目前随着宽带移动通信的发展,尤其是第四代移动通信 LTE ( Long Term Evolution, 长期演进)技术的逐步成熟, 集群通信宽带化需求越来越大, 集 群通信不再仅仅只有语音的要求, 视频化、 高速化的专用指挥调度通信将是 未来集群通信系统的发展方向。 但是由于 LTE技术带来的基站高度扁平化, eNB ( evolved Node B, 演进型基站)的数量将急剧增加, 对于平滑演进的移 动通信系统来说, 大量的 eNB与集群核心网之间的通信数据量将大量增加, 虽然现有的移动通信系统容量已经得到飞速发展, 但对于集群通信中常见短 暂的井喷式通信数据还是存在不小的隐患。
在集群通信中, 由于终端的自主切换, 需要 eNB周期发送组呼中邻区建 立资源的信息更新消息, 但是在 LTE集群移动通信系统中, 由于 eNB大量 增加, 加大了邻区数量增加和配置难度, 在集群组呼呼叫建立时, 需要向邻 区获取邻区资源的建立情况, eNB和集群核心网之间将发送大量的邻区资源 更新消息的交互, 且交互时间短, 这给集群通信在邻区资源消息处理上带来 很大的难度, 未及时更新的邻区信息也会影响集群通信中用户通信体验。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种获取相邻基站的邻区资源建立信息的方法及基站, 在集群组呼呼叫建立时, 基站可以使用预先保存的相邻基站的邻区资源建立 信息, 与集群核心网之间交互量少, 有益于提高集群通信中用户通信体验。
本发明实施例提供一种获取相邻基站的邻区资源建立信息的方法,包括: 基站预先保存相邻基站的邻区资源建立信息; 在集群组呼呼叫建立时, 所述基站获取所述预先保存的相邻基站的邻区 资源建立信息。

本发明实施例提供一种获取相邻基站的邻区资源建立信息的方法, 如图

下面通过 3个核心网的流程和 X2的流程来说明本发明实施例提供的方 案在 LTE的场景下的应用。
( 1 )结合图 2所示, 通过核心网获取邻区资源信息流程如下:
其中, eNB处理集群邻区资源消息釆取单独的管理模块进行处理, 与集 群呼叫管理模块分开,两个模块通过消息交互邻区信息,在集群通信建立时, 集群呼叫管理模块向邻区资源管理模块获取邻区资源建立信息。 邻区资源更 新的内容包括组呼邻区资源信息列表和目标 eNB列表;其中组呼邻区资源信 息列表包括小区物理 ID、 集群加扰、 下行频点、 上行频点、 帧信息(该项仅 针对 TDD ) 、 天线配置、 无线配置信息等。
步骤 1 ,当源 eNB上电或者邻区资源配置发生改变或者 eNB定时更新邻 区定时器超时时, 源 eNB向集群核心网发送邻区资源更新请求消息。
步骤 2和 3 , 集群核心网收到源 eNB的邻区资源更新请求消息后, 根据 消息中的 TA ( Tracking Area, 跟踪区) 列表, 向对应的目标 eNB发送邻区 资源更新请求消息。
步骤 4和 6, 目标 eNB收到邻区资源更新请求后, 集群邻区资源管理模 块将触发集群呼叫管理模块发送本 eNB 邻区资源更新响应消息流程, 目标 eNB将向集群核心网发送集群小区资源更新响应消息, 消息中包含了本 eNB 的集群小区资源的建立信息。
步骤 5和 7 ,集群核心网收到目标 eNB的邻区资源更新请求响应消息后 , 可以根据消息中的 TA列表, 向对应的源 eNB发送邻区资源更新消息, 也可 以根据邻区关系将目标 eNB的邻区资源信息汇总发给源 eNB, 即附图 3中, 流程 5和流程 7可以分开单独发生, 也可以合成一个条消息, 通过流程 7发 送。
源 eNB收到邻区资源信息后,集群邻区资源管理模块对邻区资源进行保 存和更新, 并触发集群呼叫管理模块更新空口邻区资源消息。
( 2 )结合图 3所示, 通过核心网将本 eNB集群小区资源更新的流程如 下:
步骤 301 , 源 eNB内发生小区的资源状态改变时, 其中小区资源改变包 括建立小区资源或释放小区资源,该 eNB将向集群核心网发送集群资源更新 消息, 该消息中包含了本 eNB集群小区资源的建立信息。
步骤 302, 集群核心网收到源 eNB的邻区资源更新请求消息后, 可以根 据消息中的 T A列表, 向对应的目标 eNB发送邻区资源更新消息。
步骤 303 , 目标 eNB收到后, 集群邻区资源管理模块对邻区资源进行保 存和更新, 并触发集群呼叫管理模块更新空口邻区资源消息。 ( 3 )结合图 4所示, 通过核心网将本 eNB集群小区资源更新的流程如 下:
步骤 401 ,当源 eNB需要相邻 eNB建立源 eNB某一小区的邻区资源时, 源 eNB将向集群核心网发送邻区资源建立请求消息。
步骤 402, 集群核心网收到建立请求消息后, 根据消息中的 TA向对应 的目标 eNB发送邻区资源建立命令消息。
步骤 403 , 目标 eNB收到邻区资源建立命令消息后, 将进行小区资源的 建立流程,建立完成后将触发集群呼叫管理模块发送本 eNB邻区资源更新消 息。
步骤 404 , 集群核心网收到目标 eNB 的邻区资源更新消息并发送到源 eNB。
( 4 )结合图 5-7所示, 通过 X2连接的 3个更新 eNB集群邻区资源流程 与通过核心网更新 eNB集群邻区资源交互流程类似, 只是 eNB将直接通过 X2口进行邻区信息交互, 不需要通过第三者, 下面将做简要说明。
如果源 eNB和目标 eNB之间已经存在 X2连接, 则邻区资源源侧 eNB 的更新请求消息直接通过 X2连接向目标 eNB发送。目标 eNB收到邻区资源 更新请求消息后将通过 X2连接直接向源 eNB发送更新响应消息, 响应消息 中包含了邻区资源更新的内容。
当源 eNB的集群资源发送改变时,其中集群资源改变包括建立集群小区 资源或释放集群小区资源等,源 eNB将会向有 X2连接的目标 eNB发送集群 资源更新消息, 消息中包含了本 eNB的集群小区资源建立信息。
当源 eNB需要相邻 eNB建立源 eNB某一小区的邻区资源时, 源 eNB 将通过 X2口向目标 eNB发送邻区资源建立请求消息。目标 eNB收到邻区资 源建立命令消息后, 将进行小区资源的建立流程, 建立完成后将触发集群呼 叫管理模块通过 X2口发送本 eNB邻区资源更新消息流程给源 eNB。
以上流程不限于 LTE制式,不同制式的集群系统可以通过以上流程进行 集群邻区信息更新,如图 8所示,如果集群系统中,包含了 LTE制式和 CDMA 制式, 则 LTE基站和 CDMA基站之间可以通过集群核心网交互邻区资源信 息, 交互流程与上述流程相同。
下面对本发明实施例所提供方案进行进一步详细描述。
( 1 )通过核心网获取邻区资源信息, 如图 9所示, 包括以下步骤:
901 , eNB上电成功或邻区资源更新定时器超时后, eNB 的集群邻区管 理模块根据 eNB邻区配置信息向集群核心网发送邻区资源更新请求消息,消 息中携带了邻区所在 eNB的 TA列表。
902, 集群核心网收到邻区资源更新请求消息后, 根据消息中携带的 TA 列表向对应的 eNB发送邻区资源更新请求消息。
903 , 目标 eNB收到更新请求消息后将向集群核心网发起响应消息, 集 群核心网根据消息中的 TA信息将响应消息发送给源 eNB, 其中集群核心网 可以将不同目标 eNB的邻区资源信息分布发给源 eNB, 也可以将目标 eNB 的邻区资源信息汇总后发送给源 eNB。
当 eNB内的集群组呼建立成功之后, 直接向 eNB内部的集群邻区管理 模块获取邻区资源建立信息, 不向集群核心网获取邻区资源信息。
( 2 )通过核心网将本 eNB集群小区资源更新, 如图 10所示, 包括以下 流程:
步骤 1001 , 当 eNB 内部小区资源进行建立、 小区释放、 组释放或收到 邻区资源更新请求消息时, eNB将本 eNB内小区资源的建立情况和 eNB配 置的邻区所在 eNB的 TA列表通过邻区资源更新消息带给集群核心网。
步骤 1002 ,集群核心网根据更新消息中的 TA列表向对应的目标 eNB发 送邻区资源更新消息。
步骤 1003 , 目标 eNB收到更新消息后, eNB的集群邻区管理保存并更 新邻区资源信息, 同时触发集群呼叫管理模块更新空口邻区资源消息。
( 3 )通过核心网请求邻区集群小区资源建立, 如图 11所示, 包括以下 步骤:
步骤 1101 , 当源 eNB内触发需要建立某一邻区资源时, 源 eNB记录的 该小区所在的目标 eNB没有建立无线资源, 源 eNB将向集群核心网发送邻 区资源建立请求消息, 消息携带了需要建立邻区所在目标 eNB的 TA信息。 步骤 1102, 集群核心网收到邻区资源建立请求消息后, 根据消息中的 TA信息向目标 eNB发送邻区资源建立命令消息。
步骤 1103 , 目标侧 eNB收到邻区资源建立命令消息后, 将启动小区无 线资源的建立流程,小区建立成功后该 eNB将向集群核心网发送邻区更新请 求消息, 消息中携带了发起邻区资源建立请求消息所在源 eNB的 TA信息。
步骤 1104, 集群核心网收到更新消息后, 根据更新消息中的 TA列表向 对应的 eNB发送邻区资源更新消息。
步骤 1105, 源 eNB收到更新消息后, 源 eNB的集群邻区管理保存并更 新邻区资源信息, 同时触发集群呼叫管理模块更新空口邻区资源消息。
( 4 ) 通过 X2连接更新 eNB集群邻区资源, 如图 12所示, 包括: 步骤 1201 , 如果 eNB配置的邻区之间已经存在 X2连接, 则源 eNB的 邻区资源更新请求消息将通过 X2连接直接发送给目标 eNB。
步骤 1202, 目标侧 eNB收到请求消息后,将根据 X2连接直接向源 eNB 发送邻区资源更新请求消息的响应消息,消息中包含了邻区资源更新的内容。
步骤 1203 , 同样, eNB之间存在 X2连接时, eNB的集群资源信息更新 或 eNB的邻区建立请求消息都可以通过 X2连接进行。
通过釆用本发明实施例提供的获取相邻基站的邻区资源建立信息的方法, 通过预先保存相邻基站的邻区资源建立信息, 减少集群组呼建立时向集群核 心网发送邻区资源更新请求消息, 降低了集群通信中邻区资源消息发生短暂 的井喷的几率, 有效的解决和避免了井喷邻区资源更新消息给集群通信通话 带来的通话冲击,保证了邻区资源消息处理畅通,提高了集群通信的可靠性。
基于与上述方法实施例相同或相似的技术构思, 本发明实施例还提供一 种基站, 如图 13所示, 包括:

B包括: 当邻区基站内小区的资源状态改变时, 所述邻区基站向所述集 群核心网发送携带本基站集群小区资源的集群资源更新消息, 所述基站接收 所述集群核心网根据所述集群资源更新消息发送的邻区资源更新消息, 保存 所述邻区资源更新消息中携带的所述邻区资源建立信息; C中通过所述集群核心网获取并保存相邻基站的邻区资源建立信息包括: 通过所述集群核心网根据所述邻区资源建立请求消息向目标基站发送邻区资 源建立命令消息, 接收所述集群核心网发送的所述目标基站在完成小区资源 的建立后发送的所述目标基站的邻区资源更新消息, 根据所述目标基站的邻 区资源更新消息获取并保存所述目标基站的邻区资源建立信息。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的方法, 其中, 所述邻区基站内小区的资源状态 改变包括建立小区资源或释放小区资源。
5、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 当所述基站与相邻基站之间通过 X2接口连接时, 所述基站与相邻基站通过 X2接口直接交互所述邻区资源建 立信息。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 所述基站预先保存相邻基站的邻 区资源建立信息包括:
当所述基站上电时或者邻区资源配置发生改变时或者定时更新邻区定时 器超时, 或者当邻区基站内小区的资源状态改变时, 或者当所述基站需要相 邻基站建立所述基站一小区的邻区资源时, 所述基站通过 X2接口与相邻基 站交互所述邻区资源建立信息, 并保存所述相邻基站的邻区资源建立信息。
7、 一种基站, 包括:
存储模块, 设置为: 保存相邻基站的邻区资源建立信息;
获取模块, 设置为: 在集群组呼呼叫建立时, 获取所述预先保存的相邻 基站的邻区资源建立信息。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的基站, 其中, 所述存储模块包括:
请求单元, 设置为: 当所述基站上电时或者邻区资源配置发生改变时或 者定时更新邻区定时器超时, 向集群核心网发送邻区资源更新请求消息, 请 求相邻基站的邻区资源建立信息;
或者,
接收单元, 设置为: 当邻区基站内小区的资源状态改变时, 通过所述集 群核心网接收所述邻区基站的邻区资源建立信息;
或者, 发送单元, 设置为: 当所述基站建立一小区的邻区资源时, 向所述集群 核心网发送邻区资源建立请求消息, 通过所述集群核心网获取相邻基站的邻 区资源建立信息。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的基站, 其中,
所述请求单元设置为: 向集群核心网发送邻区资源更新请求消息, 通过 所述集群核心网向目标基站发送邻区资源更新请求消息, 接收所述目标基站 发送的邻区资源更新请求响应消息, 获取所述邻区资源更新请求响应消息中 携带的邻区资源建立信息;
所述接收单元设置为: 当邻区基站内小区的资源状态改变时, 向所述集 群核心网发送携带本基站集群小区资源的集群资源更新消息, 接收所述集群 核心网根据所述集群资源更新消息发送的邻区资源更新消息, 获取所述邻区 资源更新消息中携带的所述邻区资源建立信息;
所述发送单元设置为: 通过所述集群核心网根据所述邻区资源建立请求 消息向目标基站发送邻区资源建立命令消息, 接收所述集群核心网发送的所 述目标基站在完成小区资源的建立后发送的所述目标基站的邻区资源更新消 息, 根据所述目标基站的邻区资源更新消息获取并保存所述目标基站的邻区 资源建立信息。
10、 如权利要求 7所述的基站, 其中, 所述存储模块包括:
交互单元, 设置为: 当所述基站上电时或者邻区资源配置发生改变时或 者定时更新邻区定时器超时, 或者当邻区基站内小区的资源状态改变时, 或 者当所述基站建立一小区的邻区资源时, 通过 X2接口与相邻基站交互所述 邻区资源建立信息。
