Definitions
- Posture is the set in position of the joints of a body at any given time acting to provide balance in space, an entity formed in conjunction with the nervous system and muscles. Although many people think that posture would be just the set dictated by the spine, this is also a primary and essential part of posture because it will determine under various influences the direction of the upper and lower limbs. Man's bipedal posture is extremely effective and is the most economical anti-gravity mechanism because it takes little energy to stand, using a little of each muscle and creating our own posture.
- Some situations that can cause poor posture are psychological state, incorrect sitting, non-exercise and sleeping position.
- proprioceptive training and sitting balance are the most effective ways to prevent spinal injuries. , especially in young people and children, who each year spend more time in such a posture.
- the device can also be used to gain balance, proprioception and motor sensory organization of people or patients with neurological problems. collaborating for functional recovery of these individuals.
- the equipment in question comprises a square-shaped metal structure which internally receives a combination of various accessories which can be assembled and disassembled as required, such as a barrel or stirrup cell; a board; a quadrangular platform; a bicycle, among others; all suspended by four springs or ropes, these, fixed in small supports arranged in the vertical profiles of each diagonal that compose the metallic structure.
- ropes increases the stability of accessories while the springs instability.
- the accessories can be used in conjunction with the springs and strings, or just with the springs, or just with the strings, depending on the purpose.
- the springs can still be changed in position, becoming more parallel, thus making the exercise even more difficult.
- Each accessory or element has locking means for receiving the four springs or ropes, which may vary from hooks, carabiners or hoops.
- the equipment presented is innovative, bringing the unprecedented concept of balance in accessories suspended by springs or ropes, providing instruments for development and improvement of balance, strength, motor coordination and flexibility, in the most varied positions and in the most varied levels of difficulty, aiming at functional recovery, postural education and reeducation, fitness and riding.
- one of the goals of the new equipment is to playfully work the sitting posture children in order to acquire the correct sitting posture in the ADL, avoiding postural problems and spinal dysfunction.
- Another goal is to perform proprioceptive training for executives and people who spend most of the day sitting, seeking through the correct sitting posture, the reeducation of posture and improvement of pain or injury prevention.
- Another example of using the equipment is to perform balance training for riding practitioners, seeking to improve equestrian performance through better balance and reduction of asymmetric weight discharges in stirrups, loins and horse's mouth so that the horse set rider have a better performance in equestrian events, reducing injuries and early fatigue.
- Another proposed objective is to search through the apparatus the first steps of the riding and coordination of the leg and reins commands, so that the future rider learns to practice the proper way to lead his horse. In addition, it develops corrective training work, providing correction of unwanted movements or misuse of the reins by the rider.
- Another proposed objective is to perform the strength and fitness work of riding athletes or other sports in which balance training and motor sensory organization can collaborate in sports performance, in addition to high trot aerobic work for long distance riders such as enduro practitioners.
- Another proposed improvement is that due to its innovative design and design it is possible to increase it with various accessories available in the market, such as springs, elastics, elastic bands, basketball hoops, reins, pedals, belts, dumbbells, among others, making the product more versatile and effective.
- Also included in the upper lateral horizontal profiles are two parallel horizontal transversal profiles, also provided with supports, and also in "H" shape, with gloves at their ends, pierced between the lateral horizontal profiles, through which they can be moved horizontally and adjusted. , also threadlocked.
- transverse bottom horizontal profile with center support and a new use option with skis.
- the metal frame receives internally a combination of various accessories that can be assembled and disassembled as needed, such as a barrel or stirrup cell; a board; a quadrangular platform; a bicycle, skis, among others; all suspended by four springs or ropes, which are fixed in small supports arranged in the movable horizontal profiles, front and rear, or, depending on the use and accessory, attached to the upper movable horizontal profiles, which make up the structure.
