在步骤 S301 ,服务器根据第一客户端发送的即时通信讨论组的创建请求, 并分配创建标识并返回至第一客户端。在本发明的实施例中, 本步骤为所述第 一客户端向所述服务器申请创建标识的过程,该第一客户端在建立即时通信讨 论组之前, 先向所述服务器申请用于建立即时通信讨论组的 ID, 该服务器接 收到所述第一客户端的创建请求之后, 则为该第一客户端分配创建标识, 并将 该创建标识返回给该第一客户端。

在本发明的实施例中, 所述服务器经过比对,如果从其他客户端接收到的 创建标识与所述服务器为所述第一客户端分配的创建标识相同,则表明该客户 端持有与所述第一客户端相同的创建标识,该客户端可作为该第一客户端所建 立的即时通信讨论组的成员,所述服务器确定发送该创建标识的客户端认证成 功。如果从其他客户端接收到的创建标识与所述服务器为该第一客户端分配的 创建标识不同,表明该客户端持有的创建标识与该第一客户端持有的创建标识 不匹配, 该客户端无法作为所述第一客户端所建立的即时通信讨论组的成员, 所述服务器确定发送该创建标识的客户端认证失败。 由此可见, 本实施例由服 务器后台为所述第一客户端搜集和筛选即时通信讨论组的成员,筒化了该第一 客户端的对成员的选择操作。

本发明的实施例中, 由发起建立即时通信讨论组的第一客户端 (即 Host 客户端)向服务器申请创建标识, 并广播该创建标识, 使即时通信应用系统中 除该第一客户端之外的其他客户端(包括与所述第一客户端为非联系人的客户 端)可主动获得创建标识,并基于主动获得的创建标识向所述服务器发起认证。 所述第一客户端直接从所述服务器下发的认证成功的客户端列表中选择客户 端并建立即时通信讨论组,如此不但筒化了操作流程, 可将与所述第一客户端 为非联系人的客户端直接添加至即时通信讨论组, 而且提升了创建效率,提高 了即时通信应用的智能性和竟争力以及用户对即时通信应用的使用便利性。
以上对根据本发明的一个实施例的客户端进行了详细说明。 - - 根据本发明的另一个实施例, 提供了一种服务器。
下面将结合附图 10-附图 11 ,对本发明的各实施例的服务器进行详细介绍。 需要说明的是, 下述的服务器可应用于上述方法中。
请参见图 10, 图 10为根据本发明实施例的一种服务器的结构示意图。 该 服务器可包括: 请求响应模块 201、 认证模块 202和创建模块 203。
所述请求响应模块 201 , 根据第一客户端发送的即时通信讨论组的创建请 求, 分配创建标识并将该创建标识返回至所述第一客户端。
所述认证模块 202, 接收到即时通信应用系统中除所述第一客户端之外的 其他客户端发送的创建标识时, 对发送所述创建标识的客户端进行认证。
在本发明的实施例中,即时通信应用系统中除所述第一客户端之外的其他 客户端可获得该第一客户端广播的创建标识,并将获得的创建标识发送至所述 服务器进行认证。所述认证模块 202则根据其他客户端发送的创建标识,对发 起该创建标识的客户端进行认证。
所述创建模块 203 , 将认证成功的客户端列表发送至所述第一客户端, 使 该第一客户端从所述客户端列表中选择至少一个客户端并建立即时通信讨论 组。
在本发明的实施例中, 所述服务器认证成功的客户端,表明该客户端持有 与所述第一客户端相同的创建标识,该客户端可作为该第一客户端所建立的即 时通信讨论组的成员。所述创建模块 203将认证成功的客户端列表发送给所述 第一客户端, 使该第一客户端从所述客户端列表中选择全部客户端作为 Client 客户端, 并建立即时通信讨论组以进行会话; 在本发明的另一实施例中, 所述 创建模块 203将认证成功的客户端列表发送给所述第一客户端,使的该第一客 户端从所述客户端列表中选择部分客户端作为 Client客户端,并建立即时通信 讨论组以进行会话。
请一并参见图 11 , 图 11为根据图 10所示的认证模块的实施例的结构示 意图。 该认证模块 202包括: 比对单元 2201和结果确定单元 2202。
所述比对单元 2201 , 将从其他客户端接收到的创建标识与所述请求响应 模块 201为第一客户端分配的创建标识进行比对。
所述结果确定单元 2202, 当从其他客户端接收到的创建标识与所述请求 响应模块 201为所述第一客户端分配的创建标识相同时,确定发送所述创建标 - - 识的客户端认证成功; 否则, 确定发送所述创建标识的客户端认证失败。
在本发明的实施例中, 所述比对单元 2201经过比对, 如果从其他客户端 接收到的创建标识与服务器为所述第一客户端分配的创建标识相同,表明该客 户端持有与该第一客户端相同的创建标识,该客户端可作为所述第一客户端所 建立的即时通信讨论组的成员, 则所述结果确定单元 2202确定发送该创建标 识的客户端认证成功。如果从其他客户端接收到的创建标识与所述服务器为所 述第一客户端分配的创建标识不同,则表明该客户端持有的创建标识与该第一 客户端持有的创建标识不匹配,该客户端无法作为所述第一客户端所建立的即 时通信讨论组的成员, 则所述结果确定单元 2202确定发送该创建标识的客户 端认证失败。 由此可见, 本实施例由所述服务器后台为所述第一客户端搜集和 筛选即时通信讨论组的成员, 有效地筒化了该第一客户端的对成员的选择操 作。
需要说明的是,上述服务器的结构与功能可通过上述方法实施例中的方法 具体实现, 该具体实现过程可参见上述方法实施例中的描述, 在此不赘述。
在本发明的其他实施例中,根据图 3及图 4所示的即时通信讨论组的创建 方法可以是由图 10及图 11所示的服务器中的各个单元来执行的即时通信讨论 组的创建方法。 例如, 图 3所示的步骤 S301及图 4所示的步骤 S401可由图 10所示的请求响应模块 201来执行。 图 3所示的步骤 S302可以由图 10所示 的认证模块 202来执行。图 3所示的步骤 S303及图 4所示的步骤 S404可以由 图 10所示的创建模块 203来执行。 图 4所示的步骤 S402可以由图 11所示的 比对单元 2201来执行。 图 4所示的步骤 S403可以由图 11所示的结果确定单 元 2202来执行。
在本发明的其他实施例中,图 8所示的服务器中的各个单元可以分别或全 部合并为一个或若干个另外的单元来构成, 或者其中的某个(些)单元还可以 再拆分为功能上更小的多个子单元来构成, 这可以实现同样的操作, 而不影响 本发明的实施例的技术效果的实现。上述单元是基于逻辑功能划分的,在实际 应用中, 一个单元的功能也可以由多个子单元来实现, 或者多个子单元的功能 由一个单元实现。 在本发明的其它实施例中, 服务器也可以包括其它模块。 但 在实际应用中, 这些功能也可以由其它单元协助实现, 并且可以由多个单元协 作实现。 - - 根据本发明的另一个实施例, 可以通过在包括中央处理单元(CPU )、 随 机存取存储器(RAM ) 、 只读存储器(ROM )等处理元件和存储元件的例如 计算机的通用计算设备上运行能够执行如图 3及图 4中所示的即时通信讨论组 的创建方法的计算机程序(包括程序代码), 来构造如图 10及图 11中所示的 服务器, 以及来实现根据本发明的实施例的即时通信讨论组的创建方法。所述 计算机程序可以记载于例如计算机可读记录介质上,并通过计算机可读记录介 质装载于上述计算设备中, 并在其中运行。
在本发明的实施例中,由所述服务器为发起建立即时通信讨论组的第一客 户端 (即 Host客户端)分配创建标识并将该创建标识返回至所述第一客户端 进行广播,使即时通信应用系统中除该第一客户端之外的其他客户端(包括与 该第一客户端为非联系人的客户端)可主动获得创建标识, 并基于主动获得的 创建标识向所述服务器发起认证。由所述服务器向所述第一客户端下发认证成 功的客户端列表,使该第一客户端可直接从所述服务器下发的认证成功的客户 端列表中选择客户端, 并建立即时通信讨论组, 如此不但筒化了操作流程, 且 使所述第一客户端可将与该第一客户端为非联系人的客户端直接添加至即时 通信讨论组, 而且提升了创建效率,提高了即时通信应用的智能性和竟争力以 及用户对即时通信应用的使用便利性。
以上对根据本发明的一个实施例的服务器进行了详细说明。
根据本发明的另一个实施例, 还挺贵了一种客户端。
下面将结合附图 12-附图 13,对本发明的实施例提供的客户端进行详细介 绍,下述的客户端尤指即时通信应用系统中除 Host客户端之外的任一客户端。 需要说明的是, 下述的客户端可应用于上述方法中。
请参见图 12,图 12为根据本发明的实施例的另一种客户端的结构示意图。 本发明实施例的客户端可以为即时通信应用系统中除 Host客户端之外的任一 客户端, 该客户端可包括: 获取模块 301、 认证模块 302和加入模块 303。
所述获取模块 301 , 获取第一客户端广播的创建标识。
所述认证模块 302, 将所述创建标识发送至服务器进行认证。
所述加入模块 303, 当所述服务器认证成功时, 根据所述第一客户端的选 择加入该第一客户端建立的即时通信讨论组。
请一并参见图 13, 图 13为根据图 12所示的获取模块的实施例的结构示 - - 意图。 该获取模块 301可包括: 收听单元 3101和解码单元 3102。
所述收听单元 3101 , 收听第一客户端播放的音频数据。
在本发明的实施例中,由于所述第一客户端对该服务器分配的创建标识进 行编码形成音频数据, 并本地播放该音频数据。 所述收听单元 3101可通过启 用客户端的录音应用或麦克风等工具,收听并获取所述第一客户端播放的音频 数据。 可以理解的是, 由于声音的传递受距离限制, 因此, 在本发明的实施例 中,与所述第一客户端的距离位于声音传递的有效距离范围之内的客户端可有 效收听到该第一客户端播放的音频数据,与该第一客户端的距离位于声音传递 的有效距离范围之外的客户端则无法有效收听到该第一客户端播放的音频数 据。 由此可见, 本发明的实施例尤其适用于 Host客户端与其附近客户端建立 即时通信讨论组的场景, 例如: Host客户端的附近客户端通过收听所述音频 数据即可快速加入 Host客户端所建立的即时通信讨论组, 方便了用户之间的 交流。
所述解码单元 3102, 对所述音频数据进行解码, 获得创建标识。
由于所述第一客户端采用无线电传输编码方式, 对所述创建标识进行编 码, 形成音频数据。 因此, 在本发明的实施例中, 所述解码单元 3102可采用 无线电传输的译码方式, 对收听到的音频数据进行解码, 以获得创建标识。 可 以理解的是, 此处的译码方式与所述第一客户端所采用的编码方式为可逆过 程。
需要说明的是,上述客户端的结构与功能可通过上述方法实施例中的方法 具体实现, 该具体实现过程可参见上述方法实施例中的描述, 在此不赘述。
在本发明的其他实施例中,根据图 5及图 6所示的即时通信讨论组的创建 方法可以是由图 12及图 13所示的客户端中的各个单元来执行的即时通信讨论 组的创建方法。 例如, 图 5所示的步骤 S501可由图 12所示的获取模块 301 来执行。 图 5所示的步骤 S502及图 6所示的步骤 S603可由图 12所示的认证 模块 301来执行。 图 5所示的步骤 S503及图 6所示的步骤 S604可由图 12所 示的加入模块 303来执行。 图 6所示的步骤 S601可由图 13所示的收听单元 3101来执行。图 6所示的步骤 S602可以由图 13所示的解码单元 3102来执行。
在本发明的其他实施例中, 图 12所示的客户端中的各个单元可以分别或 全部合并为一个或若干个另外的单元来构成, 或者其中的某个(些)单元还可 - - 以再拆分为功能上更小的多个子单元来构成, 这可以实现同样的操作, 而不影 响本发明的实施例的技术效果的实现。上述单元是基于逻辑功能划分的,在实 际应用中, 一个单元的功能也可以由多个子单元来实现, 或者多个子单元的功 能由一个单元实现。 在本发明的其它实施例中, 客户端也可以包括其它模块。 但在实际应用中,这些功能也可以由其它单元协助实现, 并且可以由多个单元 协作实现。
根据本发明的另一个实施例, 可以通过在包括中央处理单元(CPU )、 随 机存取存储器(RAM ) 、 只读存储器(ROM )等处理元件和存储元件的例如 计算机的通用计算设备上运行能够执行如图 5及图 6中所示的即时通信讨论组 的创建方法的计算机程序(包括程序代码), 来构造如图 12及图 13中所示的 客户端, 以及来实现根据本发明的实施例的即时通信讨论组的创建方法。所述 计算机程序可以记载于例如计算机可读记录介质上,并通过计算机可读记录介 质装载于上述计算设备中, 并在其中运行。
在本发明的实施例中, 由发起建立即时通信讨论组的第一客户端(即 Host 客户端)之外的其他客户端(包括与所述第一客户端为非联系人的客户端)主 动获取该第一客户端广播的创建标识,并基于主动获得的创建标识向所述服务 器发起认证。在认证通过后,根据所述第一客户端的选择直接加入即时通信讨 论组,如此不但筒化了操作流程,使该第一客户端可将与第一客户端为非联系 人的客户端直接添加至即所述时通信讨论组,提升了创建效率, 而且提高了即 时通信应用的智能性和竟争力以及用户对即时通信应用的使用便利性。
以上对根据本发明的一个实施例的客户端进行了详细说明。
根据本发明的另一实施例, 还提供了一种即时通信应用系统。
本发明实施例还公开了一种即时通信应用系统,包括服务器及至少一个客 户端,所述服务器的结构可参见图 10-图 11所示实施例的相关描述,所述客户 端的结构为可参见图 8-图 9所示实施例的相关描述, 或参见图 12-图 13所示 实施例的相关描述, 在此不赘述。 需要说明的是, 本实施例的系统可以应用于 上述方法中。
在本发明的实施例中, Host客户端与 Client客户端通过声音即可快速建立 即时通信讨论组、 并发起会话讨论, 如此不但筒化了操作流程, 完善了现有的 即时通信讨论组的创建流程, 而且提升了创建效率,提高了用户对即时通信应 - - 用的使用便利性。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解,实现上述各个实施例方法中的全部或部分 流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的程序可存储于 一计算机可读取存储介质中, 该程序在执行时, 可包括如上述各方法的实施例 的流程。 其中, 所述的存储介质可为磁碟、 光盘、 只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory, ROM )或随机存者 i己忆体 ( Random Access Memory, RAM )等。
以上对本发明各个实施例所提供的即时通信讨论组的创建方法、 系统、客 方式进行了阐述以上描述了本发明的各个实施例,但是它们不用以限制本发明 的范围, 本发明的范围由后附的权利要求来定义。在不脱离本发明的精神和原 则的情况下, 所做的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在权利要求的保 护范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求
1、 一种即时通信讨论组的创建方法, 包括:
第一客户端向服务器发送即时通信讨论组的创建请求,并接收所述服务器 分配的创建标识;
第一客户端广播所述创建标识,使即时通信应用系统中除所述第一客户端 之外的其他客户端根据所述创建标识向所述服务器发起认证; 及
第一客户端接收所述服务器下发的认证成功的客户端列表,并从所述客户 端列表中选择至少一个客户端建立即时通信讨论组。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 所述第一客户端广播所述创建标识, 使即 时通信应用系统中除所生活第一客户端之外的其他客户端根据所述创建标识 向所述服务器发起认证的步骤, 包括:
第一客户端对所述创建标识进行编码, 获得音频数据; 及
第一客户端播放所述音频数据,使即时通信应用系统中除第一客户端之外 的其他客户端收听所述音频数据并解码获得所述创建标识,将所述创建标识发 送至所述服务器进行认证。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 所述创建标识用于创建即时通信讨论组的 ID (标识号), 所述创建标识为二进制文本。
4、 一种即时通信讨论组的创建方法, 包括:
服务器根据第一客户端发送的即时通信讨论组的创建请求,分配创建标识 并返回至所述第一客户端;
服务器接收到即时通信应用系统中除所述第一客户端之外的其他客户端 发送的创建标识时, 对发送所述创建标识的客户端进行认证; 及
服务器将认证成功的客户端列表发送至所述第一客户端,使该第一客户端 从所述客户端列表中选择至少一个客户端建立即时通信讨论组。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 所述服务器接收到即时通信应用系统中除 所述第一客户端之外的其他客户端发送的创建标识时,对发送所述创建标识的 客户端进行认证的步骤, 包括:
服务器将从其他客户端接收到的创建标识与服务器为所述第一客户端分 配的创建标识进行比对; 及
若二者相同, 服务器确定发送所述创建标识的客户端认证成功; 否则, 服 务器确定发送所述创建标识的客户端认证失败。
6、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 所述创建标识用于创建即时通信讨论组的 ID (标识号), 所述创建标识为二进制文本。
7、 一种即时通信讨论组的创建方法, 包括:
获取第一客户端广播的创建标识;
将所述创建标识发送至服务器进行认证; 及
若服务器认证成功,根据所述第一客户端的选择加入该第一客户端建立的 即时通信讨论组。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 所述获取第一客户端广播的创建标识的步 骤, 包括:
收听所述第一客户端播放的音频数据; 及
对所述音频数据进行解码, 获得所述创建标识。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 所述创建标识用于创建即时通信讨论组的 ID (标识号), 所述创建标识为二进制文本。
10、 一种客户端, 包括:
请求模块, 用于向服务器发送即时通信讨论组的创建请求, 并接收所述服 务器分配的创建标识;
广播模块, 用于广播所述创建标识,使即时通信应用系统中除所述客户端 之外的其他客户端根据所述创建标识向所述服务器发起认证; 及
创建模块, 用于接收所述服务器下发的认证成功的客户端列表, 并从所述 客户端列表中选择至少一个客户端建立即时通信讨论组。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的客户端, 所述广播模块包括:
编码单元, 用于对所述创建标识进行编码, 获得音频数据;
播放单元, 用于播放所述音频数据,使即时通信应用系统中除所述客户端 之外的其他客户端收听所述音频数据并解码获得所述创建标识,将所述创建标 识发送至所述服务器进行认证。
12、 如权利要求 10所述的客户端, 所述创建标识用于创建即时通信讨论 组的 ID (标识号 ), 所述创建标识为二进制文本。
13、 一种服务器, 包括:
请求响应模块, 用于根据第一客户端发送的即时通信讨论组的创建请求, 分配创建标识并返回至所述第一客户端;
认证模块,用于接收到即时通信应用系统中除所述第一客户端之外的其他 客户端发送的创建标识时, 对发送所述创建标识的客户端进行认证;
创建模块, 用于将认证成功的客户端列表发送至所述第一客户端,使该第 一客户端从所述客户端列表中选择至少一个客户端建立即时通信讨论组。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的服务器, 所述认证模块包括:
比对单元,用于将从其他客户端接收到的创建标识与所述请求响应模块为 所述第一客户端分配的创建标识进行比对;
结果确定单元,用于当从其他客户端接收到的创建标识与所述请求响应模 块为所述第一客户端分配的创建标识相同时,确定发送所述创建标识的客户端 认证成功; 否则, 确定发送所述创建标识的客户端认证失败。
15、 如权利要求 13所述的服务器, 所述创建标识用于创建即时通信讨论 组的 ID (标识号), 所述创建标识为二进制文本。
16、 一种客户端, 包括: 获取模块, 用于获取第一客户端广播的创建标识;
认证模块, 用于将所述创建标识发送至服务器进行认证;
加入模块, 用于当所述服务器认证成功时,根据所述第一客户端的选择加 入该第一客户端建立的即时通信讨论组。
17、 如权利要求 16所述的客户端, 所述获取模块包括:
收听单元, 用于收听所述第一客户端播放的音频数据;
解码单元, 用于对所述音频数据进行解码, 获得所述创建标识。
18、 如权利要求 16所述的客户端, 所述创建标识用于创建即时通信讨论 组的 ID (标识号 ), 所述创建标识为二进制文本。
19、 一种即时通信应用系统, 包括服务器及至少一个客户端, 所述服务器 为权利要求 13或 15所述的服务器;所述客户端为权利要求 10或 12所述的客 户端, 和 /或为权利要求 16或 18所述的客户端。
