Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Druckregelventil für kontinuierliche Regelung eines Eingangsdruckes eines fluiden Mediums, insbesondere eines Gases, bevorzugt Wasserstoffgas von bis zu 500 bar, insbesondere bis zu 700 bar, insbesondere im Bereich von bis zu 700 bar bis zu 1000 bar, bevorzugt im Bereich von bis zu 700 bar bis zu 875 bar, auf einen Ausgangsdruck von weniger 50 bar, insbesondere weniger als 25 bar, insbesondere im Bereich 25 bar bis 5 bar, bevorzugt im Bereich 15 bar bis 9 bar, mit einem Schieberbauteil, einem Kolben sowie einer Feder, wobei die Druckregeleinheit ein Wandlungselement umfasst, das derart ausgestaltet ist, dass der Eingangsdruck mittels des Wandlungselementes auf den Ausgangsdruck geregelt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Wandlungselement einen Kolben und ein Schieberbauteil umfasst, wobei der Kolben gegenüber dem Schieberbauteil schwimmend, insbesondere pendelnd gelagert ist oder Kolben und Schieberbauteil ein einziges Schieberkolbenbauteil ausbilden und das Wandlungselement des Weiteren eine Feder umfasst, die gegenüber dem Schieberkolbenbauteil schwimmend, insbesondere pendelnd gelagert ist oder das Wandlungselement eine Membran oder einen Balg umfasst und die Membran oder der Balg derart ausgestaltet sind, dass ein Eingangsdruck mittels der Membran oder dem Balg über eine Feder auf den Ausgangsdruck gewandelt bzw. geregelt wird.
