Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a technology for displaying app information of an open app store accessible from a smart terminal (eg, smart phone, smart pad, smart TV, smart box, etc.) in a unified manner. More specifically, the present invention does not provide app information obtained from an app store accessible by these smart terminals individually on a web page screen of an individual app store, but instead presents them in a unified manner by recombining them in the smart terminal. Further, the present invention relates to a technology for providing app information of an open app store in a unified format anywhere in the world.
  • a smart terminal eg, smart phone, smart pad, smart TV, smart box, etc.
  • smart terminals With the explosive spread of smart phones and the free distribution of Google's Android platform for mobile communication systems, smart terminals have emerged in various fields. In other words, smart terminals are appearing in various fields such as smart pads, smart TVs, tablet computers, smart boxes, and the like.
  • Such a smart terminal may perform various additional functions using a network function as well as a role unique to each existing device. These additional functions are built into the smart terminal itself, but in general, users can use various functions by downloading and using various apps (applications) through the Internet or a mobile communication network.

  • IOS provided by Apple is a closed operating system that can only be used by Apple's smart devices (eg iPhone, iPad), and Android provided by Google is an open operating system that can be used by anyone who has obtained Google certification.
  • Apps for smart devices using Apple iOS are only available from Apple-managed app stores. Therefore, a seller designed to use iOS, that is, a seller who wants to sell an app to Apple's smart terminal, can register and sell the app to Apple's App Store only if Apple requests registration of the app and passes the review. Therefore, Apple's App Store is under Apple's control, so users of all smart devices using Apple's App Store can receive the same application search and download service anytime, anywhere.
