20. Further, as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 1, the handle 9c also has a maximum length protruding in the interior direction when the handle 9c is in a substantially horizontal rotation position. The handle 9c has a length which projects the internal direction, i.e. at the time when the projection length of the internal direction lies in a substantially horizontal rotary position of maximum projection length, a distance G 2 from the shelf 20 in the refrigerator spaced To do.
In addition, as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 15, even when the accessory case 9 is housed in the pocket portions 4 and 6 with the front and back reversed, the handle 9 c is in a substantially horizontal rotation position. The length that protrudes in the direction of the interior is the maximum. The handle 9c has a length which projects the internal direction, i.e. at the time when the projection length of the internal direction lies in a substantially horizontal rotary position of maximum projection length, a distance G 3 from the shelf 20 in the refrigerator spaced To do. In FIG. 15, only the pocket portion 4 is shown.
Further, as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 16, when the handle 9c is located at a substantially horizontal rotation position, the handle 9c is in a direction opposite to the interior direction, in this case, on the inner surface 2a side of the refrigerator compartment door 2. The length that protrudes to the maximum is the maximum. And the dimension L2 between the enclosure walls 4a and 6a of the pocket parts 4 and 6 and the inner surface part 2a of the refrigerator compartment door 2 , that is, the dimension in the depth direction is the direction in which the handle 9c is opposite to the interior direction. length which projects, i.e. than the total dimension L 1 front-rear direction of the handle 9c and the container 9a in time with the internal direction that exists in a substantially horizontal rotational position where the protruding length of the opposite direction is the maximum protrusion length large. FIG. 16 shows only the pocket portion 4.
According to the refrigerator according to the present embodiment, the accessory case 9 that can be taken in and out of the pocket portions 4 and 6 of the refrigerator compartment door 2 is provided as an example of the storage means. And the accessory case 9 has the container 9a and the lid | cover 9b which opens and closes the entrance / exit 10 of this container 9a by rotation. As shown in FIG. 1, the lid 9b is located above the upper edge portions of the surrounding walls 4a and 6a of the pocket portions 4 and 6 when the accessory case 9 is stored in the pocket portions 4 and 6. .
Thereby, basically, several stored items can be stored in the accessory case 9, and these stored items can be put in and taken out at the same time, so that the convenience as a refrigerator can be improved. Further, if the entrance / exit 10 of the container 9a is closed by the lid 9b, it is possible to avoid the entry of foreign matter such as spilled juice. The lid 9b is positioned above the upper edge portions of the surrounding walls 4a and 6a of the pocket portions 4 and 6 when the accessory case 9 is stored in the pocket portions 4 and 6. Therefore, the lid 9b can be opened and closed without being obstructed by the surrounding walls 4a and 6a while the small case 9 is stored in the pocket portions 4 and 6. In addition, the convenience of the accessory case 9 itself can be improved, for example, when a stored item is taken in and out.
Moreover, according to the refrigerator which concerns on this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the pocket parts 4 and 6 which can take in and out the accessory case 9 have several enclosure walls 4a and 6a from which height differs. The lid 9b is located above the upper edge of the left side portion 6a 2 of the highest surrounding wall 4a and surrounding wall 6a. Thereby, in any of the pocket portions 4 and 6, the lid 9b of the accessory case 9 accommodated in the pocket portions 4 and 6 can be opened and closed without being obstructed by the surrounding walls 4a and 6a. Thus, the accessory case 9 can be used without problems, and the convenience of the accessory case 9 can be further improved.
Further, as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 1, according to the refrigerator according to the present embodiment, the lid 9 b is located in the inside when the protruding length in the internal direction is at the rotation position where the maximum protruding length is present. Apart from the shelf 20. As a result, the lid 9b can be opened and closed without being obstructed by the shelf 20 in the cabinet while the accessory case 9 is stored in the pocket portions 4 and 6. Therefore, the convenience of the accessory case 9 can be further improved.
Moreover, as shown in FIG. 3, according to the refrigerator which concerns on this embodiment, the container 9a has the entrance / exit 10 from an upper surface part to a front surface part. Thereby, it is possible to facilitate taking in and out of the stored product with respect to the container 9a. Therefore, the convenience of the accessory case 9 can be further improved.
Moreover, according to the refrigerator according to the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, as an example of the closing restraint means for restraining the lid 9b to the container 9a in a closed state, the claw portion 14 is provided on the lid 9b. A claw portion 15 is provided on the container 9a. As a result, it is possible to prevent the stored item from jumping out of the container 9a and being untangled. Therefore, the convenience of the accessory case 9 can be further improved.
Moreover, according to the refrigerator which concerns on this embodiment, the accessory case 9 has the handle 9c. As a result, the small case 9 can be taken in and out of the pocket portions 4 and 6 and can be easily carried. Therefore, the convenience of the accessory case 9 can be further improved.
Furthermore, according to the refrigerator according to the present embodiment, the handle 9c is rotatable. And as shown with the dashed-two dotted line in FIG. 1, this handle 9c leaves | separates from the shelf in a store | warehouse | chamber, when it exists in the rotation position where the protrusion length of the in-chamber direction becomes the maximum protrusion length. As a result, the handle 9c can be raised and lowered without being obstructed by the shelf 20 in the cabinet while the accessory case 9 is stored in the pocket portions 4 and 6. Therefore, the convenience of the accessory case 9 can be further improved.
Moreover, according to the refrigerator which concerns on this embodiment, in the state which stored the accessory case 9 in the pocket parts 4 and 5 upside down as shown in FIG. When the projecting length in the direction is at the rotation position where the projecting length becomes the maximum projecting length, the direction is separated from the shelf 20 in the warehouse. Thereby, even if the accessory case 9 is stored in the pocket portions 4 and 5 with the front and back reversed, the handle 9c can be raised and lowered without being obstructed by the shelf 20 in the cabinet. Therefore, the convenience of the accessory case 9 can be further improved.
Moreover, according to the refrigerator according to the present embodiment, the handle 9c has the protrusions 19 shown in FIGS. 9, 12, 13 and 14 as an example of an open holding means for holding the lid 9b in an open state. Thereby, the stored item can be taken in and out of the container 9a while the lid 9b is kept open. Therefore, the convenience of the accessory case 9 can be further improved.
Furthermore, according to the refrigerator according to the present embodiment, as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 16, the rotatable handle 9c has a maximum protrusion length in the direction opposite to the internal direction. The dimension L 2 between the enclosure walls 4a and 6a of the pockets 4 and 6 and the inner surface 2a of the refrigerator compartment door 2 rather than the total dimension L 1 in the front-rear direction of the handle 9c and the container 9a when in the moving position. Has increased. Accordingly, the handle 9c can be raised and lowered without being obstructed by the inner surface portion 2a of the refrigerator compartment door 2 in a state where the accessory case 9 is stored in the pocket portions 4 and 6. Therefore, the convenience of the accessory case 9 can be further improved.
In contrast, FIG. 17 shows the second embodiment, and FIG. 18 shows the third embodiment. In the second embodiment and the third embodiment, the same parts as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, description thereof is omitted, and only different parts are described.
[Second Embodiment]
In the second embodiment illustrated in FIG. 17, as indicated by a two-dot chain line, the pivotable handle 9 c has a dimension l when it is in a pivot position where the projection length in the interior direction is the maximum projection length. As shown by, it overlaps with the shelf 20 in the warehouse and interferes. Therefore, the protrusion 31 is provided on the outer surface of the container 9a. This protrusion 31 is an example of an angle restricting means for restricting the rotation angle of the handle 9c to an angle that does not interfere with the shelf 20 in the warehouse. In this case, as an angle that does not interfere with the shelf 20 in the warehouse, for example, an angle up to substantially vertical indicated by a two-dot chain line is set. According to this configuration, the rotation angle of the handle 9 c is restricted to an angle until the handle 9 c is locked to the protrusion 31. Thereby, even if the handle 9c which can be rotated interferes with the shelf 20 in a warehouse when it exists in the rotation position where the protrusion length of the in-chamber direction becomes the maximum protrusion length, the handle 9c It can be used without being disturbed by the shelf 20. Therefore, the convenience of the accessory case 9 can be further improved.
[Third Embodiment]
In 3rd Embodiment illustrated in FIG. 18, the refrigerator compartment door 41 differs from the refrigerator compartment door 2 of 1st Embodiment. The refrigerator compartment door 2 of 1st Embodiment opens and closes the opening | release opening of the front surface of the refrigerator compartment 3 by one sheet. On the other hand, the refrigerator compartment door 41 of this 3rd Embodiment is one of the so-called double doors which open and close the opening | mouth opening of the front of the refrigerator compartment 3 by two doors on either side. Therefore, the refrigerator compartment door 41 of the third embodiment is narrower than the refrigerator compartment door 2 of the first embodiment. This refrigerator compartment door 41 also has pockets 42 to 44 on the back side which is the inside of the refrigerator. The small case 9 is stored in the pocket portions 42 and 43 of the pocket portions 42 to 44 so as to be able to be taken in and out. Other configurations are provided in the same manner as in the first embodiment.
Therefore, according to the third embodiment, the same operation and effect as the first embodiment can be obtained.
