Description

一种自动高顶帐篷支架 技术领域
本发明涉及旅游或野营用帐篷,更具体的说涉及一种自动高顶帐篷支架。
背景技术
帐篷因具有收折和展开使用的功能,特别是大型的凉亭式帐篷,广泛应用于各种临时场所,为令帐篷内部空间增加以便于挂置照明用灯具,同时帐篷的顶棚形成一锥状的顶面,不致下榻影响使用或美观,也不易造成雨水积存。
故有高顶帐篷在帐篷支架的顶面上支撑有一顶中棒,以支撑起顶面篷布,从而令帐篷顶部形成一锥形顶面。在这类高顶帐篷中,一般是在帐篷的顶部形成支撑顶中棒的顶面支撑结构,顶中棒需要手动进行推动而进行上升和下收,对于高度较高的帐篷,使用时不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种自动高顶帐篷支架,支撑帐篷顶面的顶中棒可在帐篷展开和收折时与帐篷支架连动而实现自动支撑或下收,帐篷整体在使用使可实现一体展开和收折,使用方便。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种自动高顶帐篷支架,其包括立杆和顶部支撑杆组,相邻立杆之间枢接有至少两组呈对称的侧面交叉支杆,侧面交叉支杆活动连接并可定位在立杆上,顶部支撑杆组包括呈放射状分布的顶部交叉支杆,该各顶部交叉支杆的外端连接至相交的侧面交叉支杆在中部的连接处上,且顶部交叉支杆内端则合并在中部连接后支撑一顶中棒,各顶部交叉支杆里端分别连接在两连接在顶中棒上的连接座上,顶中棒穿过该两用以连接顶部交叉支杆的连接座,且位于上方的连接座活动连接在顶中棒中,位于下方的连接座定位在顶中棒的底端,而顶中棒的长度大于侧面交叉支杆中支杆的长度。
所述的立杆为伸缩杆。
所述的顶中棒的顶端设有一抵挡连接座的限位盖。
所述的两交汇在立杆上的侧面交叉支杆中的支杆连接在位于立杆上的两连接座上,其中位于上方的连接座位于立杆顶端,而另一位于下方的连接座通过一锁扣活动连接并定位在立杆上。
采用上述结构后,本发明的自动高顶帐篷支架,支撑帐篷顶面中部支撑帐篷顶棚的顶中棒可在帐篷展开和收折时与帐篷支架连动而实现自动支撑或下收,帐篷的立杆之间通过侧面交叉支杆相连接,支撑顶中棒的顶部支撑杆组也采用交叉支杆的形成相互连接,帐篷整体在使用使可实现一体展开和收折,使用方便。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
结合图1、图2所示,本发明的自动高顶帐篷支架包括四组立杆1支撑,其也可为六组或是八组等多组立杆组成,立杆1为伸缩杆结构以方便帐篷的收折和使用,在相邻两立杆1之间枢接有至少两组呈对称的侧面交叉支杆2,侧面交叉支杆2活动连接并可定位在立杆1上,当要将支架收折时,侧面交叉支杆2的一端向下滑动,令交叉的杆件合拢收靠从而实现支架的收折。支架的顶部上还设有顶部支撑杆组3,该顶部支撑杆组3包括呈放射状分布的4组顶面顶部交叉支杆31,四组顶面顶部交叉支杆31合并连接后在中部支撑起一顶中棒4,顶面顶部交叉支杆31中的两支杆311、312,支杆311、312外端分别连接在两侧面交叉支杆2中部相交的连接处上,连接在两交叉相连的侧面交叉支杆2组合处的上下端,即相邻两组侧面交叉支杆2中的支杆在相交处通过一连接块连接,而该连接块的中部还形成一连接支杆311或支杆312的连接口,三支杆连接同一连接块上;而支杆311、312的里端则集中连接在顶中棒4上,而各顶部交叉支杆31中两支杆分别连接在活动连接在顶中棒4下端上的两连接座上,顶中棒4穿过该两用以连接顶部交叉支杆31的连接座,顶面顶部交叉支杆31的其中一支杆连接在顶中棒4底端的一上连接座41上,而各交叉支杆中的另一支杆则分别连接在一下连接座42,上连接座41和下连接座42的四周上分别形成有连接枢接顶部交叉支杆31中杆件的枢接槽,下连接座42位于上连接座41上方,上连接座41可在顶中棒4中活动,下连接座42则定位在顶中棒4的底端。
本发明的帐篷支架整体在使用过程中,如要将帐篷收折起来时,此时,先将为伸缩杆结构的立杆1收缩,为使立杆1收靠,侧面交叉支杆2可向中部合拢收并,故侧面交叉支杆2中的杆件是可活动连接并可定位在立杆1上的,相邻立面中两交汇在立杆上的支杆21可通过连接在位于立杆上的连接座11、连接座12上,连接座11位于立杆1顶端,而连接座12中也可设置一锁扣结构,从而令侧面交叉支杆2活动连接并定位在立杆1上。故在收折时,解除连接座12的定位作用,使侧面交叉支杆2组中的支杆21向下活动,连动带动侧面交叉支杆2和顶部交叉支杆31合并收缩,即可将帐篷支架整体进行收靠。顶部交叉支杆31在收折时是与侧面交叉支杆2同步下收,此时,上连接座41在顶中棒4中向上移动,带动四组顶部交叉支杆31向中部合并,如图2所示,直至上连接座41抵靠到顶中棒4顶端的限位盖40,该限位盖40设置在顶中棒4的顶端用以抵挡上连接座41。而为配合帐篷整体收折,顶中棒4的长度较大于侧面交叉支杆2中支杆21的长度,从而令帐篷支架可收拢而减小体积。最终,各组侧面交叉支杆2和顶部交叉支杆31合并收拢在一起,实现整体收靠。
而帐篷在展开使用时,其随着各立杆1之间的侧面交叉支杆2的展开,同时也带动了各组顶部交叉支杆31的展开,顶部交叉支杆31展开时向外展开,则上连接座41下移,直至侧面交叉支杆2和顶部交叉支杆31定位,从而顶中棒4也在各组顶部交叉支杆31中定位支撑,而支撑起帐篷顶面。
本发明的自动高顶帐篷支架,支撑帐篷顶棚的顶中棒可在帐篷展开和收折时与帐篷支架连动而实现自动支撑或下收,帐篷的立杆之间通过侧面交叉支杆相连接,支撑顶中棒的顶部支撑杆组也采用交叉支杆的形成相互连接,帐篷整体在使用使可实现一体展开和收折,使用方便。

Claims (4)

1、一种自动高顶帐篷支架,其包括立杆和顶部支撑杆组,相邻立杆之间枢接有至少两组呈对称的侧面交叉支杆,侧面交叉支杆活动连接并可定位在立杆上,顶部支撑杆组包括呈放射状分布的顶部交叉支杆,该各顶部交叉支杆的外端连接至相交的侧面交叉支杆在中部的连接处上,且顶部交叉支杆内端则合并在中部连接后支撑一顶中棒,其特征在于:各顶部交叉支杆里端分别连接在两连接在顶中棒上的连接座上,顶中棒穿过该两用以连接顶部交叉支杆的连接座,且位于上方的连接座活动连接在顶中棒中,位于下方的连接座定位在顶中棒的底端,而顶中棒的长度大于侧面交叉支杆中支杆的长度。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种自动高顶帐篷支架,其特征在于:立杆为伸缩杆。
3、如权利要求1所述的一种自动高顶帐篷支架,其特征在于:顶中棒的顶端设有一抵挡连接座的限位盖。
4、如权利要求1所述的一种自动高顶帐篷支架,其特征在于:两交汇在立杆上的侧面交叉支杆中的支杆连接在位于立杆上的两连接座上,其中位于上方的连接座位于立杆顶端,而另一位于下方的连接座通过一锁扣活动连接并定位在立杆上。
