Abstract
Among other things, the invention relates to a wheel hub motor (10a) including: - a stator (14a); - a rotor (12a); and - at least one seal element (34) between stator (14a) and rotor (12a). The seal element (34) is fixed to the rotor (12a) and has a protruding part (36) which contacts the stator (14a) when the motor (10a) is stopped. The protruding part (36) is arranged and designed such that when the rotor (12a) is rotating, a centrifugal force, which produces a gap between the protruding part (36) and the stator (14a), acts on the protruding part (36).
