告警相关信息的传输方法和装置 技术领域

在网络管理系统中, 集成参考点 (Integrated Reference Point, IRP)代理作 为 IRP的代理, 处理设备或网元相关的信息, 对设备或网元相关的信息进行 一定的处理后, 按照一定的规则上报给 IRP管理者进行管理。 IRP管理者对 于 IRP代理上报的设备或网元相关的信息进行管理。 IRP管理者和 IRP代理 之间是通过北向接口 (Itf-N )连接并进行数据传输的。
告警相关信息, 是指与告警有关的信息, 可包括告警信息或者告警信息 的相关性信息。 其中, 告警信息是设备或网元相关的信息的一种, 对告警信 息的管理是网络管理系统中一项重要的内容。 IRP代理收集并处理相关的告 警信息, 按照约定的接口上报给 IRP管理者, 由 IRP管理者进行告警处理。 告警信息的相关性信息, 是指多个告警信息之间的关联关系的信息, 可包括 告警信息的关联结果, 或者包括告警信息的关联过程和关联结果。
基于目前的协议, IRP代理在上报告警信息时, 一般有如下两种告警上 报方式:
第一种: IRP代理对于告警信息不做任何处理, 全部上报 IRP管理者, 由 IRP管理者进行处理;
第二种: IRP代理按照一定的规则获取该告警信息与其他告警信息的相 关性信息, 并将该告警信息及该告警信息的相关性信息上 ^^ IRP管理者。
在第二种方式中, 对于存在相关性的告警信息, IRP代理上报的告警信 息的相关性信息可以采用如下两种方式:
第一种: 该告警信息的相关性信息包含对告警信息关联的过程和关联的 结果;
第二种: 该告警信息的相关性信息包含对告警信息关联的结果而不包含 对告警信息关联的过程。
IRP代理的告警上报方式的不确定性, 使得 IRP管理者在对收到的告警 相关的信息(包括告警信息或者告警信息的相关性信息)进行处理时, 还需 要对告警相关的信息的上报方式进行判断, 处理过程复杂, 处理效率低。 发明内容

进一步地, 作为另一个实施例, 第二告警信息的相关性信息可包括告警 相关性组号。 其中, 多个相关性信息的告警相关性组号相同, 则表示多个相 关性信息所对应的多个第二告警信息属于同一个告警原因导致的情况, 或者 说, 具有相同告警相关性组号的相关性信息对应的告警信息属于同一个告警 原因导致的情况, 存在告警相关性。 通过告警相关性组号, IRP管理者可直 接获取第二告警信息的相关告警信息, 提高对告警信息的分析处理效率。
显而易见, 第一告警信息的相关性信息也可包括后继相关告警标识或告 警相关性组号。
图 12是本发明实施例 IRP管理装置 1200的示意框图。 IRP管理装置 1200 可包括接收单元 1201、 发送单元 1203、 处理器 1202和存储器 1204。
接收单元 1201 , 可接收 IRP代理发送的第一消息。 其中, 第一消息可 携带 IRP代理支持的告警上报方式。
发送单元 1203 , 可根据 IRP代理支持的告警上报方式向 IRP代理发送 告警上报方式配置信息。 其中, 该告警上报方式配置信息指示 IRP代理的后 续告警信息的上报方式。
本发明实施例中, IRP管理装置 1200可通过接收 IRP代理支持的告警 上报方式并根据 IRP代理支持的告警上报方式向 IRP代理发送告警上报方式 配置信息, 能够协调 IRP代理和 IRP管理装置 1200之间的告警相关信息的 上报机制, 方便方便 IRP管理装置 1200对 IRP代理发送的告警相关信息进 行告警相关性处理。
处理器 1202控制 IRP管理装置 1200的操作, 处理器 1202还可以称为
CPU ( Central Processing Unit, 中央处理单元)。 存储器 1204可以包括只读 存储器和随机存取存储器, 并向处理器 1202提供指令和数据。 存储器 1204 的一部分还可以包括非易失性随机存取存储器(NVRAM )。 具体的应用中, 用户设备 1200 的各个组件通过总线系统 1205耦合在一起, 其中总线系统 1205除包括数据总线之外,还可以包括电源总线、控制总线和状态信号总线 等。 但是为了清楚说明起见, 在图中将各种总线都标为总线系统 1205。 上述本发明实施例揭示的方法可以应用于处理器 1202 中, 或者由处理 器 1202实现。处理器 1202可能是一种集成电路芯片,具有信号的处理能力。 在实现过程中, 上述方法的各步骤可以通过处理器 1202 中的硬件的集成逻 辑电路或者软件形式的指令完成。 上述的处理器 1202可以是通用处理器、 数字信号处理器(DSP )、专用集成电路(ASIC )、现成可编程门阵列(FPGA ) 或者其他可编程逻辑器件、 分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、 分立硬件组件。 可 以实现或者执行本发明实施例中的公开的各方法、 步骤及逻辑框图。 通用处 理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。 结合本发 明实施例所公开的方法的步骤可以直接体现为硬件译码处理器执行完成, 或 者用译码处理器中的硬件及软件模块组合执行完成。软件模块可以位于随机 存储器, 闪存、只读存储器,可编程只读存储器或者电可擦写可编程存储器、 寄存器等本领域成熟的存储介质中。 该存储介质位于存储器 1204, 处理器 1202读取存储器 1204中的信息, 结合其硬件完成上述方法的步骤。
可选地, IRP代理支持的告警上报方式, 可包括以下至少一种: 告警信 息处理后再上报的告警上报方式或对告警信息不处理直接上报的告警上报 方式。
可选地, 作为一个实施例, 该第一消息可同时携带 IRP代理发送的业务 消息和 IRP代理支持的告警上报方式。在上报业务消息的同时上报 IRP代理 支持的告警上报方式, 可减少 IRP代理与 IRP管理装置 1200交互的次数。
可选地, 作为另一个实施例, 该第一消息可携带 IRP代理支持的告警上 报方式、 第一告警信息和该第一告警信息的上报方式。 在上报告警消息的同 时上报 IRP代理支持的告警上报方式, 也可减少 IRP代理与 IRP管理装置 1200交互的次数。进一步地,如果第一告警信息的上报方式为对告警信息处 理后再上报的告警上报方式, 则该第一消息还可携带该第一告警信息的相关 性信息。该相关性信息为对该第一告警信息与其他告警信息进行相关性处理 获得的告警关联信息。 进一步地, 该相关性信息可包括对第一告警信息关联 的过程和关联的结果; 或者, 可包括对第一告警信息关联的结果但不包括对 第一告警信息关联的过程。
可选地, 作为一个实施例, IRP管理装置 1200的接收单元 1201还可接 收 IRP代理根据该后续告警信息的上报方式发送的第二消息。 其中, 第二消 息可携带第二告警信息。 可选地,如果该后续告警信息的上 >¾方式为对告警信息处理后再上 >¾的 告警上报方式, 则该第二信息还可携带第二告警信息的相关性信息。 其中, 该相关性信息为第二告警信息与其他告警信息进行相关性处理获得的告警 关联信息, 可包括对第二告警信息关联的过程和关联的结果; 或者, 可包括 对第二告警信息关联的结果但不包括对第二告警信息关联的过程。
可选地,如果该后续告警信息的上 >¾方式为对告警信息处理后再上 >¾的 告警上报方式, 处理器 1202可根据第二告警信息的相关性信息对第二告警 信息进行告警相关性处理。存储器 1204可存储使得处理器 1202根据第二告 警信息的相关性信息对第二告警信息进行告警相关性处理的指令。
进一步地, 作为一个实施例, 如果第二告警信息的相关性信息包括后继 相关告警标识, 则处理器 1202可当后继相关告警标识指示第二告警信息不 是独立告警信息时对第二告警信息做告警相关性分析处理。
进一步地, 作为另一个实施例, 如果第二告警信息的相关性信息包括告 警相关性组号, 则处理器 1202可根据告警相关性组号对第二告警信息进行 告警相关性分析处理。
显而易见, 第一告警信息的相关性信息也可包括后继相关告警标识或告 警相关性组号, IRP管理装置 1200也可根据第一告警信息的相关性信息对 第一告警信息进行告警相关性处理, 本发明在此不再赘述。
应理解, 在本发明的各种实施例中, 上述各过程的序号的大小并不意味 着执行顺序的先后, 各过程的执行顺序应以其功能和内在逻辑确定, 而不应 对本发明实施例的实施过程构成任何限定。

权利要求
1、 一种告警相关信息的传输方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
向集成参考点 IRP管理装置发送第一消息,所述第一消息携带 IRP代理 支持的告警上报方式;
接收所述 IRP管理者根据所述 IRP代理支持的告警上报方式发送的告警 上报方式配置信息,所述告警上报方式配置信息指示所述 IRP代理的后续告 警信息的上报方式。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 IRP代理支持的告警 上报方式包括:对告警信息处理后再上报的告警上报方式和 /或对告警信息不 处理直接上报的告警上报方式。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
根据所述后续告警信息的上报方式向所述 IRP管理者发送第二消息,所 述第二消息携带第二告警信息。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 如果所述后续告警信息的 上报方式为对告警信息处理后再上报的告警上报方式, 则所述第二消息还携 带所述第二告警信息的相关性信息,所述相关性信息是对所述第二告警信息 进行告警相关性处理后获得的告警关联信 , 。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述相关性信息包括对所述第二告警信息关联的过程和结果; 或者 所述相关性信息包括对所述第二告警信息关联的结果但不包括对所述 第二告警信息关联的过程。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述相关性信息包括后继 相关告警标识,其中所述后继相关告警标识指示所述第二告警信息是否独立 告警信息。
7、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述相关性信息包括告警 相关性组号, 其中, 如果多个所述相关性信息的所述告警相关性组号相同, 则表示多个所述相关性信息所对应的多个所述第二告警信息属于同一个告 警原因导致的情况。
8、 如权利要求 1至 7任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述第一消息携带所述 IRP代理的业务信息; 或者 所述第一消息携带第一告警信息和第一告警信息的上报方式。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的方法, 其特征在于, 如果所述第一告警方式为 对告警信息处理后再上报的告警上报方式, 则所述第一消息还携带所述第一 告警信息的相关性信息, 所述第一告警信息的相关性信息是对所述第一告警 信息进行告警相关性处理后获得的告警关联信息。
10、 一种告警相关信息的传输方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收集成参考点 IRP代理发送的第一消息, 所述第一消息携带所述 IRP 代理支持的告警上报方式;
根据所述 IRP代理支持的告警上报方式向所述 IRP代理发送告警上报方 式配置信息,所述告警上 "¾方式配置信息指示所述 IRP代理的后续告警信息 的上报方式。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 IRP代理支持的告 警上报方式包括:对告警信息处理后再上报的告警上报方式和 /或对告警信息 不处理直接上报的告警上报方式。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
接收所述 IRP代理根据所述后续告警信息的上报方式发送的第二消息, 所述第二消息携带第二告警信息。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的方法, 其特征在于,
如果所述后续告警信息的上报方式为对告警信息处理后再上报的告警 上报方式, 所述第二消息携带所述第二告警信息的相关性信息, 所述相关性 信息是对所述第二告警信息进行告警相关性处理后获得的告警关联信息; 如果所述后续告警信息的上报方式为对告警信息不处理直接上报的告 警上报方式, 所述第二消息不携带所述相关性信息。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括: 根据所述相关 性信息对所述第二告警信息进行告警相关性处理。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述相关性信 息对所述第二告警信息进行告警相关性处理包括:
如果所述相关性信息包括后继相关告警标识,则当所述后继相关告警标 识指示所述第二告警信息不是独立告警信息时对所述第二告警信息做告警 相关性分析处理。
16、 如权利要求 14所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述根据所述相关性信 息对所述第二告警信息进行告警相关性处理包括:
如果所述相关性信息包括告警相关性组号,则根据所述告警相关性组号 对所述第二告警信息进行告警相关性分析处理。
17、 如权利要求 11至 16任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于,
所述第一消息携带 IRP代理的业务信息; 或者
所述第一消息携带第一告警信息和所述第一告警信息的上>¾方式。
18、 如权利要求 17所述的方法, 其特征在于, 如果所述第一告警方式 为对告警信息处理后再上报的告警上报方式, 则所述第一消息还携带所述第 一告警信息的相关性信息, 所述第一告警信息的相关性信息是对所述第一告 警信息进行告警相关性处理后获得的告警关联信息。
19、 一种集成参考点 IRP代理装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
发送单元, 用于向管理者发送第一消息, 所述第一消息携带所述 IRP代 理装置支持的告警上报方式; 和
接收单元,用于接收 IRP管理者根据所述 IRP代理装置支持的告警上报 方式发送的告警上报方式配置信息, 所述告警上报方式配置信息指示所述 IRP代理装置的后续告警信息的上报方式。
20、 如权利要求 19所述的 IRP代理装置, 其特征在于, 所述 IRP代理 装置支持的告警上报方式包括: 对告警信息处理后再上报的告警上报方式和 /或对告警信息不处理直接上报的告警上报方式。
21、 如权利要求 20所述的 IRP代理装置, 其特征在于, 所述发送单元 还用于根据所述后续告警信息的上报方式向所述 IRP管理者发送第二消息, 所述第二消息携带第二告警信息。
22、 如权利要求 21所述的 IRP代理装置, 其特征在于, 如果所述后续 告警信息的上报方式为对告警信息处理后再上报的告警上报方式, 则所述第 二消息还携带所述第二告警信息的相关性信息, 所述相关性信息是对所述第 二告警信息进行告警相关性处理后获得的告警关联信息。
23、 如权利要求 22所述的 IRP代理装置, 其特征在于,
所述相关性信息包括对所述第二告警信息关联的过程和结果; 或者 所述相关性信息包括对所述第二告警信息关联的结果但不包括对所述 第二告警信息关联的过程。
24、 如权利要求 23所述的 IRP代理装置, 其特征在于, 所述相关性信 息包括后继相关告警标识, 其中所述后继相关告警标识指示所述第二告警信 息是否独立告警信息。
25、 如权利要求 23所述的 IRP代理装置, 其特征在于, 所述相关性信 息包括告警相关性组号, 其中, 如果多个所述相关性信息的所述告警相关性 组号相同, 则表示多个所述相关性信息所对应的多个所述第二告警信息属于 同一个告警原因导致的情况。
26、 如权利要求 19至 25任一项所述的 IRP代理装置, 其特征在于, 所述第一消息携带所述 IRP代理装置的业务信息; 或者
所述第一消息携带第一告警信息和第一告警信息的上报方式。
27、 如权利要求 26所述的 IRP代理装置, 其特征在于, 如果所述第一 告警方式为对告警信息处理后再上报的告警上报方式, 则所述第一消息还携 带所述第一告警信息的相关性信息,所述第一告警信息的相关性信息是对所 述第一告警信息进行告警相关性处理后获得的告警关联信息。
28、 一种集成参考点 IRP管理装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
接收单元, 用于接收集成参考点 IRP代理发送的第一消息, 所述第一消 息携带所述 IRP代理支持的告警上报方式; 和
发送单元,用于根据所述 IRP代理支持的告警上报方式向所述 IRP代理 发送告警上报方式配置信息,所述告警上报方式配置信息指示所述 IRP代理 的后续告警信息的上报方式。
29、 如权利要求 28所述的 IRP管理装置, 其特征在于, 所述 IRP代理 支持的告警上报方式包括:对告警信息处理后再上报的告警上报方式和 /或对 告警信息不处理直接上报的告警上报方式。
30、 如权利要求 29所述的 IRP管理装置, 其特征在于, 所述接收单元 还用于接收所述 IRP 代理根据所述后续告警信息的上报方式发送的第二消 息, 所述第二消息携带第二告警信息。

如果所述后续告警信息的上报方式为对告警信息处理后再上报的告警 上报方式, 所述第二消息携带所述第二告警信息的相关性信息, 所述相关性 信息是对所述第二告警信息进行告警相关性处理后获得的告警关联信息; 如果所述后续告警信息的上报方式为对告警信息不处理直接上报的告 警上报方式, 所述第二消息不携带所述相关性信息。
