本发明涉及电子支付领域,尤其涉及一种支付终端、支付系统及支付方法。
背景技术
传统的支付终端是一种广泛应用于公共场所(如银行、商户等)为用户提供各种支付功能的设备。用户只有到达设有这类支付终端的公共场所,才可以完成支付功能,这给人们的使用带来不便。
随着移动终端如手机、平板电脑等迅速的发展,人们的生活越来越便捷,如何实现支付终端的个人持有,即将支付终端应用在用户个人电脑、移动终端上,是目前急需要解决的问题。
技术问题
本发明提供一种支付终端、支付系统及支付方法,解决传统支付终端无法应用在用户个人持有的终端设备上的问题;进一步的,解决传统支付终端无法与不同设备实现兼容的问题。
技术解决方案
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种支付终端,包括主控模块,还包括第一USB接口和第一音频接口;所述第一USB接口、第一音频接口分别与所述主控模块相连;所述主控模块用于身份识别及安全认证;所述第一USB接口、第一音频接口用于所述主控模块与外部设备进行数据交互。
进一步的,所述第一音频接口包括音频插头和第一数据转换模块,所述音频插头用于与外部设备的音频插槽相连,与所述音频插槽进行音频数据的交互;所述第一数据转换模块用于将音频插头接收的音频数据转换成数字数据,并发送至所述主控模块,以及用于将所述主控模块发出的数字数据转换成音频数据,发送至音频插头;或者,

一种支付方法,包括:通过第一USB接口和/或第一音频接口接收外部设备发送的待效验数据;根据所述待效验数据进行身份识别及安全认证;相应地通过所述第一USB接口和/或第一音频接口向外部设备反馈效验结果。
进一步的,通过第一音频接口接收外部设备发送的待效验数据具体为:通过音频插头接收外部设备发送的音频格式的待效验数据,并将所述音频格式的待效验数据转换成数字格式;通过第一音频接口向外部设备反馈效验结果具体为:将数字格式的效验结果转换成音频格式,通过音频插头向外部设备反馈。

有益效果
本发明提供的支付终端、支付系统及支付方法,支付终端中包括第一USB接口和第一音频接口,第一USB接口可以与具有与其相匹配的通信单元的外部设备进行数据交互,如与同样具有USB接口的计算机进行数据交互;第一音频接口可以与具有与其相匹配的通信单元的外部设备进行数据交互,如与同样具有音频接口的移动终端进行数据交互。解决了传统的支付终端无法应用在用户个人电脑、移动终端上的问题。同时,本发明提供的支付终端既包括第一USB接口,又包括第一音频接口,能够兼容各种不同的设备,实现同一支付终端即能够在移动终端上使用,又能够在计算机上使用,应用范围更加广泛。

本发明的最佳实施方式
本发明的支付终端中包括第一USB接口和第一音频接口。其中,第一USB接口用于与具有与其相匹配的通信单元的外部设备进行数据交互,如与同样具有USB接口的计算机进行数据交互;第一音频接口用于与具有与其相匹配的通信单元的外部设备进行数据交互,如与同样具有音频接口的移动终端进行数据交互。本发明的支付终端可以是用于在电子支付过程中进行身份识别及安全认证的智能密钥装置,也可以是具备刷卡功能的POS终端。
下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
本实施例中的支付终端同时包括第一USB接口和第一音频接口,当然实际应用中,可以仅包括两者之一。图1为本实施例提供的支付终端的示意图,如图1所示,该支付终端1,包括主控模块11、第一USB接口12和第一音频接口13;第一USB接口12、第一音频接口13与主控模块11相连。主控模块11用于身份识别及安全认证。优选的,主控模块11包括安全芯片或者支持不同发卡商的多张PSAM卡。第一USB接口12 、第一音频接口13用于主控模块11与外部设备进行数据交互。具体的,第一USB接口12用于与具有与其相匹配的通信单元的外部设备进行数据交互,如与同样具有USB接口的计算机进行数据交互;第一音频接口13用于与具有与其相匹配的通信单元的外部设备进行数据交互,如与同样具有对应的音频接口的移动终端(例如手机、IPAD或笔记本等)进行数据交互。
在本发明一实施例中,支付终端1还可以包括用于开启和/或关闭第一USB接口12、第一音频接口13的开关模块,优选该开关模块为按键模块,该按键模块可以通过主控模块11与第一USB接口12、第一音频接口13相连,或者直接与第一USB接口12、第一音频接口13相连。按键模块还可以用于输入信息,如输入支付密码、交易金额、校验码等,还可以用于确认信息或取消信息,如按下确认键,表示用户同意交易,按下取消键,表示用户放弃交易。
图2为本发明一实施例提供的第一音频接口13的示意图,如图2所示,第一音频接口13进一步包括音频插头131和第一数据转换模块132,音频插头131用于与外部设备的音频插槽相连,与音频插槽进行音频数据的交互,也即支付终端通过第一音频插头131与外部设备的音频插槽相连以与外部设备进行数据交互,应当理解的是,此处所交互的数据可包括用于支付用的数据外的其他数据。第一数据转换模块132用于将主控模块11与音频插头131相连,用于将音频插头131接收的音频数据转换成数字数据,并发送至主控模块11,以及将主控模块11发送的数字数据转换成音频数据发送至音频插头131。第一数据转换模块132可以包括A/D转换模块和D/A转换模块,A/D转换模块用于将音频插头131接收的音频数据转换成数字数据,并发送至主控模块11,D/A转换模块用于将主控模块11发送的数字数据转换成音频数据,发送至音频插头131。
图3为本发明一实施例提供的第一音频接口13的另一示意图,如图3所示,第一音频接口13进一步包括麦克风133、喇叭134和第二数据转换模块135,这是一种无线通讯方式,更加便捷。麦克风133用于通过声波的方式接收外部设备的音频数据,喇叭134用于通过声波的方式向外部设备发送音频数据,第二数据转换模块135将麦克风133、喇叭134与主控模块11相连,用于将麦克风133接收的音频数据转换成数字数据,并发送至主控模块11,以及将主控模块11发出的数字数据转换成音频数据,发送至喇叭134。第二数据转换模块135也可以包括A/D转换模块和D/A转换模块,A/D转换模块用于将麦克风133接收的音频数据转换成数字数据,并发送至主控模块11,D/A转换模块将主控模块11发出的数字数据转换成音频数据,发送至喇叭134。
以上实施例中的支付终端1不包括刷卡模块,因此其不具备刷卡功能,仅用于在电子支付过程中进行身份识别及安全认证,类似如智能密钥装置,其工作过程可以是:
以用户在具有第二USB接口的计算机上进行交易为例,将支付终端1的第一USB接口12与计算机的第二USB接口相连,完成连接后,用户在计算机上产生交易时,计算机通过第二USB接口下发命令给支付终端1的第一USB接口12,第一USB接口12将接到的命令转送至主控模块11,主控模块11对命令的合法性做校验(包括身份识别及安全认证),效验完成后,通过第一USB接口12与第二USB接口之间的相连,向计算机反馈校验结果,计算机根据该校验结果完成或取消电子支付。
以支付终端1的第一音频接口13包括音频插头131和第一数据转换模块132,且用户在具有音频插槽的移动终端上进行交易为例,将支付终端1的音频插头131插入移动终端的音频插槽,完成连接后,用户在移动终端上产生交易时,移动终端通过音频插槽下发音频格式的命令给支付终端1的音频插头131,音频插头131将接到的命令发送至第一数据转换模块132,第一数据转换模块132将音频数据格式的命令转换成数字格式,转送至主控模块11,主控模块11对命令的合法性做校验(包括身份识别及安全认证),效验完成后,将校验结果发送至第一数据转换模块132,第一数据转换模块132将数字格式的校验结果转换成音频格式,并通过音频插头与音频插槽之间的相连向移动终端反馈,移动终端根据该校验结果完成或取消电子支付。
以支付终端1的第一音频接口13包括麦克风133、喇叭134和第二数据转换模块135,且用户在具有喇叭和麦克风的移动终端上进行交易为例,用户在移动终端上产生交易时,移动终端通过喇叭发出声波的方式下发命令,支付终端1的麦克风133接收该音频格式的命令,麦克风133将接到的音频格式的命令转送至第二数据转换模块135,第二数据转换模块135将音频数据格式的命令转换成数字格式,转送至主控模块11,主控模块11对命令的合法性做校验(包括身份识别及安全认证),效验完成后,将校验结果发送至第二数据转换模块135,第二数据转换模块135将数字格式的校验结果转换成音频格式,并通过喇叭134发出声波的方式发送出去,移动终端的麦克风接收该校验结果,移动终端根据该校验结果完成或取消电子支付。
以上各实施例中,支付终端1还可以进一步包括用于供电的电源模块,如图4所示的支付终端,该支付终端与图1所示的支付终端1的不同之处在于:支付终端1还包括用于给支付终端1供电的电源模块14,电源模块14与主控模块11相连。电源模块14可以为一次电池(primary cell 、primary battery,即原电池,俗称干电池,是放电后不能再充电使其复原的电池)、二次电池( Rechargeable battery,又称为充电电池,是指在电池放电后可通过充电的方式使活性物质激活而继续使用的电池)和/或电源管理模块。电源管理模块与主控模块11相连,还与第一USB接口12和/或第一音频接口13相连,用于从第一USB接口12和/或第一音频接口13获取供电电能。优选的,电源模块包括二次电池和电源管理模块,电源管理模块从第一USB接口12和/或第一音频接口13获取供电电能之后,给二次电池进行充电。
以上各实施例中,支付终端1还可以进一步包括存储模块、显示模块和/或生物识别模块,存储模块、显示模块、生物识别模块可以通过主控模块11从电源模块14获取供电电能,或者存储模块、显示模块、生物识别模块直接与电源模块14相连,直接从电源模块14获取供电电能。生物识别模块用于获取用户的生物特征,通过该生物特征对用户进行身份识别;本实施例中的生物识别模块可以为指纹识别模块、眼膜识别模块等。如图5所示的支付终端,该支付终端与图4所示的支付终端1的不同之处在于:支付终端1还包括存储模块15和显示模块16,存储模块15、显示模块16分别与主控模块11相连。存储模块15用于存储用户的私钥、数字证书、运算算法、支付过程中产生的交易数据等。显示模块16用于显示支付过程中产生的交易数据,如需要用户确认的金额数据、主控模块11产生的密钥等。
进一步的,支付终端1还可包括用于连接外部存储单元的内存扩展接口,内存扩展接口与主控模块11相连,设置内存扩展接口的目的是扩展支付终端1的存储空间。
图6为本发明另一实施例提供的支付终端的示意图,如图6所示,该支付终端2,包括主控模块21、第一USB接口22、第一音频接口23和刷卡模块24。第一USB接口22、第一音频接口23、刷卡模块24分别与主控模块21相连。主控模块21用于身份识别及安全认证。优选的,主控模块21包括安全芯片或者支持不同发卡商的多张PSAM卡。刷卡模块24用于支持用户的刷卡操作,对卡片进行读和/或写操作,将读从卡片读取到的数据发送至主控模块21,将主控模块21命令写入的数据写入卡片。第一USB接口22 、第一音频接口23用于主控模块21与外部设备进行数据交互。具体的,第一USB接口22用于与具有与其相匹配的通信单元的外部设备进行数据交互,如与同样具有USB接口的计算机进行数据交互;第一音频接口23用于与具有与其相匹配的通信单元的外部设备进行数据交互,如与同样具有对应的音频接口的移动终端(例如手机、IPAD或笔记本等)进行数据交互。本实施例中的刷卡模块24支持磁条式读卡、接触式IC卡读卡、非接触式IC卡读卡等多种刷卡方式。
在本发明一实施例中,支付终端2还可以包括用于开启和/或关闭第一USB接口22、第一音频接口23的开关模块,该开关模块优选为按键模块,该按键模块可以通过主控模块21与第一USB接口22、第一音频接口23相连,或者直接与第一USB接口12、第一音频接口23相连。按键模块还可以用于输入信息,如输入支付密码、交易金额、校验码等,还可以用于确认信息或取消信息,如按下确认键,表示用户同意交易,按下取消键,表示用户放弃交易。
图7为本发明一实施例提供的第一音频接口23的示意图,如图7所示,第一音频接口23进一步包括音频插头231和第一数据转换模块232,音频插头231用于与外部设备的音频插槽相连,与音频插槽进行音频数据的交互,第一数据转换模块232与主控模块21、音频插头231相连,用于将音频插头231接收的音频数据转换成数字数据,并发送至主控模块21,将主控模块21发出的数字数据转换成音频数据,发送至音频插头231。第一数据转换模块232可以包括A/D转换模块和D/A转换模块,A/D转换模块用于将音频插头231接收的音频数据转换成数字数据,并发送至主控模块21,D/A转换模块用于将主控模块21发出的数字数据转换成音频数据,发送至音频插头231。
图8为本发明一实施例提供的第一音频接口23的另一示意图,如图8所示,第一音频接口23包括麦克风233、喇叭234和第二数据转换模块235,这是一种无线通讯方式,更加便捷。麦克风233用于通过声波的方式接收外部设备的音频数据,喇叭用234于通过声波的方式向外部设备发送音频数据,第二数据转换模块235与麦克风233、喇叭234、主控模块21相连,用于将麦克风233接收的音频数据转换成数字数据,并发送至主控模块21,将主控模块21发出的数字数据转换成音频数据,发送至喇叭234。第二数据转换模块235可以包括A/D转换模块和D/A转换模块,A/D转换模块用于将麦克风233接收的音频数据转换成数字数据,并发送至主控模块21,D/A转换模块将主控模块21发出的数字数据转换成音频数据,发送至喇叭234。

以用户在具有第二USB接口的计算机上进行交易为例,将支付终端2的第一USB接口22与计算机的第二USB接口相连,完成连接后,用户在计算机上产生交易时,计算机通过第二USB接口下发命令给支付终端2的第一USB接口22,第一USB接口22将接到的命令转送至主控模块21,主控模块21对命令的合法性做校验(包括身份识别及安全认证),效验通过后,通知刷卡模块24等待刷卡,用户刷卡完成后,刷卡模块24把从卡片读取的数据传至主控模块21,主控模块21通过第一USB接口22与第二USB接口之间的相连,向计算机反馈,计算机根据该数据完成或取消电子支付。

以支付终端2的第一音频接口23包括麦克风233、喇叭234和第二数据转换模块235,且用户在具有喇叭和麦克风的移动终端上进行交易为例,用户在移动终端上产生交易时,移动终端通过喇叭发出声波的方式下发命令,支付终端2的麦克风233接收该音频格式的命令,麦克风将接到的音频格式的命令转送至第二数据转换模块235,第二数据转换模块235将音频数据格式的命令转换成数字格式,转送至主控模块21,主控模块21对命令的合法性做校验(包括身份识别及安全认证),效验通过后,通知刷卡模块24等待刷卡,用户刷卡完成后,刷卡模块24把从卡片读取的数据传至主控模块21,主控模块21进行加密后(也可以不加密)发送至第二数据转换模块235,第二数据转换模块将数字格式的数据转换成音频格式,并通过喇叭234发出声波的方式发送出去,移动终端的麦克风接收该密钥,移动终端根据该数据完成或取消电子支付。
以上各实施例中,支付终端2还可以进一步包括用于供电的电源模块,如图9所示的支付终端,该支付终端与图6所示的支付终端2的不同之处在于:支付终端2还包括用于给支付终端2供电的电源模块25,电源模块25与主控模块21相连。电源模块25可以为一次电池、二次电池和/或电源管理模块。电源管理模块与主控模块21相连,还与第一USB接口22和/或第一音频接口23相连,用于从第一USB接口22和/或第一音频接口23获取供电电能。优选的,电源模块包括二次电池和电源管理模块,电源管理模块从第一USB接口22和/或第一音频接口23获取供电电能之后,给二次电池进行充电。

本发明提供的支付终端、支付系统及支付方法,支付终端中的第一USB接口可以与具有与其相匹配的通信单元的外部设备进行数据交互,如与同样具有USB接口的计算机进行数据交互;支付终端中的第一音频接口可以与具有与其相匹配的通信单元的外部设备进行数据交互,如与同样具有音频接口的移动终端进行数据交互。解决了传统的支付终端无法应用在用户个人电脑、移动终端上的问题。同时,由于目前个人持有的终端设备通常具有现成的USB接口和/或音频接口,如现有的计算机都具有现成的USB接口、移动终端都具有现成的音频接口一样,而本发明提供的支付终端包括第一USB接口和第一音频接口时,因此本发明提供的支付终端兼容各种不同的设备,实现同一支付终端即能够在移动终端上使用,又能够在计算机上使用,应用范围更加广泛。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种支付终端,其特征在于,包括主控模块,还包括第一USB接口和第一音频接口;所述第一USB接口、第一音频接口分别与所述主控模块相连;所述主控模块用于身份识别及安全认证;所述第一USB接口、第一音频接口用于所述主控模块与外部设备进行数据交互。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的支付终端,其特征在于,所述第一音频接口包括音频插头和第一数据转换模块,所述音频插头用于与外部设备的音频插槽相连,与所述音频插槽进行音频数据的交互;所述第一数据转换模块用于将音频插头接收的音频数据转换成数字数据,并发送至所述主控模块,以及用于将所述主控模块发出的数字数据转换成音频数据,发送至音频插头;
    或者,
    所述第一音频接口包括麦克风、喇叭和第二数据转换模块;所述麦克风和喇叭用于通过声波的方式与外部设备进行音频数据的交互;所述第二数据转换模块用于将麦克风接收的音频数据转换成数字数据,并发送至所述主控模块,以及用于将所述主控模块发出的数字数据转换成音频数据,发送至喇叭。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的支付终端,其特征在于,所述主控模块包括安全芯片和/或支持不同发卡商的多张PSAM卡。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的支付终端,其特征在于,所述支付终端还包括用于供电的电源模块,所述电源模块与所述主控模块相连。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的支付终端,其特征在于,所述支付终端还包括用于存储数据的存储模块、用于显示数据的显示模块和/或用于通过生物特征进行身份识别的生物识别模块;所述存储模块、显示模块、生物识别模块分别与所述主控模块相连。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的支付终端,其特征在于,所述支付终端还包括用于开启和/或关闭所述第一USB接口、第一音频接口的按键模块,所述按键模块通过所述主控模块与所述第一USB接口、第一音频接口相连,或者直接与所述第一USB接口、第一音频接口相连。
  7. 如权利要求1至6任一项所述的支付终端,其特征在于,所述支付终端还包括刷卡模块,所述刷卡模块与所述主控模块相连,用于支持用户的刷卡操作,对卡片进行读和/或写操作。
  8. 一种支付系统,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至7任一项所述的支付终端,还包括具有与所述支付终端中第一音频接口相匹配的第二音频接口的移动终端,所述支付终端与所述移动终端通过所述第一音频接口、第二音频接口进行数据交互。
  9. 一种支付系统,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1至7任一项所述的支付终端,还包括具有与所述支付终端中第一USB接口相匹配的第二USB接口的计算机,所述支付终端与所述计算机通过所述第一USB接口、第二USB接口进行数据交互。
  10. 一种支付方法,其特征在于,包括:
    通过第一USB接口和/或第一音频接口接收外部设备发送的待效验数据;
    根据所述待效验数据进行身份识别及安全认证;
    相应地通过所述第一USB接口和/或第一音频接口向外部设备反馈效验结果。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的支付方法,其特征在于,通过第一音频接口接收外部设备发送的待效验数据具体为:通过音频插头接收外部设备发送的音频格式的待效验数据,并将所述音频格式的待效验数据转换成数字格式;通过第一音频接口向外部设备反馈效验结果具体为:将数字格式的效验结果转换成音频格式,通过音频插头向外部设备反馈。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的支付方法,其特征在于,通过第一音频接口接收外部设备发送的待效验数据具体为:通过麦克风接收外部设备发送的音频格式的待效验数据,并将所述音频格式的待效验数据转换成数字格式;通过第一音频接口向外部设备反馈效验结果具体为:将数字格式的效验结果转换成音频格式,通过喇叭向外部设备反馈。
