Description

一种以蓄热式斯特林发动机为动力的清洁车 技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洁车,特别是一种以蓄热式斯特林发动机为动力的清洁车。
背景技术
随着城市化建设的不断推进,各种采用蓄电池为动力的清洁车以其操作简单、维修方便、清扫效率高等特点广泛用于超市、步行街、宾馆大厅、候车候机室、礼堂、地铁、工厂车间等大面积磁砖、大理石、水磨石地面的清洁。刷盘代替拖把,机器洒水、刷地、吸水一次性完成,将地面油污、泥垢清洗干净,大大降低了劳动强度,受到了人们的青睐,给清洁工作带来了便利。
但是由于采用传统的蓄电池动力,清洁设备作业时间完全受电池容量的限制,对某些面积较大的场地一台机器往往不能够完全应付,这就需要数台机器来应付;蓄电池不但寿命较短,而且蓄电池的维护也较为麻烦,普遍的使用情况是新半年,旧半年,修修补补顶半年,一般很少有蓄电池能用2年以上的,有的甚至不到1年就报废了,这成为使用者的一个沉重的负担。
虽然采用能量密度更高的磷酸铁锂电池能在一定程度上解决这个问题,和铅酸蓄电池相比,铁锂电池寿命较长,可以在一定程度上弥补使用寿命不长的劣势,但是和传统铅酸蓄电池相比,较高的价格仍然让客户较难接受。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种无污染、低成本、使用寿命长的一种以蓄热式斯特林发动机为动力的清洁车。
技术解决方案
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种以蓄热式斯特林发动机为动力的清洁车,它包括控制器、蓄热器、斯特林发动机、热风机、行走单元、清扫单元和洒水单元,控制器分别与蓄热器和斯特林发动机相连,蓄热器与斯特林发动机的加热器相连,斯特林发动机的废热输出至热风机,斯特林发动机的动力输出端与行走单元、清扫单元、洒水单元分别相连,热风机、行走单元、清扫单元和洒水单元的控制端连接至控制器。
本发明所述的控制器还与操作平台相连。
本发明所述的蓄热器采用比热容较大、耐高温的蓄热材料制成。
本发明还包括一个备用单元,便于后续功能的添加,备用单元的控制器与控制器相连,动力输入端与斯特林发动机的动力输出端相连。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)蓄热器使用的蓄热材料易得,可以完全回收再利用,可以采用全陶瓷蓄热部件,原料成本极为低廉,且对环境无污染,因此整个清洁车既环保又节约成本;
(2)由于蓄热器的存在,斯特林发动机的加热器一直处于高温,需要时可以立即启用,使清洁车在不使用蓄电池的基础上保证了工作效率,优于单纯的使用斯特林发动机;
(3)由于蓄热材料的比热容不受充放热的影响,蓄热器的蓄热能力不会随着充放热次数的增加而明显减小,因此蓄热材料拥有几乎无限次的蓄热循环寿命,所以该清洁车比使用蓄电池的清洁车有长很多倍的使用寿命;
(4)蓄热式斯特林发动机不依赖于空气,不产生污染物,适合封闭空间使用;
(5)斯特林发动机的废热输出至热风机,热风机将热风导向地面,可以很快的将地面上残留的水分烘干;
(6)整个清洁车剩余热能检测方便,蓄热器的温度能直接反映剩余携带热能;
(7)清洁车动力输出靠斯特林发动机循环即可,不像蓄电池一样需要多个单体串联使用,某一个单体失效就会造成整租失效;
(8)大型的清洁车使用性能更好,系统空间尺寸越大,保温越好处理,储能效果越好。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图进一步详细描述本发明的技术方案,但本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述。
如图1所示,一种以蓄热式斯特林发动机为动力的清洁车,它包括控制器、蓄热器、斯特林发动机、热风机、行走单元、清扫单元和洒水单元,控制器分别与蓄热器和斯特林发动机相连,蓄热器与斯特林发动机的加热器相连,斯特林发动机的废热输出至热风机,斯特林发动机的动力输出端与行走单元、清扫单元、洒水单元分别相连,热风机、行走单元、清扫单元和洒水单元的控制端连接至控制器。
本发明所述的控制器还与操作平台相连。
本发明所述的蓄热器采用比热容较大、耐高温的蓄热材料制成。
本发明还包括一个备用单元,便于后续功能的添加,备用单元的控制器与控制器相连,动力输入端与斯特林发动机的动力输出端相连。
本发明利用带保温功能的蓄热器代替原有清洁车中的蓄电池作为储能装置,利用斯特林发动机将储存的能量转化为动力,驱动清洁车工作。斯特林发动机运转产生的废热输出至热风机,有热风机直接导向地面,将地面残留的水分烘干,控制器控制蓄热器的加热,是蓄热器一直处于工作所需高温,蓄热器良好的蓄热能力,可以减少加热的时间,控制器还控制热风机、行走单元、清扫单元和洒水单元的工作状态,控制器另外还与操作平台相连,操作平台为人机互动界面,其上显示有整个清洁车的工作状态,工作人员也可以利用操作平台管理和修改参数,本发明中还预留了备用单元,以便于后续其他功能的添加和使用。

  1. 一种以蓄热式斯特林发动机为动力的清洁车,其特征在于:它包括控制器、蓄热器、斯特林发动机、热风机、行走单元、清扫单元和洒水单元,控制器分别与蓄热器和斯特林发动机相连,蓄热器与斯特林发动机的加热器相连,斯特林发动机的废热输出至热风机,斯特林发动机的动力输出端与行走单元、清扫单元、洒水单元分别相连,热风机、行走单元、清扫单元和洒水单元的控制端连接至控制器。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种以蓄热式斯特林发动机为动力的清洁车,其特征在于:所述的控制器还与操作平台相连。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种以蓄热式斯特林发动机为动力的清洁车,其特征在于:所述的蓄热器采用比热容较大、耐高温的蓄热材料制成。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种以蓄热式斯特林发动机为动力的清洁车,其特征在于:本发明还包括一个备用单元,便于后续功能的添加,备用单元的控制器与控制器相连,动力输入端与斯特林发动机的动力输出端相连。
