一种终端, 该终端包括:
信息接收单元, 用于接收网络侧发送的系统广播消息, 从该系统广播消息中读取接入 限制信息;
接入控制单元, 用于根据所述接入限制信息开启定时器; 在所述定时器超时前需要向 网络侧发送接入请求或连接建立请求时, 确定该接入请求或连接建立请求对应的应用是否 为特定应用或紧急应用, 若是特定应用或紧急应用, 则向网络侧发送该接入请求或连接建 立请求, 否则, 阻止该接入请求或连接建立请求发往网络侧。
一种基站, 该基站包括:
确定单元, 用于确定接入限制条件是否满足;
发送单元,用于在确定接入限制条件满足后,发送携带接入限制信息的系统广播消息, 以指示终端根据该接入限制信息阻止除特定应用和紧急应用外的其他应用的接入请求和 连接建立请求发往网络侧。
本发明实施例提供的方案中, 终端接收网络侧发送的系统广播消息, 从该系统广播消 息中读取接入限制信息, 根据所述接入限制信息开启定时器, 在定时器超时前需要向网络 侧发送接入请求或连接建立请求时, 确定该接入请求或连接建立请求对应的应用是否为特 定应用或紧急应用, 若是, 则向网络侧发送该接入请求或连接建立请求, 否则, 阻止该接 入请求或连接建立请求发往网络侧。 可见, 本方案实现了阻止终端发起除特定应用和紧急 应用外的普通应用的接入请求和连接建立请求, 从而实现了针对应用的接入控制方法。 附图说明

为了提供一种针对应用来进行接入控制的方法, 本发明实施提供一种接入控制方法。
参见图 1 , 本发明实施例针对终端侧提供的接入控制方法, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 10: 终端接收网络侧发送的系统广播消息, 从该系统广播消息中读取接入限制信 息;
步骤 11 : 终端根据读取到的接入限制信息开启定时器; 在该定时器超时前需要向网络 侧发送接入请求或连接建立请求时, 确定该接入请求或连接建立请求对应的应用是否为特 定应用或紧急应用, 若是特定应用或紧急应用, 则向网络侧发送该接入请求或连接建立请 求, 否则, 阻止该接入请求或连接建立请求发往网络侧。
具体的, 步骤 11的具体实现可以如下:
终端的接入层将读取到的接入限制信息转发给高层; 高层根据该接入限制信息开启定 时器, 在该定时器超时前接收到来自应用层的接入请求或连接建立请求时, 根据应用层的 指示判断该接入请求或连接建立请求对应的应用是否为特定应用或紧急应用, 若是特定应 用或紧急应用, 则允许终端向网络侧发送该应用对应的接入请求和连接建立请求, 否则, 阻止终端向网络侧发送该应用对应的接入请求和连接建立请求。 这里的高层可以为非接入 层(NAS )或应用管理层。
这里, 特定应用是指运营商定制的应用, 例如, 灾难信息发布业务应用、 灾难语音消 息业务应用等。 运营商可以预先在终端中特定应用的文件中固化特定应用标记, 终端可以 根据一个应用是否带有该特定应用标记确定该应用是否为特定应用; 或者, 终端也可以将 从设定地址对应的网站下载到的应用作为特定应用; 或者, 网络侧也可以预先通知终端哪 些应用为特定应用, 终端根据网络侧的通知信息确定一个应用是否为特定应用。 紧急应用 是指终端上设置有紧急标志的应用, 例如 110电话拔打业务应用等。
具体的, 接入限制信息可以包括限制时长; 步骤 11中根据接入限制信息开启定时器, 具体实现为: 开启定时时长为该限制时长的定时器。
较佳的, 接入限制信息还可以包括: 限制类型和 /或限制因子; 其中, 限制类型表示当 前的接入限制机制为限制普通应用接入的机制, 从而可以将该接入限制信息与现有的接入 限制信息区分开; 限制因子表示需启动当前的接入限制机制。
较佳的, 终端在从该系统广播消息中读取接入限制信息之后, 终端发出当前仅接受特 殊应用和 /或紧急应用的业务请求的提示信息,从而避免用户发起除特殊应用和紧急应用外 的其他普通业务的业务请求, 以减少终端的操作。
参见图 2 , 本发明实施例针对网络侧提供的接入控制方法, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 20: 网络侧确定接入限制条件是否满足; 具体实现可以为: 网络侧设备在接收到 外部 (例如运营商)输入的限制普通业务接入的指示信息后, 确定接入限制条件满足; 或 者, 网络侧根据预先保存的配置信息确定是否满足接入限制条件, 比如, 当前时间段是否 处于普通业务接入限制时间段内, 若是, 则确定满足接入限制条件, 否则, 确定不满足接
入限制条件。 这里, 接入限制条件是指用于判断是否对除特定应用和紧急应用外的其他应 用进行接入限制的条件。
步骤 21 :网络侧在确定接入限制条件满足后,发送携带接入限制信息的系统广播消息, 以指示终端根据该接入限制信息阻止除特定应用和紧急应用外的其他应用的接入请求和 连接建立请求发往网络侧。
具体的, 接入限制信息包括限制时长, 该限制时长指示阻止除特定应用和紧急应用外 的其他应用的接入请求和连接建立请求发往网络侧的时间段。
较佳的, 接入限制信息还可以包括: 限制类型和 /或限制因子; 其中, 限制类型表示当 前的接入限制机制为限制普通应用接入的机制; 限制因子表示需启动当前的接入限制机 制。
如图 3 a所示, 为终端与网络侧交互的流程 , 具体如下:
步骤 S01 : 网络侧发送携带接入限制信息的系统广播消息, 以指示终端根据该接入限 制信息阻止除特定应用和紧急应用外的其他应用的接入请求和连接建立请求发往网络侧; 步骤 S02: 终端接收系统广播消息, 从该系统广播消息中读取接入限制信息; 步骤 S03 : 终端将接入限制信息转发给高层, 高层根据接入限制信息开启定时器; 步骤 S04: 在该定时器超时前高层只允许向网络侧发送特定应用和紧急应用对应的接 入请求和连接建立请求,具体的: 高层在该定时器超时前接收到来自应用层的业务请求时, 根据应用层的指示判断该业务请求对应的应用是否为特定应用或紧急应用, 若是特定应用 或紧急应用, 则允许终端向网络侧发送接入请求和连接建立请求, 否则, 阻止终端向网络 侧发送接入请求和连接建立请求。
下面以具体实施例对本发明进行说明:
实施例一:
具体流程如图 3b所示:
步骤 1、 当 eNB所在区域发生地震等突发事件, 根据运营商输入的配置信息, e B发 送系统广播消息, 在该系统广播消息中携带接入限制 ( barring )信息, 其中包括限制因子
( barring factor )、 限制时长( barring time )、 限制类型等参数;
步骤 2、 UE接收到系统广播消息, 接入层解析系统广播消息中的接入 barring信息; 步骤 3 : 接入层将解析到的相关的限制类型、 barring factor, barring time等参数转发给 高层即 NAS层; NAS层接收到接入层发来的限制类型、 barring factor, barring time等参数, 启动定时时长等于 barring time的定时器;
步骤 4: NAS层在该定时器超时前若接收到来自应用层的业务请求, 则根据应用层的 指示判断该业务请求对应的应用是否为特定应用或紧急应用, 若是特定应用或紧急应用, 则向网络侧发送接入请求和连接建立请求, 否则, 阻止终端向网络侧发送接入请求和连接
建立请求; 以及, 终端可以向用户显示当前只接受特殊应用的业务请求。
实施例二:
具体流程如图 3c所示:
本实施例需要预先在 UE的应用层下增设应用管理层,用于管理应用层上应用的发起; 步骤 1、 当 eNB所在区域发生地震等突发事件, 根据运营商输入的配置信息, e B发 送系统广播消息, 在该系统广播消息中携带接入限制 ( barring )信息, 其中包括限制因子 ( barring factor )、 限制时长( barring time )、 限制类型等参数;
步骤 2、 UE接收到系统广播消息, 接入层解析系统广播消息中的接入 barring信息; 步骤 3、接入层将解析得到的相关的限制类型、 barring factor, barring time等参数转发 给应用管理层; 应用层管理层接收到接入层发来的限制类型、 barring factor, barring time 等参数, 启动定时时长等于 barring time的定时器;
步骤 4: 应用层管理层在该定时器超时前若接收到来自应用层的业务请求, 则根据应 用层的指示判断该业务请求对应的应用是否为特定应用或紧急应用, 若是特定应用或紧急 应用, 则向网络侧发送该接入请求和连接建立请求, 否则, 阻止终端向网络侧发送接入请 求和连接建立请求; 以及, 终端可以向用户显示当前只接受特殊应用的业务请求。
基于同一发明构思, 本发明实施例中还提供了一种终端和基站, 由于这些设备解决问 题的原理与本发明实施例提供的上述接入控制方法相似, 因此这些设备的实施可以参见方 法的实施, 重复之处不再赘述。
参见图 4, 本发明实施例提供一种终端, 该终端包括:
信息接收单元 40 , 用于接收网络侧发送的系统广播消息, 从该系统广播消息中读取接 入限制信息;
接入控制单元 41 , 用于根据所述接入限制信息开启定时器; 在所述定时器超时前需要 向网络侧发送接入请求或连接建立请求时, 确定该接入请求或连接建立请求对应的应用是 否为特定应用或紧急应用, 若是特定应用或紧急应用, 则向网络侧发送该接入请求或连接 建立请求, 否则, 阻止该接入请求或连接建立请求发往网络侧。
进一步的, 所述接入控制单元 41包括接入层和高层;
接入层将所述接入限制信息转发给高层; 高层根据所述接入限制信息开启定时器, 在 该定时器超时前接收到来自应用层的业务请求时, #>据应用层的指示判断该业务请求对应 的应用是否为特定应用或紧急应用, 若是, 则允许终端向网络侧发送该接入请求和连接建 立请求, 否则, 阻止终端向网络侧发送接入请求和连接建立请求。
进一步的, 所述接入限制信息包括限制时长;
所述接入控制单元 41 根据所述接入限制信息开启定时器, 具体包括: 开启定时时长 为所述限制时长的定时器。
进一步的, 所述接入限制信息还包括: 限制类型和 /或限制因子; 其中, 所述限制类型表示当前的接入限制机制为限制普通应用接入的机制;
所述限制因子表示需启动当前的接入限制机制。
进一步的, 所述高层为非接入层 NAS或应用管理层。
进一步的, 该终端还包括:
提示单元 42, 用于在信息接收单元 40从该系统广播消息中读取接入限制信息之后 , 发出当前仅接受特殊应用和 /或紧急应用的业务请求的提示信息。
参见图 5 , 本发明实施例还提供一种基站, 该基站包括:
确定单元 50, 用于确定接入限制条件是否满足;
发送单元 51 , 用于在确定接入限制条件满足后, 发送携带接入限制信息的系统广播消 息, 以指示终端根据该接入限制信息阻止除特定应用和紧急应用外的其他应用的接入请求 和连接建立请求发往网络侧。
进一步的, 所述接入限制信息包括限制时长; 该限制时长指示阻止除特定应用和紧急 应用外的其他应用的接入请求和连接建立请求发往网络侧的时间段。
进一步的, 所述接入限制信息还包括: 限制类型和 /或限制因子; 其中, 所述限制类型 表示当前的接入限制机制为限制普通应用接入的机制; 所述限制因子表示需启动当前的接 入限制机制。
下面结合优选的硬件结构, 对本发明实施例提供的终端的结构、 处理方式进行说明。 在图 4的实施例中, 终端包括收发信机、 以及与该收发信机连接的至少一个处理器, 其中:
收发信机被配置用于接收网络侧发送的系统广播消息;
处理器被配置用于从该系统广播消息中读取接入限制信息; 根据所述接入限制信息开 启定时器; 在所述定时器超时前需要向网络侧发送接入请求或连接建立请求时, 确定该接 入请求或连接建立请求对应的应用是否为特定应用或紧急应用, 若是特定应用或紧急应 用, 则向网络侧发送该接入请求或连接建立请求, 否则, 阻止该接入请求或连接建立请求 发往网络侧。
进一步的, 所述接入限制信息包括限制时长;
所述处理器才 居所述接入限制信息开启定时器, 具体包括: 开启定时时长为所述限制 时长的定时器。
进一步的, 所述接入限制信息还包括: 限制类型和 /或限制因子; 其中,

进一步的, 所述收发信机还被配置用于在处理器从该系统广播消息中读取接入限制信
息之后, 发出当前仅接受特殊应用和 /或紧急应用的业务请求的提示信息。
下面结合优选的硬件结构, 对本发明实施例提供的基站的结构、 处理方式进行说明。 在图 5的实施例中, 基站包括收发信机、 以及与该收发信机连接的至少一个处理器, 其巾:
处理器被配置用于确定接入限制条件是否满足; 在确定接入限制条件满足后, 触发收 发信机发送携带接入限制信息的系统广播消息, 以指示终端根据该接入限制信息阻止除特 定应用和紧急应用外的其他应用的接入请求和连接建立请求发往网络侧。
进一步的, 所述接入限制信息包括限制时长; 该限制时长指示阻止除特定应用和紧急 应用外的其他应用的接入请求和连接建立请求发往网络侧的时间段。
进一步的, 所述接入限制信息还包括: 限制类型和 /或限制因子; 其中, 所述限制类型 表示当前的接入限制机制为限制普通应用接入的机制; 所述限制因子表示需启动当前的接 入限制机制。
综上, 本发明的有益效果包括:
本发明实施例提供的方案中, 终端接收网络侧发送的系统广播消息, 从该系统广播消 息中读取接入限制信息, 根据所述接入限制信息开启定时器, 在定时器超时前需要向网络 侧发送接入请求或连接建立请求时, 确定该接入请求或连接建立请求对应的应用是否为特 定应用或紧急应用, 若是, 则向网络侧发送该接入请求或连接建立请求, 否则, 阻止该接 入请求或连接建立请求发往网络侧。 可见, 本方案实现了阻止终端发起除特定应用和紧急 应用外的普通应用的接入请求和连接建立请求, 从而实现了针对应用的接入控制方法。

终端接收网络侧发送的系统广播消息, 从该系统广播消息中读取接入限制信息; 终端根据所述接入限制信息开启定时器; 在所述定时器超时前需要向网络侧发送接入 请求或连接建立请求时, 确定该接入请求或连接建立请求对应的应用是否为特定应用或紧 急应用, 若是特定应用或紧急应用, 则向网络侧发送该接入请求或连接建立请求, 否则, 阻止该接入请求或连接建立请求发往网络侧。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端根据所述接入限制信息开启定 时器, 在所述定时器超时前需要向网络侧发送接入请求或连接建立请求时, 确定该接入请 求或连接建立请求对应的应用是否为特定应用或紧急应用, 若是特定应用或紧急应用, 则 向网络侧发送该接入请求或连接建立请求, 否则, 阻止该接入请求或连接建立请求发往网 络侧, 具体包括:
