Abstract

一种用于电烤炉的外挂式控制面板装置，包括电烤炉外壳（10）、控制面板（20）及其这二者之间设有的连接部（30），其中：所述外壳（10）与所述控制面板（20）为可拆卸的分立结构；所述连接部（30）包括第一连接点（31）和第二连接点（32），该第一、第二连接点（31、32）是配套的结合机构，藉由此等形状、结构及其结合，实现了该用于电烤炉的外挂式控制面板装置的设计构造。

Description

一种用于电烤炉的外挂式控制面板装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种家用电器设备，尤指一种用于电烤炉的外挂式操作面板装置。
 背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高，各种电烤炉进入千家万户。现有电烤箱结构均由外壳、内腔，设在内腔中的加热器、门总成、控制面板及脚垫组成，现有技术中一般电烤箱控制面板均设在内腔一侧，安装固定在外壳中，此类电烤箱不足之处在于控制面板的安装占用大量空间，且外观单一，不方便操作使用。
 技术问题
为解决现有技术不足，本发明的目的在于提供一种使用方便的用于电烤炉的外挂式控制面板装置。
 技术解决方案
为了达到上述目的，本发明之一种用于电烤炉的外挂式控制面板装置，包括电烤炉外壳、控制面板及其这二者之间设有的连接部，其中：所述外壳与所述操作面板为可拆卸的分立结构；所述连接部包括第一连接点和第二连接点，该第一、第二连接点是配套的结合机构，该第一连接点凸出于所述控制面板底部设置，该第二连接点凹陷于所述外壳的其中一平面上设置。
在本发明之实施例中，该第二连接点凹陷于所述外壳的顶平面设置。
在本发明之实施例中，该第二连接点凹陷于所述外壳的一侧平面设置。
在本发明之实施例中，所述第一、第二连接点包括可电性连接的耦合器，该耦合器分别是公、母对插的电连接器或/和该耦合器分别是配套的无线发射器与无线接收器。
在本发明之实施例中，所述第一、第二连接点包括这二者之间设有的可结合为一体的卡扣机构。
在本发明之实施例中，所述第一、第二连接点包括这二者之间设有可吸附结合为一体的磁铁机构。
在本发明之实施例中，所述电烤炉外壳进一步设有电源控制开关。
在本发明之实施例中，所述第二连接点设有防尘盖。
 有益效果
本发明与现有技术相比，其有益效果为：采用上述控制面板结构电烤炉，具有即方便操作电烤炉，也使电烤炉的结构简单，同时减少了控制面板在电烤炉外壳上所占空间面积，使其外观更独特

 本发明的最佳实施方式
为便于对本发明之技术手段及运作过程有更进一步之认识与了解，兹举实施例配合图式，详细说明如下。
请参阅图1、图3，并结合参阅图2、图4所示，本发明为一种用于电烤炉的外挂式控制面板装置，包括电烤炉外壳10、控制面板20及其这二者之间设有的连接部30，其中：所述外壳10与所述操作面板22为可拆卸的分立设计；所述连接部30包括第一连接点31和第二连接点32，该第一、第二连接点31、32是配套的结合机构，其中：该第一连接点31凸出于所述控制面板20底部设置，该第二连接点32凹陷于所述外壳10的其中一平面上设置，在本创造第一实施例中，该第二连接点32凹陷于所述外壳10的顶平面设置（如图2所述）；在本创造第二实施例中，该第二连接点32凹陷于所述外壳10的一侧平面设置（如图4所述）；
在本发明实施例中，所述第二连接点32设有防尘盖（未图示）。
在本发明实施例中，所述第一、第二连接点31、32中，包括可电性连接的耦合器（未图示）；
在本发明实施例中，所述耦合器分别是公、母对插的电连接器；
在本发明实施例中，所述耦合器分别是配套的无线发射器和无线接收器。
在本发明实施例中，所述第一、第二连接点31、32中，包括这二者之间设有的可结合为一体的卡扣机构（未图示）；
在本发明实施例中，所述第一、第二连接点31、32中，包括这二者之间设有可吸附结合为一体的磁铁机构（未图示）；
在本发明实施例中，所述第一连接点31与所述第二连接点32进行对接后，可直接操控所述操作面板20对电炉进行控制，藉此实现用于电烤炉的外挂式控制面板装置。
在本发明实施例中，为了电烤炉的使用更安全、可靠，在所述电烤炉外壳10上进一步设有提供电源（未图示）的控制开关40。
诚然，本发明的技术构思并不仅限于上述实施例，还可以依据本发明的构思得到许多不同的具体方案，例如，与控制面板上第一连接点相匹配的第二连接点可设置于电烤炉的门框上等等，也可以根据不同产品需求做出相应的变化，诸如此等改变以及等效变换均应包含在本发明所述技术方案的范围之内。

  1. 一种用于电烤炉的外挂式控制面板装置，包括电烤炉外壳、控制面板及其这二者之间设有的连接部，其特征在于：所述外壳与所述操作面板为可拆卸的分立结构；所述连接部包括第一连接点和第二连接点，该第一、第二连接点是配套的结合机构，其中：该第一连接点凸出于所述控制面板底部设置，该第二连接点凹陷于所述外壳的其中一平面上设置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述用于电烤炉的外挂式控制面板装置，其特征在于：该第二连接点凹陷于所述外壳的顶平面设置。
  3. 如权利要求1所述用于电烤炉的外挂式控制面板装置，其特征在于：该第二连接点凹陷于所述外壳的一侧平面设置。
  4. 如权利要求1所述用于电烤炉的外挂式控制面板装置，其特征在于：所述第一、第二连接点包括可电性连接的耦合器。
  5. 如权利要求4所述用于电烤炉的外挂式控制面板装置，其特征在于：所述耦合器分别是公、母对插的电连接器。
  6. 如权利要求4所述用于电烤炉的外挂式控制面板装置，其特征在于：所述耦合器分别是配套的无线发射器和无线接收器。
  7. 如权利要求1所述用于电烤炉的外挂式控制面板装置，其特征在于：所述第一、第二连接点包括这二者之间设有的可结合为一体的卡扣机构。
  8. 如权利要求1所述用于电烤炉的外挂式控制面板装置，其特征在于：所述第一、第二连接点包括这二者之间设有可吸附结合为一体的磁铁机构。
  9. 如权利要求1所述用于电烤炉的外挂式控制面板装置，其特征在于：所述电烤炉外壳进一步设有电源控制开关。
  10. 如权利要求1至4和7至8任一项所述用于电烤炉的外挂式控制面板装置，其特征在于：所述第二连接点设有防尘盖。
