液晶显示装置包括显示模组, 显示模组为了显示图像, 都需要用到背光 来提供光源。 现阶段使用的 LCD所使用的背光, 大多数采用的是 LED作为 光源, 它具有高效节能的优点。
随着未来对节能的发展需求, 目前的 LCD背光需要进一步节能, 就必 须要通过降低 LED的使用颗数实现低能耗, 但这一定程度上会影响模组的 品质。
综上, 如何在不影响背光模组品质的前提下, 尽量减少 LED使用的颗 数成为现有背光模组设计的难点及重点之一。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于, 提供一种背光模组, 可大幅降低能源 消耗, 以满足节能环保的发展需求; 同时, 其还能够提高出光效率和出光均 匀度, 使结构筒化。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一种技术方案为:一种背光模组, 包括: 用以收集太阳光的集光装置; 通过光纤与集光装置连接的导光装置; 以及固定在导光装置的一侧并与导光装置保持一定距离的扩散装置和光学 部材, 其中: 光纤将由集光装置收集的太阳光传导至导光装置中, 导光装置 将传导至其中的光导出后依次投射在扩散装置和光学部材上; 导光装置的一 端设有入光端, 光纤的一端接连在集光装置上, 相对的另一端分别接连在导 光装置的入光端上, 导光装置将由入光端导入的光导向远离入光端一侧的远 光端。

由于导光条排布的位置能够决定导光条在导光后整体背光模组的出光 效果, 因此本实施例的四条导光条并排对称排列, 将两两导光条间的距离设 为相等, 用以达到均勾出光的效果。

可以理解的是, 网点 8除设置在导光条的底表面外, 还可以设置在导光 条底部的其他位置, 如中下部的侧面, 并不影响出光效果; 此外, 导光条的 顶表面除设为上述平面结构外,也可将顶表面设为沿导光条沿伸方向的棱镜 结构。
本发明实施例的背光模组, 使用太阳光作为独立光源, 其导光装置 3独 立于液晶显示装置的背光模块之外, 而导光装置本身即作为背光模块的一部 分, 结构更为筒单。
结合参见图 1和图 7, 为本发明背光模组的实施例二。
如图 7所示, 为本发明背光模组第二实施例的立体结构示意图。 本实施 例的背光模组与上述实施例一的不同之处在于: 实施例一中的导光装置 3为 单侧入光, 本实施例中的导光装置 3为双侧入光, 也就是导光条的两端分别 设有入光端 A, 四条导光条的入光端 A设在如图 7所示的左右两端,每一条 光纤(或光纤束) 2对应连接在每一导光条的入光端 A上。 实施时, 通过集 光装置 1收集日光后 , 经过光纤 2的传导进入导光条中。
本实施例中的背光模组仍可采用如上述如图 3-图 6所述的网点结构 8对 光进行导出, 不再赘述。
实施本发明的背光模组, 具有如下有益效果: 由于光纤将由集光装置收 集的太阳光传导至导光装置中,导光装置将传导至其中的光导出后依次投射 在扩散装置和光学部材上, 形成出光均匀的背光模组, 本发明的背光模组使 用太阳光完全取代 LED等光源, 作为独立的光源, 大幅降低能源消耗, 节 能环保; 导光装置直接起到导光板的作用将太阳光投射到光学膜片上, 提高 了光效率; 此外, 由于在导光装置上设置网点, 更能提高出光的均匀度。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已, 当然不能以此来限定本发明 之权利范围, 因此等同变化, 仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种背光模组, 其中, 所述背光模组包括:
用以收集太阳光的集光装置;
通过光纤与所述集光装置连接的导光装置; 以及
固定在所述导光装置的一侧并与所述导光装置保持一定距离的扩散装 置和光学部材, 其中: 所述光纤将由所述集光装置收集的太阳光传导至所述 导光装置中, 所述导光装置将传导至其中的光导出后依次投射在所述扩散装 置和所述光学部材上;
所述导光装置的一端设有入光端, 所述光纤的一端接连在所述集光装置 上, 相对的另一端分别接连在所述导光装置的所述入光端上, 所述导光装置 将由所述入光端导入的光导向远离所述入光端一侧的远光端。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述远光端的侧边贴覆用以 反射所述导光装置中未被导出的光的反射片。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述导光装置设为至少两条, 任两条导光装置间保持一定的距离;
所述入光端位于所述至少两条导光装置的同一侧。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述导光装置包括导光条。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述导光条的顶表面设为平 面, 或所述导光条的顶表面设为棱镜结构。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述扩散装置为扩散板, 所 述光学部材为光学膜片。
7、 一种背光模组, 其中, 所述背光模组包括:
用以收集太阳光的集光装置;
通过光纤与所述集光装置连接的导光装置; 以及
固定在所述导光装置的一侧并与所述导光装置保持一定距离的扩散装 置和光学部材, 其中: 所述光纤将由所述集光装置收集的太阳光传导至所述 导光装置中, 所述导光装置将传导至其中的光导出后依次投射在所述扩散装 置和所述光学部材上;
所述导光装置的两端分别设有入光端, 所述光纤的一端接连在所述集光 装置上, 相对的另一端分别接连在所述导光装置的所述入光端上。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述导光装置设为至少两条, 任两条导光装置间保持一定的距离。
9、 一种背光模组, 其中, 所述背光模组包括:
用以收集太阳光的集光装置;
通过光纤与所述集光装置连接的导光装置; 以及
固定在所述导光装置的一侧并与所述导光装置保持一定距离的扩散装 置和光学部材, 其中: 所述光纤将由所述集光装置收集的太阳光传导至所述 导光装置中, 所述导光装置将传导至其中的光导出后依次投射在所述扩散装 置和所述光学部材上。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述导光装置的底部设有网 点, 所述导光装置中的光经由所述网点导出。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述网点包括凹形网点和 / 或凸形网点。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述网点通过印刷成型或 射出成型, 其均勾分布在所述导光装置的底表面上;
所述网点的邻侧设有一反射装置。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述导光装置的一端设有 入光端, 所述光纤的一端接连在所述集光装置上, 相对的另一端分别接连在 所述导光装置的所述入光端上, 所述导光装置将由所述入光端导入的光导向 远离所述入光端一侧的远光端。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述远光端的侧边贴覆用 以反射所述导光装置中未被导出的光的反射片。
15、 如权利要求 13所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述导光装置设为至少两 条, 任两条导光装置间保持一定的距离;
所述入光端位于所述至少两条导光装置的同一侧。
16、 如权利要求 12所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述导光装置的两端分别 设有入光端, 所述光纤的一端接连在所述集光装置上, 相对的另一端分别接 连在所述导光装置的所述入光端上。
17、 如权利要求 16所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述导光装置设为至少两 条, 任两条导光装置间保持一定的距离。
18、 如权利要求 9所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述导光装置包括导光条。
19、 如权利要求 18所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述导光条的顶表面设为 平面, 或所述导光条的顶表面设为棱镜结构。
20、 如权利要求 9所述的背光模组, 其中, 所述扩散装置为扩散板, 所 述光学部材为光学膜片。
