Recently, a swaddle mat having a pocket for accommodating a flexible member soaked with a mother's scent has been proposed as a swaddle mat for wrapping an infant's body (for example, Patent Document 1). The flexible member soaked with the mother's scent is, for example, a mother's handkerchief or a nursing pad.
According to such a swaddle mat, when the infant is wrapped up with the swaddle mat, the mother's scent can make the infant feel comfortable.
However, the swaddle mat wraps the infant from the outside of the infant's clothes and does not directly touch the infant's body. Therefore, it is difficult to continuously give a scent component to an infant. In other words, it is impossible to continuously give a restful feeling to the infant.
In addition, when the applicant conducted a survey, it was found that many people, not only infants, can feel comfortable with the scent of their mother. However, since there are few opportunities to touch the mother's scent in everyday life, the mother's scent cannot give him a restful feeling.
Then, this invention was made | formed in order to solve the subject mentioned above, and it aims at providing the absorbent article and attachment member which enable a user to hold a restful feeling continuously. The central portion of the crotch member 10 constitutes a crotch region 10C.
A pair of leg opening 50 is formed in the absorbent article 1. A pair of leg periphery opening part 50 is provided in the both ends of the absorbent article 1 in the product width direction W, and is arrange | positioned along a wearer's leg periphery in the state with which the absorbent article 1 was worn by the wearer. It is a part to be done.
The crotch member 10 includes a top sheet 3, a back sheet 4, and an absorbent body 5. Gather 6 is provided at both end portions (end portion 10b1 and end portion 10b2) of crotch member 10 in product width direction W. Locking tapes 40 are respectively provided at both ends (end portions 20a) of the rear waistline sheet 20 in the product width direction W.
The top sheet 3 is provided closer to the skin surface than the back sheet 4 in the product thickness direction T. In the first embodiment, the top sheet 3 is provided so as to wrap the absorber 5. For example, the top sheet 3 is joined to the absorber 5 with HMA or the like in a region in contact with the absorber 5. For example, the top sheet 3 is joined to the back sheet 4 with HMA or the like in a region in contact with the absorber 5. The top sheet 3 is formed of a liquid-permeable sheet such as a hydrophilic nonwoven fabric or woven fabric, an apertured plastic film, or an apertured hydrophobic nonwoven fabric.
The back sheet 4 is provided on the non-skin side compared to the top sheet 3. The backsheet 4 has a non-woven fabric 4A that can come into contact with the wearer's clothing and a back film 4B that is located on the inner side (the wearer's skin side) than the non-woven fabric 4A. The nonwoven fabric 4A and the back film 4B are joined together with, for example, HMA. In addition, the nonwoven fabric 4A and the back film 4B are joined to the top sheet 3 by HMA or the like in a region in contact with the top sheet 3 and the gather 6, for example. The nonwoven fabric 4A is joined to the absorbent body 5 with HMA or the like, for example, in a region in contact with the absorbent body 5.
As the nonwoven fabric 4A, a hydrophobic nonwoven fabric composed of a spunbond-meltblown-spunbond (SMS) nonwoven fabric, a spunbond (SB) nonwoven fabric, and a point bond nonwoven fabric can be used. Moreover, as the back film 4B, a liquid-impermeable film can be used.
The absorber 5 is provided between the top sheet 3 and the back sheet 4 and absorbs the body fluid (such as urine) of the wearer. The absorber 5 includes an absorber core 5A that absorbs liquid and a core wrap sheet 5B. The absorbent core 5A is wrapped with a core wrap sheet 5B. For example, the absorbent body 5 is joined to the back sheet 4 by HMA or the like while being wrapped in the top sheet 3.
The absorbent core 5A is not particularly limited, but may contain hydrophilic fibers. Hydrophilic fibers include pulverized pulp, cellulose such as cotton, regenerated cellulose such as rayon and fibril rayon, semi-synthetic cellulose such as acetate and triacetate, particulate polymer, fibrous polymer, thermoplastic hydrophobic chemical fiber, or hydrophilization The treated thermoplastic hydrophobic chemical fibers can be used alone or in combination. On the other hand, at least a part of the core wrap sheet 5B is configured by a liquid-permeable member. As the core wrap sheet 5B, for example, a tissue sheet, an air-through fiber nonwoven fabric, a spunbond nonwoven fabric, or an SMS (spunbond-meltblown-spunbond) nonwoven fabric can be used.
Gather 6 is a sheet-like member formed of a hydrophobic (water-repellent) nonwoven fabric. The gather 6 includes a plurality of elongated elastic members (polyurethane fibers such as Lycra (registered trademark)) and has elasticity. The gathers 6 are provided at both end portions (the end portion 10b1 and the end portion 10b2) of the crotch member 10 in the product width direction W in a state of extending in the product longitudinal direction L. For this reason, when the wearer wears the absorbent article 1, the gather 6 rises from the side of the absorbent body 5 along the wearer's body shape, and leakage of the wearer's body fluid to the outside can be prevented. .
As shown in FIG. 2 to FIG. 4, the nonwoven fabric 4A is folded back to the skin surface side so as to involve the stretchable members constituting the back film 4B and the gathers 6. As shown in FIG. 3, the nonwoven fabric 4 </ b> A overlaps the rear waistline sheet 20 via the back sheet in the product thickness direction T. As shown in FIG. 4, the nonwoven fabric 4 </ b> A overlaps with the front waistline sheet 30 via the back sheet in the product thickness direction T.
As shown in FIG. 3, the rear waistline sheet 20 is folded back toward the skin surface from the outside toward the inside in the product width direction W. A part of the end portion 20a of the folded back waistline sheet 20 is laminated so as to overlap the region where the nonwoven fabric 4A is folded. For this reason, the area | region (inside the dotted-line frame in a figure) where several sheet-like members are laminated | stacked is formed, and when a wearer wears the absorbent article 1, the back waistline sheet | seat 20 and the locking tape 40 are product width Even when pulled outward in the direction W, the sheet-like member is not easily broken, and the force is easily transmitted from the locking tape 40 to the rear waistline sheet 20.
The rear waistline sheet 20 continues to the end portion 10a1 of the crotch member 10 in the product longitudinal direction L. Moreover, the back waistline sheet | seat 20 continues to the edge part 10b1 and the edge part 10b2 in the product width direction W in edge part 10a1. In the first embodiment, the rear waistline sheet 20 has a quadrangular shape.
The rear waistline sheet 20 is formed of a nonwoven fabric. In the first embodiment, the rear waistline sheet 20 is formed of, for example, an SMS nonwoven fabric or a spunbond nonwoven fabric. In addition, as the back waistline sheet | seat 20, SB nonwoven fabric etc. can be used other than SMS nonwoven fabric.
As shown in FIG. 4, the front waistline sheet 30 is folded back toward the skin surface from the outside toward the inside in the product width direction W. A part of the end portion 30a of the folded front waistline sheet 30 is laminated so as to overlap the region where the nonwoven fabric 4A is folded. For this reason, the area | region (inside the dotted-line frame in a figure) where a plurality of sheet-like members are laminated is formed, and after the wearer wears the absorbent article 1, the front waistline sheet 30 is outside the product width direction W. Even if pulled, the sheet-like member is difficult to break.
The front waistline sheet 30 continues to the end portion 10a2 of the crotch member 10 in the product longitudinal direction L. Further, the front waistline sheet 30 is continuous with the end 10b1 and the end 10b2 in the product width direction W at the end 10a2. In the first embodiment, the front waistline sheet 30 has a quadrangular shape.
The front waistline sheet 30 is formed of a liquid-impermeable nonwoven fabric. In the first embodiment, the front waistline sheet 30 is formed of an SMS nonwoven fabric. In addition, as the front waistline sheet | seat 30, SB nonwoven fabric etc. can be used other than SMS nonwoven fabric.
In the first embodiment, the front waistline region 30F has a specific portion 60 to which oxytocin or a component that induces oxytocin is added.
The component that induces oxytocin preferably contains, for example, breast milk as a main component. Preferably, the component that induces oxytocin preferably contains the mother's milk of the mother of the wearer of the absorbent article 1 as a main component. As described above, when the component for inducing oxytocin contains breast milk as a main component, an effect of giving a comfortable feeling to a user such as an infant can be expected.
However, the component that induces oxytocin is not limited to this. For example, the component that induces oxytocin may include rose oil, ethyltrimethylcyclopentenylbutenol, methyltrimethylcyclopentenylpentanol, and hexahydrohexamethylcyclopentabenzopyran (for example, JP 2011-098898 A). .
It is preferable that the specific part 60 is provided in the part arrange | positioned in a wearer's stomach side in the state which the wearer wore the absorbent article 1. FIG. For example, the specific part 60 is provided in front of a virtual product center line VL (see FIG. 1) that passes through the center of the absorbent article 1 in the product longitudinal direction L and extends along the product width direction W. Alternatively, the specific portion 60 may be provided on the locking tape 40. Further, the specific portion 60 may be a part of the locking tape 40.
Thus, in a state where the wearer wears the absorbent article 1, the specific part 60 is provided in a part arranged on the wearer's stomach side. As a result, oxytocin or components that induce oxytocin are likely to reach the wearer's nose.
The specific portion 60 is preferably provided outside the back sheet 4 (nonwoven fabric 4A and back film 4B) in the product thickness direction T. However, the specific part 60 may be provided in the target tape portion 10t of the front waistline region 30F. Alternatively, the specific portion 60 may be a part of the nonwoven fabric 4A. Alternatively, the specific portion 60 may be a part of the crotch member 10 in the front waistline region 30F. In addition, the specific part 60 may be provided in a part (nonwoven fabric 4A) of the back sheet 4 as long as it is outside the back film 4B in the product thickness direction T.
Thus, by providing the specific portion 60 outside the liquid-impermeable back film 4B in the product thickness direction T, oxytocin or components that induce oxytocin are not inhibited by the back film 4B.
The specific part 60 is configured by a non-woven fabric. It is preferable that the surface of the nonwoven fabric which comprises the specific part 60 has an unevenness | corrugation. Specifically, the basis weight of the nonwoven fabric constituting the specific portion 60 is preferably 5 gsm to 50 gsm. Or it is preferable that a pressing part is provided in the surface of the nonwoven fabric which comprises the specific site | part 60. FIG. In such a case, the interval between the compressed parts is preferably 2 mm to 20 mm. Moreover, it is preferable that the pressing rate of a pressing part is 50% or less.
Thus, since the specific site | part 60 provided in the absorbent article 1 which contact | connects a wearer inside a wearer's clothes is comprised with a nonwoven fabric, moisture, such as sweat which volatilizes from a wearer's body temperature and a wearer's body Is transmitted to the non-woven fabric. Moreover, since the clearance gap is formed between the fibers which comprise a nonwoven fabric, a motion of air generate | occur | produces inside a nonwoven fabric according to a wearer's motion. That is, the specific part 60 is deformed according to the movement of the wearer, and oxytocin or a component that induces oxytocin is likely to diffuse outside the absorbent article 1 due to the deformation of the specific part 60. Moreover, when the surface of the nonwoven fabric which comprises the specific part 60 has an unevenness | corrugation, the surface area of the specific part 60 increases, and the component which induces oxytocin or an oxytocin is easy to spread | diffuse.
The locking tape 40 is attached to the end 20a of the rear waistline sheet 20 by HMA or the like.
For example, the locking tape 40 includes a male member of a hook-and-loop fastener, and has a locking surface 40a on which a plurality of hook-shaped protrusions (hooks) are formed. The locking surface 40 a is locked to the target tape portion 10 t provided at the end portion 10 a 2 of the crotch member 10. In 1st Embodiment, the part of the other locking tape 40 except the locking surface 40a is formed with SB nonwoven fabric. In addition, as a raw material of the locking tape 40, a resin film etc. are mentioned besides SB nonwoven fabric.
Here, when providing the specific site | part 60 as a part of latching tape 40, a part of latching tape 40 is comprised with the nonwoven fabric, and the component which induces oxytocin or an oxytocin may be provided to a nonwoven fabric. preferable.
(Wearing absorbent articles)
FIG. 5 is a view showing a state in which the wearer wears the absorbent article 1. As shown in FIG. 5, the absorbent article 1 is attached to the wearer such that the absorbent body 5 is positioned in the wearer's crotch WG.
The wearer who wears the absorbent article 1 on the wearer (or the wearer himself or a wearer such as a mother when the infant is a wearer) pulls the pulling tape 40 toward the wearer's stomach side and pulls it. The locked tape 40 in the state is locked to the target tape portion 10 t of the crotch member 10. Thereby, it is mounted on the wearer.
Thus, the locking tape 40 is disposed on the wearer's ventral side when the wearer wears the absorbent article 1. Therefore, as described above, the specific portion 60 may be provided on the locking tape 40.
(Method for manufacturing absorbent article)
Below, the manufacturing method of the absorbent article 1 which concerns on 1st Embodiment is demonstrated. Here, in particular, a method for manufacturing the rear waistline sheet 20 and the front waistline sheet 30 will be mainly described. In addition, other parts, such as the crotch member 10, can be manufactured according to a well-known manufacturing method.
FIG. 6 is a diagram schematically showing a manufacturing process of the absorbent article 1. As shown in FIG. 6, the manufacturing process of the absorbent article 1 includes a first folding step S10, a second folding step S20, a locking tape applying step S30, a first cutting step S40, and a flap applying step S50. And a second cutting step S60.
In the first folding step S10, the side end portion 130c and the side end portion 130d of the flap sheet 130S that are continuous along the conveyance direction MD are folded toward the upper surface 130e side of the flap sheet 130S toward the center line CL side of the flap sheet 130S. And bonded by HMA or the like. The center line CL is a straight line passing through the center of the product width direction W (direction orthogonal to the conveyance direction MD) of the flap sheet 130S.
In the second folding step S20, the folded end portion 130f and the folded end portion 130g formed by folding the side end portion 130c and the side end portion 130d of the flap sheet 130S are directed toward the center line CL. Folded to the upper surface 130e side. As a result, an overlapping portion 130h and an overlapping portion 130i in which a plurality of flap sheets 130S are stacked are formed at both ends of the flap sheet 130S.
In the locking tape applying step S30, the tape member 40S in which the pair of locking tapes 40 are continuous is applied to the flap sheet 130S at a predetermined interval along the transport direction MD. In the center of the tape member 40S, a process for facilitating the separation of the tape member 40S into a pair of locking tapes 40, such as a perforation 40c, is performed along the conveyance direction MD.
In the first cutting step S40, the flap sheet 130S is cut at a predetermined interval along the cross direction CD orthogonal to the transport direction MD. The cut piece 32 from which the flap sheet 130 </ b> S is cut is obtained by integrating the rear waistline sheet 20 and the front waistline sheet 30.
In the flap sticking step S50, the cut pieces 32 are arranged on the crotch region continuous body 10S at a predetermined interval. In the crotch region continuous body 10S, the absorbent body 5 is intermittently disposed on a continuous body of exterior sheets (top sheet 3 and back sheet 4). The cut pieces 32 are disposed on the crotch region continuous body 10S so as to cover the gaps between the absorbent bodies 5 disposed intermittently, and are joined to the crotch region continuous body 10S.
In the second cutting step S60, the crotch region continuous body 10S to which the cut pieces 32 are joined is cut along the cross direction CD. The cut piece 32 is separated into a rear waistline sheet 20 of one product and a front waistline sheet 30 of the product following the one product. The absorbent article 1 is completed by executing the above-described steps S10 to S60.
Here, when the specific portion 60 described above is a part of the nonwoven fabric 4A of the backsheet 4, oxytocin or a component that induces oxytocin is applied in advance to the flap sheet 130S (nonwoven fabric 4A). When the specific part 60 is a part of the crotch member 10, oxytocin or a component that induces oxytocin is applied in advance to the crotch region continuous body 10S (target tape portion 10t). When the specific part 60 is a part of the locking tape 40, oxytocin or a component that induces oxytocin is applied to the tape member 40S in advance.
Or when the specific part 60 mentioned above is a different body from the back seat | sheet 4, the specific part 60 is affixed in advance on the flap sheet 130S (nonwoven fabric 4A). When the specific part 60 is separate from the crotch member 10, the specific part 60 is affixed in advance to the crotch region continuous body 10S (target tape portion 10t). When the specific part 60 is a part of the locking tape 40, the specific part 60 is affixed to the tape member 40S in advance.
(Function and effect)
In 1st Embodiment, the absorbent article 1 provided with the specific site | part 60 to which the component which induces oxytocin or an oxytocin was provided is worn by wearers, such as infants, and thereby a continuous feeling of comfort to the wearer. You can hold them.
In addition, since the absorbent article 1 is disposable, the absorbent article 1 that directly touches the wearer can be kept clean in a state where oxytocin or a component that induces oxytocin is applied, even if the frequency of use is high. .
[Modification 1]
Hereinafter, Modification Example 1 of the first embodiment will be described. In the following, differences from the first embodiment will be mainly described.
In the first embodiment, the specific portion 60 is provided in the front waistline region 30F (inseam member 10) of the absorbent article 1. On the other hand, in the first modification, the specific portion 60 is configured to be detachable from the main body configured by the top sheet 3, the back sheet 4, and the absorbent body 5. That is, the specific part 60 is provided as a separate body from the main body of the absorbent article 1.
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 7, the front waistline region 30 </ b> F of the absorbent article 1 has a pocket 15 that accommodates the specific portion 60. The specific part 60 is accommodated in the pocket 15. The position where the pocket 15 is provided is not limited to the front waistline region 30F, and may be provided in another part (for example, the rear waistline region 20R).
Thus, since the specific part 60 is configured to be detachable from the main body of the absorbent article 1, after the purchase of the absorbent article 1, the specific part 60 is taken out from the pocket 15 to induce oxytocin or oxytocin. A component to be applied (for example, breast milk of the wearer's mother) can be applied to the specific part 60. For example, after purchasing the absorbent article 1, breast milk can be soaked into the specific part 60.
In the first modification, the case where the specific part 60 is accommodated in the pocket 15 is illustrated. However, the embodiment is not limited to this. For example, the front waistline region 30F of the absorbent article 1 may include a male member of a hook-and-loop fastener and have a locking surface on which a plurality of hook-shaped protrusion groups (hooks) are formed. In such a case, the specific part 60 is attached to the locking surface. Note that a locking surface may be provided at the specific portion 60.
[Modification 2]
Hereinafter, Modification Example 2 of the first embodiment will be described. In the following, differences from the first embodiment will be mainly described.
In the first embodiment, the specific portion 60 is provided outside the back sheet 4 (nonwoven fabric 4A and back film 4B) in the product thickness direction T. On the other hand, in the modified example 2, the specific portion 60 is provided at a position that does not overlap the back sheet 4 (particularly, the back film 4B) in the product thickness direction T. For example, in the case where the back sheet 4 (back film 4B) does not extend to the front end of the absorbent article 1 in the product longitudinal direction L, the specific portion 60 is the back sheet 4 (back film) in the front waistline region 30F. 4B) may be provided at a portion not extending.
Thus, the specific site 60 is provided at a position that does not overlap with the back sheet 4 (back film 4B) in the product thickness direction T, so that the component that induces oxytocin or oxytocin by the action of heat generation or sweating of the wearer. The effect of diffusing is not inhibited by the back sheet 4 (back film 4B). That is, oxytocin or components that induce oxytocin are likely to diffuse.
[Modification 3]
Hereinafter, Modification 3 of the first embodiment will be described. In the following, differences from the first embodiment will be mainly described.
In the first embodiment, the case where the specific part 60 is a part of the absorbent article 1 is illustrated. That is, the case where the specific part 60 is included in the absorbent article 1 at the time of selling the absorbent article 1 is illustrated. On the other hand, in the modification 3, the attachment member comprised by the member which can provide the component which induces oxytocin or an oxytocin is provided separately from the absorbent article 1. FIG.
In Modification Example 3, the attachment member has the same configuration as that of the specific part 60 shown in Modification Example 1. For example, the attachment member is accommodated in the pocket 15 provided in the front waistline region 30F. Alternatively, the attachment member is attached to a locking surface provided in the front waistline region 30F. Note that a locking surface may be provided on the attachment member. That is, the attachment member is configured to be detachable from the absorbent article 1.
Here, the component that induces oxytocin preferably contains the mother's milk of the mother of the wearer of the absorbent article 1 as a main component. According to the modified example 3, since the attachment member is provided as a separate body from the absorbent article 1, it is easy to apply mother's breast milk to the attachment member.
[Second Embodiment]
Hereinafter, the second embodiment will be described. In the following, differences from the first embodiment will be mainly described. In addition, about the structure similar to 1st Embodiment, description is abbreviate | omitted using a same sign. The absorbent article according to the second embodiment is a sanitary napkin. FIG. 8 is a plan view of the absorbent article 1A according to the second embodiment, and FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view of the absorbent article 1A along the line DD ′ shown in FIG.
Absorbent article 1A is worn more than absorbent body 5 that absorbs body fluid, top sheet 3, auxiliary sheet 8, and side sheet 7 that are positioned closer to the wearer's skin contact surface than absorbent body 5 and absorbent body 5. A back sheet 4 located on the non-skin contact surface side of the person. The absorber 5 is disposed between the top sheet 3 and the back sheet 4 or between the auxiliary sheet 8 and the back sheet. Therefore, the absorber 5 is shown with a broken line in FIG. The absorber 5 is arrange | positioned in the center part in the product longitudinal direction L and the product width direction W of 1 A of absorbent articles.
The auxiliary sheet 8 is configured to enhance the body fluid drawability. By arranging the auxiliary sheet 8, the absorption speed of the body fluid can be increased, and the rewet property (liquid reversion after absorption) can be improved. The auxiliary sheet 8 of the present embodiment uses a hydrophilic air-through nonwoven fabric. By disposing the auxiliary sheet 8 at a place where the body fluid is received, the body fluid can be instantaneously drawn in, the liquid flow on the top sheet can be suppressed, and the body fluid can be quickly transferred to the absorber 5.
The top sheet 3 covers the absorber 5 in a region where the absorber 5 is not covered by the auxiliary sheet 8. The side sheet 7 covers the end of the top sheet 3 in the product width direction.
The auxiliary sheet 8 is provided with oxytocin or a component that induces the oxytocin. The specific part in the present embodiment is provided in the auxiliary sheet 8.
When the absorbent article 1A including the auxiliary sheet 8 to which oxytocin or a component for inducing oxytocin is applied is worn by the wearer, the wearer can feel comfortable.
