 本開示の複数の機器とネットワークを介して複数の機器のうちの少なくとも一の機器である制御対象機器の制御を行う情報端末とを備えるリモートコントロールシステムにおける制御方法は、情報端末の表示部におけるユーザインタフェース領域に、複数の機器のうち制御対象候補となる制御対象機器を示す制御対象機器アイコンを表示させるステップ(S2)と、ネットワークを介して、複数の機器に関する機器状態情報と、複数の機器が設置された空間環境を示す値であるセンサ情報とを取得するステップ(S3)と、取得するステップ(S3)において取得された機器状態情報とセンサ情報とに基づいて制御対象機器の操作優先度を決定し、決定した操作優先度に従って、情報端末の表示部に、上記ユーザインタフェース領域の制御対象機器アイコンを並べ替えて表示させるステップ(S4)とを含む。

Description

制御方法
 本発明は、リモートコントロールシステムにおける制御方法に関する。
 近年、家庭内においてもネットワーク環境が整備されてきたことに伴い、パソコンなどの情報機器だけでなく、テレビ、ビデオレコーダ、エアコンおよび冷蔵庫等の家電機器もネットワークに接続されつつある。それによって、ネットワークを介して、家電機器を制御することが可能となるなどユーザに様々な利便性をもたらしつつある。
 例えば、特許文献1には、家電機器を含む機器を快適に制御できる統合コントローラに関する技術が開示されている。
特開2003-111157号公報
 しかしながら、特許文献1に開示されるような従来技術では、制御可能な機器を示す項目等が一律に並べられて表示されており、状況に応じた制御を行うに手間を要する場合がある。
 本発明は、上述の事情を鑑みてなされたもので、情報端末を用いて制御対象機器を状況に応じて適切に制御することができる制御方法を提供することを目的とする。
 上記目的を達成するために、本発明の一態様に係る制御方法は、複数の機器と、ネットワークを介して前記複数の機器のうちの少なくとも一の機器である制御対象機器の制御を行う情報端末とを備えるリモートコントロールシステムにおける制御方法であって、前記情報端末の表示部におけるユーザインタフェース領域に、前記複数の機器のうち制御対象候補となる制御対象機器を示す制御対象機器アイコンを表示させるステップと、前記ネットワークを介して、前記複数の機器に関する機器状態情報と、前記複数の機器が設置された空間環境を示す値であるセンサ情報とを取得するステップと、前記取得するステップにおいて取得された前記機器状態情報と前記センサ情報とに基づいて前記制御対象機器の優先度を決定し、決定した前記優先度に従って、前記情報端末の表示部に前記ユーザインタフェース領域の前記制御対象機器アイコンを並べ替えて表示させるステップと、並び替えて表示された制御対象機器アイコンのうち第1制御対象機器アイコンが選択された場合、前記制御対象機器アイコンに対応する制御対象機器を制御させるための制御信号を生成するステップと、前記ネットワークを介して前記制御信号を前記制御対象機器に送信するステップとを含む。

(発明の基礎となった知見)
 特許文献1に開示されるような従来技術では、制御可能な機器を示す項目等が一律に並べられて表示されており、状況に応じた制御を行うに手間を要する場合がある。
 具体的には、複数の家電機器のうち制御対象となる家電機器である制御対象機器(以下、対象機器とも記載)は、「操作(制御)をする人(who)」、「操作(制御)する時間(when)」、「操作(制御)する場所(at where)」、「制御対象機器(what)」および「制御対象機器の置いてある場所(to where)」等の状況によって、提供可能な機能でも制御可能な項目(制御メニュ)は異なる。また、ユーザの居る環境等の状況によっては、ユーザがすぐにでも制御したい制御対象機器が異なる。そのため、制御可能な機器を示す項目等が一律に並べられて表示されている場合だと、ユーザは制御したい制御対象機器を選択するまでに手間を要する場合もある。
 本発明は、上述の事情を鑑みてなされたもので、情報端末を用いて制御対象機器を状況に応じて適切に制御することができる制御方法を提供することを目的とする。
 上記目的を達成するために、本発明の一態様に係る制御方法は、複数の機器と、ネットワークを介して前記複数の機器のうちの少なくとも一の機器である制御対象機器の制御を行う情報端末とを備えるリモートコントロールシステムにおける制御方法であって、前記情報端末の表示部におけるユーザインタフェース領域に、前記複数の機器のうち制御対象候補となる制御対象機器を示す制御対象機器アイコンを表示させるステップと、前記ネットワークを介して、前記複数の機器に関する機器状態情報と、前記複数の機器が設置された空間環境を示す値であるセンサ情報とを取得するステップと、前記取得するステップにおいて取得された前記機器状態情報と前記センサ情報とに基づいて前記制御対象機器の優先度を決定し、決定した前記優先度に従って、前記情報端末の表示部に前記ユーザインタフェース領域の前記制御対象機器アイコンを並べ替えて表示させるステップと、並び替えて表示された制御対象機器アイコンのうち第1制御対象機器アイコンが選択された場合、前記制御対象機器アイコンに対応する制御対象機器を制御させるための制御信号を生成するステップと、前記ネットワークを介して前記制御信号を前記制御対象機器に送信するステップとを含む。
 これにより、ユーザに情報端末を用いて制御対象機器を状況に応じて適切に制御させることができる。
 ここで、例えば、前記制御信号を生成するステップでは、前記情報端末の表示部におけるユーザインタフェース領域に、選択された前記第1制御対象機器アイコンに対応する第1制御対象機器に対する1以上の制御メニュを表示させるステップと、前記情報端末の表示部におけるユーザインタフェース領域に表示された前記1以上の制御メニュのうち第1制御メニュが選択された場合、前記第1制御メニュに対応する制御を前記第1制御対象機器に実行させるための前記制御信号を生成するステップとを含むとしてもよい。
 また、例えば、前記制御対象機器アイコンを並べ替えて表示させるステップでは、前記情報端末の表示部におけるユーザインタフェース領域において、前記優先度が高いと決定された前記制御対象機器を示す制御対象機器アイコンほど、前記情報端末の操作者から見て上の位置かつ左右の一方の位置に表示させるとしてもよい。
 また、例えば、前記制御対象機器アイコンを並べ替えて表示させるステップでは、前記取得するステップにおいて取得された前記機器状態情報と前記センサ情報とに基づいて、前記制御対象機器のうち前記情報端末により制御されることにより前記情報端末の操作者が存在する空間の快適性が得られる制御対象機器の優先度ほど高く決定するとしてもよい。
 また、例えば、前記制御対象機器アイコンを並べ替えて表示させるステップでは、前記取得するステップにおいて取得された前記機器状態情報と前記センサ情報とに基づいて、前記制御対象機器のうち前記情報端末の操作者が存在しない空間に位置する制御対象機器の優先度を、前記情報端末の操作者が存在する空間に位置する制御対象機器の優先度よりも低く決定するとしてもよい。
 また、例えば、前記制御対象機器アイコンを並べ替えて表示させるステップでは、前記取得するステップにおいて取得された前記機器状態情報と前記センサ情報とに基づいて、前記制御対象機器のうち電源がオフされている制御対象機器の優先度を、電源がオンされている制御対象機器の優先度よりも低く決定するとしてもよい。
 なお、これらの全般的または具体的な態様は、システム、方法、集積回路、コンピュータプログラムまたはコンピュータで読み取り可能なCD-ROMなどの記録媒体で実現されてもよく、システム、方法、集積回路、コンピュータプログラムまたは記録媒体の任意な組み合わせで実現されてもよい。
 以下、図面を参照しながら、本発明の一態様に係るリモートコントロールシステムにおける制御方法について説明する。
 なお、以下で説明する実施の形態は、いずれも本発明の一具体例を示すものである。以下の実施の形態で示される数値、形状、材料、構成要素、構成要素の配置および接続形態、ステップ、ステップの順序などは、一例であり、本発明を限定する主旨ではない。また、以下の実施の形態における構成要素のうち、最上位概念を示す独立請求項に記載されていない構成要素については、任意の構成要素として説明される。
 (実施の形態)
 1.1 リモートコントロールシステムの構成
 以下、本実施の形態に係るリモートコントロールシステムについて図面を参照しながら説明する。
 図1は、実施の形態におけるリモートコントロールシステムが用いられる環境の一例を示す図である。
 本実施の形態におけるリモートコントロールシステムは、複数の機器と、ネットワークを介して複数の機器のうちの少なくとも一の機器である制御対象機器の制御を行う情報端末10とを備える。このリモートコントロールシステムは、図1に示す環境において用いられる。
 図1に示す環境では、無線ブリッジ1と有線ネットワーク2と部屋3と部屋4とが存在し、部屋3および部屋4には、複数の機器および複数のセンサが設置されている。
 具体的には、部屋3には、人感センサ31およびその他のセンサ32を含むセンサ群と、機器33および機器34を含む複数の機器とが設置されており、有線ネットワーク2で相互に接続されている。また、部屋3には、情報端末10を持つ人間20が存在している。
 部屋4には、部屋3と同様に、人感センサ41およびその他のセンサ42を含むセンサ群と、機器43および機器44を含む複数の機器とが設置されており、有線ネットワーク2で相互に接続されている。しかし、部屋4には人間20が存在しない。
 複数の機器(機器33、機器34、機器43、機器44・・・)とセンサ群(人感センサ31、センサ32、人感センサ41、センサ42・・・)は、有線ネットワーク2により相互接続されており、機器同士が互いに情報を参照できる。
 無線ブリッジ1は、有線ネットワーク2に接続されない情報端末10と有線ネットワーク2に接続されている複数の機器やセンサ群のデータを中継する。これにより情報端末10は、複数の機器やセンサ群の情報を参照できる。
 複数の機器(機器33、機器34、機器43、機器44・・・)は、情報端末10の制御対象となる制御対象機器であり、例えばテレビ、除湿機、照明機器、エアコン、洗濯機、加湿器である。なお、制御対象機器は、これらの例に限らず、BD(Blue-ray Disc)レコーダ、ドアホン、コタツなどの暖房器具、IH(Induction Heating )クッキングヒータ、照明、エアコンまたは給湯器等であってもよい。
 情報端末10は、例えばスマートフォン、タブレット端末およびテレビなど、タッチパネル機能を有する表示部を有する携帯可能な機器である。なお、情報端末10は、これらの例に限られず、タッチパネル機能を有する表示部を有し、部屋3および部屋4の制御対象機器と有線ネットワーク2で接続することができれば、その種別は問わない。本実施の形態では、情報端末10はスマートフォンであるとして以下説明する。
 なお、以下(本実施の形態)では、ユーザが複数の機器の周辺に存在することを明示的に示すため、ユーザが宅内の部屋3に存在する場合の例を挙げて説明するが、屋内の広い部屋や屋外に存在するとしてもよい。
 また、本実施の形態では、機器周辺に人間20が存在するか否かを検出するためのセンサとして人感センサを例として挙げているが、それに限られない。カメラ、モーションキャプチャセンサまたはマイクなど、人間20の存在を検出する手段を人感センサの代わりに設置されているとしてもよい。
 また、本実施の形態では、人感センサやその他センサの存在を明示的に示すため、これらのセンサが複数の機器とは異なるものとして説明するが、これに限らない。複数の機器の少なくとも一つの内部に存在するとしてもよい。
 また、図1では、宅内ネットワークの例として、有線ネットワーク2と無線ネットワーク(不図示)が混在する環境の例を示しているが、これに限らない。複数の機器、センサ群および情報端末10のすべてが有線ネットワークで接続されているとしてもよいし無線ネットワークで接続されているとしてもよい。
 1.2 情報端末の構成
 図2は、実施の形態における情報端末の構成の一例を示すブロック図である。
 情報端末10は、制御対象機器に対して処理要求を行うリモートコントローラとしての機能(統合リモコン機能)を有する。本実施の形態では、情報端末10では、リモートコントローラとしての機能(統合リモコン機能)が情報端末10にインストールされたアプリケーション(統合リモコンアプリ)によって提供されるとして説明する。
 より具体的には、情報端末10は、図2に示すように、表示部101と、取得部102と、表示制御部103と、生成部104と、通信部105と、メモリ106とを備える。
 表示部101は、タッチディスプレイなどであり、少なくともタッチ入力が可能なユーザインタフェース領域(表示画面)を有する。表示部101は、表示制御部103により制御され、ユーザインタフェース領域(表示画面)に、複数の機器のうち制御対象候補となる制御対象機器を示す制御対象機器アイコンを表示する。例えば、表示部101は、図3に示す表示画面101aに複数の制御対象機器アイコンを表示する。
 ここで、図3は、本実施の形態における情報端末の表示画面の一例を示す図である。図3には、情報端末10において統合リモコンアプリを初めて起動したとき、制御対象となる機器の一覧をアイコン表示で表示している場合の例が示されている。なお、本実施の形態では一覧表示の表現手法としてアイコン表示を用いて説明するが、リスト表示やその他の表示形式であっても構わない。
 取得部102は、有線ネットワーク2を介して、複数の機器に関する機器状態情報と、複数の機器が設置された空間環境を示す値であるセンサ情報とを取得する。
 例えば、取得部102は、有線ネットワーク2を介して、複数の機器に関する機器状態情報を取得し、例えば図4に示す機器状態情報管理テーブルを更新する。
 ここで、図4は、本実施の形態における機器状態情報管理テーブルの一例を示す図である。図4に示す機器状態情報管理テーブルは、各部屋(部屋3および部屋4)に設置されている複数の機器に関する情報を管理する。具体的には、機器状態情報管理テーブルは、「部屋」の一覧を管理し、各部屋に設置されている機器の「機器ID」、「機器種別」および「稼働状況」を管理する。また、機器状態情報管理テーブルは、管理している機器が稼動している時にはその稼働状況の詳細(ビヘイビア)も管理する。本実施の形態では、機器状態情報管理テーブルにより、「部屋」としてリビング、サニタリおよび寝室が管理されており、リビングには、「機器」としてエアコン、加湿器、除湿機、テレビおよび照明機器が存在し、エアコンと照明機器の電源が入っていることが管理されている。また、サニタリには「機器」として洗濯機が存在し、電源が入っていることが管理されている。寝室には「機器」としてエアコン、加湿器、除湿機および照明機器が存在し、いずれも電源が入っていないことが管理されている。
 また、例えば、取得部102は、有線ネットワーク2を介して、センサ群により、複数の機器が設置された空間環境を示す値であるセンサ情報を取得し、例えば図5に示すセンサ情報管理テーブルを更新する。
 ここで、図5は、本実施の形態におけるセンサ情報管理テーブルの一例を示す図である。図5に示すセンサ情報管理テーブルは、各部屋(部屋3および部屋4)に設置されているセンサ群が出力するセンサ情報を管理する。具体的には、センサ情報管理テーブルは、「部屋」の一覧を管理し、各部屋に設置されているセンサの「センサID」、「センサ種別」、および「値」を管理する。本実施の形態では、センサ情報管理テーブルにより、「部屋」としてリビング、サニタリおよび寝室が管理されており、リビングと寝室には、温度センサ、湿度センサ、人感センサおよび照度センサが存在し、それらの値が管理されている。また、サニタリには、温度センサと人感センサとが存在し、それらの値が管理されている。
 表示制御部103は、取得部102で取得された機器状態情報とセンサ情報とに基づいて制御対象機器の優先度を決定し、決定した優先度に従って、情報端末10の表示部101に、そのユーザインタフェース領域(表示画面)における制御対象機器アイコンを並べ替えて表示させる。
 より具体的には、表示制御部103は、取得部102により取得された機器状態情報とセンサ情報とに基づいて、例えば図6に示す操作優先度管理テーブルを更新する。そして、表示制御部103は、更新した操作優先度管理テーブルに従って、表示部101に、そのユーザインタフェース領域における制御対象機器アイコンを並べ替えて表示させる。ここで、図6は、本実施の形態における操作優先度管理テーブルの一例を示す図である。
 また、表示制御部103は、図6に示すセンサ情報管理テーブルを参照して、制御対象機器の操作優先度が高ければ高いほど、ユーザ(情報端末10の操作者)に優先度の高い制御対象機器の制御を促すように、表示部101に制御対象機器アイコンを並べ替えて表示させる。そして、表示制御部103は、情報端末10の表示部101におけるユーザインタフェース領域(表示画面)において、優先度が高いと決定された制御対象機器を示す制御対象機器アイコンほど、情報端末10の操作者から見て上の位置かつ左右の一方の位置に表示させるとすればよい。
 図7Aおよび図7Bは、本実施の形態における情報端末の表示画面の一例を示す図である。図7Aは、図3と同じ図である。図7Bには、図7Aの制御対象機器アイコンが並べ替えられた後の表示画面101bが示されている。ユーザは、図7Bの表示画面101bに示される制御対象機器アイコンの配置から、加湿器の操作優先度が最も高く、除湿機の操作優先度が最も低いことがわかる。
 なお、表示制御部103が操作優先度を決定する方法は上記の場合に限られない。例えば、表示制御部103は、取得部102により取得された機器状態情報とセンサ情報とに基づいて、制御対象機器のうち情報端末10により制御されることにより情報端末10の操作者が存在する空間の快適性が得られる制御対象機器の操作優先度ほど高く決定するとしてもよい。また、表示制御部103は、取得部102により取得された機器状態情報とセンサ情報とに基づいて、制御対象機器のうち情報端末の操作者が存在しない空間に位置する制御対象機器の操作優先度を、情報端末10の操作者が存在する空間に位置する制御対象機器の操作優先度よりも低く決定するとしてもよい。また、表示制御部103は、取得部102により取得された機器状態情報とセンサ情報とに基づいて、制御対象機器のうち電源がオフされている制御対象機器の操作優先度を、電源がオンされている制御対象機器の優先度よりも低く決定するとしてもよい。
 さらに、表示制御部103は、情報端末10の操作者のタッチ入力などにより、並び替えて表示された制御対象機器アイコンのうち第1制御対象機器アイコンが選択された場合、選択された第1制御対象機器アイコンに対応する第1制御対象機器の1以上の制御メニュを表示部101に表示させるとしてもよい。
 メモリ106は、上述した機器状態情報管理テーブル、センサ情報管理テーブルおよび操作優先度管理テーブルを保持している。機器状態情報管理テーブルおよびセンサ情報管理テーブルは、取得部102により情報が更新される。操作優先度管理テーブルは、表示制御部103により更新または参照さる。
 生成部104は、表示部101におけるユーザインタフェース領域(表示画面)で並び替えて表示された制御対象機器アイコンのうち第1制御対象機器アイコンが選択された場合、その制御対象機器アイコンに対応する制御対象機器を制御させるための制御信号を生成する。
 なお、生成部104は、表示部101におけるユーザインタフェース領域(表示画面)に、選択された第1制御対象機器アイコンに対応する第1制御対象機器の1以上の制御メニュが表示されている場合で、上記1以上の制御メニュのうち第1制御メニュが選択されたとき、第1制御メニュに対応する制御を第1制御対象機器に実行させるための制御信号を生成するとしてもよい。
 通信部105は、有線ネットワーク2を介して生成部104で生成された制御信号を制御対象機器に送信する。
 なお、以下(本実施の形態)では、エアコンの操作優先度は温度センサの値とタイマの値により決定され、加湿器の操作優先度は湿度センサの値、照明機器の操作優先度は照度センサの値により定められるものとして説明するが、それに限らない。操作優先度はこれら以外の一または複数のセンサの値を用いて定めてもよい。複数のセンサの値には、複数種類のセンサの値も含む。また、本実施の形態では操作優先度を「高・中・低」の3レベルに分類されているとして説明するが、それに限らず、レベル数はいくつでも構わない。
 また、本実施の形態では、上述した機器状態情報管理テーブル、センサ情報管理テーブルおよび操作優先度管理テーブルをメモリ106で保持するとして説明したが、それに限られない。情報端末10がアクセスし、更新および参照できるのでれば、メモリ106ではなく、機器状態情報管理テーブル、センサ情報管理テーブルおよび操作優先度管理テーブルは、有線ネットワーク2上にあるホームサーバ等で保持されているとしてもよい。
 1.3 リモートコントロールシステムの動作
 次に、以上のように構成されたリモートコントロールシステムの動作について説明する。
 図8は、実施の形態におけるリモートコントロールシステムの制御方法を示すフローチャートである。
 まず、ユーザは、情報端末10の統合リモコン機能を起動する(S1)。本実施の形態では、情報端末10は、リモートコントローラとしての機能(リモコン機能)が提供されるリモコンアプリを起動することで統合リモコン機能を起動する。
 次に、リモートコントロールシステムは、情報端末10の表示部101におけるユーザインタフェース領域(表示画面)に、複数の機器のうち制御対象候補となる制御対象機器を示す制御対象機器アイコンを表示させる(S2)。
 次に、リモートコントロールシステムは、有線ネットワーク2を介して、複数の機器に関する機器状態情報と、複数の機器が設置された空間環境を示す値であるセンサ情報とを取得する(S3)。
 次に、リモートコントロールシステムは、S3において取得された機器状態情報とセンサ情報とに基づいて制御対象機器の操作優先度を決定し、決定した操作優先度に従って、情報端末10の表示部101に、上記ユーザインタフェース領域の制御対象機器アイコンを並べ替えて表示させる(S4)。
 次に、情報端末10の操作者のタッチ入力などにより、制御対象機器アイコンの一つが選択されたか否かを確認する(S5)。
 制御対象機器アイコンの一が選択された場合(S5でY)、リモートコントロールシステムは、並び替えて表示された制御対象機器アイコンのうち第1制御対象機器アイコンが選択された場合(S5でY)、リモートコントロールシステムは、選択された制御対象機器アイコンに対応する制御対象機器を制御させるための制御信号を生成する(S6)。なお、S5において、制御対象機器アイコンが選択されたことが確認できなった場合(S5でN)には、再度S5に戻り処理を実行する。
 最後に、リモートコントロールシステムは、有線ネットワーク2を介して制御信号を制御対象機器に送信する(S7)。より具体的には、情報端末10の通信部105は、生成部104で生成された制御信号(処理要求)を、無線ブリッジ1を介して、制御対象機器に送信する。
 なお、S5において、情報端末10の操作者のタッチ入力などにより、並び替えて表示された制御対象機器アイコンのうち第1制御対象機器アイコンが選択された場合(S5でY)の場合、リモートコントロールシステムは、情報端末10の表示部101におけるユーザインタフェース領域に、選択された第1制御対象機器アイコンに対応する第1制御対象機器に対する1以上の制御メニュを表示させるとしてもよい。この場合、リモートコントロールシステムは、情報端末10の表示部101におけるユーザインタフェース領域に表示された1以上の制御メニュのうち第1制御メニュが選択された場合に、第1制御メニュに対応する制御を第1制御対象機器に実行させるための制御信号を生成するとすればよい。
 1.4 実施例
 次に、S4のアイコン並べ替え処理の詳細の一実施例について図9を用いて説明する。
 図9は、本実施の形態の実施例におけるS4のアイコンの並び替え処理の詳細を示すフローチャートである。
 まず、リモートコントロールシステムは、図4に示す機器状態情報管理テーブルを参照して宅内の部屋の一覧を取得する(SE601)。
 次に、リモートコントロールシステムは、宅内で管理対象となるすべての部屋のセンサ値を取得するまで、SE603~SE608までの処理を繰り返す(SE602~SE609)。
 より具体的には、SE603では、リモートコントロールシステムは、図5に示すセンサ情報管理テーブルを参照して、宅内で管理対象のすべての部屋(部屋3および部屋4)のセンサ値を取得する。
 続いて、SE604では、リモートコントロールシステムは、図4に示す機器状態情報管理テーブルを参照し、管理対象の部屋(部屋3および部屋4)に設置されている複数の機器の一覧(部屋の機器一覧)を取得する。
 続いて、SE605では、リモートコントロールシステムは、管理対象のすべての部屋(部屋3および部屋4)の人感センサの値を参照し、部屋内部に人間20がいるかどうかを判別する。
 SE605において、例えば部屋4には人間20がいないと判別された場合(SE605でN)、リモートコントロールシステムは、部屋4に設置されている複数の機器の操作優先度は全て「低」レベルであると決定し、図6に示す操作優先度管理テーブルの操作優先度にそれを設定する(SE606)。そして、SE603の処理に戻る。
 一方、SE605において、例えば部屋3には人間20がいると判別された場合は(SE605でY)、リモートコントロールシステムは、図6に示す操作優先度管理テーブルを参照して(SE607)、操作優先度の設定条件を確認する。そして、部屋3に設置されている複数の機器の操作優先度を設定し(SE608)、SE610に進む。
 次に、SE610では、リモートコントロールシステムは、操作優先度が高い機器(制御対象機器)の順に機器IDをソートする。
 最後に、リモートコントロールシステムは、機器種別毎に操作優先度を集計してスコア付けし、スコアが高い順に機器種別を示すアイコン(制御対象機器アイコン)をソートする(SE611)。
 なお、アイコン並べ替え処理後の表示画面の一例は、図7Bである。すなわち統合リモコンアプリの表示画面101bに、並び替えて表示された制御対象機器アイコンが示されている。図7Bに示す例では、制御対象機器アイコンが上の行に、また左の列にあるほど当該アイコンに対応する制御対象機器の操作優先順位が高いことを示している。
 本実施例では、機器状態情報管理テーブル、センサ情報管理テーブル、操作優先度管理テーブルの値を用いて図9のフローに沿ってアイコン並べ替え処理を実行する。それにより、図7Bに示す例では、機器種別「加湿器」の操作優先度が合計して最も高いことから、「加湿器」に対応する制御対象機器アイコンが最も左上に表示される。
 なお、本実施の形態では機器種別に一つのアイコンを割り当て、そのアイコン配列の変更によって機器種別毎の操作優先度の差を表現しているが、これ以外の表示形態であってもよい。例えば操作優先度の高い順にアイコンの色を変更したり、操作優先度の高い機器種別に並び替えたリスト表示として表現したりしてもよい。
 1.5 効果
 以上のように、本実施の形態によれば、情報端末を用いて制御対象機器を状況に応じて適切に制御することができる制御方法を実現することができる。
 具体的には、本実施の形態の制御方法によれば、情報端末の表示部に、複数の機器のうち制御対象候補となる制御対象機器を示す制御対象機器アイコンを表示させるとき、操作優先度に従って、情報端末の表示部の制御対象機器アイコンを並べ替えて表示させる。それにより、操作優先度が高ければ高いほど、例えば情報端末の操作者から見て表示画面の上の位置かつ左右の一方の位置に表示されるので、情報端末の操作者に優先度の高い制御対象機器の制御を促すことができるという効果を奏する。
 なお、本実施の形態では、制御対象機器アイコンを決定した操作優先度に従って並び替えるとして説明したが、それに限らない。並び替えて表示された制御対象機器アイコンのうち第1制御対象機器アイコンが選択されて、第1制御対象機器アイコンに対応する第1制御対象機器の1以上の制御メニュが表示された場合に、1以上の制御メニュも操作優先度に従って並び替え処理されるとしてもよい。
 図10は、制御対象機器アイコンを一つ選択し展開した後の情報端末の表示画面の一例を示す図である。図10に示す表示画面101cでは、例えば図7Bに示す表示画面101bで「加湿器」の制御対象機器アイコンが選択された場合に、「加湿器」に属し、操作可能なすべての制御メニュ(機器操作ボタン)が操作優先度順にソートされたときの表示例が示されている。ここでは、優先度が高い制御メニュ(機器操作ボタン)が表示画面101cで上位に表示されている。換言すると、図9のフローを実行した結果、「寝室」の「加湿器」の操作優先度が「高」で「リビング」の「加湿器」の操作優先度が「中」のため、「寝室」の「加湿器」の制御メニュ(機器操作ボタン)が「リビング」より表示画面101cで上位に表示されている。
 (変形例1)
 変形例1では、人感センサに加えて、部屋の入退室ログテーブル等を人間20の存在を検出する手段として用いる場合について説明する。
 図11は、本実施の形態の変形例1における機器操作ログテーブルの一例を示す図である。図12は、本実施の形態の変形例1における部屋の入退室ログテーブルの一例を示す図である。
 本変形例では、リモートコントロールシステムが、図11に示す機器操作ログテーブルに、「日時」、「操作対象の機器ID」および「実行された操作」の3点を記録し、図12に示す部屋の入退室ログテーブルに、「日時」、「入退室が行われた部屋」および「入室と退室のどちらか」の3点が記録するとする。なお、図11および図12のテーブルは情報端末10の取得部102が記録するとしてもよい。
 次に、本変形例におけるS4のアイコン並べ替え処理の詳細の一実施例について図13を用いて説明する。
 図13は、本実施の形態の変形例1におけるS4のアイコンの並び替え処理の詳細を示すフローチャートである。本変形例では、機器操作ログおよび部屋の入退室ログを考慮して、アイコン並び替え処理を行う。
 まず、リモートコントロールシステムは、図4に示す機器状態情報管理を参照して宅内の部屋の一覧を取得する(SE1101)。
 次に、リモートコントロールシステムは、宅内で管理対象となるすべての部屋のセンサ値を取得するまで、SE11003~SE1114までの処理を繰り返す(SE1102~SE1114)。
 具体的には、SE1103では、リモートコントロールシステムは、図5に示すセンサ情報管理テーブルを参照して、管理対象のすべての部屋(部屋3および部屋4)のセンサ値を取得する。
 続いて、SE1104では、リモートコントロールシステムは、図4に示す機器状態情報管理テーブルを参照し、管理対象の部屋(部屋3および部屋4)に設置されている複数の機器一覧を取得する。
 続いて、SE1105では、リモートコントロールシステムは、管理対象の部屋(部屋3および部屋4)の人感センサの値を参照し、部屋内部に人間20がいるかどうかを判別する。
 続いて、SE1106において、部屋には人間20がいないと判別された場合(SE1105でN)でも、リモートコントロールシステムは、その部屋の入退室ログテーブル(図12)を参照し、同曜日・同時刻にその部屋に人間がいる確率を算出する。そして、算出した確率が一定値(本変形例では70%とする)を上回るかどうか判定する。ここで、算出した確率が一定値を下回る場合は(SE1106でN)、続くSE1107において管理対象の部屋4に設置されている複数の機器の操作優先度を全て「低」レベルに設定し、SE1102に戻る。
 一方、SE1106において、算出した確率が一定値を上回った場合は(SE1106でY)、リモートコントロールシステムは、SE1108に進み、管理対象の他の部屋に設置されているすべての機器の操作優先度を設定するまでSE1109~SE1113の処理を繰り返す(SE1108~SE1113)。
 具体的には、まず、SE1109では、リモートコントロールシステムは、図6に示す操作優先度管理テーブルを参照して緊急度の設定条件を確認する。
 続いて、SE1110では、リモートコントロールシステムは、管理対象の部屋に設置されている複数の機器の操作優先度を設定する。
 続いて、SE1111では、リモートコントロールシステムは、図11に示す機器操作ログテーブルを参照し、同曜日・同時刻に機器の電源が入っている確率を算出する。そして、算出した確率が一定値(本変形例では70%とする)を上回るかどうか判定する。ここで、算出した確率が一定値を上回る場合は(SE1111でY)、続くSE1112において、機器の操作優先度を「高」レベルに設定し、SE1105に進む。
 次に、リモートコントロールシステムは、操作優先度が高い順に機器IDをソートする(SE1115)。
 最後に、リモートコントロールシステムは、機器種別毎に操作優先度を集計してスコア付けし、スコアが高い順に機器種別のアイコンをソートする(SE1116)。
 (変形例2)
 変形例2では、人感センサに加えて、異なる人間を識別可能なカメラ等を人間20の存在を検出する手段として用いる場合について説明する。
 図14は、本実施の形態の変形例2におけるセンサ情報管理テーブルの一例を示す図である。リモートコントロールシステムは、図14に示すセンサ情報管理テーブルにより、異なる人間を識別可能な環境下における各部屋のセンサ情報を管理することができる。
 図14に示すセンサ情報管理テーブルは、図5に示すセンサ情報管理テーブルと同様に、「部屋」の一覧を管理し、各部屋に設置されているセンサの「センサID」、「センサ種別」、および「値」を管理する。本変形例では、リビングと寝室とに、温度センサ、湿度センサ、人感センサおよび照度センサが存在し、さらに異なる人間を識別可能なカメラが存在し、それらの値が図14に示すセンサ情報管理テーブルで管理されている。また、サニタリには、温度センサと人感センサに加え、異なる人間を識別可能なカメラが存在し、それらの値が図14に示すセンサ情報管理テーブルで管理されている。
 次に、本変形例におけるS4のアイコン並べ替え処理の詳細の一実施例について図15を用いて説明する。
 図15は、本実施の形態の変形例2におけるS4のアイコンの並び替え処理の詳細を示すフローチャートである。本変形例では、異なる人間の識別結果を用いてアイコン並び替え処理を行う。
 まず、リモートコントロールシステムは、図4に示す機器状態情報管理テーブルを参照して宅内の部屋の一覧を取得する(SE1301)。
 次に、リモートコントロールシステムは、宅内で管理対象となるすべての部屋のセンサ値を取得するまで、SE1302~SE1310までの処理を繰り返す(SE1302~SE1310)。
 具体的には、SE1303では、リモートコントロールシステムは、図5に示すセンサ情報管理テーブルを参照して、管理対象のすべての部屋(部屋3および部屋4)のセンサ値を取得する。
 続いて、SE1304では、リモートコントロールシステムは、図4に示す機器状態情報管理テーブルを参照し、管理対象の部屋(部屋3および部屋4)に設置されている複数の機器一覧を取得する。
 続いて、SE1305では、リモートコントロールシステムは、管理対象の部屋(部屋3および部屋4)の人感センサの値を参照し、部屋内部に人間20がいるかどうかを判別する。ここで、例えば部屋4には人間がいないと判別された場合は(SE1305でN)、SE1306に進む。そして、SE1306において、リモートコントロールシステムは、部屋4に設置されている複数の機器の操作優先度を全て「低」レベルに設定し、SE1302に戻る。
 一方、SE1305において、部屋3に人間がいると判別された場合は(ステップSE1305でY)、リモートコントロールシステムは、SE1307において、図6に示す操作優先度管理テーブルテーブルを参照して操作優先度の設定条件を確認し、SE1308において対象の部屋に設置されている複数の機器の操作優先度を設定する。
 続いて、SE1309では、リモートコントロールシステムは、人間20(情報端末10の操作者)がどの部屋にいるかを識別し、人間20(情報端末10の操作者)がいる部屋に設置されている複数の機器のうち、SE1308の段階で操作優先度が「中」である機器の緊急度を「最高」に設定(変更)し、SE1311に進む。
 次に、リモートコントロールシステムは、操作優先度が高い順に機器IDをソートする(SE1311)。
 最後に、リモートコントロールシステムは、機器種別毎に操作優先度を集計してスコア付けし、スコアが高い順に機器種別のアイコンをソートする(SE1312)。
 図16Aおよび図16Bは、本実施の形態の変形例2における制御対象機器アイコンを一つ選択し展開した後の情報端末の表示画面の一例を示す図である。図16Aは、図7Bと同じ図である。図16Bでは、例えば図16Aに示す表示画面101bで、「加湿器」の制御対象機器アイコンが選択されたとき、「加湿器」に属し、操作可能なすべての制御メニュ(機器操作ボタン)が操作優先度順にソートされた表示画面101dが表示されている。ここでは、優先度が高い制御メニュ(機器操作ボタン)が表示画面101dで上位に表示されている。なお、情報端末10(リモコンアプリ)の操作者は「リビング」に存在するとしている。より具体的には、図15のフローを実行した結果、「寝室」の「加湿器」の操作優先度が「高」で、「リビング」の「加湿器」の操作優先度が「最高」のため、「リビング」の「加湿器」の制御メニュ(機器操作ボタン)が「寝室」より表示画面101dで上位に表示される。
 以上のように、本発明によれば、情報端末を用いて制御対象機器を状況に応じて適切に制御することができる制御方法を実現することができる。
 以上、本発明の態様に係るリモートコントロールシステムにおける制御方法について、実施の形態に基づいて説明したが、本発明は、この実施の形態に限定されるものではない。本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない限り、当業者が思いつく各種変形を本実施の形態に施したものや、異なる実施の形態における構成要素を組み合わせて構築される形態も、本発明の一つまたは複数の態様の範囲内に含まれてもよい。
 なお、上記実施の形態において、各構成要素は、専用のハードウェアで構成されるか、各構成要素に適したソフトウェアプログラムを実行することによって実現されてもよい。各構成要素は、CPUまたはプロセッサなどのプログラム実行部が、ハードディスクまたは半導体メモリなどの記録媒体に記録されたソフトウェアプログラムを読み出して実行することによって実現されてもよい。
 本発明は、リモートコントロールシステムにおける制御方法に利用でき、家電連携の統合リモコンUIやリモコン機能を備える携帯可能な情報端末等の制御方法にも利用できる。

Claims (6)

  1.  複数の機器と、ネットワークを介して前記複数の機器のうちの少なくとも一の機器である制御対象機器の制御を行う情報端末とを備えるリモートコントロールシステムにおける制御方法であって、
     前記情報端末の表示部におけるユーザインタフェース領域に、前記複数の機器のうち制御対象候補となる制御対象機器を示す制御対象機器アイコンを表示させるステップと、
     前記ネットワークを介して、前記複数の機器に関する機器状態情報と、前記複数の機器が設置された空間環境を示す値であるセンサ情報とを取得するステップと、
     前記取得するステップにおいて取得された前記機器状態情報と前記センサ情報とに基づいて前記制御対象機器の優先度を決定し、決定した前記優先度に従って、前記情報端末の表示部に前記ユーザインタフェース領域の前記制御対象機器アイコンを並べ替えて表示させるステップと、
     並び替えて表示された制御対象機器アイコンのうち第1制御対象機器アイコンが選択された場合、前記制御対象機器アイコンに対応する制御対象機器を制御させるための制御信号を生成するステップと、
     前記ネットワークを介して前記制御信号を前記制御対象機器に送信するステップとを含む、
     制御方法。
  2.  前記制御信号を生成するステップでは、
     前記情報端末の表示部におけるユーザインタフェース領域に、選択された前記第1制御対象機器アイコンに対応する第1制御対象機器に対する1以上の制御メニュを表示させるステップと、
     前記情報端末の表示部におけるユーザインタフェース領域に表示された前記1以上の制御メニュのうち第1制御メニュが選択された場合、前記第1制御メニュに対応する制御を前記第1制御対象機器に実行させるための前記制御信号を生成するステップとを含む、
     請求項1に記載の制御方法。
  3.  前記制御対象機器アイコンを並べ替えて表示させるステップでは、
     前記情報端末の表示部におけるユーザインタフェース領域において、前記優先度が高いと決定された前記制御対象機器を示す制御対象機器アイコンほど、前記情報端末の操作者から見て上の位置かつ左右の一方の位置に表示させる、
     請求項1または2に記載の制御方法。
  4.  前記制御対象機器アイコンを並べ替えて表示させるステップでは、
     前記取得するステップにおいて取得された前記機器状態情報と前記センサ情報とに基づいて、前記制御対象機器のうち前記情報端末により制御されることにより前記情報端末の操作者が存在する空間の快適性が得られる制御対象機器の優先度ほど高く決定する、
     請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の制御方法。
  5.  前記制御対象機器アイコンを並べ替えて表示させるステップでは、
     前記取得するステップにおいて取得された前記機器状態情報と前記センサ情報とに基づいて、前記制御対象機器のうち前記情報端末の操作者が存在しない空間に位置する制御対象機器の優先度を、前記情報端末の操作者が存在する空間に位置する制御対象機器の優先度よりも低く決定する、
     請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の制御方法。
