Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé d'identification d'un matériau (91) comprenant : -les étapes simultanées de : -exciter le matériau à identifier (91) présent dans une cavité résonnante (41) par une onde stationnaire micro-ondes; -appliquer une excitation lumineuse sur le matériau à identifier; -mesurer une réponse RPE (21) de la cavité résonnante (41); -mesurer une réponse de photoluminescence (31) du matériau à identifier; -la comparaison des réponses mesurées à des réponses RPE et de photoluminescence d'un matériau de référence; -la détermination de l'identité entre le matériau à identifier et le matériau de référence en fonction du résultat de la comparaison.
