根据本发明实施例中的碗篮 100, 通过将杯托组件 4分成可转动地连接到横向钢丝 11 上的第一杯托 2和可转动地连接在第一杯托 2上的第二杯托 3, 且第二杯托 3绕第一杯托 2 在与第一杯托 2配合以承载杯子的展开位置与折叠到第一杯托 2与碗篮框 1之间的折叠位 置之间可转动, 在使用碗篮 100承载杯子 CB时, 第二杯托 3处于展开位置 (也可以称为杯 托组件展开), 第一杯托 2和第二杯托 3协作以承载杯子 CB, 此时第一杯托 2和第二杯托 3 可以处于同一平面内也可以形成适于承载杯子 CB的角度。 在不使用碗篮 100承载杯子 CB 时, 第二杯托 3处于折叠位置 (也可以称为杯托组件折叠), 第二杯托 3折叠到第一杯托 2 与碗篮框 1 之间。 因此, 通过将杯托分体设计成第一杯托和第二杯托, 可以满足在使用时 所需的承载空间, 并且在不使用时可节省空间。 此外可以避免对碗篮 100 的涂层的磨损, 成本降低。
第二杯托 3 (或杯托组件 4) 处于折叠位置, 本领域的技术人员应理解的是, 当第二杯 托 3折叠到第一杯托 2上之后, 第一杯托 2也可以朝向碗篮框 1的内壁转动以折叠到碗篮 框 1的内壁上, 如果第一杯托 2与碗篮框 1的内壁形成的夹角适当, 也可以不朝向第一杯 托 2转动和折叠。
在本发明的一些具体实施例中, 如图 5-7所示, 第一杯托 2可转动地钩连到横向钢丝 11上。 例如, 第一杯托 2上设有可转动地钩住横向钢丝 11的第一挂钩 21。 第二杯托 3上 设有可转动地钩住第一杯托 2的第二挂钩 31。 如图 6所示, 第一杯托 2上设有连接柱 24, 第二挂钩 31钩住连接柱 24且相对于连接柱 24可旋转。
图 2示出了杯托组件 4的第二杯托 3处于展开位置的示意图, 第二杯托 3可转动地钩 住第一杯托 2, 更具体地, 如上所述, 第二挂钩 31可旋转地钩住连接柱 24。 与第二杯托 3 相连的第一杯托 2可转动地钩住横向钢丝 11, 如上所述, 更具体地, 第一挂钩 21钩住横向 钢丝 11。 此时第二杯托 3与第一杯托 2处于同一平面内以承载杯子 CB, 即杯托组件 4处于 展开位置 (或展开状态)。 当然第二杯托 3也可以与第一杯托 2形成预定夹角, 只要该夹角 满足承载杯子即可。
图 3为杯子 CB容置在碗篮 100的杯托组件 4内的示意图。图 4为杯托组件 4的第二杯 托 3处于折叠位置的示意图, 即杯托组件 4处于折叠位置 (或折叠状态), 第二杯托 3与第 一杯托 2折叠在一起, 且第二杯托 3卡持在第一杯托 2与碗篮框 1之间。
处于折叠位置的杯托组件 4 (第一杯托 2和第二杯托 3 )倾斜抵靠在碗篮框 1上, 以将 杯托组件 4保持在折叠位置, 换言之, 第一杯托 2和第二杯托 3沿纵向定向且与纵向钢丝 12大体平行。 优选地, 当第二杯托 3与第一杯托 2折叠在一起时, 第一杯托 2和第二杯托 3中的至少一个与碗篮框 1固定, 以将杯托组件 4保持在折叠位置。
在一个具体示例中, 杯托组件 4包括卡扣 22, 卡扣 22设在所述第一杯托 2和第二杯 托 3中的至少一个上, 在图 6和图 8所示的示例中, 卡扣 22设在第一杯托 2上, 在所述折 叠位置卡扣 22卡住纵向钢丝 12, 以将杯托组件 4保持在折叠位置。 卡扣 22可以一体地设 在第一杯托 2上。
如图 5-7所示, 在一些实施例中, 卡扣 22由两个卡腿 23构成, 两个卡腿 23彼此平行 延伸且间隔开, 每个卡腿 23的自由端具有朝向另一个卡腿 23延伸的勾凸 231。 第一杯托 2 还包括支撑耳 25, 在展开位置支撑耳 25支撑住第二杯托 3。
在可选的实施中, 第一杯托 2包括多个第一挂钩 21、 卡扣 22、 连接柱 24和支撑耳 25, 多个第一挂钩 21分别可转动地钩住横向钢丝 11, 由此将第一杯托 2可转动地连接在碗篮框 1上。 第二杯托 3包括多个第二挂钩 31, 第一杯托 2包括多个连接柱 24, 多个第二挂钩 31 分别对应地钩住多个连接柱 24, 以将第二杯托 3可旋转地连接到第一杯托 2上。
如图 8所示, 当杯托组件 4处于折叠位置时, 第一挂钩 21以横向钢丝 11为轴线转动 使杯托组件 4大体沿纵向定位, 此时卡扣 22扣住纵向钢丝 12以将杯托组件 4保持在折叠 位置。 支撑耳 25设在第一杯托 2与第二杯托 3相邻的一个边的两端且在第一杯托 2所在平 面内分别延伸出,当杯托组件 4展开后,即在第一杯托 2与第二杯托 3配合支撑杯子 CB时, 支撑耳 25支撑第二杯托 3, 使第二杯托 3与第一杯托 2处于同一平面或成合适的预定夹角 以承载杯子。
本领域的技术人员可以理解的是, 卡扣 22不限于设在第一杯托 2上, 可选地, 卡扣 22 可设置在第二杯托 3上, 或者第一杯托 2和第二杯托 3上均设置卡扣 22。 第一杯托 2上可 以不设置支撑耳 25。
为了限制第二杯托 3相对第一杯托 2平移,即防止第二杯托 3沿连接柱 24的轴向移动, 在一些实施例中, 连接柱 24的长度与第二挂钩 31 的宽度一致。 在一些实施例中, 第一杯 托 2与第二杯托 3相邻的一个边两端分别设有在第一杯托 2所在平面内垂直于该一个边延 伸的限位块 26, 通过两限位块 26可以进一步防止第二杯托 3沿连接柱 24的轴向移动。
为了提高钩连到横向钢丝 11上的第一杯托 2的稳定性, 在一些实施例中, 纵向钢丝 12 包括第一纵向钢丝段 121、第二纵向钢丝段 122和连接第一纵向钢丝段 121和第二纵向钢丝 段 122的折弯钢丝段 123, 当杯托组件 4展开时, 第一杯托 2抵靠在折弯钢丝段 123上, 此 时折弯钢丝段 123支撑住第一杯托 2, 并使杯托组件 4与水平面成一预定夹角。
为了降低第一杯托 2抵靠在折弯钢丝段 123上时将折弯钢丝段 123上的涂层损坏, 如 划伤折弯钢丝段 123, 优选地, 第一杯托 2与折弯钢丝段 123抵靠的部分为弧形。
根据本发明实施例的碗篮, 通过将杯托组件 4分成可转动地连接到横向钢丝 11上的第 一杯托 2和可旋转地连接到第一杯托 2上且在展开位置和折叠位置可转动的第二杯托 3,杯 托组件 4展开, 第一杯托 2和第二杯托 3同处一平面上以承载杯子; 在不使用碗篮承载杯 子时, 杯托组件 4折叠, 第二杯托 3被卡持固定在第一杯托 2与碗篮框 1之间。 满足了在 使用时所需的承载空间, 不使用时可节省空间, 且可避免对碗篮 100 的涂层的磨损, 降低 成本。
下面参考图 9描述根据本发明实施例的洗碗机 200。
根据本发明实施例洗碗机包括洗涤腔室 201和碗篮, 洗涤腔室 201 限定在洗碗机本体 202内, 碗篮容纳在洗涤腔室 201内, 碗篮可以根据上述实施例描述的碗篮 100。
根据本发明实施例的洗碗机, 可以满足承载杯子所需空间, 不使用杯托组件时杯托组 件可以折叠, 不影响碗篮的高度调节, 并且避免对碗篮涂层的的磨损, 结构简单, 操作方 便, 成本低。
在本发明的描述中, 需要理解的是, 术语"中心"、 "纵向"、 "横向"、 "长度"、 "宽度"、 "厚度"、 "上"、 "下"、 "前"、 "后"、 "左"、 "右"、 "竖直"、 "水平"、 "顶"、 "底 " "内"、 "外"、 "顺时针"、 "逆时针"、 "轴向"、 "径向"、 "周向"等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所 示的方位或位置关系, 仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述, 而不是指示或暗示所指的装 置或元件必须具有特定的方位、 以特定的方位构造和操作, 因此不能理解为对本发明的限 制。
此外, 术语 "第一"、 "第二"仅用于描述目的, 而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性 或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。 由此, 限定有 "第一"、 "第二" 的特征可以明示 或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。 在本发明的描述中, "多个" 的含义是两个或两个 以上, 除非另有明确具体的限定。

Claims

权利要求书
1、 一种碗篮, 其特征在于, 包括:
碗篮框, 所述碗篮框包括横向钢丝和纵向钢丝; 和
杯托组件,所述杯托组件包括第一杯托和第二杯托,所述第一杯托可转动地连接到所述 横向钢丝上, 所述第二杯托连接到所述第一杯托上且绕所述第一杯托在与所述第一杯托配 合承载餐具的展开位置与折叠到所述第一杯托与所述碗篮框之间的折叠位置之间可转动。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的碗篮, 其特征在于, 所述第一杯托可转动地钩连到所述横向 钢丝上。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的碗篮, 其特征在于, 所述第一杯托上设有可转动地钩住所述 横向钢丝的第一挂钩。
4、 根据权利要求 1-3中任一项所述的碗篮, 其特征在于, 所述第二杯托上设有可转动 地钩住所述第一杯托的第二挂钩。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的碗篮, 其特征在于, 所述第一杯托上设有连接柱, 所述第二 挂钩钩住所述连接柱。
6、 根据权利要求 1-5中任一项所述的碗篮, 其特征在于, 所述杯托组件还包括卡扣, 所述卡扣设在所述第一杯托和所述第二杯托中的至少一个上, 在所述折叠位置所述卡扣卡 住所述纵向钢丝。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的碗篮, 其特征在于, 所述卡扣包括彼此平行延伸且间隔开的 两个卡腿, 每个卡腿的自由端具有朝向另一个卡腿延伸的勾凸。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的碗篮, 其特征在于, 所述卡扣一体地设在所述第一杯托上。
9、 根据权利要求 1-8中任一项所述的碗篮, 其特征在于, 所述第一杯托设有支撑耳, 在所述展开位置所述支撑耳支撑住所述第二杯托。
10、根据权利要求 1-9任一项所述的碗篮, 其特征在于, 所述纵向钢丝包括第一纵向钢 丝段、 第二纵向钢丝段和连接所述第一纵向钢丝段和第二纵向钢丝段的折弯钢丝段, 所述 第一杯托可抵靠在所述折弯钢丝段上。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的碗篮, 其特征在于, 所述第一杯托与所述折弯钢丝段抵靠 的部位为弧形。
12、 根据权利要求 1-11中任一项所述的碗篮, 其特征在于, 所述第一杯托与所述第二 杯托相邻的一个边的两端分别设有限制所述第二杯托相对所述第一杯托平移的限位块。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的碗篮, 其特征在于, 所述限位块在所述第一杯托所在的平 面内垂直于所述一个边延伸。
14、根据权利要求 1所述的碗篮, 其特征在于, 在所述展开位置所述第一杯托和所述第 二杯托处于同一平面内且在所述折叠位置所述第一杯托和所述第二杯托平行于所述纵向钢 丝。
15、 一种洗碗机, 其特征在于, 包括
洗涤腔室; 和
碗篮, 所述碗篮容置于所述洗涤腔室中且为权利要求 1至 14中任一项所述的碗篮。
