Abstract
This invention is in respect of a drawing system (1) that has two different axes despite moving back and forth on a single line. The drawing system (1) that is the subject of the present invention consists of a ball bearing (2) that is capable of moving back and forth and from left to right, and thereby that provides for the capability of movement of the flap; a steel rail (3) on which the ball bearing (2) moves; a diverter (4) that provides for the change of axis for the guide (5) and allows the flap to open and close; a guide (5) that allows the flap to find the direction of the flap axis with the help of the diverter (4) and a seal (6) that provides insulation.
Description
SLIDING DEVICE FOR LONGITUDINAL AND LATERAL MOVEMENT
The Technical Field
This invention is in respect of a drawing system that has two different axes despite moving back and forth on a single line.
Prior Art
With today's technology, three types of glass drawing systems are used in basic terms. The first one of these is the classical bristle roving standard drawing system consisting of one or more flaps that moves back and forth on a single line (rail).
Yet, in another application, there are systems that move back and forth on a single line just like in the first one however consisting of one or more flaps that can also move up and down at the same time. These types of systems are called "lift and draw" systems. Due to the said movement, instead of bristle roving, seals could be used and seals are a better of way insulation. These series have got special mechanisms. Another application is the one that is known by the name Volkswagen drawing in the market, that is built with the cases and flaps of the normal hinged series and that could be turned into a drawing system with an additional special mechanism.
There had been a requirement in the market for a system that moves back and forth on a single line, and at the same time has got an up and down movement on a vertical axis without needing an additional mechanism that could be joined to
the case with seals and thereby the desired level of insulation is achieved. The desired outcome is this application to be implemented on aluminium systems specially. Brief Description of the Invention
The objective of the present invention is to realise a system that moves back and forth on a single line, and at the same time has got an up and down movement on a vertical axis without needing an additional mechanism that could be joined to the case with seals and thereby the desired level of insulation is achieved.
Yet another objective of the present invention is the realisation of a drawing system for aluminium joinery to represent the said characteristics. The drawing system that has been realised in order to achieve the objectives of the present invention consists of a ball bearing that is capable of moving back and forth and from left to right, and thereby that provides for the capability of movement of the flap; a steel rail on which the ball bearing moves; a diverter that provides for the change of axis for the guide and allows the flap to open and close; a guide that allows the flap to find the direction of the flap axis with the help of the diverter and a seal that provides insulation. In the drawing system that is the subject of the invention, the seal, ball bearing and guide sequence had been changed into the seal, guide and ball bearing sequence and thus a drawing system had been realised that bears the existing characteristics and that could be applied to aluminium profiles.

The drawing system that had been realised in order to achieve the objections of the present invention had been shown in the attached figures.

The drawing system (1) that is the subject of the invention consists of the following parts,
- a ball bearing (2) that is capable of moving back and forth and from left to right, and thereby that providing for the capability of movement of the flap;
- a steel rail (3) on which the ball bearing (2) moves;
- a diverter (4) that provides for the change of axis for the guide (5) and allows the flap to open and close;
- a guide (5) that allows the flap to find the direction of the flap axis with the help of the diverter (4) and
- a seal (6) that provides insulation.
In the drawing system (1) that is the subject of the invention, the seal (6), ball bearing (2) and guide (5) sequence had been changed into the seal (6), guide (5) and ball bearing (2) sequence and thus a drawing system (1) had been realised that bears the existing characteristics and that could be applied to aluminium profiles.
The drawing system (1) that is the subject of the invention, being different from the existing systems, consists of one or more flaps that are capable of moving back and forth on a fixed rail (3) and a case that is compatible with the same. The advantage that has been provided with this system is that it provides a complete insulation by joining to the case with the seals (6) by pushing in the forward direction without having the requirement of an additional mechanism just like in the one with the Volkswagen drawing system (Figure 5 and Figure 6). In the same manner, there is the requirement of an additipnal mechanism in the lift and draw series (Figure 3 and Figure 4) and the present invention, provides much better insulation in comparison to the said series in the corner points. The present invention, despite moving on a single line like in the classical drawing (Figure 1 and Figure 2), has got two different axes. The first of the said axes is the direction of from left to right movement in the position where the seals (6) are not in contact with the same, while they are in the open position (Figure 9). The second axis is the direction in which the closed flap squeezes the seals (6) and there is a back and forth movement (Figure 10).
With the drawing system (1) that is the subject of the invention a drawing system (1) that is highly secure and that has got an easy lock system had been realised. The high level of seal squeezing characteristic of the drawing system (1) that is the subject of the invention, is continuous throughout the surrounding of the flap. In addition, easy installation and implementation had also been provided and a secure ventilation position had also been made available with this system.
Claims
1. The drawing system (1) characterized in that it comprises;
- a ball bearing (2) that is capable of moving back and forth and from left to right, and thereby that providing for the capability of movement of the flap;
- a steel rail (3) on which the ball bearing (2) moves;
- a diverter (4) that provides for the change of axis for the guide (5) and allows the flap to open and close;
- a guide (5) that allows the flap to find the direction of the flap axis with the help of the diverter (4) and
- a seal (6) that provides insulation.
