本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。
为此,本发明的第一个目的在于提出一种可通过将搜索结果的内容进行聚合后以电子书 的形式提供给用户, 方便用户随时随地通过客户端获得之前搜索得到的搜索结果, 满足用户 的异步查看需求的电子书的提供方法。
本发明的第二个目的在于提出一种电子书的提供系统。
本发明的第三个目的在于提出一种电子书的提供系统。
本发明的第四个目的在于提出一种云端服务器。
本发明的第五个目的在于提出一种电子书的提供方法。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明第一方面实施例提供了一种电子书的提供方法, 包括以下步 骤: Sl、接收搜索词; S2、根据所述搜索词进行搜索; S3、根据所述搜索的结果生成电子书。

步骤 S102: 根据搜索词进行搜索。 作为一个具体的示例, 通过云端服务器根据搜索词 进行搜索以生成多个搜索结果。例如用户通过第一客户端向云端服务器发送的搜索词为:"手 机", 则云端服务器通过搜索引擎功能在互联网和 /或百度云存储平台中进行搜索, 以得到与 搜索词为"手机"相关的多个搜索结果, 其中, 云端服务器指具有搜索引擎功能, 或者借助 已有的搜索引擎功能, 例如百度搜索引擎的服务器。
步骤 S103: 根据搜索的结果生成电子书。 在本发明的一个示例中, 如图 2所示, 对搜 索结果进行聚合的方式生成电子书, 具体包括如下步骤:

具体而言, 从多个搜索结果中提取待选搜索结果, 可以采用多种方法, 包括但不限于 以下方法中的至少一种:
方法 1 : 根据多个搜索结果与搜索词之间的相似度, 提取相似度满足预设相似度要求的 搜索结果作为待选搜索结果。 例如从多个搜索结果中提取与对应的搜索词相似度排在前 Ml 个的搜索结果, Ml为预设正整数, 或者提取相似度达到预设阈值的搜索结果。 这里搜索结 果与搜索词之间相似度的计算方式可以采用现有搜索引擎对搜索结果与搜索词之间相似度 的计算方式, 例如根据语义相似度进行排序。
方法 2: 根据多个搜索结果的来源权威状况, 提取来源权威状况满足预设要求的搜索结 果作为待选搜索结果。例如设置一些网站具有较高的权威, 诸如将一些包含论文的网站、一 些著名的网站、 与搜索引擎属于同一运营公司的网站等等。
方法 3: 根据多个搜索结果的排序结果, 提取排在前 M个的搜索结果作为待选搜索结 果, 其中, M为预设的正整数。 这种情况就是按照搜索引擎本身的排序结果进行聚合, 例如 将搜索结果中前 20个搜索结果作为待选搜索结果。
在提取完待选搜索结果后在对这些搜索结果 (待选搜索结果) 进行去重操作和 /或去除 无关内容之后, 对去重操作和 /或去除无关内容操作之后的待选搜索结果进行合并以及自动 排版以生成电子书。其中, 去重操作指的是将具有相同内容的搜索结果仅保留其中一个, 其 他去除; 无关内容例如网页的导航条、 网页底部的版权信息等。 当然, 也可以仅提取网页中 一些预设位置的内容, 例如仅提取其中的标题和正文。上述网页中的内容可以从搜索引擎抓 取到的网页所形成的快照中获得, 也可以根据 URL ( UniformResourceLocator ) 实时获取。
另外, 在电子书中可以保留具体搜索结果的 URL, 当用户在后续下载电子书至移动终 端并点击相应的 URL后, 如果移动终端处于联网状态, 则可以通过移动终端中的浏览器打 开并浏览该 URL所对应的页面。 或者, 给用户在 PC上在线阅读电子书时, 如果点击相应 的 URL也可以通过 PC中的浏览器打开并浏览该 URL所对应的页面。
总的来说,本发明实施例中上述用于聚合形成电子书的搜索结果可以包括 URL、摘要、 标题、 网页快照内容、 由 URL实时获取到的网页内容中的一种或任意组合, 甚至可以包括 一些可编辑或可交互的模块, 例如百度框计算中实现的搜索结果直接展现的、能与用户直接 交互的应用, 将这种应用或者应用的链接嵌入电子书, 用户在后续在线阅读或者下载电子书 后, 能够通过点击电子书中的应用或应用的链接实现与对应应用的交互。
最后将这些搜索结果进行自动排版后生成与对应的搜索词相关联的电子书。 其中自动 排版所使用的程序可以采用开源的 xelatex 排版程序, 也可以使用诸如方正书版, aode 的 indesign排版程序等。排版后将排版信息进行保存, 这里排版信息在 xelatex排版程序中叫做 逆向引用语法文件, 这一排版信息可以用于重新找回排版源代码。
排版得到的电子书格式可以包括但不限于: PDF、 epub或 mobi格式等。其中 PDF格式 支持格式和版面重排, 作为一种优选的格式。 epub 格式可以根据阅读器的分辨率大小自动 重新排版, 但失去了页码的概念, 且各种载体上看到的结果不一致, 会使得协同编辑变得复 杂, 作为一种次优的格式。 当然还可以采用其他电子书格式, 在此不再一一列举。
在本发明的实施例中, 电子书可以是不可编辑模式, 例如 PDF模式等。 而在本发明的 优选实施例中, 电子书在提供给用户之后, 用户可对电子书中的内容进行再次编辑, 例 如用户可以通过一些专业软件例如 ERP 等, 运行该电子书, 并对该电子书进行修改, 从而能够更好地满足用户的个性化需求。
在排版时, 可以采用多种方式区分不同的搜索结果, 例如可以将各搜索结果分别作为 独立的章节, 或者将各搜索结果采用分隔符进行区分等等。 具体而言, 还可根据客户端的类 型对电子书进行排版, 以排版成适合每种类型的客户端浏览的版式。 具体地, 可获得客户端 (例如用户所使用的客户端)的类型, 并根据客户端的类型调整所述电子书的排版模式。 在 该实例中, 根据客户端的类型等自动将电子书在线重新排版后生成的。例如智能手机和平板 电脑两种不同类型的客户端, 其两者之间的屏幕大小不同, 则可根据屏幕大小等信息自动将 电子书在线重新排版后生成适合每一类客户端浏览的版式,从而保证每一类客户端具有电子 书清晰的显示效果。
为了维护电子书的版权, 该电子书的提供方法, 还包括: 获得多个搜索结果的版权 信息以及用户的权限信息; 根据多个搜索结果的版权信息生成电子书的版权信息, 并根 据用户的权限信息对用户对电子书的操作权限进行管理, 具体地说, 根据用户的权限信 息对用户对电子书的操作权限进行管理包括: 将电子书作为母书存储在云端服务器之中; 根 据母书和客户端的类型生成对应的子书并发送至客户端。 其中, 权限信息可包括客户端所 能够获得的母书的页码信息, 例如: 可通过用户登录的方式实现, 即客户端在用户登录 以后, 对登录的用户也可划分多种等级, 不同等级的用户拥有不同等级的权限, 不同权 限对应不同的授权范围, 这样, 每一位登录的用户只能请求授权范围内的页码数, 用户 不能连续从母书中请求文本, 即不能多次向母书中请求文本内容, 否则就失去了电子书 的版权保护的意义。
此外, 权限信息还包括客户端所能够获得的母书的内容量信息。 例如客户端所能够 获得的母书 (即电子书) 的内容量信息不能超过母书的总内容信息的 50%。 具体地说, 会记录所有客户端对受保护内容的请求量, 如果发现被请求的内容总和已经超过了设定 值 (比如 50% ) , 则对客户端进行锁定, 锁定期间对客户端提供检索, 而不对客户端提 供对新页码的复制、 拷贝等功能。 从而具体提高对母书的版权保护力度。
在本发明的具体实施例中, 子书包括子信息文件, 子信息文件记录子书中内容所属页 码在母书中的位置信息。根据子书的子信息文件等, 客户端可从云端服务器中获取到用户指 定的内容。 例如: 客户端接收操作指令 (流入用户进行操作时产生的操作指令) ; 客户 端根据子信息文件获得操作指令所对应的内容在母书中的位置信息,并根据位置信息从云端 服务器中获得操作指令所对应的内容。操作指令例如为复制、或者编辑子书中显示的某一 内容。 具体地说, 子信息文件可由云端服务器在根据母书生成子书时生成。 具体地说, 子书会带有一个子信息文件, 然而不同的子书由于排版方式的不同, 其对应的子信息文 件也不同。 例如对于 xelatex排版程序而言, 该子信息文件也可被称为逆向引用语法文 件, 即可以点击 PDF 重新跳转到排版源代码, 子信息文件记录了子书所有文字和图片 等所在的页码位置在母书中的对应位置, 其对应的方式可通过移动 x, y坐标变换等方 法计算得到。 因此, 可根据子书的子信息文件获得子书的一页在母书上的位置。 例如: 当获得用户通过客户端复制子书中某一页内容的指令以后, 可根据该页内容在母书中的 位置将母书中相应位置的内容发送给客户端, 从而实现对该内容的复制操作。
为了更加丰富电子书的内容, 更方便用户获取想要的信息, 通过上述方式形成的电子 书还可以进行扩展, 即还可在电子书中具体聚合搜索词的同义词或扩展词的搜索结果, 并将 同义词或扩展词与电子书相关联, 进行扩展后, 将该电子书也与参与聚合的同义词或扩展词 相关联。所谓同义词指搜索日志中与对应搜索词具有相同含义的或相近含义的词等, 例如用 户输入的搜索词为: "拉格朗日", 云端服务器除了将"拉格朗日"对应的待选搜索结果进行聚 合生成电子书之外, "拉格朗日"对应的同义词例如为: "Lagrange"对应的搜索结果也可以参 与该电子书的聚合。所谓扩展词指用户在搜索引擎输入搜索词后, 向用户推荐的相关词, 该 扩展词通常在搜索引擎中会以下拉框的形式提示给用户, 或者在相关搜索项中提示给用户, 更简单地, 还可以直接采用百科中的相关词条或推荐词条。 例如用户输入词: "拉格朗日", 除了将 "拉格朗日"对应的待选搜索结果进行聚合生成电子书之外, "拉格朗日"对应的扩展词 例如为: "拉格朗日函数"对应的搜索结果也参与该电子书的聚合。 这样, 该电子书生成后与 其相关联的词就包括"拉格朗日"、 "Lagrange"和"拉格朗日函数"。 后续其他用户无论输入"拉 格朗日 "还是 "Lagrange"或"拉格朗日函数"都可命中该电子书。
除了上述扩展方式之外, 还可对版权方提供的内容进行审核后, 将审核通过的内容添 加至所述电子书; 或者对版权方提供的内容与所述搜索词进行相似度计算后, 将满足相似度 要求的版权方提供的内容添加至所述电子书。具体而言: 可以向诸如出版商或者作者等版权 方提供接口, 版权方能够通过该接口提供内容, 经过相似度计算后, 对满足相似度要求的内 容添加至电子书; 或者经过审核通过的内容添加至电子书。 通过这种方式, 版权方可通过提 供著作中优质章节的方式添加至电子书, 用户查看该电子书时, 如果对该优质章节感兴趣就 会激发用户购买该著作的热情, 为版权方带来益处和潜在收益。 更具体地, 还可以将出版商 或者作者的信息一并添加至电子书,例如可以将出版商或作者的联系方式以链接的形式在电 子书中显示, 当用户点击诸如出版商的客服电话或即时通讯工具等, 可以触发移动终端向客 服电话拨号, 或者通过即时通讯工具客户端向客服即时通讯工具发起连接请求, 以与出版商 客服进行联系询问具体购买事宜。
在电子书生成后, 可对电子书进行保存, 并为电子书分配唯一的编号 (PKN), 从而通 过各电子书相应的编号(PKN)可方便后期对相应的电子书进行校对、更新、引用和参考等。 具体地,如果电子书发生更新,则变更电子书的版本号,并保持电子书的编码(PKN)不变。 也就是说, 即便后续对电子书的内容等进行更新, 该电子书对应的编号 (PKN)也不会发生 变化, 影响的仅是电子书的版本号。 用户通过编号 (PKN)可找到对应的电子书, 对电子书 进行阅读、 下载、 评论、 引用等。
在对多个搜索结果进行聚合并生成电子书之后, 可将电子书提供至用户。
具体地说, 可将电子书作为搜索结果展现 (例如通过用户的客户端进行展现)。 例如, 用户通过客户端的搜索页面进行搜索以后,将生成的电子书作为搜索结果通过客户端的搜索 结果页面展现给用户。 作为一个示例, 如图 3所示, 用户通过搜索页面输入"师士传说", 得 到的搜索结果在搜索结果页面的第一条搜索结果为与"师士传说"相关联的电子书(即微书)。 再如, 如图 4所示, 用户通过搜索页面输入"哈佛大学", 得到的搜索结果在搜索结果页面的 第一条搜索结果为与 "哈佛大学"相关联的电子书 (即微书), 用户可以通过点击哈佛大学旁 边显示的"微书) "获取到该电子书。
当然, 还可将电子书以其他方式提供至用户。 例如: 将电子书发送至预先指定的客户 端、 网盘或移动终端。 其中, 预先指定的客户端例如为用户发送搜索词的客户端或用户登录 云端服务器的客户端, 具体而言, 将电子书发送至用户发送所述搜索词的客户端, 即假设用 户通过第一客户端向云端服务器发送的搜索词,云端服务器生成电子书之后可将电子书发给 第一客户端, 或者, 将电子书发送至用户登录云端服务器的客户端, 即可发给该用户登录云 端服务器的其他类型的第二客户端, 或者, 将电子书发送至用户的网盘, 甚至还可将电子书 发送至用户指定的设备。
此外, 将电子书提供至用户的方式可通过如下方式实现: 在搜索结果页面上向用户提 供电子书的阅读或下载标识, 以供用户根据阅读或下载标识获得电子书, 其中, 阅读或下载 标识为二维码或链接的形式。 具体地说, 可向用户的终端提供该电子书的阅读或下载标识, 该阅读或下载标识可以以链接的形式,用户点击该链接后能够阅读或下载该电子书;优选地, 该阅读或下载标识也可以是二维码等形式,用户用终端扫描该二维码后能够阅读或下载该电 子书。 当然也可以是其他形式, 在此不再一一赘述。
电子书发送到用户的客户端上以后, 在客户端进行展现的位置可以多种多样, 只要方 便用户查看到该电子书即可, 例如, 将电子书的阅读或下载标识放置在搜索结果的首位, 或 者放置在搜索结果右侧突出位置, 或者放置在搜索结果中间的突出位置等。 举个例子, 如图 5所示, 用户输入关键词"哈佛大学"后, 得到的搜索结果的首位显示与"哈佛大学"相关联的 电子书,用户使用移动终端等客户端扫描二维码后,就能够在移动终端下载该电子书。另外, 如图 6所示, 用户输入关键词"拉格朗日"后, 得到的搜索结果的右侧显示与"拉格朗日"相关 联的电子书, 用户使用移动终端等客户端扫描二维码后, 就能够在移动终端下载该电子书。
这样只要安装了电子书阅读器或具有类似功能的应用程序后, 用户就能够通过移动终 端等客户端在任何时候打开下载的电子书进行查看。 对于热门的电子书, 例如: 当电子书的下载量或阅读量大于预设阈值时, 可为下载或 阅读电子书的用户建立社区, 或者发行。 即对于下载量或阅读量达到一定数量的电子书, 可 形成一个小型社区供下载或阅读该电子书的用户之间进行交流。即可自动形成一个诸如贴吧 式的小型社区, 供用户之间进行交流。 此外, 对于热门的电子书, 当电子书的下载量或阅读 量大于预设阈值时, 还可对该电子书进行发行。 即云端服务器可对热门的电子书等进行出版 发行, 在上述示例中, 预设阈值例如为 500。
由于互联网的信息瞬息万变, 信息量往往成爆炸量的增长, 因此可以周期性地对电子 书进行更新, 例如每隔一周就利用与电子书相关联的搜索词的搜索结果对电子书进行更新, 每次更新后可以更改电子书的版本号, 但保持电子书的 PKN不变。 如果电子书发生更新, 可向下载了该电子书的用户发送更新通知, 供用户选择是否更新电子书的内容, 推送更新后 的电子书, 在该实例中, 当更新后的电子书发送到用户的客户端上以后, 同样可以以链接或 者二维码的形式提供给用户, 这样, 用户用终端(客户端)扫描该二维码后可阅读或下载该 电子书。结合图 5所示, 当与"哈佛大学"相关联的电子书存在更新后,如图 5显示:微书【三 条更新】《哈佛大学》: PKN-BD-01-0001 , 用户使用移动终端等客户端扫描二维码后, 就能 够在移动终端下载该更新后的电子书。
还有一些情况, 诸如版权方对其中部分信息进行了更改时, 例如仅仅修改了错别字、 或者添加了新页或删除了某页等, 可以不进行版本号的更新, 仅更新电子书中对应页的内容 即可, 这样更加节省用户的流量。
根据本发明实施例的电子书的提供方法通过将搜索结果的内容进行聚合后以电子书的 形式提供给用户, 方便用户随时随地通过电子书阅读之前搜索得到的搜索结果, 实现了搜索 结果的异步查看功能, 满足用户的异步查看需求。 云端服务器对搜索结果聚合成书后, 能够 提高用户的使用效率, 经过 demo的实测, 快速翻页带来的使用效率提升高达 3倍, 经过专 业排版软件处理后, 页面可以美轮美奂, 大大增加用户的阅读欲望。 此外, 互联网本身最大 的问题就是越少大量的优质内容, 这种将电子书的内容整合出版商、作者等版权方提供的内 容, 一方面实现了将耗费了大量精力的优质内容纳入互联网, 另一方面也刺激了用户对实体 著作的阅读和购买欲望, 为版权方也带来了益处。 移动搜索和 PC搜索在需求上和优缺点上 存在很大不同, 对于在 PC上的搜索结果能够方便的移到移动终端, 使得用户无论何时何地 都能够进行阅读, 且展现更加个性化, 也节省用户流量。 另外, 该方法可以进行一些信息推 广, 例如将电子书作为一种优质平台插入推广信息, 这种推广信息的展现可以类似于杂志中 的精美插图, 自然与内容融合, 比起搜索结果中插入的推广信息更容易让用户接受, 不易引 起用户反感, 也为推广信息的展现形式提供巨大空间。
图 7是根据本发明一个实施例的电子书的提供系统的结构图。 如图 7所示, 根据本发 明一个实施例的电子书的提供系统 400, 包括云端服务器 410和客户端 420。
其中, 云端服务器 410用于接收搜索词 (如用户输入或发送的搜索词), 并根据搜索词 进行搜索, 以及根据搜索的结果生成电子书, 并且还可将电子书提供至用户。 客户端 420用 于接收用户输入的搜索词,并将搜索词发送给云端服务器 410,以及接收来自云端服务器 410 提供的电子书。
具体地, 用户可通过客户端 420向云端服务器 410发送搜索词, 其中, 客户端 420为 但不限于智能手机、 平板电脑、 PC机等。 云端服务器 410具有搜索引擎功能, 或者借助已 有的搜索引擎功能, 如百度搜索引擎的服务器。 在本发明的一个示例中,云端服务器 410可根据搜索词进行搜索以生成多个搜索结果, 并对多个搜索结果进行聚合并生成电子书, 以及将电子书提供至用户。 例如: 用户通过客户 端 420向云端服务器 410发送的搜索词为: "手机", 则云端服务器 410通过搜索引擎功能在 互联网和 /或百度云存储平台中进行搜索, 以得到与搜索词为"手机"相关的多个搜索结果。
云端服务器 410对多个搜索结果进行聚合并生成电子书包括:
1、 从多个搜索结果中提取待选搜索结果。
2、 对待选搜索结果进行去重操作和 /或去除无关内容的操作之后, 对去重操作和 /或去 除无关内容操作之后的待选搜索结果进行合并以及自动排版以生成电子书。
具体而言, 从多个搜索结果中提取待选搜索结果, 可以采用多种方法, 包括但不限于 以下方法中的至少一种:
方法 1 : 可根据多个搜索结果与搜索词之间的相似度, 提取相似度满足预设相似度要求 的搜索结果作为待选搜索结果。 例如从多个搜索结果中提取与对应的搜索词相似度排在前 Ml 个的搜索结果, Ml 为预设正整数, 或者提取相似度达到预设阈值的搜索结果。 这里搜 索结果与搜索词之间相似度的计算方式可以采用现有搜索引擎对搜索结果与搜索词之间相 似度的计算方式, 例如根据语义相似度进行排序。
方法 2: 可根据多个搜索结果的来源权威状况, 提取来源权威状况满足预设要求的搜索 结果作为待选搜索结果。 例如设置一些网站具有较高的权威, 诸如将一些包含论文的网站、 一些著名的网站、 与搜索引擎属于同一运营公司的网站等等。
方法 3: 可根据多个搜索结果的排序结果, 提取排在前 M个的搜索结果作为待选搜索 结果, 其中, M为预设的正整数。 这种情况就是按照搜索引擎本身的排序结果进行聚合, 例 如将搜索结果中前 20个搜索结果作为待选搜索结果。
在提取完待选搜索结果后在对这些搜索结果 (待选搜索结果) 进行去重操作和 /或去除 无关内容之后, 对去重操作和 /或去除无关内容操作之后的待选搜索结果进行合并以及自动 排版以生成电子书。其中, 去重操作指的是将具有相同内容的搜索结果仅保留其中一个, 其 他去除; 无关内容例如网页的导航条、 网页底部的版权信息等。 当然, 也可以仅提取网页中 一些预设位置的内容, 例如仅提取其中的标题和正文。 上述网页中的内容可以从 spider抓取 到的网页所形成的快照中获得, 也可以根据 URL实时获取。
另外, 在电子书中可以保留具体搜索结果的 URL, 当用户在后续下载电子书至移动终 端 (客户端 420) 并点击相应的 URL后, 如果移动终端处于联网状态, 则可以通过移动终 端中的浏览器打开并浏览该 URL所对应的页面。或者,给用户在 PC上在线阅读电子书时, 如果点击相应的 URL也可以通过 PC中的浏览器打开并浏览该 URL所对应的页面。
总的来说,本发明实施例中上述用于聚合形成电子书的搜索结果可以包括 URL、摘要、 标题、 网页快照内容、 由 URL实时获取到的网页内容中的一种或任意组合, 甚至可以包括 一些可编辑或可交互的模块, 例如百度框计算中实现的搜索结果直接展现的、能与用户直接 交互的应用, 将这种应用或者应用的链接嵌入电子书, 用户在后续在线阅读或者下载电子书 后, 能够通过点击电子书中的应用或应用的链接实现与对应应用的交互。
最后将这些搜索结果进行自动排版后生成与对应的搜索词相关联的电子书。 其中自动 排版所使用的程序可以采用开源的 xelatex 排版程序, 也可以使用诸如方正书版, aode 的 indesign排版程序等。排版后将排版信息进行保存, 这里排版信息在 xelatex排版程序中叫做 逆向引用语法文件, 这一排版信息可以用于重新找回排版源代码。 排版得到的电子书格式可以包括但不限于: PDF、 epub或 mobi格式等。其中 PDF格式 支持格式和版面重排, 作为一种优选的格式。 epub 格式可以根据阅读器的分辨率大小自动 重新排版, 但失去了页码的概念, 且各种载体上看到的结果不一致, 会使得协同编辑变得复 杂, 作为一种次优的格式。 当然还可以采用其他电子书格式, 在此不再一一列举。
在排版时, 可以采用多种方式区分不同的搜索结果, 例如可以将各搜索结果分别作为 独立的章节, 或者将各搜索结果采用分隔符进行区分等等。 具体地, 云端服务器 410还可根 据客户端 420的类型对电子书进行排版, 以排版成适合每种类型的客户端 420浏览的版式。 具体地, 云端服务器 420可获得用户所使用客户端 420的类型, 并根据客户端 420的类型调 整电子书的排版模式。在该实例中, 云端服务器 410根据客户端 420的类型等自动将电子书 在线重新排版后生成的。 例如智能手机和平板电脑两种不同类型的客户端 420, 其两者之间 的屏幕大小不同,则云端服务器 410可根据屏幕大小等信息自动将电子书在线重新排版后生 成适合每一类客户端 420浏览的版式,从而保证每一类客户端 420具有电子书清晰的显示效 果。

云端服务器 410可将电子书发送至预先指定的客户端 420、 网盘或者移动终端, 当然还 可为用户指定的设备, 具体而言, 云端服务器 410将电子书发送至用户发送搜索词的客户端 420, 即假设用户通过第一客户端 (如智能手机) 向云端服务器 410发送的搜索词, 云端服 务器 410生成电子书之后可将电子书发给第一客户端, 或者, 云端服务器将电子书发送至用 户登录云端服务器的客户端,即可发给该用户登录云端服务器 410的其他类型的第二客户端 (如电脑、 平板电脑等), 或者, 云端服务器 410将电子书发送至用户的网盘, 甚至云端服 务器 410还可将电子书发送至用户指定的设备。
此外, 云端服务器 410将电子书提供至用户的方式还可包括以下方式: 可在搜索结果 页面上向用户提供电子书的阅读或下载标识以供用户根据阅读或下载标识获得电子书,其中, 阅读或下载标识为二维码或链接的形式。具体地说, 可向用户的终端提供该电子书的阅读或 下载标识, 该阅读或下载标识可以以链接的形式, 用户点击该链接后能够阅读或下载该电子 书; 优选地, 该阅读或下载标识也可以是二维码等形式, 用户用终端扫描该二维码后能够阅 读或下载该电子书; 当然也可以是其他形式, 在此不再一一赘述。
电子书发送到用户的客户端 420上以后,在客户端 420进行展现的位置可以多种多样, 只要方便用户查看到该电子书即可, 例如, 将电子书的阅读或下载标识放置在搜索结果的首 位,或者放置在搜索结果右侧突出位置,或者放置在搜索结果中间的突出位置等。举个例子, 如图 6所示, 用户输入关键词"拉格朗日"后, 得到的搜索结果的右侧显示与"拉格朗日"相关 联的电子书, 用户使用移动终端等客户端 420扫描二维码后, 就能够在移动终端下载该电子 书。
这样只要安装了电子书阅读器或具有类似功能的应用程序后, 用户就能够通过移动终 端等客户端 420在任何时候打开下载的电子书进行查看。
对于热门的电子书, 例如: 云端服务器 410 可对电子书的下载量或阅读量大于预设阈 值时, 可为下载或阅读电子书的用户建立社区, 或者发行。 即可对于下载量或阅读量达到一 定数量的电子书, 可形成一个小型社区供下载或阅读该电子书的用户之间进行交流。 即可自 动形成一个诸如贴吧式的小型社区, 供用户之间进行交流。 此外, 对于热门的电子书, 当电 子书的下载量或阅读量大于预设阈值时, 云端服务器 410还可对该电子书进行发行。 即可对 热门的电子书等进行出版发行, 在上述示例中, 预设阈值例如为 500。
由于互联网的信息瞬息万变, 信息量往往成爆炸量的增长, 因此可以周期性地对电子 书进行更新, 例如每隔一周就利用与电子书相关联的搜索词的搜索结果对电子书进行更新, 每次更新后可以更改电子书的版本号, 但保持电子书的 PKN不变。 当电子书发生更新, 云 端服务器 410可发送更新通知 (例如向下载了该电子书的用户发送更新通知), 推送更新后 的电子书。 这样, 供用户选择是否更新电子书的内容, 或者将更新后的电子书推送给用户。
还有一些情况, 诸如版权方对其中部分信息进行了更改时, 例如仅仅修改了错别字、 或者添加了新页或删除了某页等, 可以不进行版本号的更新, 仅更新电子书中对应页的内容 即可, 这样更加节省用户的流量。
根据本发明实施例的电子书的提供系统通过将搜索结果的内容进行聚合后以电子书的 形式提供给用户, 方便用户随时随地通过电子书阅读之前搜索得到的搜索结果, 实现了搜索 结果的异步查看功能, 满足用户的异步查看需求。 云端服务器对搜索结果聚合成书后, 能够 提高用户的使用效率, 经过测试, 快速翻页带来的使用效率提升高达 3倍, 经过专业排版软 件处理后, 页面可以美轮美奂, 大大增加用户的阅读欲望。 此外, 互联网本身最大的问题就 是越少大量的优质内容, 这种将电子书的内容整合出版商、 作者等版权方提供的内容, 一方 面实现了将耗费了大量精力的优质内容纳入互联网,另一方面也刺激了用户对实体著作的阅 读和购买欲望, 为版权方也带来了益处。 移动搜索和 PC搜索在需求上和优缺点上存在很大 不同, 对于在 PC上的搜索结果能够方便的移到移动终端, 使得用户无论何时何地都能够进 行阅读, 且展现更加个性化, 也节省用户流量。 另外, 该装置可以进行一些信息推广, 例如 将电子书作为一种优质平台插入推广信息,这种推广信息的展现可以类似于杂志中的精美插 图, 自然与内容融合, 比起搜索结果中插入的推广信息更容易让用户接受, 不易引起用户反 感, 也为推广信息的展现形式提供巨大空间。 本发明的具体实施例还提供了一种云端服务器, 如图 8所示, 根据本发明一个实施例的 云端服务器 410, 包括接收模块 411、 搜索模块 412和电子书生成模块 413。
其中, 接收模块 411用于接收搜索词。 搜索模块 412用于根据所述搜索词进行搜索。 电子书生成模块 413用于根据搜索的结果生成电子书。结合图 8所示, 还包括电子书提供模 块 414, 用于将电子书提供至用户。
具体地,用户可通过客户端 420向云端服务器 410的接收模块 411发送搜索词,其中, 客户端 420为但不限于智能手机、 平板电脑、 PC机等。 云端服务器 410的搜索模块 412具 有搜索引擎功能, 或者借助已有的搜索引擎功能, 如百度搜索引擎。
在本发明的一个示例中, 搜索模块 412可根据搜索词进行搜索以生成多个搜索结果。 电子书生成模块 413可对多个搜索结果进行聚合并生成电子书。 例如: 用户通过客户端 420 向接收模块 411发送的搜索词为: "手机", 则搜索模块 412通过搜索引擎功能在互联网和 / 或百度云存储平台中进行搜索, 以得到与搜索词为"手机"相关的多个搜索结果。
电子书生成模块 413对多个搜索结果进行聚合并生成电子书包括:
1、 从多个搜索结果中提取待选搜索结果。
2、 对待选搜索结果进行去重操作和 /或去除无关内容的操作之后, 对去重操作和 /或去 除无关内容操作之后的待选搜索结果进行合并以及自动排版以生成电子书。
具体而言, 从多个搜索结果中提取待选搜索结果, 可以采用多种方法, 包括但不限于 以下方法中的至少一种:
方法 1 : 电子书生成模块 413可根据多个搜索结果与搜索词之间的相似度, 提取相似度 满足预设相似度要求的搜索结果作为待选搜索结果。例如从多个搜索结果中提取与对应的搜 索词相似度排在前 Ml个的搜索结果, Ml为预设正整数, 或者提取相似度达到预设阈值的 搜索结果。这里搜索结果与搜索词之间相似度的计算方式可以采用现有搜索引擎对搜索结果 与搜索词之间相似度的计算方式, 例如根据语义相似度进行排序。
方法 2: 可根据多个搜索结果的来源权威状况, 提取来源权威状况满足预设要求的搜索 结果作为待选搜索结果。 例如设置一些网站具有较高的权威, 诸如将一些包含论文的网站、 一些著名的网站、 与搜索引擎属于同一运营公司的网站等等。
方法 3: 可根据多个搜索结果的排序结果, 提取排在前 M个的搜索结果作为待选搜索 结果, 其中, M为预设的正整数。 这种情况就是按照搜索引擎本身的排序结果进行聚合, 例 如将搜索结果中前 20个搜索结果作为待选搜索结果。
在提取完待选搜索结果后可在对这些搜索结果 (待选搜索结果) 进行去重操作和 /或去 除无关内容之后, 对去重操作和 /或去除无关内容操作之后的待选搜索结果进行合并以及自 动排版以生成电子书。 其中, 去重操作指的是将具有相同内容的搜索结果仅保留其中一个, 其他去除; 无关内容例如网页的导航条、 网页底部的版权信息等。 当然, 也可以仅提取网页 中一些预设位置的内容, 例如仅提取其中的标题和正文。 上述网页中的内容可以从 spider抓 取到的网页所形成的快照中获得, 也可以根据 URL实时获取。
另外, 在电子书中可以保留具体搜索结果的 URL, 当用户在后续下载电子书至移动终 端 (客户端 420) 并点击相应的 URL后, 如果移动终端处于联网状态, 则可以通过移动终 端中的浏览器打开并浏览该 URL所对应的页面。或者,给用户在 PC上在线阅读电子书时, 如果点击相应的 URL也可以通过 PC中的浏览器打开并浏览该 URL所对应的页面。
总的来说,本发明实施例中上述用于聚合形成电子书的搜索结果可以包括 URL、摘要、 标题、 网页快照内容、 由 URL实时获取到的网页内容中的一种或任意组合, 甚至可以包括 一些可编辑或可交互的模块, 例如百度框计算中实现的搜索结果直接展现的、能与用户直接 交互的应用, 将这种应用或者应用的链接嵌入电子书, 用户在后续在线阅读或者下载电子书 后, 能够通过点击电子书中的应用或应用的链接实现与对应应用的交互。
最后将这些搜索结果进行自动排版后生成与对应的搜索词相关联的电子书。 其中自动 排版所使用的程序可以采用开源的 xelatex 排版程序, 也可以使用诸如方正书版, aode 的 indesign排版程序等。排版后将排版信息进行保存, 这里排版信息在 xelatex排版程序中叫做 逆向引用语法文件, 这一排版信息可以用于重新找回排版源代码。
排版得到的电子书格式可以包括但不限于: PDF、 epub或 mobi格式等。其中 PDF格式 支持格式和版面重排, 作为一种优选的格式。 epub 格式可以根据阅读器的分辨率大小自动 重新排版, 但失去了页码的概念, 且各种载体上看到的结果不一致, 会使得协同编辑变得复 杂, 作为一种次优的格式。 当然还可以采用其他电子书格式, 在此不再一一列举。
在排版时, 可以采用多种方式区分不同的搜索结果, 例如可以将各搜索结果分别作为 独立的章节, 或者将各搜索结果采用分隔符进行区分等等。 具体地, 在本发明的一个实施例 中, 云端服务器 410还包括第一获取模块(图中未示出)和排版模块(图中未示出), 其中, 第一获取模块用于获得客户端 420 (例如用户所使用的客户端) 的类型。 排版模块可根据客 户端 420的类型对电子书进行排版, 以排版成适合每种类型的客户端 420浏览的版式。具体 地, 第一获取模块获得客户端 420的类型之后, 排版模块根据客户端 420的类型调整电子书 的排版模式。在该实例中, 排版模块可根据用户的客户端 420的类型等自动将电子书在线重 新排版后生成的。 例如智能手机和平板电脑两种不同类型的客户端 420, 其两者之间的屏幕 大小不同,则排版模块可根据屏幕大小等信息自动将电子书在线重新排版后生成适合每一类 客户端 420浏览的版式, 从而保证每一类客户端 420具有电子书清晰的显示效果。
在本发明的一个实施例中, 云端服务器 410还包括第二获取模块(图中未示出)和管理 模块(图中未示出)。 具体而言, 为了维护电子书的版权, 第二获取模块用于获得多个搜索 结果的版权信息以及用户的权限信息, 管理模块根据多个搜索结果的版权信息生成电子书 的版权信息,并根据用户的权限信息对用户对所述电子书的操作权限进行管理,具体地说, 管理模块将电子书作为母书存储在云端服务器 410之中,并根据母书和用户客户端 420的类 型生成对应的子书, 并通过电子书提供模块 414将子书发送至客户端 420。其中, 权限信息 可包括客户端 420所能够获得的母书的页码信息, 例如: 可通过用户登录的方式实现, 即客户端 420在用户登录以后, 对登录的用户也可划分多种等级, 不同等级的用户拥有 不同等级的权限, 不同权限对应不同的授权范围, 这样, 每一位登录的用户只能请求授 权范围内的页码数, 用户不能连续从母书中请求文本, 即不能多次向母书中请求文本内 容, 否则就失去了电子书的版权保护的意义。
此外, 权限信息还包括客户端 420所能够获得的母书的内容量信息。 具体地, 例如 客户端 420所能够获得的母书的内容量信息不能超过母书的总内容信息的 50%。具体地 说, 会记录所有客户端 420对受保护内容的请求量, 如果发现被请求的内容总和已经超 过了设定值(比如 50% ),则对客户端 420进行锁定,锁定期间对客户端 420提供检索, 而不对客户端 420提供对新页码的复制、拷贝等功能。从而具体提高对母书(即电子书) 的版权保护力度。
在本发明的一个实施例中, 子书包括子信息文件, 子信息文件记录子书中内容所属页 码在母书中的位置信息。根据子书的子信息文件等, 客户端可从云端服务器中获取到用户指 定的内容。例如:客户端 420可接收操作指令(例如用户进行相应操作产生的操作指令), 并根据子信息文件获得操作指令所对应的内容在母书中的位置信息,并根据位置信息从云端 服务器 410中获得操作指令所对应的内容。操作指令例如为复制、 或者编辑子书中显示的 某一内容。 具体地说, 子信息文件可由云端服务器 410在根据母书生成子书时生成。 具 体地说, 子书会带有一个子信息文件, 然而不同的子书由于排版方式的不同, 其对应的 子信息文件也不同。 例如对于 xelatex排版程序而言, 该子信息文件也可被称为逆向引 用语法文件, 即可以点击 PDF 重新跳转到排版源代码, 子信息文件记录了子书所有文 字和图片等所在的页码位置在母书中的对应位置, 其对应的方式可通过移动 x, y坐标 变换等方法计算得到。因此,可根据子书的子信息文件获得子书的一页在母书上的位置。 例如: 当获得用户通过客户端 420复制子书中某一页内容的指令以后, 可根据该页内容 在母书中的位置将母书中相应位置的内容发送给客户端 420, 从而实现对该内容的复制 操作。
为了更加丰富电子书的内容, 更方便用户获取想要的信息, 通过上述方式形成的电子 书还可以进行扩展,即云端服务器 410还可在电子书中具体聚合搜索词的同义词或扩展词的 搜索结果, 并将同义词或扩展词与电子书相关联, 进行扩展后, 将该电子书也与参与聚合的 同义词或扩展词相关联。所谓同义词指搜索日志中与对应搜索词具有相同含义的或相近含义 的词等, 例如用户输入的搜索词为: "拉格朗日", 云端服务器 410除了将 "拉格朗日"对应的 待选搜索结果进行聚合生成电子书之外, "拉格朗日"对应的同义词例如为: "Lagrange"对应 的搜索结果也可以参与该电子书的聚合。所谓扩展词指用户在搜索引擎输入搜索词后, 向用 户推荐的相关词, 该扩展词通常在搜索引擎中会以下拉框的形式提示给用户, 或者在相关搜 索项中提示给用户, 更简单地, 还可以直接采用百科中的相关词条或推荐词条。 例如用户输 入词: "拉格朗日", 云端服务器 410除了将 "拉格朗日"对应的待选搜索结果进行聚合生成电 子书之外, "拉格朗日"对应的扩展词例如为: "拉格朗日函数"对应的搜索结果也参与该电子 书的聚合。 这样, 该电子书生成后与其相关联的词就包括"拉格朗日"、 "Lagrange"和"拉格朗 日函数"。后续其他用户无论输入"拉格朗日"还是" Lagrange"或"拉格朗日函数"都可命中该电 子书。
除了上述扩展方式之外, 云端服务器 410还包括扩展模块 (图中未示出), 其中, 扩展 模块可对版权方提供的内容进行审核后, 将审核通过的内容添加至所述电子书; 或者对版权 方提供的内容与搜索词进行相似度计算后,将满足相似度要求的版权方提供的内容添加至电 子书。 具体而言: 云端服务器 410可以向诸如出版商或者作者等版权方提供接口, 版权方能 够通过该接口提供内容, 经过相似度计算后, 对满足相似度要求的内容添加至电子书; 或者 经过云端服务器 410的扩展模块审核通过的内容添加至电子书。通过这种方式, 版权方可通 过提供著作中优质章节的方式添加至电子书, 用户查看该电子书时, 如果对该优质章节感兴 趣就会激发用户购买该著作的热情, 为版权方带来益处和潜在收益。 更具体地, 还可以将出 版商或者作者的信息一并添加至电子书,例如可以将出版商或作者的联系方式以链接的形式 在电子书中显示, 当用户点击诸如出版商的客服电话或即时通讯工具等, 可以触发移动终端 向客服电话拨号, 或者通过即时通讯工具客户端 420向客服即时通讯工具发起连接请求, 以 与出版商客服进行联系询问具体购买事宜。
在本发明的一个实施例中, 云端服务器 410还可包括编码模块 (图中未示出)。 编码模 块在电子书生成后, 可对电子书进行保存, 并为电子书分配唯一的编号 (PKN), 从而通过 各电子书相应的编号 (PKN) 可方便后期对相应的电子书进行校对、 更新、 引用和参考等。 具体地, 如果电子书发生更新, 则编码模块可变更电子书的版本号, 并保持电子书的编码
(PKN)不变。也就是说,即便后续对电子书的内容等进行更新,该电子书对应的编号(PKN) 也不会发生变化,影响的仅是电子书的版本号。用户通过编号(PKN)可找到对应的电子书, 对电子书进行阅读、 下载、 评论、 引用等。

在提取完待选搜索结果后云端服务器在对这些搜索结果 (待选搜索结果) 进行去重操 作和 /或去除无关内容之后, 对去重操作和 /或去除无关内容操作之后的待选搜索结果进行合 并以及自动排版以生成电子书。其中, 去重操作指的是将具有相同内容的搜索结果仅保留其 中一个, 其他去除; 无关内容例如网页的导航条、 网页底部的版权信息等。 当然, 也可以仅 提取网页中一些预设位置的内容, 例如仅提取其中的标题和正文。上述网页中的内容可以从 搜索引擎抓取到的网页所形成的快照中获得, 也可以根据 URL (UniformResourceLocator) 实时获取。
另外, 在电子书中可以保留具体搜索结果的 URL, 当用户在后续下载电子书至移动终 端并点击相应的 URL后, 如果移动终端处于联网状态, 则可以通过移动终端中的浏览器打 开并浏览该 URL所对应的页面。 或者, 给用户在 PC上在线阅读电子书时, 如果点击相应 的 URL也可以通过 PC中的浏览器打开并浏览该 URL所对应的页面。
总的来说,本发明实施例中上述用于聚合形成电子书的搜索结果可以包括 URL、摘要、 标题、 网页快照内容、 由 URL实时获取到的网页内容中的一种或任意组合, 甚至可以包括 一些可编辑或可交互的模块, 例如百度框计算中实现的搜索结果直接展现的、能与用户直接 交互的应用, 将这种应用或者应用的链接嵌入电子书, 用户在后续在线阅读或者下载电子书 后, 能够通过点击电子书中的应用或应用的链接实现与对应应用的交互。
最后将这些搜索结果进行自动排版后生成与对应的搜索词相关联的电子书。 其中自动 排版所使用的程序可以采用开源的 xelatex 排版程序, 也可以使用诸如方正书版, aode 的 indesign排版程序等。排版后将排版信息进行保存, 这里排版信息在 xelatex排版程序中叫做 逆向引用语法文件, 这一排版信息可以用于重新找回排版源代码。
排版得到的电子书格式可以包括但不限于: PDF、 epub或 mobi格式等。其中 PDF格式 支持格式和版面重排, 作为一种优选的格式。 epub 格式可以根据阅读器的分辨率大小自动 重新排版, 但失去了页码的概念, 且各种载体上看到的结果不一致, 会使得协同编辑变得复 杂, 作为一种次优的格式。 当然还可以采用其他电子书格式, 在此不再一一列举。
在排版时, 可以采用多种方式区分不同的搜索结果, 例如可以将各搜索结果分别作为 独立的章节, 或者将各搜索结果采用分隔符进行区分等等。 具体而言, 云端服务器还可根据 客户端的类型对电子书进行排版, 以排版成适合每种类型的客户端浏览的版式。 具体地, 云 端服务器可获得用户所使用客户端的类型,并根据客户端的类型调整所述电子书的排版模式。 在该实例中, 根据用户的客户端的类型等自动将电子书在线重新排版后生成的。例如智能手 机和平板电脑两种不同类型的客户端, 其两者之间的屏幕大小不同, 则可根据屏幕大小等信 息自动将电子书在线重新排版后生成适合每一类客户端浏览的版式,从而保证每一类客户端 具有电子书清晰的显示效果。
为了维护电子书的版权, 该电子书的提供方法, 还包括: 云端服务器获得多个搜索结 果的版权信息以及用户的权限信息; 根据多个搜索结果的版权信息生成电子书的版权信息, 并根据用户的权限信息对用户对电子书的操作权限进行管理, 具体地说, 根据用户的权限信 息对用户对电子书的操作权限进行管理包括: 将电子书作为母书存储在云端服务器之中; 根 据母书和用户所使用客户端的类型生成对应的子书并发送至客户端。其中, 权限信息可包括 客户端所能够获得的母书的页码信息, 例如: 可通过用户登录的方式实现, 即客户端在用户 登录以后, 对登录的用户也可划分多种等级, 不同等级的用户拥有不同等级的权限, 不同权 限对应不同的授权范围, 这样, 每一位登录的用户只能请求授权范围内的页码数, 用户不能 连续从母书中请求文本, 即不能多次向母书中请求文本内容, 否则就失去了电子书的版权保 护的意义。
此外, 权限信息还包括客户端所能够获得的母书的内容量信息。 例如客户端所能够获 得的母书(即电子书) 的内容量信息不能超过母书的总内容信息的 50%。 具体地说, 云端服 务器会记录所有客户端对受保护内容的请求量,如果发现被请求的内容总和已经超过了设定 值 (比如 50% ), 则对客户端进行锁定, 锁定期间对客户端提供检索, 而不对客户端提供对 新页码的复制、 拷贝等功能。 从而具体提高对母书的版权保护力度。
在本发明的具体实施例中, 子书包括子信息文件, 子信息文件记录子书中内容所属页 码在母书中的位置信息。根据子书的子信息文件等, 客户端可从云端服务器中获取到用户指 定的内容。 例如: 客户端接收操作指令 (例如用户进行相应操作时产生的操作指令); 客户 端根据子信息文件获得操作指令所对应的内容在母书中的位置信息,并根据位置信息从云端 服务器中获得操作指令所对应的内容。操作指令例如为复制、或者编辑子书中显示的某一内 容。 具体地说, 子信息文件可由云端服务器在根据母书生成子书时生成。 具体地说, 子书会 带有一个子信息文件, 然而不同的子书由于排版方式的不同, 其对应的子信息文件也不同。 例如对于 xelatex排版程序而言, 该子信息文件也可被称为逆向引用语法文件, 即可以点击 PDF重新跳转到排版源代码,子信息文件记录了子书所有文字和图片等所在的页码位置在母 书中的对应位置, 其对应的方式可通过移动 x, y坐标变换等方法计算得到。 因此, 云端服 务器可根据子书的子信息文件获得子书的一页在母书上的位置。例如: 当云端服务器获得用 户通过客户端复制子书中某一页内容的指令以后,可根据该页内容在母书中的位置将母书中 相应位置的内容发送给客户端, 从而实现对该内容的复制操作。
为了更加丰富电子书的内容, 更方便用户获取想要的信息, 通过上述方式形成的电子 书还可以进行扩展,即云端服务器还可在电子书中具体聚合搜索词的同义词或扩展词的搜索 结果, 并将同义词或扩展词与电子书相关联, 进行扩展后, 将该电子书也与参与聚合的同义 词或扩展词相关联。所谓同义词指搜索日志中与对应搜索词具有相同含义的或相近含义的词 等, 例如用户输入的搜索词为: "拉格朗日", 云端服务器除了将"拉格朗日"对应的待选搜索 结果进行聚合生成电子书之外, "拉格朗日"对应的同义词例如为: "Lagrange"对应的搜索结 果也可以参与该电子书的聚合。所谓扩展词指用户在搜索引擎输入搜索词后, 向用户推荐的 相关词, 该扩展词通常在搜索引擎中会以下拉框的形式提示给用户, 或者在相关搜索项中提 示给用户, 更简单地, 还可以直接采用百科中的相关词条或推荐词条。例如用户输入词: "拉 格朗日", 云端服务器除了将"拉格朗日"对应的待选搜索结果进行聚合生成电子书之外, "拉 格朗日 "对应的扩展词例如为: "拉格朗日函数"对应的搜索结果也参与该电子书的聚合。 这 样, 该电子书生成后与其相关联的词就包括"拉格朗日"、 "Lagrange"和"拉格朗日函数"。 后 续其他用户无论输入 "拉格朗日"还是" Lagrange"或"拉格朗日函数"都可命中该电子书。
除了上述扩展方式之外, 云端服务器对版权方提供的内容进行审核后, 将审核通过的 内容添加至所述电子书; 或者对版权方提供的内容与所述搜索词进行相似度计算后, 将满足 相似度要求的版权方提供的内容添加至所述电子书。具体而言: 可以向诸如出版商或者作者 等版权方提供接口, 版权方能够通过该接口提供内容, 经过相似度计算后, 对满足相似度要 求的内容添加至电子书; 或者经过审核 (例如云端服务器审核) 通过的内容添加至电子书。 通过这种方式, 版权方可通过提供著作中优质章节的方式添加至电子书, 用户查看该电子书 时, 如果对该优质章节感兴趣就会激发用户购买该著作的热情, 为版权方带来益处和潜在收 益。 更具体地, 还可以将出版商或者作者的信息一并添加至电子书, 例如可以将出版商或作 者的联系方式以链接的形式在电子书中显示,当用户点击诸如出版商的客服电话或即时通讯 工具等, 可以触发移动终端向客服电话拨号, 或者通过即时通讯工具客户端向客服即时通讯 工具发起连接请求, 以与出版商客服进行联系询问具体购买事宜。
云端服务器在电子书生成后,可对电子书进行保存,并为电子书分配唯一的编号(PKN), 从而通过各电子书相应的编号 (PKN)可方便后期对相应的电子书进行校对、 更新、 引用和 参考等。 具体地, 如果电子书发生更新, 则云端服务器变更电子书的版本号, 并保持电子书 的编码(PKN)不变。 也就是说, 即便后续对电子书的内容等进行更新, 该电子书对应的编 号 (PKN)也不会发生变化, 影响的仅是电子书的版本号。 用户通过编号 (PKN)可找到对 应的电子书, 对电子书进行阅读、 下载、 评论、 引用等。
步骤 3: 将电子书提供至用户。
具体地说, 可将电子书作为搜索结果提供至用户。 例如, 用户通过客户端的搜索页面 进行搜索以后, 将生成的电子书作为搜索结果通过客户端的搜索结果页面提供给用户。作为 一个示例, 如图 3所示, 用户通过搜索页面输入"师士传说", 得到的搜索结果在搜索结果页 面的第一条搜索结果为与"师士传说"相关联的电子书 (即微书)。 再如, 如图 4所示, 用户 通过搜索页面输入"哈佛大学", 得到的搜索结果在搜索结果页面的第一条搜索结果为与 "哈 佛大学 "相关联的电子书 (即微书), 用户可以通过点击哈佛大学旁边显示的"微书"获取到该 电子书。
当然, 云端服务器还可将电子书以其他方式提供至用户。 例如: 云端服务器将电子书 发送至预先指定的客户端、 网盘或者移动终端, 当然还可为用户指定的设备, 例如, 云端服 务器将电子书发送至用户发送所述搜索词的客户端,即假设用户通过第一客户端向云端服务 器发送的搜索词, 生成电子书之后可将电子书发给第一客户端, 或者, 将电子书发送至用户 登录云端服务器的客户端,即可发给该用户登录云端服务器的其他类型的第二客户端,或者, 将电子书发送至用户的网盘, 甚至还可将电子书发送至用户指定的设备。
此外, 云端服务器将电子书提供至用户的方式可通过如下方式实现: 在搜索结果页面 上向用户提供电子书的阅读或下载标识, 这样, 可供用户根据阅读或下载标识获得电子书, 其中, 阅读或下载标识为二维码或链接的形式。 具体地说, 可向用户的终端提供该电子书的 阅读或下载标识, 该阅读或下载标识可以以链接的形式, 用户点击该链接后能够阅读或下载 该电子书; 优选地, 该阅读或下载标识也可以是二维码等形式, 用户用终端扫描该二维码后 能够阅读或下载该电子书。 当然也可以是其他形式, 在此不再一一赘述。
电子书发送到用户的客户端上以后, 在客户端进行展现的位置可以多种多样, 只要方 便用户查看到该电子书即可, 例如, 将电子书的阅读或下载标识放置在搜索结果的首位, 或 者放置在搜索结果右侧突出位置, 或者放置在搜索结果中间的突出位置等。 举个例子, 如图 5所示, 用户输入关键词"哈佛大学"后, 得到的搜索结果的首位显示与"哈佛大学"相关联的 电子书,用户使用移动终端等客户端扫描二维码后,就能够在移动终端下载该电子书。另外, 如图 6所示, 用户输入关键词"拉格朗日"后, 得到的搜索结果的右侧显示与"拉格朗日"相关 联的电子书, 用户使用移动终端等客户端扫描二维码后, 就能够在移动终端下载该电子书。 这样只要安装了电子书阅读器或具有类似功能的应用程序后, 用户就能够通过移动终 端等客户端在任何时候打开下载的电子书进行查看。
对于热门的电子书, 例如: 当电子书的下载量或阅读量大于预设阈值时, 云端服务器 可为下载或阅读电子书的用户建立社区, 或者发行。 即云端服务器对于下载量或阅读量达到 一定数量的电子书, 可形成一个小型社区供下载或阅读该电子书的用户之间进行交流。 即云 端服务器可自动形成一个诸如贴吧式的小型社区, 供用户之间进行交流。 此外, 对于热门的 电子书,当电子书的下载量或阅读量大于预设阈值时,云端服务器还可对该电子书进行发行。 即云端服务器可对热门的电子书等进行出版发行, 在上述示例中, 预设阈值例如为 500。
由于互联网的信息瞬息万变, 信息量往往成爆炸量的增长, 因此可以周期性地对电子 书进行更新, 例如每隔一周就利用与电子书相关联的搜索词的搜索结果对电子书进行更新, 每次更新后可以更改电子书的版本号, 但保持电子书的 PKN不变。 如果电子书发生更新, 云端服务器发送更新通知 (例如向下载了该电子书的用户发送更新通知), 推送更新后的电 子书, 在该实例中, 当更新后的电子书发送到用户的客户端上以后, 同样可以以链接或者二 维码的形式提供给用户, 这样, 用户用终端(客户端)扫描该二维码后可阅读或下载该电子 书。 结合图 5所示, 当与"哈佛大学"相关联的电子书存在更新后, 如图 5显示: 微书【三条 更新】《哈佛大学》: PKN-BD-01-0001 , 用户使用移动终端等客户端扫描二维码后, 就能够 在移动终端下载该更新后的电子书。
还有一些情况, 诸如版权方对其中部分信息进行了更改时, 例如仅仅修改了错别字、 或者添加了新页或删除了某页等, 可以不进行版本号的更新, 仅更新电子书中对应页的内容 即可, 这样更加节省用户的流量。
根据本发明实施例的电子书的提供方法通过将搜索结果的内容进行聚合后以电子书的 形式提供给用户, 方便用户随时随地通过电子书阅读之前搜索得到的搜索结果, 实现了搜索 结果的异步查看功能, 满足用户的异步查看需求。 云端服务器对搜索结果聚合成书后, 能够 提高用户的使用效率, 经过 demo的实测, 快速翻页带来的使用效率提升高达 3倍, 经过专 业排版软件处理后, 页面可以美轮美奂, 大大增加用户的阅读欲望。 此外, 互联网本身最大 的问题就是越少大量的优质内容, 这种将电子书的内容整合出版商、作者等版权方提供的内 容, 一方面实现了将耗费了大量精力的优质内容纳入互联网, 另一方面也刺激了用户对实体 著作的阅读和购买欲望, 为版权方也带来了益处。 移动搜索和 PC搜索在需求上和优缺点上 存在很大不同, 对于在 PC上的搜索结果能够方便的移到移动终端, 使得用户无论何时何地 都能够进行阅读, 且展现更加个性化, 也节省用户流量。 另外, 该方法可以进行一些信息推 广, 例如将电子书作为一种优质平台插入推广信息, 这种推广信息的展现可以类似于杂志中 的精美插图, 自然与内容融合, 比起搜索结果中插入的推广信息更容易让用户接受, 不易引 起用户反感, 也为推广信息的展现形式提供巨大空间。
本发明的具体实施例还提供了另一种电子书的提供系统, 包括云端服务器, 其中, 云 端服务器, 用于接收搜索词, 并根据搜索词进行搜索, 以及根据搜索的结果生成电子书。 云 端服务器具有搜索引擎功能, 或者借助已有的搜索引擎功能, 如百度搜索引擎。
在本发明的一个实施例中, 该电子书的提供系统还包括: 第一客户端, 用于接收用户输 入的搜索词, 并将搜索词发送给云端服务器。 具体地, 第一客户端还用于接收来自云端服务 器提供的电子书。 此外, 该电子书的提供系统还包括: 第二客户端, 用于接收来自云端服务器提供的电子 书。 即第一客户端和第二客户端可以相同也可以不同, 也就是说, 无论用户通过哪种类型的 客户端或者哪个客户端进行搜索,云端服务器可将生成的电子书提供给用户的任意一种或者 任意一个客户端中。具体地, 云端服务器还可将电子书以搜索结果的形式提供至第一客户端 或第二客户端。 其中, 第一和第二客户端包括但不限于智能手机、 平板电脑和 PC机等。
在本发明的一个示例中, 云端服务器可根据搜索词进行搜索以生成多个搜索结果, 并 对多个搜索结果进行聚合并生成电子书, 以及将电子书提供至用户。 例如: 用户通过客户端 向云端服务器发送的搜索词为: "手机",则云端服务器通过搜索引擎功能在互联网和 /或百度 云存储平台中进行搜索, 以得到与搜索词为"手机"相关的多个搜索结果。
云端服务器对多个搜索结果进行聚合并生成电子书包括:
1、 从多个搜索结果中提取待选搜索结果。
2、 对待选搜索结果进行去重操作和 /或去除无关内容的操作之后, 对去重操作和 /或去 除无关内容操作之后的待选搜索结果进行合并以及自动排版以生成电子书。
具体而言, 从多个搜索结果中提取待选搜索结果, 可以采用多种方法, 包括但不限于 以下方法中的至少一种:
方法 1 : 可根据多个搜索结果与搜索词之间的相似度, 提取相似度满足预设相似度要求 的搜索结果作为待选搜索结果。 例如从多个搜索结果中提取与对应的搜索词相似度排在前 Ml 个的搜索结果, Ml 为预设正整数, 或者提取相似度达到预设阈值的搜索结果。 这里搜 索结果与搜索词之间相似度的计算方式可以采用现有搜索引擎对搜索结果与搜索词之间相 似度的计算方式, 例如根据语义相似度进行排序。
方法 2: 可根据多个搜索结果的来源权威状况, 提取来源权威状况满足预设要求的搜索 结果作为待选搜索结果。 例如设置一些网站具有较高的权威, 诸如将一些包含论文的网站、 一些著名的网站、 与搜索引擎属于同一运营公司的网站等等。

为了更加丰富电子书的内容, 更方便用户获取想要的信息, 通过上述方式形成的电子 书还可以进行扩展, 即还可在电子书中具体聚合搜索词的同义词或扩展词的搜索结果, 并将 同义词或扩展词与电子书相关联, 进行扩展后, 将该电子书也与参与聚合的同义词或扩展词 相关联。所谓同义词指搜索日志中与对应搜索词具有相同含义的或相近含义的词等, 例如用 户输入的搜索词为: "拉格朗日", 云端服务器除了将"拉格朗日"对应的待选搜索结果进行聚 合生成电子书之外, "拉格朗日"对应的同义词例如为: "Lagrange"对应的搜索结果也可以参 与该电子书的聚合。所谓扩展词指用户在搜索引擎输入搜索词后, 向用户推荐的相关词, 该 扩展词通常在搜索引擎中会以下拉框的形式提示给用户, 或者在相关搜索项中提示给用户, 更简单地, 还可以直接采用百科中的相关词条或推荐词条。 例如用户输入词: "拉格朗日", 云端服务器除了将"拉格朗日"对应的待选搜索结果进行聚合生成电子书之外, "拉格朗日"对 应的扩展词例如为: "拉格朗日函数"对应的搜索结果也参与该电子书的聚合。 这样, 该电子 书生成后与其相关联的词就包括"拉格朗日"、 "Lagrange"和"拉格朗日函数"。 后续其他用户 无论输入"拉格朗日"还是" Lagrange"或"拉格朗日函数"都可命中该电子书。
除了上述扩展方式之外, 云端服务器还可对版权方提供的内容进行审核后, 将审核通 过的内容添加至所述电子书; 或者对版权方提供的内容与所述搜索词进行相似度计算后, 将 满足相似度要求的版权方提供的内容添加至所述电子书。具体而言: 可以向诸如出版商或者 作者等版权方提供接口, 版权方能够通过该接口提供内容, 经过相似度计算后, 对满足相似 度要求的内容添加至电子书; 或者经过云端服务器审核通过的内容添加至电子书。通过这种 方式, 版权方可通过提供著作中优质章节的方式添加至电子书, 用户查看该电子书时, 如果 对该优质章节感兴趣就会激发用户购买该著作的热情, 为版权方带来益处和潜在收益。更具 体地, 还可以将出版商或者作者的信息一并添加至电子书, 例如可以将出版商或作者的联系 方式以链接的形式在电子书中显示, 当用户点击诸如出版商的客服电话或即时通讯工具等, 可以触发移动终端向客服电话拨号,或者通过即时通讯工具客户端向客服即时通讯工具发起 连接请求, 以与出版商客服进行联系询问具体购买事宜。
云端服务器在电子书生成后,可对电子书进行保存,并为电子书分配唯一的编号(PKN), 从而通过各电子书相应的编号 (PKN)可方便后期对相应的电子书进行校对、 更新、 引用和 参考等。 具体地, 如果电子书发生更新, 则云端服务器可变更电子书的版本号, 并保持电子 书的编码(PKN)不变。 也就是说, 即便后续对电子书的内容等进行更新, 该电子书对应的 编号 (PKN)也不会发生变化, 影响的仅是电子书的版本号。 用户通过编号 (PKN)可找到 对应的电子书, 对电子书进行阅读、 下载、 评论、 引用等。
云端服务器可将电子书发送至预先指定的客户端、 网盘或者移动终端, 当然还可为用 户指定的设备, 具体而言, 云端服务器将电子书发送至用户发送搜索词的客户端, 即假设用 户通过第一客户端(如智能手机) 向云端服务器发送的搜索词, 云端服务器生成电子书之后 可将电子书发给第一客户端, 或者, 将电子书发送至用户登录云端服务器的客户端, 即可发 给该用户登录云端服务器的其他类型的第二客户端 (如电脑、 平板电脑等), 或者, 云端服 务器将电子书发送至用户的网盘, 甚至云端服务器还可将电子书发送至用户指定的设备。
此外, 云端服务器将电子书提供至用户的方式还可包括以下方式: 可在搜索结果页面 上向用户提供电子书的阅读或下载标识, 这样, 可供用户根据阅读或下载标识获得电子书, 其中, 阅读或下载标识为二维码或链接的形式。 具体地说, 可向用户的终端提供该电子书的 阅读或下载标识, 该阅读或下载标识可以以链接的形式, 用户点击该链接后能够阅读或下载 该电子书; 优选地, 该阅读或下载标识也可以是二维码等形式, 用户用终端扫描该二维码后 能够阅读或下载该电子书; 当然也可以是其他形式, 在此不再一一赘述。
电子书发送到用户的客户端上以后, 在客户端进行展现的位置可以多种多样, 只要方 便用户查看到该电子书即可, 例如, 将电子书的阅读或下载标识放置在搜索结果的首位, 或 者放置在搜索结果右侧突出位置, 或者放置在搜索结果中间的突出位置等。 举个例子, 如图
6所示, 用户输入关键词"拉格朗日"后, 得到的搜索结果的右侧显示与"拉格朗日"相关联的 电子书, 用户使用移动终端等客户端扫描二维码后, 就能够在移动终端下载该电子书。
这样只要安装了电子书阅读器或具有类似功能的应用程序后, 用户就能够通过移动终 端等客户端在任何时候打开下载的电子书进行查看。
对于热门的电子书,例如:云端服务器可对电子书的下载量或阅读量大于预设阈值时, 可为下载或阅读电子书的用户建立社区, 或者发行。 即云端服务器可对于下载量或阅读量达 到一定数量的电子书, 可形成一个小型社区供下载或阅读该电子书的用户之间进行交流。 即 云端服务器可自动形成一个诸如贴吧式的小型社区, 供用户之间进行交流。 此外, 对于热门 的电子书, 当电子书的下载量或阅读量大于预设阈值时, 云端服务器还可对该电子书进行发 行。 即云端服务器可对热门的电子书等进行出版发行, 在上述示例中, 预设阈值例如为。
由于互联网的信息瞬息万变, 信息量往往成爆炸量的增长, 因此可以周期性地对电子 书进行更新, 例如每隔一周就利用与电子书相关联的搜索词的搜索结果对电子书进行更新, 每次更新后可以更改电子书的版本号, 但保持电子书的 PKN不变。 当电子书发生更新, 云 端服务器可发送更新通知 (例如向下载了该电子书的用户发送更新通知), 或者推送更新后 的电子书。
还有一些情况, 诸如版权方对其中部分信息进行了更改时, 例如仅仅修改了错别字、 或者添加了新页或删除了某页等, 可以不进行版本号的更新, 仅更新电子书中对应页的内容 即可, 这样更加节省用户的流量。
根据本发明实施例的电子书的提供系统通过将搜索结果的内容进行聚合后以电子书的 形式提供给用户, 方便用户随时随地通过电子书阅读之前搜索得到的搜索结果, 实现了搜索 结果的异步查看功能, 满足用户的异步查看需求。 云端服务器对搜索结果聚合成书后, 能够 提高用户的使用效率, 经过测试, 快速翻页带来的使用效率提升高达 3倍, 经过专业排版软 件处理后, 页面可以美轮美奂, 大大增加用户的阅读欲望。 此外, 互联网本身最大的问题就 是越少大量的优质内容, 这种将电子书的内容整合出版商、 作者等版权方提供的内容, 一方 面实现了将耗费了大量精力的优质内容纳入互联网,另一方面也刺激了用户对实体著作的阅 读和购买欲望, 为版权方也带来了益处。 移动搜索和 PC搜索在需求上和优缺点上存在很大 不同, 对于在 PC上的搜索结果能够方便的移到移动终端, 使得用户无论何时何地都能够进 行阅读, 且展现更加个性化, 也节省用户流量。 另外, 该装置可以进行一些信息推广, 例如 将电子书作为一种优质平台插入推广信息,这种推广信息的展现可以类似于杂志中的精美插 图, 自然与内容融合, 比起搜索结果中插入的推广信息更容易让用户接受, 不易引起用户反 感, 也为推广信息的展现形式提供巨大空间。
本发明实施例的方法、系统及云端服务器通过将搜索结果的内容进行聚合后以电子书的 形式提供给用户, 方便用户随时随地通过客户端获取之前搜索得到的搜索结果, 实现了搜索 结果的异步查看功能, 满足用户的异步查看需求。

S222对所述待选搜索结果进行去重操作和 /或去除无关内容操作之后, 对去重操作和 /或 去除无关内容操作之后的待选搜索结果进行合并以及自动排版以生成所述电子书。
61、 根据权利要求 60所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述步骤 S221具体包括: 根据所述多个搜索结果与所述搜索词之间的相似度,提取相似度满足预设相似度要求的 搜索结果作为所述待选搜索结果;
或者, 根据所述多个搜索结果的来源权威状况, 提取来源权威状况满足预设要求的搜索 结果作为所述待选搜索结果; 以及
或者, 根据所述多个搜索结果的排序结果, 提取排在前 M个的搜索结果作为所述待选 搜索结果, 其中, M为预设的正整数。
62、 根据权利要求 58至 61任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
所述云端服务器获得所述客户端的类型, 并根据所述客户端的类型调整所述电子书的排 版模式。
63、 根据权利要求 58至 61任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
所述云端服务器获得所述多个搜索结果的版权信息以及所述用户的权限信息; 以及 根据所述多个搜索结果的版权信息生成所述电子书的版权信息, 并根据所述用户的权限 信息对所述用户对所述电子书的操作权限进行管理。
64、 根据权利要求 63所述的方法, 其特征在于, 根据所述用户的权限信息对所述用户 对所述电子书的操作权限进行管理具体包括:
将所述电子书作为母书存储在所述云端服务器之中; 以及
根据所述母书和所述客户端的类型生成对应的子书并发送至所述客户端。
65、 根据权利要求 64所述的方法, 其特征在于: 所述子书包括子信息文件, 所述子信 息文件记录所述子书中内容所属页码在所述母书中的位置信息。
66、 根据权利要求 65所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
所述客户端接收操作指令; 以及
根据所述子信息文件获得所述操作指令所对应的内容在所述母书中的位置信息,并根据 所述位置信息从所述云端服务器中获得所述操作指令所对应的内容。
67、 根据权利要求 58所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
所述云端服务器在生成电子书后, 为所述电子书分配唯一的编号 PKN;
如果所述电子书发生更新, 则变更电子书的版本号, 并保持电子书的编号 PKN不变。
68、 根据权利要求 58所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述云端服务器将所述电子书提供至 所述用户具体包括:
在搜索结果页面上向用户提供所述电子书的阅读或下载标识。
69、 根据权利要求 58所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述阅读或下载标识为二维码或链接 的形式。
70、 根据权利要求 58所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述电子书中的内容可由用户编辑。
